Most amazing service experience: Service advisor Bill had clear communication on phone, quick access to an appointment, fully comprehended the engine issue on arrival with estimates on a return date. Bill empathized with down vehicle, listened and communicated. Tech repair order clearly explained the engine work and vehicle was returned early! Started looking for a truck in May and found that Pearson was the only close dealership the could get what I wanted. Walked in and asked to talk to a sales representative about my options and Jaime was the representative I got. He helped me work through what I wanted, how much it would be, and the best way to order it to get it as soon as possible. He was very understanding with my questions and concerns and they were able to work with me on pricing. Overall fully deserved 5 stars. Holly the financial manager I worked with was also fantastic and made the paperwork a breeze. I would definitely talk to Pearson if your looking for a new vehicle.

Pretty good experience with my end of lease and new lease. Unlike other dealers I visited, Pearson didn’t jerk me around. Process was straight forward, and sales took a consultative approach instead of selling me what they wanted to sell me. Overall a solid experience. We’ll see how after sales support goes.

The Service department at Pearson is fantastic. I came in at 5pm looking for an emergency oil change before a business trip the next morning and Frances and Andre went out of their way to help me even though it was almost closing time. They squeezed me in for an appointment first thing the next morning and knowing how critical it was that I get on the road to make it to my meeting on time, Andre had me out the door in under 45 min. Thank you Frances and Andre for your empathy, kindness, and help getting me back on the road safely and quickly!

I found the car and dealership on cars.com. I had immediate response from Melissa and continued immediate response on my questions. I drove 3 1/2 hours to Pearson to see the vehicle and met Melissa in person. She was as nice in person as her e-mail responses were and the dealership was great. Everyone was friendly and helpful. My fiance purchased a used vehicle and everything went perfect. Bill was friendly and quite knowledgeable. We had been to a few other dealers and the salespeople were clueless. The day after the purchase we noticed an issue with the steering. We called their Manager and they invited us right in that day, gave us a rental and fixed the problem. We feel really good about our future with Pearson Ford.

I purchased a used car from Pearson and after getting it on the interstate I realized there was a suspension problem. I ended up calling Pearson after having it checked out and they took care of the issue at no cost to me. It's always a breath of fresh air when you find a company that will do more than what is required and go the extra mile.

Pearson Ford has a great selection of new, pre-owned, and used vehicles first of all. Plus it is in one of my favorite places - Zionsville. What made it so great this time was our experience with our very helpful sales person Katrina Jewell. She is very knowledgable about all makes and models and if she doesn't know, she will find the answer for you. She was not pushy at all and was truly a joy to be around for the two days that my wife and I were there. The whole entire process I felt at ease like we had known each other before this meeting. She has a very warm and friendly presence about her and is a natural for sales I think. This is a rare thing, because I have only encountered this maybe one other time. Thank you Pearson Ford for taking a chance with her. We will be coming back again and telling our friends about her and our experience at Pearson Ford!

Recently I had to purchase two vehicles within a 30 day period (one was totaled in an accident) Both times I decided to come to Pearson Ford. No matter how many times I went to Pearson, whether it be for test driving, oil changes, or general questions about my new car, every person I came into contact with was very delightful. Everyone genuinely seemed to enjoy their job and their coworkers. An amazing environment to be surrounded in. When purchasing my vehicles I worked in majority with Michael Daniels, he was very flexible with my schedule and my boyfriends (we are both in the service industry working 50+ hours a week). He was very knowledgeable and answered many questions I had (I used to be very skeptical of Ford products) and reassured me of it's quality. His personality was very fun but professional, he definitely took all the different stresses out of purchasing a new vehicle.Even when it boiled down to the paperwork, John was very informative of all the information and explaining to me the situation I was put in after my accident. He explained everything very well and I wasn't left with any questions or loose ends.I recently came in for an oil change and also had a great experience, again everyone was very pleasant, even though there is a huge renovation going on which I understand can be stressful. I really enjoy that everyone seems to function as a team. It took a little longer than expected but Bill was very prompt on updating me and taking care of everything I needed with no surprise costs.I am definitely going to continue coming to Pearson for all my car related needs, and refer people who are currently car hunting. One of the easiest deals I have ever had buying a car. Michael Daniels, my sales consultant, showed me how to use the sport mode on the Mustang, and that is something I have never experienced. Also, Mr. Daniels is a active listener; therefore, your needs will be understood and met. Michael Burg, the financial guy, is a perfectionist and type A. Your paperwork will be explained, and correct before you leave. Dave Taylor, the sales manager, put me with Michael Daniels because I asked him to give me someone I can trust. Dave knows his team, and will put place you in the right care.

Salesperson became defensive and appeared irritated that he was not going to make a sale. Lack of knowledge of vehicle I was interested in. All he could say is that Fords are better than Chevy and since Fords are better, they will cost more. I will not go back. I will try another Ford dealership for my questions as I look for a new vehicle. While sitting in the dealership, other staff sat at desk with heads burried in computers. No smiles or greating as you receive at other dealerships. Maybe everyone there was having a bad day on the day I chose to visit.... I will buy in the next couple months, they lost a potential sale.

Reggie Ervin,Was extremely helpful. He also went above what I would call the "normal" for customer service. He made the experience less difficult than I thought it would.It made me remember why I preferred Ford over other dealerships.Michael Berg,I did not spend as much time with Michael Berg as I did with Reggie Ervin.However the experience was just as wonderful and he was just as helpful as Reggie.There is no doubt in my mind which dealership I quill be going for my next car.Sorry it took so long to send this review. Reggie was awesome with helping me purchase my new ford fusion. He was very patient and made my experience the best it could be. I was able to lease a new ford fusion in the exact color and model I wanted. Reggie was extremely patient with me and answered all my questions with very clear, thorough answers. I highly recommend talking to Reggie if you need help purchasing a new or even used car. They also gave me a great deal on my trade in which helped my overall purchase in the end. Jay's ability to not waste my time was so refreshing when shopping for a car. We were able to complete the majority of the deal via email without setting foot in the dealership. Buying the vehicle at Pearson was a nonevent and not stressful at all. Michael was also very pleasant to deal with in the F/I department, no shady tactics just honest no hassle process.

