I went to Paul Moak with every intention of leaving in a brand new outback but due to my experience with Lynn Hancock I will drive as far as I need to to find another dealer. I wish I could fit all of the disrespect we recieved from this woman without writing a novel but I'll just add some highlights. We had an appointment with Lynn we drove over an hour to get to it only to find she was far from finished with her previous customers and no one else would help us due to our 'appointment' with her. After almost 2 hours of waiting for her She finally come and said 'did you pick out a car yet', no 'hello' no 'sorry for your wait', so i informed her of the fact that no one would help us since we were waiting on her. She walked us outside and couldn't answer any of my questions about the vehicle so I asked if we could just get some prices on 2 vehicles my husband thought he liked as we walked back inside she was right in front of me she opened the door slipped in and let it slam in my face. We sat down got one 'maybe this is the price I dont know what's included on that vehicle' then she got up said she needed to find the invoice for the other vehicle disappeared for 5 minutes come back told us she needs to help her other customers and left us sitting there.

On arrival at Paul Moak Subaru, my wife and I were greeted by Ms. Lynn Hancock. After casual introductions Lynn asked if there was any particular Subaru model we were interested in. We responded, "Outback with Eyesight." Because I had spoken to Sales Manager Jerry Warfield earlier that day, Lynn called him over and introduced us. Lynn took over from there. Favorite colors were discussed and within a few minutes we were sitting inside a white Outback equipped with Eyesight. After briefing us on the workings of the car, I drove it around Jackson with my wife sitting in the front passenger seat and Lynn in the back seat keeping me abreast of what was going on in the car's information center located in the dashboard right in front of me, and answering the many questions we had. From there we went to Lynn's desk where we discussed price and trade in. Once that was settled, Lynn gave us a long, detailed short-course on the myriad features of the car. That was very helpful, and though information overload began to set in, I learned on the way home that my brain had absorbed much of the information. I drove the 120 miles with my wife helping me experiment with the car's many features. Eyesight and Adaptive Cruise Control worked great. Traffic on Highway 25 was sparse and I was able to allow the car to drift to the left and right to test the Lane Departure Prevention Function. That function gently steered me back into my lane every time. After having driven the car from Jackson to Starkville and around town today, I'm quite satisfied with the car. We were very pleased with Lynn and Jerry and the manner in which they conducted themselves. The only negative thing I have to say is that I was expecting to get the car for a couple thousand dollars less than actually paid for it.

Greg Scales (sales) and Jerry Warfield (manager) went above and beyond with me in my car search. Once I had decided on a vehicle (I even changed my mind once), Greg sat in the car, programmed my radio stations and navigation system, and explained every little detail in such a way that I actually remembered when I got home. He also helped me move ALL my items from my old car to new one, even installing a car seat in the process. Jerry prepared the paperwork and he was always so helpful and had such a relaxed and friendly attitude .They both helped me in every way possible, without pressure, and made it an enjoyable experience. I love my new car--thanks, guys!

Chip Burns did a fine job of working with us. Chip spent time with my 21 year old daughter and he spoke with her respectfully as an adult and he never treated her as a little girl. Chip was patient given the back issues I have and with explaining the advances in technology since I had not purchased a new car in several years. The Paul Moak prices were very competitive which I appreciated.The lone negative was with the financing representative. In the introductory comments I said that I work as a financial planner. I carefully read the loan proposal and the finance rep asked sarcastically, "Are you sure that you are a financial planner?" My wife heard this as well and we both agreed that we heard the wise crack correctly. The irony of this matter is the finance rep made an error in his paperwork which necessitated us re-signing the loan agreement days later. At the re-signing of the paperwork, there was no apology offered for the error by this representative. Please know that I am not trying to get this man into trouble. On the other hand, if I had an employee that behaved this way, I would want to know of the incident.

