I literally just left Paul's dealership after looking at a car. I am really impressed at how professional he was and how he allowed me to do what I needed to do to feel comfortable with the car buying experience. A lot of dealers try to pressure you, they talk a lot to distract you, so that you are not able to get a real feel and look at the car. I asked a lot of questions to make sure of the background of the car and did my own research on the side. And he was very fair with me. I even took the car to a mechanic of my choice! Even though, the car wasn't for me; I felt that Paul was very trustworthy and honest. He told me that if I didn't feel comfortable, "don't buy it." I'm so glad he respected my choice. It was such a pleasure doing business with him today!

Had what I was looking for at a good price! Went out of their way to make sure I was happy with the vehicle. Made sure that it was in satisfactory condition. Staff was very friendly. Hard to find dealers willing to carry vehicles with manual transmissions.

Definetly do NOT recommend doing business here. I live outside the syracuse area and was attempting to set up a appointment to see a used vehicle here. On my first attempt to see it I was on my way when the dealership called me back to tell me the vehicle was leaving to be repaired. That was after I talked to the dealer the day before and no one ever mentioned this. When the vehicle finally came back I set up a day with the dealer to look at it. I called before I went out and the dealer said they sold the vehicle. There is absolutely no loyalty to there customers
