Brought my F-150 in with no appointment on a Monday afternoon. Had a horrible grinding/jingling sound while driving. They scheduled me for Wednesday so I left it there. They called me Monday night with a possible fix. By 10am on Tuesday, my truck was fixed and ready to be picked up. What service! Continue to be impressed with Pauli Ford! Was curious about my trade-in value for my 2016 F-150 so I sat down with Robert. Not thinking anything would come of it, they offered me more than I thought! I'm now the proud owner of my first brand new F-150! Great price with all the options I wanted. Look forward to visiting them again!

My husband and I just purchased a Expedition from Pauli Ford and had a fantastic experience all around. Our salesman, Kevin, went above and beyond with finding the vehicle we were looking for. He has been with Ford for many years and was a wealth of knowledge. He was friendly, professional, honest and made us feel like VIP’s. Justin, in finance, explained everything during the purchase down to the penny. Justin was also very friendly and professional and considerate of the investment we were making. Purchased my Ford F-150 a few months ago. I have purchased many vehicles from Pauli Ford. Really liked this truck on the lot which was displayed with a truck bed liner already installed. Upon paying for the truck it was then mentioned the truck bed liner really should not have been included even though the truck was displayed on the lot with it already installed. Thought that was odd. Was told I could drive away with it because they didn't have the right tool to remove it but that I needed to pay extra for it later or have it removed. Why would a truck be displayed that way And later told it's not part of the deal. After a few months I had to pay for the liner when I went in for a service call. Still don't agree with how this sale was handled. The truck should not have been displayed like that.

Scheduled oil change a week in advance and was taken in promptly at 1 pm. did the oil change and rotated the tires and the usual tire, brakes, windshield wipers etc. check overs. They also checked into a question I had about the closing of driver's door and explained to me what was going on with the door. I also asked Dawn the customer service person about the cost of a set of 4 snow tire I would need in November. She gave me the price I would be paying for 2 or 3 brands which I appreciate so I can plan on the cost in my budget.

The experience I have was just overall ok. I think the dealers were getting frustrated at the amount of time it took for us to get a vehicle to my liking. They did keep on it and we eventually found a vehicle that match some of the specs. When I got the car home I notice the interior was detailed poorly. I felt they were happy to see me finally go.

I changed my mind several times on what I wanted to purchase, but he encouraged me to continue on until I found (or ordered) the vehicle I wanted. He did not pressure me into getting something I didn't want or need. I called and talked to Dawn in the service department to have new tires placed, alignment, oil change/lube done on my F-150. Dawn did a great job finding the best deal on a price for my new tires, setting an appointment date and time and completing the work. I have never had a better experience with your service department over the years as I had this time due to Dawn's efforts.

I have the 2014 Ford Focus, it constantly shutters when stopping and going. I have had it 4 times and they say that is normal. I hate the way it hesitates when trying to pass cars. Who ever came up with this car, thy should be fired. The salesman should have disclosed this before I bought it. We bought 10 brand new vehicles from this dealer, they should help me out and buy it back.

Needed passenger mirror repaired or replaced-DONECar stopped working, fuel pump modulator-Needed to be replaced-DONESmiles, expert explanation to go with fine workmanship, that is standard at Pauli Ford.OK this sounds like a advertisement for Pauli Ford, it "ain't" it is what I have gotten from Pauli for the past couple of decades. The staff has changed quiet a bit over that time, but the quality of performance has always remained the same. Now about the free donuts to go with the free coffee and popcorn-OK there are no free donuts, coffee, popcorn and smiles are still there.

I recently purchased a 2014 F-150 from Pauli Ford. I dealt with Kirstin Wright as a salesperson. It was pretty simple. I told her what I was looking for in a new 150 and she showed me Multiple options on their lot in stock. She offered to find something out of their inventory if they didn't have what I was looking for. They had a lot of 150's in stock when other lots were bare. I never felt pressured , got a fair price on my trade and was leaving in my new truck. It was a pretty seamless transaction. The entire staff I dealt with was fast, friendly and courteous.