This was a great experience! Lynn was friendly and knowledgeable and being a Subaru driver herself, she understood how much I appreciate the car and the experience. This is my 2nd Subaru and it was hard to part with the first....it was the first car I had driven after a very bad auto wreck.The dealership was clean and cool. The bathroom was spotless. I don't typically deal with the car purchase in our family but I was glad that I got to do this one and would recommend Lynn and her group to anyone looking to purchase a new Subaru (as a matter of fact, I have already given her card to a friend who is seriously looking)!

My husband suggested that I consider a Subaru as my next new vehicle. I decided the time was right and went to Paul Moak Subaru. I was met outside on a very hot day by Greg Scales. I told him I wanted to test drive a Subaru Forester because it was rated as a recommended buy by Consumer Reports. He told me about the car and then let me test drive the car. Greg provided a lot of info about the car but there was no pressure to buy anything - just positive info. By far the least stressful new car buying experience I've had. Good, friendly, knowledgeable Sales Consultant in Greg Scales.

On July 21, 2015, I took delivery of a new 2015 Subaru Outback. This is my second Subaru from Paul Moak Subaru. I had claimed it before it had even been delivered. Sales Consultant Greg Scales, and General Sales Manager Jerry Warfield, led me through the purchase process. It was efficiently done, with an easy going manner from Greg and Jerry. I feel I got a good 'deal' on a very popular vehicle. I think Paul Moak Subaru is an excellent place to buy a new car! And I also want to say a word about Service. My Service Consultant has been Brian Baskin. He has been most helpful in answering any question I might have on the mechanicals of my 2013 Outback. I trust the Service Department to do good work on my Subaru. So far, by the way, the only service I've had is the no-extra-charge 2 year maintenance that I got. :) (This is the same review I left on Google).

On June 3, 2015, I made my first visit to Paul Moak Subaru to look around and ask about the Forester. Greg Scales convinced me to take a test drive, and he answered my questions about the features and packages. I was interested in purchasing a Forester with the Eyesight safety system, and he found one for me that would be delivered in a few days. When the Forester arrived, he explained/demonstrated the safety features as well as other controls on the dash and steering wheel, and he even set up the bluetooth connection for me. In a friendly manner, Greg Scales informed me about my new Forester, and that made my purchase a pleasant experience.

I worked with Chip Burns and Jerry Warfield on the purchase of the above vehicle for my parents who are in their 80"s. My primary focus when buying a new vehicle is convenience, level of service to be expected after I buy the vehicle and then the actual vehicle itself. I have learned that Paul Moak Subaru has two master mechanics in their service department. They are convenient to where I work and am comfortable dealing with the staff. Greg was very knowledgeable and spent a great deal of time going over the features before I drove it off the lot. They were professional and courteous, and I would recommend this dealership to friends and family.

My experience with Paul Moak Subaru was great. They gave me a fair price on my trade-in and on the new vehicle as well. I wanted a specific color and trim crosstrek that was not in stock at their lot. But they were quickly able to locate an exact match at another dealership and it was delivered in a few days. We were given a very nice new Volvo as a loaner car in the meantime. I plan on using them again in the future for another Subaru purchase.