I am 100% satisfied I got a good deal from salesmen who are willing to go the extra distance to sell a car at a good price. They jumped over obstacles that prevented me from buying a car at other dealers. More than anything else, they gave me confidence I could trust them. I drove 700 miles to purchase this car and I needed a salesman whom I felt I could trust.

Before I went to Pearson's, me and my family went to Andy Mohr's Ford in Plainfield and had a horrible experience at Andy Mohr's. Then we decided to go to Pearson's and browse around for a 2015 F-150. After we couldn't find a particular one we we're looking for, Katrina greeted us with smile and told us no worries, she'll find the exact one we're looking for. With a matter of minutes, she was able to find the exact truck we had in mind and was able to get it to us in just a couple of days. She was an absolute professional, kind, and courteous during our transaction and made us feel at ease with no issues. If going to Pearson's, I would absolutely recommend Katrina to help you...

While my initial car purchase experience was poor (previous review), Pearson Ford has reset the bar since. Higher much higher, not only for Pearson Ford but for all dealerships. They took ownership of the issues and my perception of the situation (vs. customer is wrong, this is why), made an immediate and concerned effort to address each aspect of the purchase and spent countless hours and staff to work with me on a solution. Im a hard person to crack; Pearson Ford went well beyond the call of customer service and delivered on their promises without reservation. I took delivery several weeks from the first visit. I began looking for a car by using truecar.com. I knew exactly what I wanted. I entered everything online and submitted. Within 10 minutes I received a call from Katrina. We chatted back and forth for a couple of hours. Katrina searched and found the exact vehicle within a few hours. 4 days later I was driving my new vehicle! My entire family has bought nothing but Fords for years from different dealers around Indianapolis and Greenfield. We had never been to Pearson Ford until we were referred by a family friend. I came in on a rainy Saturday and the salesperson and manager spent over 3 hours in the rain with me. I made a decision over the weekend and came back on Monday and purchased a new truck. These people are best Ford dealership around. Reggie, Ben, and Michael are wonderful. The only thing that i'm disappointed about is that I waited so long to try them out.

Our new car purchase experience was good, but not our service experience. We took the vehicle in for a first oil change and things seems to be good. At 1,500 miles I checked my oil and it was all the way up the stick. Upon evaluation of the issue, I drained a quart and a half out of the engine to get it to the top of the oil fill mark on the stick. I checked it several times before and after as I could not believe it. I called the GM, Ben Weir, and was sent to voice mail so I wrote him. What I got back was weak as a response. For them to have a Ford mechanic make this kind of a mistake, I was outraged. The GM asked what he could do to regain my business. I told him I wanted the next oil change for free and I wanted it right. He proceeded to tell me that he would send an email stating what they would do and how it was all covered by him. A week passed and nothing so I sent him a gentle reminder. The reply I got back was surprising. He stated in his email to just show the service coordinator this email and it will get taken care of. So much for a full detailed, I care about my customers reply.Never again! If they screw up an oil change, what else will they mess up while the have the car. These things are expensive enough.

Originally I had planned on buying a Ford Explorer at another dealership. When I arrived at the dealership (45 minute drive) they couldn't find Explorer. Then they told me that it was in the body shop for paint issue on one of the doors. Needless to say, I decided not to give this dealership my business. I then went to Pearson Ford to look at a Taurus and a Fusion. The salesperson Melissa Whittle did a great job of showing me the cars as well as their features. I requested to take the Fusion home for a 24-hour test drive, which they allowed. I decided the car was awesome and returned to the dealership the next day for the paperwork. I already had financing arranged so I only spent around an hour at the dealership until I was ready to go. John Pearson in finance was awesome as well. He went over different warranty options, but was not pushy when I declined. Overall, a great experience. I would definitely recommend Pearson Ford to family and friends in the future and would return in the future.

We recently had a situation where we needed to trade in our vehicle and purchase a less expensive vehicle in order to close on our new home 2 days later. Ben Weir helped us to find a vehicle and turned our very stressful situation into a smooth transaction. He went above and beyond to help us out and make sure we got the best deal possible. Every person at Pearson helped us through the process quickly and efficiently. Mike Berg went out of his way to make sure the financing paperwork was processed quickly so we could close on our home. I know we would not have received this level of customer service from any other dealership. I cannot thank the people at Pearson enough for the exceptional service we received. Looking back, I am thinking, these guys have some magic powers or what. I feel as if these guys knew me a long time ago and we were friends. I did not feel stress out buying this car (third car). Katrina worked very hard and did everything she could to help us get our 2002 Honda Odyssey. I came to Pearson after initially going to Tom Wood Ford. At TW, they went out of their way to try to avoid doing any diagnosis of the problem, trying to tell me I was responsible for the cost of inspection and repairs (while still under full warranty), and trying to sell me a new car after having just bought this one a month ago. I was so disgusted with my experience at TW that I was genuinely concerned that the issue might not be able to be fixed. Pearson, and Bill Haygood in particular, were friendly, upfront, diligent and honest. They had to call in an engineer from Ford, but they eventually discovered that it was an issue with the timing. Pearson earned a loyal customer for life with this transaction, and not only because my experience was so bad at Tom Wood.If you are considering a purchase or service, please heed the ratings and comments both here and on the Tom Wood site. Notice TW does not list their employees on DealerRater, but Pearson does. High turnover and shady dealing likely means TW doesn't want you to truly know what you are dealing with. Choose Pearson, they will do right by you.

After shopping 3 other dealers in Carmel, Pearson is the best. I stumbled upon them from a referral that I received from a friend. I contacted their GM and he was out of town but he hooked me up with 2 wonderful people and they took care of me. It was quick and painless.