We had been looking at new cars for a few weeks. We just happened to stop by after the Mint Festival. Even though we weren't dressed the best and it was within an hour of closing, a sales person (Cher Vue) came out and greated us. He was very nice, not pushy, and knowledgeable about the vehicles. He let us test drive numerous cars and SUVS. After we finally decided on what we wanted (a week or so later), Cher found the exact car. Never once was he pushy. He was very open regarding all the financial information. Cher and the dealership made us feel very comfortable because of the honesty and friendly manner. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a vehicle. They may not be one of the larger ones in the area. They have a great selection to decide from. If the exact vehicle with all the options you want is not there, they will find it for you. Side note, we had also gone to other dealerships. One of them three times. No one ever came out to greet us. They seemed more interested in doing internet, non-personal, business.

Our salesman, Roger, and business manager, Bill, made the experience about the best I can imagine it to be when shopping for a new (to us) car. They were knowledgeable, interested in knowing what WE wanted and needed. No pressure on us at all to buy - just courteous and friendly. These are folks who really do seem to live "the golden rule". The certified pre-ownedTaurus we really liked from their website was in the process of being sold upon our arrival. After speaking with and visiting 4 other local dealerships, including one I used to work for, we arrived at Pauli Ford with our Certified 2010 Mercury Milan from a Lincoln Dealership in Sarasota, FL. Right off the bat we could tell this experience would be different. The staff at your dealership actually made us feel like they cared and they listened to everything we said without judging us or making us feel stupid, as ALL of the other dealerships had. It turned out our transmission needed a major software upgrade, something that none of the other dealerships could figure out/didn't try to figure out. Beyond that, they explained in detail everything that was going on and they had our car completely finished in no time. Thank you so much for the incredible customer service and the technical ability to fix our prized Milan. We will definitely return and we will tell all of our family and friends (who still buy American). Thank you again!!!

They replaced the tires on our 2010 Ford Edge. Because the car had only 23,000 miles and we rotated regular, Ford covered 60% of the tire cost to put factory tires back on the vehicle. Glenn called Ford and got us the deal on the tires.

Pauli Ford met all of our needs with the purchase of a new Ford F150 pick up truck. While driving car lots one night we decided to visit their dealership as we had purchased our used truck from them in 2008 and felt they were fair and top notch. Roger met us in the lot with an umbrella and asked if he could assist us. He offered his umbrella and escorted us inside to talk. We traded in our 2006 Ford Pick Up for a new model and couldn't be happier. Roger was able to beat any previous price that we had been quoted and he exceeded our expectations with options on the pick up. Our used truck sits on the lot ready for a new home. It runs great, miles are about 83,000 and it's in great condition. Why did I give Pauli Ford such a good rating, because they deserve it by exceeding our expectations with a great price and friendly customer service. We will return again when its time to replace what we own.

I stopped at Pauli Ford while travieling through St. Johns, to take a closer look at the car that I ended up buying.Bill McCann came out and was very friendly and helpful. I then emailed the dealership about the car and got an iimmediate reply, plus two telephone calls from Brian Pauli. I bought the car and worked with Ryan Mallory. He wasvery up front and friendly, and made me feel at ease in dealing with him. It was a very good experience and I amgreatly enjoying the car.

After requesting information for the Ford Edge online, we were promptly contacted by Pauli Ford, St Johns, MI and invited to set an appointment for a test drive. Upon arriving at the dealership, Roger Epps, Sales Consultant, greeted and questioned us regarding our specific needs in a new vehicle. After test driving the Edge, Roger suggested we might also want to look at the Escape and Fusion. After test driving each of these vehicles, we found the Ford Fusion best met our specific transportation requirements, and have since purchased this vehicle. We are very happy with our purchase at Pauli Ford, and appreciate the professional way that we were treated and assisted by Pauli Ford personnel, especially to Roger Epps who guided us to the perfect match for us.