She was extremely well informed, and the one question I had that she did not know the answer, which was transmission-related, she was happy to direct my question to the necessary employee.One thing I truly appreciate about this dealership was their honesty. On a different visit I talked to Mr. Kelvin Quick because Mrs. Lynn was off work that day. He let me test drive an Outback and through much of my research I had several questions pertaining to oil consumption. That was not the feeling I had with the Paul Moak dealership. They greeted me and my wife and we looked around without being hassled. When we were ready to sit down with a sales rep we were introduce to Lynn. She was very knowledgeable on the Subaru and I learned a lot from her. I had already done my homework on the Forester and Knew what I wanted. We left that day after putting a down payment on the Forester that I wanted and waited for it to be delivered. Delivery was just as smooth as our initial visit. I currently own three Subarus, I had a fourth but traded it in in 2012. Three of these cars I purchased at this dealership and paid cash for each one. I love Subaru but this experience has really soured me and especially with this dealer.my situation is one in which two of my cars have been recalled; one for a defective steering column and the other for corrosive brake lines. My husband is very ill (end stage COPD and Alzheimer's) cannot be left alone for long periods of time. He does not drive. When I received the recall notice (steering column) the letter stated that if I were uncomfortable driving the car the nearest dealer would come and get it. Then a week or so later I got the second letter(corrosive brake lines). I called the dealer, spoke to service (Val) who told me to call corporate as she knew nothing about it. I did so and spoke to a very pleasant customer service rep who gave me two service request numbers and tried to help. I asked that the dealership pick up both cars and the customer service rep led me to believe, that because of my extenuating circumstances, they may do it, she would speak to dealer. The answer was a pretty rude "No". They were willing to pick up one but not the other and would not deliver back to me, even after I explained my situation. My options at this time are to try to get the cars to Jackson, MS or sell all three and try to fine something comparable and a dealer who is a bit more user friendly. I am leaning towards the later at this time. This is not sour grapes but I would think that after my track record of three cars and paying cash, this dealer would have reconsidered. Given the dealer strategy of telling corporate what they are willing to do or not do, I see nothing but a decrease in sales for Subaru. Subaru is a good automobile but I just wish they would treat their repeat customers with a bit more respect and consideration. At this time I cannot give this dealer the rating I gave them back on 7/13/2011.

I called the dealership the morning my husband and I decided to come to Jackson. The representative asked when we expected to arrive so someone would be available for us. She also said that we should ask for Jerry when we arrived. My husband and I arrived at 2:00 and asked for Jerry and were told that he was not back from lunch. Greg Scales was there and said that he could help us. We were glad to meet Greg. He was most helpful in showing us our options, taking the car for a test drive, and pointing out features on the car, and beginning the process of trading our former car for the new one. My husband and I were quite satisfied with our experience with Greg Scales and Paul Moak Volvo and could not be happier with our Volvo. The only negative aspect was the time it took to complete the sale considering we were not financing. We walked into the dealership at 2:00 and left at 6:30.

I have known Jerry Warfield since he sold the Honda to me, a long time ago. He is the General Sales Manager at Subaru, and he's not only a nice guy, he is a good manager. Chip was my salesperson and he is typical - he listened to what I said I needed and directed me to the car that filled the bill. Here, no one talks down to the "little woman," or tries to sell me more car than I need - a problem I have had at other dealerships - dealers I have never bought cars from!

The quality of customer service at your dealership is an embarrassment. The level of customer respect is infinitely lower than the quality of vehicle Subaru makes and they should be ashamed to have you as one of their dealers. I requested an online quote from Subaru on 9/5/2012. I received an email from Kelsey with a link to vehicles I didnt request, or broken links to vehicles that did not work. I then repeatedly asked for a quote on a specific forester I built online and finally received an email from Dewayne (9/12) with a quote. While waiting for Dewaynes first email, I received multiple spam emails (on 9/7, 9/10, & 9/11) speaking of how breathtaking and stunning a car is that Ive already test driven and asking me to come in and see it when I said I was from out of town. I then asked Dewayne to break down the quote for me (9/12) based on the price of the car, taxes, and the individual fees of your dealership. I have yet to receive an email reply. Instead, I have received more spam (9/14, 9/17). I will now be purchasing my Subaru from elsewhere and warning any friends or family about your pathetic idea of good customer service. I have done everything I can to make sure I been removed from your email list.

The salesperson Greg Scales was very knowledgable and answered all my questions on my initial visit and when I told him that I still needed some time to consider my purchase of an XC60, left me alone for the couple of weeks I needed to make my final decision to purchase the vehicle. He then gave me the numbers for the final purchase price that I was being offered before I made the trip back to the dealership. Bo Long guided me through the paperwork and forms I needed to complete and sign in a quick and efficient manner, explaining along the way.