I was in Pearson Ford servicing my car and I started talking to the General Manager and he was telling me that I can get additional incentive for having a General Motors lease so I took a look at the Explorer. I was blown away with the technology. This was the first car I purchased at Pearson and the experience was the best that I've ever had. Quick process and great staff. I love my new car!

Went to the dealership for a 9:00AM appointment because of a recall on my truck. They told me it would only take an hour when I informed the dealership that I can't have my truck tied up for long. Called them after 3 hours and they haven't even started to wotk on it. It has now been 4.5 hours and they still haven't completed the recall.Very poor customer service!

I submitted my information to several dealers and Katrina was the only Salesperson that actually called my back. I could tell that she was New but she answered all of my questions and was extremely nice. I set out to by a Used SUV but it made so much sense to buy a New SUV. My first New Car! We came in to Pearson Ford to purchase a "non-ford" product and the experience could not have been any better. Our Salesperson was with another customer so one of the Manager's Don helped us. He was extremely transparent and that is what we needed. Michael was great in finance and we will be back for a truck.

Purchased a new explorer ... Went in told them what I wanted and for how much . Took a few days to find the right vehicle for the price I wanted !! I went to probably around seven or eight dealerships and they could not get me within seventy dollars of the payment I wanted .. Jay Coyle worked every day to find what I wanted and he did !! If you ever visit Pearson ask for Jay !! He will do everything it takes to make you happy !! I was a pain for him to deal with and he kept going until I was satisfied! Being a family of five we want what we want and were very satisfied !

Once we made the drive there, our salesman made us feel at home even though it was a busy Saturday. He gave us freedom to test drive our vehicle and time to decide. Once we had decided to buy, our salesman got Don the used car manager involved. Don knew that we had made a long drive specifically for this vehicle. He cut right to the chase and gave the best offer he could. He showed us the profit he would make. We felt he was more than fair. Once the agreement was made, the staff helped us with the paperwork and the process of getting out the door was smooth and quick.

I pulled up to the lot at 5:30-5:45, walked around the lot, no one came out to assist so I went inside and walked around, no offered any assistance. There were two guys sitting at their desk, neither bothered to ask if I needed any help. I went back outside where another salesman were helping a family with their new car. He saw me earlier outside as well but never offered any assistance. It was about 6:15 wen I finally decided to ask if I needed to ask for help myself when he stated that we are closed and that's why no one is out on the lot. "They closed at 6." Just an FYI, I had a check for $21,000 in my purse to buy a car,,, I guess they lost out on that one!!!!

Good overall experience, and would recommend to anyone. The only thing keeping it from 5 stars is the time it took to complete the transaction. If I walk into a dealership, ready to buy (i.e., the car picked out, the price negotiated, and financing in place), there is just no reason for it to take three hours to drive off the lot. The point is admittedly minor, but to maximize the experience (for me), I'd like to get that duration down to under an hour.

I first went to another Ford dealership that alienated me because they lied to me. Even though that dealership had the exact car I was looking for, they didn't get my business because I didn't feel respected. I had the complete opposite experience and Pearson Ford with Internet Sales/Business Manager Michael Berg. I first made contact with MIchael by email. He guided me through the process of custom ordering the car I wanted. (a C-Max Hybrid) he told me it would take 6 weeks to get the car in, and it took 6 week exactly. The car was ready to go when he said it would be. He matched the best financing that i could find on the web,and he made the process as painless as it could be. Regarding the price of the car, I should note that I purchased this vehicle through the Ford Employee "A-Plan", so I didn't have to negotiate the price. I will say that I have heard from some other people that in some dealerships A-Plan customers are treated like second class citizens. I certainly did not feel like I was treated as a second-class citizen at Pearson Ford.

Price we did not mess around because he was spot on for what I was willing to pay. Between Adam and Truecar.com I spent no time playing dealership games with managment. I made the mistake of purchasing a vehicle from here and have been plagued with nothing but problems since. As a first time buyer, I expected more transparency and forthrightness, even when purchasing an older used vehicle. My expectations of Pearson Ford was that even their used cars would be at least in good serviceable condition. I was extremely pressured into buying the worst mistake of my life. Instead here is what I found instead: 1.) 2 weeks after purchase, the entire accessory drive belt system of the vehicle had to be replaced because it was so worn that the belts were splitting. The belts were obviously coated with some sort of soap/grease that was used to disguise the deficiency in the vehicle at the time of purchase. ~$200. 2.) The transmission fluid in the vehicle was pitch black and tarry. It required 4 flushes before it would run clean. ~$150. 3.) 6 months from the date of purchase, an ignition coil and timing belt in the engine failed. ~$1250 4.) The turn signal system hyperblinks, and the left front turn signal died 3 weeks after purchase due to the removal of a factory part by the previous owner (I am assuming) and replacement with a pair of non insulated electrical spade connectors. I still have not been able to afford a repair for this problem which at minimum will cost ~$400. 5.) I am currently now experiencing a loud squeal coming from the back end, which it still in the process of being diagnosed. I pray to god it's something cheap this time. 6.) The windshield cracked across the entire bottom of the vehicle overnight one day due what I can only assume was a rapid temperature change. 7.) I have just received a recall for this vehicle concerning the back rack used to mount the spare tire, which has the potential to rust and corrode and fall off, potentially while driving, having the potential to cause serious injury. No repairs are being offered for it. 8.) The bed liner in the vehicle is horrible, and holds water in it for days at time after a rain storm, even with the tailgate dropped. I am extremely concerned about the life expectancy of my bed due to rust. Although I had an excellent credit rating, I was not given a reasonable interest rate because I was a "first time buyer." I am stuck with a pile of junk that only values half of what I paid for it. To make matters more interesting, I posted a review on this site 2 days ago, only to find that somehow, it disappeared. To make matters more interesting, even though I chose to remain anonymous, I was contacted by the Pearson Ford today in regards to my review on here, along with an inquiry as to why they were never contacted about these problems. I actually find this a little creepy and unnerving. I chose not to go back to the dealer to fix these problems because I was so badly ripped off in the beginning that my mistrust of this place is probably something that will never be fixed. I was advised by the certified mechanics that did the repairs to my vehicle to avoid the place that sold me this pile of junk like the plague. I will take my excellent credit rating and on time payments to someplace that is willing to work with me and sell me a quality vehicle next time.

