Donny was super helpful and persistent in helping me get the vehicle I wanted. After being approved with a loan from my bank and then them changing up everything last minute, Donny helped me get approved for financing and even with a lower interest rate then my bank offered, he did what Credit Union 1 wasn’t able to do for me! He answered all my questions, and made my first car buying super easy. I appreciate all his help and everything he did to try get me into the car I wanted. I would definitely recommend buying a car from here and especially recommend Donny!

I have purchased a few cars from Payless. The most recent was from the new Valley location and I had a great experience. Sean helped me out and went above and beyond. He was not pushy, very patient, and even stayed late to accommodate me. I felt like I could trust him and they took great care during my trade in and purchase process. They even made my 6 year old daughter feel at home while she waited, making her popcorn and turning on a Netflix movie, getting her a drink and even printing out coloring pages. Like I said, top notch. Payless always has a great selection of vehicles, too, and I wouldn't keep going back to them for no reason. Great experience and Sean is the man. Highly recommend 👍

Great service, friendly staff and all around great company to buy a car from. No hassle sales was the best part!! I was able to easily test drive the vehicles I was interested and take the time to decide what was best for me. I enjoyed the whole experience!!

We worked with Sean at Wasilla Payless Carsales, and he was so awesome to work with! So knowledgeable, straightforward, and such a friendly good guy! Never had a single thing come up in the purchase that he didn’t first say! After hunting the truck, he went out of his way the next day to track down another antennae for it and was going to bring it by my work along with a paper needing to be signed. Prime time service right there! I’m so happy with our experience!