I am from Mobile AL and I was looking for a 2012 subaru limited outback in green because it was not available at Koby subaru in Mobile. I spoke with Jamie Moak who was very nice and helpful and she confirmed it was there and expressed that they may be able to offer a better deal if I was willing to travel 3 and 1/2 hours to pick it up. The salesman from Koby subaru expressed that they had a good relationship with Jerry Warfield and he would have no problem shipping the car to Koby. But, since Jamie had made me a good offer, I was contemplating buying from Moak. That was until I recieved a call from Jerry. He was rude, arrogant, and imposing. He tried to make it seem like if I wanted the car I had no choice but to drive to Jackson. After he had tried to strongarm me into buying the car from him,I was totally uncomfortable doing business with him. Furthermore, since I didnt want to buy the car from Jerry he prevented the car from being shipped to Mobile so that if I wanted the car I had to purchase it from Paul Moak. I dont recall being so angry at a complete stranger,I have no idea hot this guy has been successful selling cars, because he is a liar and a jerk.

Fist of all, I should say that I purchased a Honda CR-V, rather than a Subaru car. However, I worked with Jamie Moak all the way through (I first looked at a couple of Subaru cars before deciding on the CR-V). This was my first car-buying experience, and it could not have been better. Jamie was very friendly, not pushy AT ALL, made sure we found the right car for me, and worked with me A LOT on the price of the car, the price given for my trade-in, and the interest rate for my loan.Jamie was always available for me to ask questions to and talk with. She returned all of my calls and emails very promptly, and very thoroughly. Since this was my first time purchasing a car, I had a lot of questions. She made sure I understood the ins and outs of everything that was happening, and was very honest with me.I had an excellent car-buying experience, and Jamie was the reason why. I'm sure Paul Moak has plenty of great sales persons, but if you're looking at any of their cars, I would highly recommend working with Jamie. She will be honest with you, will work with you on price, and will work very hard to find the exact car you want (and in the color you want!).

I was recently in the market for a crossover SUV. I had visited several dealerships in the Jackson Metro area already (with mixed results) when I finally got down my list to a Subaru Forester. I arrived on a Saturday afternoon and met Jamie Moak. She talked with me about the Forester model. Unlike my previous experiences with salespersons, she was never pushy, fidgety, nor distracted. She was focused on describing the details which interested me, and did not overreach on topics in which I had little interest. Pleased with my experience and the product, I put the Subaru Forester near the top of my list. The following week, I narrowed my choices and test-drove the top three contenders. That Saturday, I test-drove the Forester with Jamie. Again, she showed poise and knowledge in making sure I was getting the information I needed to make an informed choice. After the test-drive, I decided to get a Forester.Then I got a little picky. I did some more research online. I decided that if I'm getting a vehicle, I'm going to get exactly what I want! I picked a trim level, a color, and a few extras. I researched prices and set in my mind what I was willing to pay. With my selection and a price firmly stuck in my mind, I called Jamie and told her I was ready to buy. When I met with her, I described exactly what I wanted in a Forester. The dealership didn't have it in stock, but Jamie said the sales manager, Jerry Warfield, would try to find a vehicle as close as possible to my selection. Within days, they had located almost exactly what I had in mind (minus the few frills that I was going to add). When it came to price, Jamie was, as always, very honest and forthright about matters. The intial price given by Paul Moak was within $100 of my researched "fair price." Jamie and Jerry stayed until closing and later to accomodate my and my spouse's schedule. We worked out a deal quite easily.Getting both signatures to close the deal, however, was going to be tricky. Once the vehicle was delivered from out of state, my spouse and I were going to be in two different places. Jamie was a trooper, and we got each set of signatures. I was off and away in my new vehicle! I can say that during the entire process, I never felt strong-armed nor overtly manipulated into any consideration or sales tactic. Every piece of information, mechanical and financial, was handled candidly and professionally. Every concern, including the service department's hours not matching my own, was met with satisfaction.IN SHORT, I got what I wanted, from a candid and accomodating dealership!