I purchased an 2003 Toyota Tacoma from here. All I can say is, I was sold a complete piece of junk, which they did extremely well in hiding it's flaws. 2 weeks after driving, the ignition coiled failed, costing me over $1500 dollars in repairs and no help from Pearson whatsoever. I've also had to replace a wheel bearing, serpentine belts twice, and I am also in the process of having to figure out how to fix the turn signal problem this piece of crap has. I will never buy from here again as long as I live, the deception and high pressure sales tactics that were used one me to purchase this pile of junk has made me so angry that I never set foot in that place again.

This was, without a doubt, the most "painless" car-buying experience my wife and I have ever had. There was ZERO pressure from the start. We had a great experience at Pearson Ford right when we walked in the door. We were fairly easy customers as I had done research online prior to our visit, but Mark took it in stride and still treated us great. He was also knew his stuff and was a lot friendlier than another Ford dealer we had visited previously.It took about a month to track down the model and features we wanted, but Mark kept at it and delivered us a vehicle that met our needs. We are very happy with Pearson and our new C-MAX!

Adam was good with the e-mails, but when it came to in person, he was not able to help me We had another salesman who helped very much and got the car deal done. When I picked up the car, i was not shown any of the features. I still don't know where some things are The manual hasn't been of big help. I guess I have the main things. The man that setup the incar phone was good, but went way too fast and i had to fumble around to answer the phone and to end the calls. Not everyone is tech smart. About 2-3 weeks after I bought the car, Adam sent me an e-mail, asking if there was anything he could do or questions he could answer so that I would buy a new ford. He did even remember I bought a car from him. I must have made quite an impression on him. No one went over the service things for the car maintenance or show me where the service dept is. We have been coming to Pearson Ford for years. I have chalked each experience up to maybe a bad day or I was just happy that I was able to get in for an appointment. I have called to schedule (the day prior) and told I can't get in for two days.I work for an airline, I don't have two days to wait. I have limited days that I am home and the rest of the time my truck is at the airport while I an out of town. If you look in our records, you will see that we have consistently reported an issue with our truck....when we step on the gas, the transmission "hiccups" and the truck moves as if we are driving a 5-speed and do not know how. We had the transmission completely rebuilt (our truck is still under warranty) at another Ford dealer. The same issue continues to happen so we researched and it turns out that the problem is a known issue with our year. Scott couldn't have cared less. I would have hoped that the dealer would have been able to inform us of this instead of us informing the dealer. I also have a power outlet that does not work. Scott checked the fuse and it is fine. But in order to diagnose the problem, he had to charge me a fee .... I told him the truck was still under warranty (you should have that on file). And the oil change was $50! That is ridiculous. We will not be coming back to Pearson.

Michael Berg did an excellent job of servicing me and getting the new 2013 Ford Escape I ordered. I used the USAA Buying service for the first time. They provided me a certificate to take into your dealership as well as two others. Michael looked at the certificate, talked to the manager and within a few minutes came back and advised me we had a deal. Everything promised was provided when I received my new Escape. I did not mind the wait to get the vehicle I ordered. To my surprise, it had a full tank of gas. Another associate provided me a short briefing and helped me with adding my phone to the system. This was the easiest vehicle purchase I can remember. I've owned Chryslers, Hondas, Toyotas, Lexus and Fords in my lifetime. After Ford refused to take the government bailout and started producing great cars compatible if that better than others I decided that I would buy my new vehicle from FORD, buy American and keep our U.S. Citizens working to help as a thank you!

The buying experience started with Don Thompson. Absolutely no pressure and professionally handled all my questions in the initial discussion. Once the decision was made to purchase, the communication from Don was responsive and informative. One thing to note - I did the entire purchase over the internet via email. The truck was placed on order and in the interim, Don was promoted and Michael Berg took over the sale. Michael was professional and communicative as well. Again, all correspondence was done via email. The technical ability to sent forms and information via PDF files was very helpful. No pressure throughout the entire process. I had a very small window to be able to pick up the truck (1 morning). The truck and all documents were prepared in advance and the entire time in the dealership was less than 30 minutes. This was greatly appreciated. I can't guarantee that my future purchases will all be Ford vehicles, but I can say that if I am buying a Ford, it will be at this dealership.

We wanted to see if we could trade in my wifes Fiesta for a Focus. I didn't expect to have many options since we had only had the Fiesta for a year. We just found that it was a bit too small the longer we had it even though our original intent was to just use it for my wife to get to work.Reggie (Salesman), Ben (General Manager), and others at the dealership worked to get us into a very, very nice Focus that was the exact color, body style, and equipment package, that we wanted. They did not try to over-sell us other things we did not need, and were very good to us.As an example, I mentioned Ben Weir above. He is the General Manager of the dealership, and the reason I know his name is because he emailed me personally when we needed help finding the car we wanted, and was quick to respond to any questions we had. He could have easily passed it off, but did not, and that really makes a difference.We love our Ford vehicles, but are always hesitant when it comes to dealerships, but for our first visit having just moved to Indy, they definitely won us over and we will be back soon when it is time to trade in our Explorer.Thank you!

Ford no longer makes Explorer Sport Tracs. The Quick Lane and Pearson Ford workforce is helping me keep mine in good (and safe) running order as long as possible past the 100K mark. It speaks volumes that I live an hour away, yet I schedule my routine maintenance here. Knowing that I come to town specifically for Ford service, Peter, Scott, Joel, Jeremy, and the mechanics pull together as a team to make service visits efficient, in terms of time and effort. If the truck needs to be serviced in more than one Pearson Ford area - Peformance Collision, Ford Service, or Quick Lane, the services are choreographed so that each item is completed before moving onto the next. The entire group made the car buying process enjoyable. They were courteous and professional, and worked very hard to deliver exactly what my wife and I desired in our new Ford Explorer. They were extremely competitive on the pricing and the customer service overall was excellent. We had some issue with the Sync system and my wife's phone and the service staff, including the general manager of the dealership went out of their way to correct the issue. I would very much recommend this dealership to any friend or neighbor looking for a new or used car. Our experience was a very pleasant one!

