Patterson Hyundai has been exceptional in their service of my last two vehicles. Joanna, in service department, is extremely helpful. On a recent recall issue, the service department had me in and out in less than 2 hours(on a Saturday). Wow

I bought a used Hyundai about 5 months ago from an individual. I've had it serviced twice at Patterson and will say the experience has been excellent both times. The car has been ready within the expected time each visit. The service staff are helpful and knowledgeable. Each visit I've been greeted within seconds of my arrival.

I took my Hyundai Azera to Patterson Hyundai in Tyler, Texas due to my car overheating. I was told that I needed a new radiator. They charged me $1200 for a new radiator plus parts ($600) for labor. I drove the car for one day and it overheated again. The company then wanted to charge me $3500 to take the motor apart to diagnose the issue. I now have to sell my car, because it still is not fixed after paying $1200 for my car and $215 dollars for a rental car through Enterprise. I do NOT recommend going to Patterson Hyundai in the Tyler, Texas location. I will not be purchasing another Hyundai in the future.