I originally contacted this dealer because the state in which I live does not have a Subaru dealer and Paul Moak was the closest one to me - 2 hours away. I have a 2008 Subaru Outback which needed to have some recalls done. I called and spoke to Val in service, who took great care of me. While I was speaking to her, I mentioned that I would love to have another Subaru but no dealer in my state. Val explained to me that they have services many from Louisiana.....So, I explained that I would love to look at another Subaru Outback but that I really did not like car sales people because of bad experiences of the past. She promised to link me up with a "right" person and that she did. While the service was being performed on my car, I actually test drove and purchased another, but a Subaru Tribecca this time. The sales person was not only informative but showed me how to save some $$ - her name was Jamie Moak- she is nothing less than Phenominal!!! She closed the sale in record time and followed up with style, grace and knowledge!Thank You Paul Moak Subaru and thank you Val in service and Jamie in sales. I took my Subaru for a service, they did an okay job, but the price was pretty high compared to other places. That wasn't my problem with them though. The problem was that they would not call me back at all. I had a 9am appointment and by 5pm they had not called me to tell me it was ready for me to collect my car. They close at 5:30pm and I did not realize that until almost too late. I left 3 messages and no one called me back. Luckily I had a friend who had stopped by to see me who took me down there right away. If I had not had that ride right there, I could not have made it to the dealer before they closed as they had given me a taxi voucher. There is no way a taxi could have gotten to my place and all the way to the dealer in time. So when they did talk to me they said "they just finished" and that I could give them my credit card over the phone and they would leave the keys in my car. In downtown Jackson? NO FRIGGIN WAY. That's IDIOTIC. So, I did get my car and leave. BUT on the way home I discovered I have TERRIBLE steering wheel shake. They were not asked to do ANYTHING to my wheel balance etc, and it had been perfect when I drove there, but after they "serviced' my car, it was all out of line. I called and now, 3 days later, NO ONE has returned any of my calls. All I get is voice mail. This company is DISGUSTING. Do NOT go there. I now have to pay another company to fix what Paul Moak (JOKE) screwed up. It's going to cost me another couple of hundred and it's not like the almost $800 I had to pay Paul Joke wasn't enough!

We experienced a no pressure pleasant attitude from our sales lady, Jamie Moak. Jamie related well with my wife for whom we were considering buying the car. This looking and returning lasted about two weeks. During that time we shopped around but had not found anything to our liking and budget. We went back to look for a good used outback and once again drove a new outback that my wife really liked. We shopped around a bit more that very day and decided the outback was the car for her. We were given what we finally felt was a good price. Along with the price I had a few options I wished to add. The manager, Jerry Warfield was very helpful in getting us into the position that I felt they valued my repeat business and structured the complete transaction such that I was a happy purchaser and they were happy to sell me the car. I will go to this team next time I'm in the car market and will not hesitate to recommend them to others whom I know are considering buying a car. We ended with what I felt was a win win deal and I appreciate doing business like that.

I had attempted to purchase in Memphis, not a lot of success. I had a contact who put me in touch with this dealer in Jackson MS. They were willing to deal and meet my price. In exchange I had a way to Jackson from Memphis to purchase the car. They made it very easy to purchase the vehicle. Financing, information on the vehicle use after purchase, only piece left is waiting for the company they helped me work with to get tags and title done for Tennessee. It was worth the drive to work with this dealer. Now they probably will not see me for service, but I would expect that to be first rate as well.

We bought a used Subaru Outback a couple of years ago. Because of its mileage and the need to pass it along to our young son, we were in the market for a new car. We looked at Toyota's and Nissan's at dealers located closer to our home, but really could not settle on either of those makes. We were so pleased with our old Subaru that we decided to drive further from home and visit Paul Moak and check out the new Subaru's.We're glad we did. The salesperson, Lynn Hancock, was most helpful. She did not pressure us and was knowledgeable about the products (we also looked at a Honda and the Forrester). After test driving the Honda and Forrester we knew that we had to buy the Subaru. We decided on buying another Outback.The Sales Manager, too, was most helpful. There was no "tug-of-war," back-and-forth, but we were able to quickly settle on a price and get to the paperwork.I would certainly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new or used car, and most assuredly recommend the Subaru Outback.

