I sold cars for 4 years, called for information on a vehicle they want me to drive 2 hours before answering basic pricing questions, do yourself a favor and don't waste time with dealerships that play games right from the start. "Lou" mentioned straight out over the phone that the price of the vehicle will change with my credit. Pricing should never change only interest rate and payment are effected by credit. STEER CLEAR OF THIS PLACE

Great deal! Just the car we were looking for, at a great price. We drove from about two and a half hours away to get this car, and it was well worth the trip. Luis was very informative, professional, and helped the process go very smoothly. We had not purchased a vehicle in a long time, so we were a little nervous, especially since we had a bad experience with another dealer. But no problems here, and I would highly recommend this dealership.

We were very happy with our purchase of a Jeep Wrangler here. The guys were helpful but not pushy, and the vehicle was priced well. This vehicle is for our son, so we wanted to be sure that not only were we getting a good value, but also needed a comfort level that there were no hidden issues with the car. I bought a Porsche 911 sight unseen. They answered all my questions, helped with getting the car inspected. When a few small items came up on the inspection they were fair on the negotiation. They helped enormously with shipping the car at a fair rate. They helped with the financing. Phone calls were returned promptly and emails were answered. This is how you build trust !! Would recommend to a friend. Thanks Gordon - its been just 2 days but so far I love the car !!

I found the BMW I had been looking for on the Payless website. I called and spoke to the owner Les. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. I set up an appointment for the following day for a test drive. The car was exactly as seen on the website and even better to drive. Les was able to facilitate a car loan while I waited and I was able to leave with the car shortly there after. I highly recommend Payless Auto Wholesale and Les is great!

I kick myself daily for not doing my homework properly before purchasing a used car. I was led to believe by this car dealer there would be a warranty for the car I purchased. In reality we found out after purchasing the car one week later the warranty was never approved. The price of the car was substantial since the seller said the car came with a 3 month guarantee. What is not disclosed and is in very tiny print is that the warranty is subject to approval. A used car is a huge headache, so prepare yourself for huge expenses. In addition to paying for the vehicle a substantial amount of money, after only 2 months of owning the vehicle car repair bills are now in the thousands. Avoid this car dealer like the plague! They do not disclose all the facts of your purchase and unless you are an experienced mechanic you will never know the true problems the vehicle you purchase will have. Any promises made by the dealer must be in writing!

It's a used car dealer, so things aren't going to be perfect anyway, but... Don't fall for the warranty that they include on their cars. The company is real, but they don't pay for anything. That the Acura I bought had a bad catalytic converter, a non-working door lock, and a SRS light on, AND was still able to get a warranty on it shows you that the warranty company will "warranty" anything, because they have no intention of honoring any claims since they have a $100 deductible.. "warranty" lookd good on paper... Dealer did alot of concealing to sell car - clearing service lights, but not codes from computer, discouraging a second a second test drive, no highway driving, short course. Bad rotors? No problem- put new brake pads over them. Push for a great price because the warranty is worthless.

Just lost my car in hurricane Sandy, the people at Payless made a horrible situation just a little bit better by helping me when I needed it most. Got my new car through their Buy Here Pay Here Program when nobody else would give me a loan! Now I can get to work again! Would definitley recommend!

So I bought my car there like a year ago and it has nothing but problems and problems. The guy assured me that its perfect condition next thing I know my engine blew (the car was automatic). Then on top of that while I was buying the car there was people calling about my car offering him a few bucks more and the guy tried to convince me not to buy the car and if I was sure I wanted it ! Will not go back there.

The car I came to see was exacly as described and looked better in person then the pictures on the website! I ended up buying the car on the spot, and drove it home!