I recently purchased a hybrid C-max at Pauli Ford. At the time I was ready to buy they did not have what I wanted so Brian found exactly the color and accessories and had it shipped from another dealer. I did alot of research and the price I got was below the average price others had paid for the same car in my area. Bill was the "financial guy" and he really knew his stuff as he helped fill all the loan paperwork and pushed us to pick us all the extras...... I met Glenn the service manager who offered to answer any of my questions about driving a hybrid and told me about the upgrades they had done on my car earlier in the day. He also spent extra time giving me good suggestions about suggested maintenance. Brian has called me to follow up and make sure that I am happy with my purchase. YES!

Recently I purchased a 2013 Ford Explorer and was very pleased with my experience. Pauli was very up front with me throughout the sales process as we worked out the details of the purchase, and they also followed through on all promises made. So when I drove the vehicle off the lot I felt I had been treated very fairly, along with great customer service. In addition I previously owned a 2003 Ford Expedition that Pauli had been servicing for 10 years. The Service Department is outstanding and is another reason I keep going back.

There is no other dealer that is as friendly and pressure free as the Pauli experience. I have dealt with them solely for the past 9 years, and I hope to never have to change. I started going here after Kevin McCrackin joined the team, but they operate very similar to the McCrackin team used to when they had their own dealership and that is why I will continue to bring my business to Pauli.

This is the second new Ford we have purchased within the last 2 years from Pauli Ford. Our sales consultant, Ryan Mallory, has been excellent both times. He returned phone calls promptly, answered all our questions, and found the answers or information we needed if he was unable to provide them immediately. Frank Pauli and Brian Pauli both were also very helpful in making sure we were taken care of. The followup service they provide has always been very good. No problems with scheduled maintenance, making the appointment and having questions answered in regards to maintenance. Through the years, I have purchased a few Ford vehicles, from my very first Maverick car, to our latest purchase of a F150 truck w/EcoBoost... Love it! Are Lincoln MKZ was idling rough so we took it to Pauli to have it looked at. We dropped it of on Sunday night and first thing Monday morning they called and said that they found the problem and you could pick the car up that afternoon. I had set up the service appointment for both maintenance items (oil changce and tire rotation), as well as to address some ongoing issues with the vehicle (remote start stopped working, and sync technology issues). When I arrived for my appointment, my appointment time was confirmed, and the items being asked to be looked at confirmed. I was informed it would be about a 45 minute appointment, depending on what they found related to the sync issues.Almost 1.5 hours laters, I was informed that the oil change and tire rotation were done, but they were unable to troubleshoot the issue with the remote start because I did not bring with me both remote starters. Ron apologized for not informing me of that when I made the appointment,or letting me know that when I arrived, but that I could stop by any time with both of them and they would re-initialize them.Ron also informed me at this update that were going to re-initialize/load the snyc software and that would be a few minutes longer.After nearly another hour, Ron came back out to the waiting area and informed me that they were unable to address the sync issue because the service area equipment needed was not working for them (he mentioned th USB was not working on the PC).At check out, Ron indicated he would contact me when the service equipment was working and that they would accommodate my schedule by either providing a loaner vehicle while they worked on my car again, and/or provide pick up/drop off service.Although I appreciate the gesture to minimize the impact of needing a 2nd service apptointment - this dealership is 22 miles from my house - so in addition to the inconvience of a second appointment, I am also inconvienced by 44 miles against my lease miles and the associated gas cost (of a vehicle that takes premium gasoline). We have purchase many vehicles from Kevin McCracken with this dealership over the years and continue to try to use their service department because of that relationship - however, incidents like this make it difficult to continue to consider that when there are much closer Ford dealerships/service areas to our home.

My wife is one of those people thats not fond of buying a new car or having to deal with pushy sales people. They have sold her four cars now and if she ever has a question or needs something they are all ways there for her and I have never herd her complane. I have a F350 4dr.dauly & a F350 4x4 supper cab,work truck and they have all ways done a great job on my trucks and at keeping me on the road. I would recomend Frank Pauli and his dealership to any one as a mater a fact I got my dad a long time GM man a F250 supper cab diesel there and he says its the best truck hes ever owned.