I had originally purchased a new 2010 Subaru Outback from Paul Moak and made the purchase at a time when the Outback was in high demand. I felt like due to the dealer having the pressure of availability, they were unwilling to negotiate a lower price for me on this original purchase. I was pleased overall with the Outback but felt I needed to have towing/hauling capability which I didn't have with the Outback--the towing hitch was about an $800 dollar Subaru factory option, which I think is a bit inflated. I ended up trading the Outback for a full size GMC Sierra truck which I was very happy with--minus the fuel economy. After some six months or so of hard thinking and weighing out the cost-benefit of truck ownership, I determined that even though I used the truck bed a great deal on a recent move I made--I just wasn't seeing the true value in my circumstances for continuing to drive a full size truck. At this point I contacted PM again, to see what pre-owned Subaru vehicles were available. I worked for some two weeks with Mr. Long until I finally agreed to trade my GMC truck even, in exchange for a higher mileage 2010 Subaru Outback, which included an extended warranty agreement for 3yrs/36,000 miles. In summation, I feel the sales team at PM did all they could to accommodate me wanting to get back into a Subaru Outback. They were sensitive to my situation and made me the best deal they could; I am thankful for that. I would recommend the Paul Moak dealership to anyone.

Buying a car (SUV) for the first time - Mrs. Hancock and Mr. Long were helpful, knowledgeable, and all-in-all a pleasure to work with. They helped us through everything from the test drive - with a very reasonable route, that helped me test the car over local roads and the interstate - to the trade-in to the sale with courtesy and fairness. I came away feeling like I had been treated with utmost respect. They were willing to work with us on pricing on a remaining 2010 - balancing our needs against their own. After stopping at two other dealerships, I went to Paul Moak to try out the Forrestor. I'd read that it was a good fit for vertically challenged drivers. I liked it. Sam, the salesman, also showed me other vehicles. He willingly grabbed keys for five different vehicles so I could test out the fit. Being shorter, finding a steering wheel that was far enough from me while I am still able to press the pedals, is easier said then done. So Sam let me sit and test drive multiple vehicles. As I had been looking at cars for hours, not only were the cars all confused in my mind, but I was tired of sales people. I told Sam up front, I wasn't buying today. I didn't want new. I wanted to see what fit. So we tried the used vehicles he had on hand. I even drove the Forrestor home for the night while I reviewed our finances. Alas, it was out of our price range. So I returned it, knowing it wasn't econmically wise and didn't make me jump for joy. A few days later, Jerry called me with a different vehicle that was in our price range. He offered to have Sam drive it out to me. I test drove this car. And bought it that night. This was all done with no pressure, with understanding and kindness. And I do appreciate that.

I feel like they are more than a business but also friends. When I had trouble getting my GPS and Bluetooth working, Lynn and Jerry took time to sit in my car and troubleshoot with me. The best way to describe the experience that my wife and I had at Paul Moak is to say that we were treated like family. Jim McLeod was the first person that introduced himself, and he took the time to sit with us and get to know us while we waited to be helped by Bo Long, who was the second individual we met. Bo was great to work with, was willing to answer all of our questions, and was incredibly friendly throughout the whole process. We then met Jerry, who handled our actual purchase and paperwork, and were again treated very hospitably. There was a bit of break down in communication at one point, wherein Paul Moak was acquiring my car via a dealer transfer, unbeknownst to me (when i requested a dealer locate on the car, they did not mention Jim Keras Subaru, which is where I found the model I wanted. Perhaps, however, Jim Keras did not release it to PM for that reason and that's why PM couldn't 'find' if/offer it to me, I'm not sure). Once it was near the end of negotiations, however, things ran more smoothly and both Chip and Jerry were friendly and helpful and transparent. Overall, a good experience, and I would recommend Paul Moak Subaru to others!