Overall experience was good. The car was not 100% clean - even though it is a used vehicle, buyer still expects it to be clean (back middle console had chewed gum in it). A few other minor things were said during sales visit and during follow-up call - wrong name, wrong vehichle (I purchased an explorer not an edge). I ordered CilaJet and was to call back to make appt. John wasn't in when I called so I emailed him. The next day I called him and left voice mail. I heard back the next day after I left the voice mail message. I like to hear back within 24 hours or if he is out of the office, an email indicator stating he is out or voice message indicating he is out.If the above wouldn't have happened it would have been Great instead of Good.I would still recommend Pearson to family and friends for purchases.

My wife and I have purchased 6 new Fords at 6 different dealers over the years. We are loyal to Ford, but have never felt ANY loyalty to ANY of those dealers until now. I had always felt a lot of anxiety in gearing up to buy a new car as if preparing for battle...hours in the showroom shopping/haggling, dealing with high-pressure, shifty salesmen, dealing with the various sales pitches in the finance office, etc. NONE OF THAT HAPPEND AT PEARSON FORD! Our salesman, James was a pleasure to meet and work with. He was honest and eager to answer all of our questions. His sales manager, Don was very fair and eager to make sure we were happy with our purchase. Clay Fulton closed the deal on financing our new car and was able to beat our credit union's rate without using Ford Credit. Clay was great and moved us through that process very efficiently. We love our new SUV and couldn't be happier with our buying experience at Pearson Ford. I will be buying my next Ford at Pearson Ford (even though its 31 miles from our home). I recently had several random problems occur with my car requiring multiple visits to Quick Lane. Prior visits had just included oil changes. The staff was excellent--knowledgable and accomodating. From my flat tire to the window which fell into my car at 6 PM, I couldn't have asked for better help. The extended hours and Saturday openings were especially useful. One associate even picked me up from work himself after shuttle hours had ceased. They all really went above and beyond to help me and I am very thankful. I would recommend Quick Lane to anyone.

Was welcomed with great hospitality. It was the first time I have brought my new car in for an oil change. I also had noticed squeakiness on cold mornings with my brakes that went away. They explain this was due to the hybrid but said they would check it out just in case. I appreciated the honesty and the double check. I drive quite a ways and could easily go to other dealerships - but won't because of the great service I am receiving at Pearson!

Overall the person who dealt with us did an excellent job.However, what buyer will be satisfied if the brand new car he just bought had dimples when he brings it for paint protection job at the same dealership?When you buy a new car you want it to be flawless and clean. But the Ford Escape we got, had more than 200mi on it and the inside was smudged on the trimmings and even the leather seats.Also, the service for fixing the dimples (dents on a brand new car - imaginge that) was not really to be desired- we had to return the car for it to be fixed.

The icing on the cake was this week when Chris sent Chad to my home to program the garage door opener in the auto. Never once did Chris say to me "read your manual and you can do the programming". I started out with a different dealership who seemed to push me out the door on a Saturday. On Sunday I sent the email to Pearson Ford and was responded to on Monday. By Tuesday Don had found the truck that I was looking for and it was sold to me on Wednesday. The other dealer didn't respond back to me until Tuesday afternoon when I was at Pearson Ford. Their loss. Don was very responsive in getting what I wanted.

I called a day in advance for appointment for oil change and tire rotation. I arrived on time at 9:30 am I was checked in quickly but my car was not finished until 10:40 am.I could choose another time & or date if you have a heavy schedule.I had a coupon for $36 but bill was $47.27 which was hand written below an amount of about $52. It would be nice to see exactly how the amount I paid was arrived at.I will agree to your terms of use but they geve me another reason not to take my three cars to Pearson Ford.

I was very satisfied with the service I received! Karen was very friendly and helpful. I came prepared with my offer to buy a 2012 Ford Fusion. I was introduced to Don and we worked out a deal. I went home to sleep on it and in the morning called to say yes! In no way was I ever hassled about purchasing the vehicle. Mack did a great job following up with me daily to see if he could get me into a truck or car. F150 did not fit in the garage, but I kept trying vehicals at different dealerships to see what they had to offer. We finally got the best of both worlds with our purchase of a Flex! Awesome truck/car combo. I can still pull our speedboat and can carry the family along in comfort. Don went out of his way to locate the exact car I was looking for. Even when I was prepared to purchase a vehicle with alternative options, he kept looking for and actually found the original one I wanted. In addition, when I had a problem with my sync (my ford touch) system he did everything he could to quickly assess and correct the problem.

Curtis closed the Quick Lube 15 minutes before the scheduled time. I was there before 7:00pm and could not pick up my car because he locked the shop early, even though I called to tell him I was on the way. I did email and then speak to Pete (manger) who apologized and let me know that Curtis has been reprimanded.

Mack was very pleasant and easy to work with. Very low pressure, which was a BIG plus. (I've left other dealers for being to pressuring.) Could have used a bit more time learning synch system, but its a bit overwhelming to learn all at one. A little slow in getting the paperwork ready for signing, but the actual signing process went super. Overall, excellent experience.

The reasons that I rated this dealership as above are as outlined briefly below. I was greeted in a friendly manner as I got out of my old truck. The salesperson listened carefully to what I was looking for and understood that I had visited other dealers. However, he readily listened to what I wasw looking for, especially all the rebates on the 2011s. I did not have enough time to finish working with the sales manager and my salesperson. I agreed that if the other dealers could not deliver on what I wanted that I would be back on the next day. I returned the next day because of the friendly atomsphere and continued to work on making a deal. We split the different in the price and had a deal. It was a pleasent experience.