Just the BEST service Department in the Area. Scheduling an appointment is easy and quick. The service team was at my door opening it for me the minute I pulled in the garage. They were all extremely friendly. I remained at the dealer waiting for my service to be completed. It was completed very quickly and they even offered to hand wash it for me upon completion of my service since my car was so dirty. (I declined since I had a coupon that I had not used that they gave me at the last visit for the car wash across the street) I will NEVER go anywhere else for the service of my vehicles!!

I would recommend Paul Ford as we felt we were given a good price for the vehicle purchased. I didn't know which vehicle I wanted going into the showroom, including if I wanted to purchase a Ford. Our salesman, Ryan Mallory, was very informative without be "pushy" during our decision-making process and his follow-up was great. I hate to be one of the folks to comment negatively, but if it serves a purpose to better the personabilty and customer service, then it may be worth while. I will say first and for most Jessi and Bill, were absolutlely superb, hardworking, and geniune at heart. Frank the owner on the other hand, was not friendly, very business like, not personalbe, with poor customer relation/service. We brought in two vehicles to be evaluated, both especially our van was offered below what the direct Ford Motor company website (for current/retired employees only) stats were. Our van is a 2004, and has 144,000 miles granted, BUT no rust, no body damage, never been in an accident interior has zero rips or damage, other than need of detailing cosmetically, all leather with DvD player, Limited edition, we were offered $3000.00.....this was offensive to say the least. If the rebates were not as good as they were on an Expedition, we would of walked out from that point. Any Owner or higher up, has the authority to move numbers around, or offer something more resonable to folks who are looking for that new start. Our sales man was insistent we "test drive" the show room vehicle, we said we were not interested till we better knew what the offers were on our vehicles, needless to say we were told the "owner" prefers the "old school" of doing business. To us, that sounded pretty good, seeing the "old school" way of doing business was a personal relationship with your customers, and valued respect. Well that title for Frank, was not fitting after all, old school mentality, is personal customer service and an understanding of each ones needs and requirments. Frank was an advocate for us to buy the 2011 Expedition, but unwilling to utilize his authority and means of better customer service to provide better customer service. Sadly, we will never go back there and even consider doing buisness again, when the time comes for us to become financed, I found an exceptional finance person, Jessi, who exampled true geniune customer service, but she can't and doesn't posses the ability/authority to work numbers and offers, that is where EVERYONE as a team works together, one/two people can't pull off something more challanging, that takes someone in seasoned authority to do so.

Have used Pauli Ford before. Always have been satisfied. This time they forgot two things: oil change , so I had to drive back to the dealership to have that done. Also I was not charged the quoted price on the tires that I ordered. Both problems were fixed promptly. Also they gave me some money off my total bill, (not much but a nice gesture)Great people there and I will go back.

Whenever I schedule service work/maintenance, I can drop off my vehicle and they give me a ride to my office, which is great! When the vehicle is done, they deliver it back to my office parking lot so I'm not stranded. This works out perfectly for me because then when I leave for lunch I can just walk out to the back lot, get into my vehicle, drive back over to the dealership and go to the cashiers window to pay for the service work performed!What could be better than that!! I found the salesman to be very nice and he is the reason that I traded my car and purchased from Pauli rather than another dealership. My experience with Pauli after that was less than impressive. It took 2 weeks to get parts in that were ordered when my car was purchased then it took 2 days to successfully install them. All the while it took me having to contact the dealership to get updates on any progress. When I did pick up my vehicle from having a remote starter installed the sensor is obstructing the view out of the windshield; this is the first of 3 vehicles that I've owned that this has ever happened in. I called another Ford dealership who confirmed that the placement was unusual.

This visit was for routine oil change and tire rotation. It was also recommended, and I was asked, that the air filter be changed. I did. Service was performed properly.I also had a few minor nick picky items on my list because I like having my car as perfect as I can get it. Ron was more than happy to get these things fixed. The tech, Jerrod, even asked me to come back to the shop to make sure he understood what I wanted done. I have to say Pauli Ford's shop is the cleanest shop I have ever been in. They should be very proud of it.In the end all of my requests were resolved, and everyone was happy to help. Ron even helped me save money on one of the parts I needed. I appreciate that! I haven't bought a lot of trucks, but I like to buy from Pauli. If I can recall correctly I've bought since about 1984. I bought one from Campus Ford. I am more comfortable at Pauli than other dealers for some reason.