I recently was involved in an automobile accident in which my car was totaled. I also just had a baby (six weeks old) and will be returning to work this week and therefor needed to purchase a new car rather quickly. I found the car I wanted to purchase at Paul Moak Subaru in Jackson, Ms. but having a newborn makes things challenging, I don't have time to just go browse. Ms. Lynn and Mr. Jerry handled as much of the deal as possible over the phone and internet. I requested that the day I planned to test drive the car that the paper work be ready in the event that I liked the car in person as much as I liked it online. They had no problems with that. I arrived at the dealership with the car cleaned, full of gas and ready to go. We drove the car and in less than an hour I was driving the car home! They showed a great deal of courtesy and respect. I truly felt like a valued customer which was totally different from my last car buying experience. (2010 Honda Accord) The last car I purchased took 6 hours to process the paperwork and all the while they were acting like they were doing me a favor by selling me the car. I did not leave there feeling appreciated or as satisfied with the experience even though it was the car I wanted. I would gladly recommend to ANYONE looking to buy a new car that they go see Jerry and Lynn at Paul Moak Subaru. They are truly great people to work with. They didn't pressure me to look at anything I wasn't interested in, nor to add any options that would drive the price of the vehicle up.

My rating is based on two different Subaru Outbacks, a 2002 and a 2010. The service on both vehicles has been easy, friendly, professional, and cost effective. The 2002 received alot of work to keep it in good condition in March, 2010. Brian Baskin was instumental in getting Subaru to replace the catalytic converter at no charge to me in August, 2010. The 2010 has been in for two recalls; however, the appointments were at my convenience and cost me nothing. I can truthly say that it is a pleasure to visit the new facility. I have been treated with with respect and courtesy each occasion.

I am nearly sixty and have purchased 7-8 cars from different dealers over the years. I have purchased my last three vehicles from this dealer. It is very easy to state that Paul Moak is far and away the most exceptional I have dealt with. My most recent experience was 6-8 weeks ago when I purchased a new Subaru Outback for my wife. The salesman, Greg Scales is very professional and easy to deal with. First and foremost he knew the product extremely well and made comparisons very easy. He did EXACTLY what he said he would. Jerry Warfield, the sales manager was helpful and efficient on deal closure day. Absolutely no sales games that I have experienced at so many other places. Both of these men have been with this dealership for over 20 years which says a great deal about the operation.I have had my mother's Honda Civic and my previous Volvos serviced (and purchased) here. The Volvo unit also services Subaru. I have never had a problem. Technical staff have been very helpful in breakdown situations, giving good advice even when this has happen out of state.I think all this is a reflection of family ownership instead of corporate. It is very well run from a customer's point of view. Service prices have been quite reasonable and I have never caught them in any scheme to find additional things to fix. I am sure they have some weak points but I have not come across any yet.

The 90 mile drive over from Meridian was definately worth the trip! It was our anniversary and we got recommendations and directions for dinner. Everyone was so helpful and friendly. Lynn was very pleasent to work with. She answered all our questions and then toldus things we did not know to ask concerning the differences in which car was best suited to our needs. She made it very easy to purchase our new car. We would recommend Paul Moak to anyone looking for a new car.

The overall experience was very good. They treated me well and explained all the different options and showed the different cars. I was also able to try all the cars that i was interested on. My only disappointment is that i had qualified for a VIP discount from ASPCA, but the dealer would not apply it, as apparently the outback (the car i finally got) is their best-selling car.

In the midst of moving to Jackson, MS from Illinois my beloved Subaru Legacy wagon was hit by an other driver and declared a total loss. Chip Barns, Sales Consultant, was an absolute pleasure to work with and helped to secure a price within my limited price range (the move was in the budget not a new to me car). I am very pleased with my 2006 Subaru Outback and my experience with Chip and all of the other staff at Paul Moak. My questions were answered fully and without hesitation. when i needed time to think things through this was respected and I felt no pressure to make decisions. This will now by my go to dealership for car needs in my new town and I would recommend them without hesitation.

