I came in here to get work done on a recall. Very professional. It's what you expect from a high end auto dealer. The appointment was kept and work completed in the time promised. They also gave me a estimate of other repairs my (2001) BMW needed.

BMW veterans memorial Blvd location is the worst ever. Their manager is a trash. He treats people in a rude way. After ordering the car and waiting for it to come for 3 monthes, he sold it for someone else with a higher price!!!! What kind of treatment is that. I cant believe that this is a high brand company. If I go to Hyundai, they will treat me better. I didn't want to give them any stars , they should get 0 stars, but they force me to choose one. DONT GO TO BMW KENNER LOCATION. THEY ARE RUDE!!!

UPDATE: they contacted me after my review and went above and beyond to resolve my issue. Set up a time to come back in and get it repaired free of charge and provided loaner car in the meantime. Much appreciated and would do business with them again. scheduled an appointment. ended up waiting 4 hrs for them to reprogram my transmission. somehow they also ended breaking my panoramic sunroof and wanted me to pay to get it fixed. Wish I never took it in.
