Out of every dealership I’ve been to, Paul Thigpen was by far the greatest, friendliest, and caring of them all. First off I want to thank James Langston for his kind and understanding heart. He greeted me at the door with a smile and I instantly felt at home. I also want to thank Phil and the owner, Anthony for their sincere help. I know they have a job to do, but at the end of the day they know we’re human and treated me like such and not just another sale. Thank you all for your patience for finding me the right vehicle at the price I wanted.

We bought our Equinox last week and absolutely love it. If you want great, honest service go see the guys at Paul Thigpen Chevrolet Buick! And ask for Dominique. He was our salesman. He is very personable and good at his job. We were very impressed with the personal attention and service that we received from everyone!

It is a bit of a drive, but it's worth it. The staff was nice, friendly, and helpful, the salesman, James Langston, especially so. Fewer fees than most dealerships, and they didn't try to push any extra maintenance packages, but they do offer them if you want them. Overall a good experience and I do plan to visit again next time I need another vehicle.

I have always LOATHED going to car dealerships because of the salesmen. And then I’d have to deal with the finance office asking me if I want a warranty for the light in the glovebox compartment. However, that all changed when I went to Jackson Chevrolet, GMC! Mr. Glenn had the truck ready to buy, and gave a lot of helpful insights to my new Sierra 1500. Casey had me in and out of the finance office in about 20 mins, and also reminded me of the $3k discount that GMC was offering. Not only did I save well over $6k compared to the other dealers on the same vehicle, I ended up saving $9k total once the discount was applied. This dealer isn’t a massive one. It’s not like you have to walk 2 football fields to find something to drive, but the service and staff make you feel like you’ve walked into a Lamborghini dealership! To be honest, their service and commitment shadows any dealer in the area. If you’re looking in the Atlanta area for a GMC, call Jackson Chevrolet GMC. It’s worth the drive to their lot if you’re in the market for a new, or used, vehicle. I promise you won’t regret it! They have a customer for life here!