I would recommend this dealership for sales, but not for service. I frequently bring in my car for maintenance and it is difficult to schedule in adavance (5 days or less) and sometimes the wait is long. My experience with other dealerships (Glenn Buegie, Sawyers and Snethkamp) did not require a scheduled appointment, but rather a drive-up service with minimal wait. It seems they had enough technicians/service bays, where Pauli Ford does not.

We had a nice experience buying our 2011 Edge. From the moment we walked into the dealership, we felt welcomed and the staff was very helpful. Will go there again for our next purchase.

I highly recommend Pauli Ford when purchasing your next vehicle. Everyone at the dealership was friendly, helpful, and accommodating. I had been to three or four dealerships prior to Pauli Ford and found them to be the most straightforward and honest. I will be visiting them again the next time I decide to purchase a vehicle.

I am always pleased with the customer service I receive at Pauli Ford. Every person I encounter at the dealership is always friendly and helpful. I have had my car serviced many times over the past 7-8 years and I trust the repair information and repair without hesitation.

Kevin and Frank did an excellent job satisfying my every request, find the right vehicle, and even get me the money I was hoping to get for my trade. No one could do a better job I assure you. All other staff of the facility were also always asking if we needed anything and were extremely accommodating. If you want a Ford or used car I would recommend no other dealership than Pauli Ford. This is at least the 6th vehicle I have purchased from Pauli over the last 20 years and have never had a complaint. Check them out you wont be disappointed.

Our experience with Pauli Ford was wonderful. THe night before purchasing our 2008 Ford Edge we dropped my husband's 2005 F-150 off for service and went home to decide if we wanted to do repairs or trade it in for a more family friendly vehicle. The next day when the service department called we asked them not to do any work until we came in that afternoon. When we got there Bill McCann greeted us and we told him about the truck and the decision we were trying to make. He was very willing to help us weigh the pros and cons and listened to our concerns/plans. He showed us the Edge and we took it for a test drive. He worked with us to get a price we could afford and was very polite and professional throughout the entire process of negotiating and buying the Edge. Within a few days we were driving the Edge down to South Carolina for a family vacation and noticed a loud, constant squealing sound. We called Bill at Pauli and asked what we should do. He told us to get it checked at a Ford Dealer and to have them call him. He took care of everything for us by talking with Beach Ford in Myrtle Beach. The repairs were done at no charge to us. Beach Ford said that Bill was the easiest and most professional salesman they have worked with.

I had picked up a leak in one of my tires. This was not a planned event or servce request. I called and need to get my vehicle in and fixed quickly. My dealer was able to get my vehicle in and repaired quickly so I could get to work.

This was a superior experience in auto purchasing. The entire staff was helpful and thoughtful. There was no pressure--thank goodness. We will definately recommend this dealership to our friends--in fact we already have. Although Ryan is realitively new, he did a thorough job and repeatedly offered more assistance. It is to the owner's credit to have assembled a superior staff!

Brian was all about service... I have never stepped foot in the Paulli Ford Dealership. I told Brian what I wanted and he searched and brought cars to me. He even delivered my car to my home and we filled out the paperwork there. When my license plates arrived her brought them over and put them on for me. He has stopped by to set up my in the car garage door opener.Paulli appears to be all about service and satisfied costumers ... and I am. Oh and by the way I LOVE my new Ford Escape.

I was injured in an automobile accident and needed to replace my car while unable to travel to the dealership. I was able to purchase and have a vehicle delivered to my home by the salesman. This exceptional service and processing to get the vehicle i wanted. I am very well pleased with this dealership and I bought a 2009 earlier and a 2012 this time and both the service and sales people have been great.