Purchased an 2009 Escape and had to return 4 months later to have a new battery. When purchasing the vehicle I assuming it was checked out and serviced. Not so sure, Dustin said that when it was last serviced a new battery was needed. I have not had my vehicle serviced yet, its not time for even an oil change yet.So I was charged $207.00 for a battery, ridculious. Would have been happy to pay for service but not new battery. Payed too much for vehicle and got hosed again. Will never purchase from pearson again, will tell as many people as I can about your poor service.

The genuine friendliness and personal appeal of the staff as well as our sales person have always been a plus, but even more than all that is the consistently honest, efficient, dependable service department. Pearson not only has supplied us with great cars, but also with wonderful service long after the sale. The excellent service department staff and Scott cause my husband and me to remain loyal customers.

I routinely used Pearson Ford for my routine maintenance as well as repair work. Service team is extremely friendly and always try to be helpful with appropriate reminders. I've been a long time customer and the sales and service staff know me on a first name basis. Pearson is very convenient for me and has good service hours. Almost always get the work done in one day. If I'm pushed on time they really try to have it done by noon. I've never had to take a vehicle back for a second time on the same repair. Cost of service work is on par with what I would expect for a dealership. I can probably have it done for less by a private shop but it would likely take longer and not be as convenient.

I somewhat dreaded purchasing a vehicle from a dealership partly thinking I wouldn't get as good a price as from a private seller and partially because of all the back-and-forth dealing that usually has to take place in order to reach a deal. It was not like that at all. Very comfortable experience and very kind treatment. I asked for some cosmetic work to be done for the asking price (which was reasonable to start with) and Pearson came back with two offers; make the repairs requested for the asking price, or they dropped the price if they don't make the repairs. Both options were very reasonable and felt good about letting Pearson make the repairs at the asking price. When shopping for my youngest son's first car at Pearson's, we were cordially greeting by Adam. We never felt like we were pushed or hassled into the sale. Other dealerships had salespersons that pushed to hard for the sale. We had already decided what we wanted before arriving there and they fulled met our needs and expectations.

Upon return service inspection I was treated very well by Mr. Gilbert and given the attention I expected. He was very professional and accommodating. He put Mr. Catlin on my 2006 Lincoln Mark LT for inspection and service needs. Mr. Catlin was very thrall. I was provided with a print out of future or possible problems in regards to my Lincoln and made aware of issues to look out for as well as repair cost. Mr. GiIbert explained very well my trucks needs and I left Pearson Ford's Quick Lane auto center with a much better feeling about my Truck and its condition. Thank you Guys very much.

Honesty, all info divulged, caring, met all my expectations. Promptness. Entire dealership personnel friendly. There was a full tank of gas to drive away with a new car. I can remember several years ago driving away from Dellen Oldsmobile in a new auto and didn't get 3 blocks away and ran out of gas. I will always treasure seeing "F" on the gas gauge today when I took possession. Chris made me feel so comfortable in knowing that I may call him at any time with questions or concerns about the car. I know he will treat me as an important person, not just a number in a book.

On like other dealerships I have noticed that forget the customer after the sale. Pearson Ford and their staff are there always there 2 months, or 2 years...They back their product 110% long after the sale. I purchased my 2008 Ford Escape from Pearson Ford off Michigan Road in Zionsville in June of 2010. Since purchase, I have taken my car to Pearson Quick lane for all of my service needs and I will continue to do so as the service is unmatched. As a single woman, in the past, I've felt anxious about taking my car to be serviced simply because I've always wondered "will this place take advantage of me and talk over my head because I'm a woman" I've had that anxiety build up over time as I've had some pretty bad experiences in the past. But I have never felt that way at Pearson Quick lane. Any time I've had any trouble with my car, the mechanic has taken me out to physically show me what the issue is and has fully explained the problem in a manner of which I can understand; I have never been made to feel stupid or uncomfortable (Will is AWESOME as well as all of the mechanics). Every person I have come in contact with has been friendly and helpful from the customer service personnel to the mechanics to the management. I feel that I've built a relationship with Pearson Ford as a result of the exceptional service I've received and I will continue to visit for that reason. We just purchased a used Ford F250 diesel truck from Pearson. Part of the purchase agreement was for them to repair some rust on the truck. They did everything they said they would and more. I was provided a loaner truck for 3 days while mine was in the body shop. They referred me to Line X of Indy for a new A.R.E. utility top and they have been great to work with as well. The truck was sold as is with no warranty. When I got home I noticed an oil leak I did not notice at the dealership. I took it to their service department and just asked them to be fair on the repair. I understood I had purchased as is. They replaced the transmission cooler at no charge. It was a sizable repair. I am very pleased and impressed with Pearson. I intend to have the truck on a regular service schedule in their service department. When I am ready to look for another vehicle in the future I will go to Pearson.

Worked very hard to complete a deal that was right for us. Even with several glitches in the approval process and a lender who took 3 days to complete their end, the staff at Pearson remained professional and extremely helpful. Overall, the best experience I have ever had with a dealership. I have owned many cars in my lifetime and have never left a dealership feeling like I got the best deal possible. Not true at Pearson.....I definitely feel I was treated like my satisfaction was important to them.

