I just bought a 2018 Impala from this dealership and it was such a great experience! I worked with Tim and Joe and they gave us excellent service, even stayed late on a Saturday to make sure that I was taken care of! Tim gave us all the background information on the car, as well as washing it AND making sure I left with a full tank of gas! Joe offered me great financing options and made sure that I received all information that I needed! This is the first car I have purchased so they made sure that all of my questions were answered and that I felt confident about my purchase. They were not pushy at all, very easy going and were willing to go the extra mile through the whole process! I appreciated all of there help and I would definitely buy from them again!

Had new tires installed. Prices were competitive with all the tire chains but, Pearl went the extra mile. They picked up our car from my wife’s work, installed the tires and brought it back. No waiting at the dealership, no drop off and having to find a ride back to get your car. Now that’s service!

I found the truck online and drove out to Mexico, MO from St. Louis to test drive and purchase. The salesman, Chris, was very honest and helpful. No pressure at all. I was buying a used car and he sent me a picture of every small scratch (very minor). Rick, the finance manager, had all the paperwork ready upon my return for the test drive and it was a quick an easy process. He also was able to get me a really good interest rate even though the original interest rate beat my preapprovals. Very good to work with and I would encourage anyone to make the trip.

Troy went above & beyond to ensure he answered our questions to our full satisfaction. We know he stayed after hours when we made our purchase to make sure we knew how everything works.

My wife and I were on our way home with a 2015 2500 high country with a duramax engine and the def gauge said it was down to 28% and I wasn't sure if there was enough fluid to get us home. When we purchased the truck it was under a program with GM they would fill the def tank,rotate the tires,and change engine oil and filter for 2 years or 24,000 miles. I stopped at pearl motor company in Mexico Mo on Saturday morning and was told that their service dept was closed on Saturdays but a salesman Chris Lewis was polite enough to ask what I needed and he stepped up and told me that he would take the needed information and fill the def tank for us because we were about 300 miles away from home just to make sure we wouldn't have any problems. Enjoyed working with Chris Lewis. He is responsive, friendly, and knows his business. What got me interested in the Terrain was the Black Friday sale price. I thought it was a lot of vehicle for the money. I was favorably impressed that there was always someone there to help me when I walked in the front door. Then best thing is I love the Terrain. It is sweet!

The ability to get a price quickly without having to jump through hoops. The return call when GM programs changed affecting the final cost of the vehicle. Also the papers were all ready when I got there and were explained carefully and quickly. All the controls on the new vehicle were explained so I could understand what each one does.

Everyone at Pearl is always attentive to our needs. If we ever have concerns, a solution is quickly found. The waiting lounge for the service department is very comfortable and clean, which is one of the reasons why we continue to drive 45 minutes one way (past several oil change service centers) to have our oil changed at Pearl. We shop around when purchasing a new vehicle, but come back to Pearl every time. Our last four vehicles have been purchased from here.

The service department and the sales reps have always treated me with respect and didn't try to confuse me with double talk. They have always treated me with respect and was honest in what they told me. The service department has scheduled an appointment in a timely manner and I've never had any problems when I described the problem I was having even if I had to make the "vroom, vroom or EEEEkkkk" sound. We would all have a good laugh at that. The sales reps have been very helpful when asked a question about a used vehicle and allowed me to take it for a spin. Both of these details happened on Friday, May 1, 2015.

Our family has purchased two GM vehicles from Pearl Motor Company. The purchase process could not have been easier, and we appreciated the no-hassle, straight-forward purchase with Chris Lewis. We told him what we wanted, what we wanted to pay, and he helped us find it. It seems Pearl has a larger than typical selection of new and high-quality used pickups. The dealership has a recently-opened brand new facility, with a beautiful showroom and spacious, modern service bays. Each time our vehicles have been serviced under routine maintenance or recall service, the service team has communicated with me or my wife each step of the way - letting me know about my options when I have a choice about how to spend our maintenance dollars. The parts department and warranty service have been quick and very easy to deal with - from ordering accessories to making sure warranty claims are handled thoroughly. I had the oil changed in my car. They were quick and had wonderful facilities. I was able to drive up to the window and go right into the building without and fuss. The guys at the service dept explained the multi point inspection in detail.