It has been a long time since I have been to a dealership where I get greeted by 1st name and actually interfaced with the service manager. I would like to say that Ron King and his crew are all top notch and do a great job at what they do.I would also add that I am impressed and appreciate the service after the sale from my salesman Bill McCain. In all my service trips thus far to your dealership Bill as long as not occupied with another customer has always taken time to come out and say hi and ask how I am doing and how the truck is. Bill was excellent to work with on the purchase of our new 2011 Ford Edge. He took the time to understand what options were important to us and then found the ideal vehicle with only the options we wanted which saved us money. His communication with us was excellent and at the appropriate level, not extremely aggressive like some of the other dealerships we had spoken to which is one of the reasons we chose to buy from Pauli Ford. Bill was also very upfront with us on the incentives that we qualified for again another sign of a reputable sales person and dealership. From start for finish, Pauli Ford's service department is top notch. I bought my used 2009 Ford Fusion from them (Kevin McCrackin)and have stuck to using their excellent service department. Normally, all I need is an oil change, but I recently bought new tires. Ron checked around and found the right tires for my vehicle and also the best price. They compete with the chain tire stores and have better service. Service does not oversell maintenance, but does fairly represent what should be maintained on your car.The staff is very friendly and professional and everyone that works at the dealership says hi. It really feels like a family run dealership. I am happy to drive up from East Lansing for the extra service.The place is extremely clean and maintained. I also take advantage of the free WiFi while I wait for my car to be serviced. Service time is fair for the work that is performed.

Sales staff was very friendly and helpful each time I visited before and after ordering! Ordered a new vehicle with plan pricing, so did not have any experience haggling with them, but feel confident they would be fair. Once vehicle was ordered, they kept me informed on the progress and even sent me a photo right after it was unloaded from the truck at the dealer. All in all a good dealer from my perspective.

Super nice staff. Friendly. Greeted as soon as you walk in. Paperwork was prepared and ready for my service call. Young man that dropped me off at work was professional and courteous. The dealership called me later in the afternoon, as they said they would, and the cost was less then the origianl estimate.

Within 24 hours of us contacting Pauli Ford, their team was able to locate and price out two cars according to our specifications. After the test drive, we priced out the same vehicle, but none came close to the price Pauli Ford was able to offer. The certification was done and finance paperwork was complete the day following our decision to buy. The staff was extremely accommodating and easy to work with. The level of service and efficiency will defiantly have us coming back in the future.

Overall great experience, customer service was excellent and time for service was minimal. Getting in for appointment at the last minute was very much appreciated. Car was picked up at my place of business and brought back clean and in a timely manner.

The service dept listened to my needs and took care of them all. In addition, I was given an opportunity to save $ on future oil changes, which I took advantage of. Also, I thought the wait time was very acceptable. Upon return from my walk, I was kindly directed to the cashier as I did not know where to pay for my services.

Friendly and helpful.Determined I had a leak in differencial ordered part called me at 7:30 next morning to tell me that part was in and made appt for the next hour. Part installed in less than time than stated.

This is the third vehicle that I have Purchased at Pauli and I will continue to do so. the staff is always friendly. Service people are easy to deal with and seem concerned that the repairs are made correctly.When purchasing a new vehicle the sales staff are concerned that I get what I want in the new vehicle.

This dealership had no pressure sales. They were fair and provided all the information I requested as well as additional information to help me reach my decision. Kevin was very informative and caring! I liked his use of e-mail to answer questions without being committed to taking phone calls.

This dealer never quit working on trying to find me the vehicle I wanted and when my first car deal fell through, within 24 hours they had a more than acceptable alternative and worked with me on price to make it happen! This is my first Ford, and it won't be my last!

Great customer service. I like that they took their time to do the job right. Really worked on getting my tires mounted correctly and the aligned. Service worked before hand to find the right tires I needed for my car over the phone and ordered them ahead of time. I also get a free car wash!

On a very busy day full of appointments my battery went dead. I called Kevin and he volunteered to come to DeWitt from St. John's to pick up my car and bring it to the service garage to replace the battery while I rushed to an appointment.