I had been a customer of Paul Harvey Ford for over 12 years and never had a complaint with them. When they closed I found it necessary to find a new service center ( and potential car dealership), for my current and future needs for transportation.When I came to Pearson Ford for my first visit on 7/13/11 for an oil change, I made it very clear to Bill that I was seeking to build a new relationship with a Ford Dealer, like I had at Paul Harvey Ford. On that visit it was recommended that I have my front brakes replaced and have my fuel filter replaced along with the oil change. I agreed to have this done.On my second visit on 11/15/2011 for an oil change, I made an appointment online, but when I showed up, it was as if no one knew I was coming. I wanted what I thought was a multi point inspection with oil change. Bill wanted to know which I was there for, a multi point inspection or oil change. I tried to explain to him that I thought they were one in the same. He was less than personable and did not try to explain the difference to me. When my service was completed I was presented with a "Fitness Inspection and Treatment Plan". The first thing I noticed was that my address was spelled wrong. The second thing I noticed was that I had a "marker bulb" burned out. I would have appreciated someone coming in to the waiting room to see if I wanted that replaced while I was there. I asked Bill if this was a break light or turn signal bulb and he said no, but never did explain to me what a "marker bulb" was. I still don't know. After looking at all the items that were listed as "caution items", I explained to Bill that I had completed all of my major services on my vehicle as recommended. These services were all performed at my 60,000 mile service. He just didn't really seem to care too much about talking with me about my vehicle.This inspection report also cautioned me that I needed to replace my "fuel filter". This was just done on 7/13/11, why would that need to be replaced again? To sum it all up, the cost of owning a vehicle is my second greatest expense next to my mortgage. I do not make a lot of money, but I am willing to pay the extra cost of going to the dealership, because I need to deal with people who value me as a customer, pay attention to detail, and take the time to explain things to me about my truck that I do not understand. I plan to always be a Ford driver, but where I take my business will depend on the relationship I am able to build with the service center/dealership.This survey rating is based on the information provided above. After receving this survey I required additional service. On 11/24/11 (Thanksgiving evening), my vehicle broke down (the alternator went out). That night I emailed Bill Haygood with that information and wanted him to know I needed to bring my vehicle in the next day. When I called on Friday morning around 7:45, it was obvious my urgent email had not been read.When I called I spoke to Dustin who started asking me questions about my vehicle. I explained to Dustin that I was a current customer and had just been in last week. I'm okay that he didn't know I was a customer, but I would have appreciated him at least asking me. Once he knew I was a customer, his tone became friendlier. Your service center fixed my vehicle that day (which I really didn't expect with it being the Friday after Thanksgiving), and saved me the expense of getting a rental car. I felt Dustin was responsive and professional. I have not decided if I will return to Pearson Ford for my oil changes/multi-point inspections, new truck purchases. I did not feel valued as a customer at Pearson Ford. A friend at work recommends Andy Mohr. I felt it necessary to fill out this survey to let you know how I felt, because truthfully it would have been much simpler for me to come to your service center.

The sales personnel and management were very kind and understanding, allowing help in the negotiation process, and not agrivate the situation as a whole. The buying experience was painless. We were treated courteously and with respect. We were shown options, although there was gentle pushing towards a certain vehicle. Which was fine in this case as we did buy that vehicle and are very happy with it. I would caution that options be put in writing and not left to verbal rememberance as misunderstandings can occur.

I was told that I would receive a discount of $5 because I wa s anew customer. No Discount! I was assisted by a different individual than the one who returned my vehicle. I asked for a price quote three separate times for new tires. I have used Quick Lane in Georgia since it opened next to the dealership where I purchased my truck. They were efficient and pleasant-and at no time did an oil change take over one hour to complete.

However, I was very surprised when I received my title for my new used vehicle versus the price for the loan I took out to pay for the vehicle. The vehicle selling price was upwards of $8,000, but the price it was sold or traded in for was only $4300? Just a little frustrated after seeing that. Makes me feel like I was ripped off a little bit.

I would suggest always talking direct to the car owner. If the woman drives in with the vehicle, you speak directly only to her unless she otherwise directs you. Do not switch to talking with the male counterpart that showed up in a separate car unless the male counterpart starts interjecting questions. Thank you.

The visit was to have the first (10,000 mile) oil change on our 2011 Fusion. Therewas no charge for this first oil change. I did have the tires rotated and paid the cost of that survice. The Pearson staff was very professional and accomplished the work while I remained in the custormer waiting area.

I drove passed another ford dealer that did not respond to my request for information on a simular truck. The deal was made without the normal back and forth grubbing for pennies. I am an "old school" wife who's husband has always taken care of the bills,the insurance,the math(lol)and yes,even the garbage. Although I am very competant in my career and have my strong suits,buying a new vehicle (alone)is not one of them! If it looks pretty and has "neat" stuff that's good enough for me. You are beginnig to see the problem here, right. OK, so I set off one Saturday afternoon to "look" at cars. It didn't take long and Matt was escourting me around. We looked at several SUV's. They were OK,then Matt took me into the showroom and there it was! A beautiful black shiny Edge. It was one of those Ahhhhhh moments. I am not trying to write a novel here, I just really want you to realize how much I came to appreciate Matt, Dave and Clay. So,in my "I am an intelligent woman and you are not going to fleece me" way, I proved that buying a new vechicle alone was not a good idea. Chivalry is not dead however,because the three muskateers came to my rescue. I say this because the following Monday,my husband,Bruce had to come and sign the paperwork and Clay had to do alot of things he would not have had to do if I weren't so nieve. At any rate, all the guys were very gracious, patient and kind to me (and treated me like a savvy shopper!)I love my Edge. It is everything I wanted in my new vehicle and I couldn't be happier. My wife and I had no prior knowledge of or experience with Pearson Ford, but we decided to stop there anyway to look at a 2011 Ford Edge, so we could compare one with a 2012 Chevy Equinox and a 2012 GMC Terrain we had looked at earlier in the day. We were just spending the day gathering information on different makes and models to determine what we wanted to buy later this year. As we were looking at a 2011 Edge at Pearson Ford that really caught our eye, we were approached by salesman Mark Glozier. He was very friendly, not at all pushy, and asked if he could answer any questions for us. We talked about the Edge for a short time and then out of the blue Mark asked us if we would like to test drive it. My wife and I both drove it and we found it to be a wonderful vehicle that exceeded our expectations. It had so much more comfort and room with so many more features for the money than the mid-sized competitors that Chevy or GMC offer. Only to have comparative information for my wife and I to discuss when we got home, I asked Mark to "run some numbers" for us on the 2011 Edge we took for a test drive. Ford had $3,000 rebates on the 2011 Edge plus I am able to get X-plan pricing, which is very close to invoice pricing. In addition, Pearson Ford offered us more for our trade in than any other dealer ever would have (considerably more than wholesale). The bottom line price was so good we decided to buy the 2011 Edge right then and there. In our opinion, the great folks we worked with at Pearson Ford all worked very hard to earn our business and they even stayed more than an hour past closing time on a Saturday evening to wrap up our purchase. We plan to order another new Ford product at the end of this year and Pearson Ford will definitely be our first stop for a great price from Mark Glozier. PS...For anyone who plans to buy a Chevy Equinox or a GMC Terrain, you really need to look at a Ford Edge and take one for a test drive first! They are an outstanding mid-sized CUV and we are extremely happy with ours.

