The service department did an excellent job, fast and courteous, and vehicle was returned clean. Despite overbearing government restrictions due to the virus.. Second visit on 8/17/20 still rates a 5 and is configured to deal with virus concerns without much interference or inconvenience to customers. The service desk is under new management, much improved. Same great mechanics, always courteous, and careful with my vehicle. Another visit 12/2020 and despite an overall problematic year for everyone, the dealership continues to provide excellent customer service. Still rate at 5 stars.

I have been to Peake twice now for purchasing vehicles. I also have gone here for maintenance and recalls. Every time I go the building is clean and has a friendly atmosphere. On my recent purchase this month I dealt with Phillip for sales. He was awesome!! He was down to earth, friendly, understanding, knowledgeable, and overall had a great attitude. He definitely made the car buying experience more enjoyable and knew so much about the Jeep. He even answered his cell phone when he wasn't at work for a quick question. I even had to go back to see him for a few things I found with the car and he still was awesome!!! Honestly, he surprised me with everything and made everything so much more enjoyable. As far as the back and forth with the negotiating, sometimes it would be nice to just talk to the financial person because the back and forth is a little old, especially when you're the only one in the sales department at that time. But Phillip he rocked it!! YOU'RE AWESOME!!!!

The service department was great a helping me. Christine was pleasant and very helpful. Also got all my concerns completed! The reason not 5 star is I’ve told the sales department over and over I’m not selling my car and now when you make an appointment they feel it’s their cue to contact me. Also all the mailings....When I am ready to sell I’ll let them know but now I really don’t want to make an appointment because I’ll get contacted. Please update your system and don’t ask me after I’ve said I’m not selling!

Our experience with Peake was truly amazing. We had been shopping for a vehicle for months to no avail. We were frustrated and irritated with salespeople that acted like they were uninterested in our business. Then we met Justin at Peake. He came out to us on the lot with answers to every question we asked. On the way home, I mentioned to my boyfriend that I have never met someone that gave me such a positive vibe. He texted with my boyfriend about different cars that we wanted to look at and the following day that we went back, the cars were already prepped for us to test drive. He stayed with us throughout the whole sale, shared stories, made sure we were comfortable and made the entire process so enjoyable. He was so great that we purchased a second vehicle in the same week from him. If anyone is looking for a diligent, hard working, and caring salesman that will make you feel like family, go see Justin at Peake. We also had the pleasure of dealing with Jason and Melissa for financing our vehicles, Alex and Steve who helped with our insurance and meeting Tucker and Oliver who are the cutest dogs I’ve ever seen. Everyone at the dealership makes the customer feel like they are the most important person. We will definitely be going back to Peake in the future for service and insurance.

Easy to schedule inspection and service on my leased jeep even though I didn’t purchase it there. Waiting area clean and full of snack machine and tv service. The service rep was very polite and cheerful even when I came back and wondered about air pressure in tires. My experience was very good