My first impression was with the cleanliness of the facility. Several salesMEN appeared taken aback when I requested a female salesperson, but Lynn Hancock was worth every minute of my half-hour wait for her! I was very impressed with Lynn's knowledge of the Subaru Forester. Lynn did not pressure me to test drive a more expensive model; she did suggest that I experience the power of the turbo engine for comparison with the lower horsepower. I'm glad that she did; I would not have been satisfied with the slower acceleration of the lesser power. Lynn didn't rush me to choose a vehicle. We spent a lot of time talking about the differences between my candidates. Lynn also didn't rush through the money talk. I expected the fast, confusing trickery of a car deal, but was so thankful when Lynn walked me through the calculations several different ways until we reached a mutual agreement on price. Our business was completed in about 3 hours; I honestly didn't feel taken advantage of; and I didn't have to bring a man with me to feel like I was treated fairly! I told Lynn that I felt like my experience that day was "decent." And it was. The follow-up thank you call from her the next day was unexpected, as was her card that said I was appreciated. They both felt genuine. And I liked those feelings enough that I will recommend Lynn Hancock regardless of where she works! Oh, and the car's nice, too.

Our vehicle required a major repair. (Headgaskets) Repair was timely.All employees were friendly. Service and communication throughout was outstanding (For example, though we did not ask for them, the technician provided photos via e-mail during the repair). We are very happy with the work and the cost. We enthusiastically reccomend this dealer's service to all. They have our trust.

Replaced timing belt, water pump, belts, etc. I thought it was pricey but it could have been standard prices. Service was quicker than I expected. People were very friendly and seemed very knodlegeable. Dealership was clean, even new looking. If it stays running a long time I will remain a happy customer. Mechanic came and answered my specific questions about filters, etc. Seemed very accessible.

Great Dealership, friendly people, knowledgeable staff & maintenance personnel. Beware of easily being pushed for un-needed maintenance; in other words get details. i.e. squeaky brakes may not need changing, just anti-squeak put on. Overall, great staff and experience working with them. They have always been prompt on service and quality of work.

Although we reside in West Monroe, Louisiana, we have bought our last 3 automobiles from Paul Moak in Jackson, Mississippi. We have always returned for service on both a previous Volvo and our latest two Subarus. The fact that we choose to drive approximately 250 miles for both sales and service should speak to how highly we value both the dealership and its service departments. I was out shopping on Saturday, March 6, 2010 for a new vehicle and had test driven several SUV's. I had seen a commercial about Outbacks and decided to stop by and winded up buying the Subaru Outback 3.6R. I was very satisfied how the Outback made me feel safe and how the SUV feels heavy on the road. I decided that this was the one I wanted. I had a very hard time making the decision because I inherited my mom's 2001 Lincoln Town Cartier due to her death and this was my first vehicle purchase without my mom beside me. Overall the staff made me feel comfortable and I made my decision to purchase the Outback. The hardest thing was cleaning out my mom's car and saying my goodbye. Today I'm very happy and pleased with my purchase.

My husband and I just recently purchased a Subaru Outback, which we love! It is a 2009 CPO car, and it is in excellent, like-new shape. As for our experience working with the Paul Moak dealership in Jackson, the service was as great as the car itself. Everyone was so friendly. They were very patient with us while we were making our decision; they even let us have the car for the afternoon to help in making our decision easier. (I think they knew the car would sell itself.) After purchasing the car, we noticed the floor mats were missing - the car had been previously owned by a rental company. Ms. Hancock, the sales represtative, ordered us replacement mats free-of-charge. We could not have asked for a better car-buying experience. We highly recommend working with Paul Moak Subaru in Jackson.