Mark was very helpful and was very nice every time I went to Pearson (as I came a couple different times while I was car shopping). He was willing to work with me and understood what I wanted and didn't want in a car. The reason I gave price a lower score was because at the end when I was set on the car I wanted and had money to put down and a trade-in, we were $400 off from what I wanted to pay and the price Pearson had the car at. It took about another hour and Pearson running my credit through several different times in order for them to figure out how to make the sale work, which ending up being close to a 4 hour process.

Service advisor called before any workwas done to explain what was covered under waranty, what was not covered and the cost for non-waranty work. The cost of the work was within $5.00 of the quote.Under waranty:They worked hard to find and fix an intermitent problem with driver's door window.They fixed a hard to reach leak in the A/C.Non-waranty:There was a problem with sudden acceleration when the motor was warm and transmission was put in drive or reverse. I had looked on the internet and saw many people had had this problem and few were fixed at their dealer. My problem was solved by their following the Ford procedure correctly.

My Father bought a used Ford Fusion from Pearson Ford on Michigan Rd in Zionsville,IN. He told us about his experiance with Don Thompson. We liked what he had to say so, we talked to Don as well. He evan Stayed pass closing time to give us the time we needed. We got a Ford Fusion that was just off the truck and was not preped yet so, he gave us a loner. Our car was preped and ready for us the very next day. Their was no presuer at all. We had a very Awsome experiance with Person Ford and Don Thompson. I hope this is helpful to you.

My Father Told us About his great experience at Pearson Ford in Zionsville IN. We needed a car so we went to see the Same sales person my Dad went to, Don Thompson. He was very freindly. He took his time with us and even stayed after Pearson Ford closed to talk with us. The service there is exalent. We bought a Ford Fusion S. The price was what we could aford and the overall experience was Awesome. I will recomend them again and again.

This was the first time I have used True Car Pricing for an On-Line price on a new vehicle. I have bought several new cars from Andy Mohr Ford usually just calling the salesman and telling him what I wanted. This was a new experience dealing with Pearson Ford and one that will not go unappreciated.. Shortly after submission of our request,we received a quick and courteous response from E-Commerce Director Don Thompson. From the onset of negotiations until conclusion of our deal he was always courteous, helpful, suggestive, and informative. We had special needs and he listened and accommodated each and everyone of them without hesitation. Pearson Ford even traveled 200 miles to retrieve our car and still allowed True car pricing. The True Car Pricing we requested was unavailable due to year end models,so Don guided us in another direction that not only saved us money but got us a new vehicle with more options than we had initially requested. Don sent us everything I requested including window stickers, dealer invoices, and a complete breakdown of all our costs before we even set foot in the showroom. It was a very smooth, worry free, and pleasant experience. We were in and out of the showroom in just over an hour, and 30 minutes was used to go over the options and usage of the new car. He even is arranging additional options for our vehicle which will include a future visit. The great service didn't end at payment. I could go on and on about this experience but suffice it to say, that we will return to Pearson for future Ford purchases and Andy Who?.

Quick lane has always provided a good alternative to waiting for an oil change. I can leave my car and go to LA Fitness, come back in an hour and the car is done. Peter and Ali are professional, courteous and represent the company well. I would recommend Quick Lane to all.

Everyone at Pearson Ford worked really hard to get me the particular model of car that I wanted. I had a very specific request in mind and originally we were going to have to wait 6 to 8 weeks to order it, but Mack Marsh decided to do a search of local dealerships inventory and we found one in the local area. This was very fortunate as I was about to move across the country and additional costs would have been incurred if I had to relocate my vehicle. Overall very positive experience with people really geared toward understanding my situation and getting the car I wanted.

This was my first visit to your dealership and I like it a lot. The one thing I find not appealing is that when I was wandering around the showroom, drooling over that black and silver Mustang Cobra GT, the receptionist did not even look up and say hello or ask if I needed help. I feel that unless she knew I was just having a car serviced, I could have been a potential buyer for a Mustang......of which I am on my ninth one right now.You just never know who your next customer may be.The men in Service were wonderful, helpful, and efficient...great team!

Exceeded my expectations and I would recommend this dealer without any hesitation. Don Thompson has the art of communication down. He was answering all of my questions promptly, and was even providing me with a rough estimate on my trade in value, sight unseen. I worked with other dealers during this process via the same channel, and it was very apparent that many others were just NOT reading my emails. They saw me as a potential sale and nothing more. Don took the time to read my email and then asked me specific questions regarding the information. Dealers that saw me nothing more as a sale (Penske Chevrolet, Cori Volpe at Hare Chevrolet) kept trying to get me into something I didn't want and ignored the fact that I wanted to gather information via Internet and kept calling me. Payman at Butler Nissan, provided me with a value of my trade then quickly pulled his offer within in minutes after I asked for it in writing. Don made the experience enjoyable. Out of all the dealers i contacted online Don was the ONLY one who didn't try and force me into the dealership before I was ready. We were able to work through most of the deal virtually. Don was a lower pressure, do anything salesman! I would definitely come back to work with Don.

The buying process went very well, Mark was a great help and there was no " drama" for me, which was very nice. The Finance manager was " perfect" in the dealings with me and my wife. I have one complaint. Your finance guy offered a plan where 1/2 of each monthly payment is deducted from our account every 2 weeks, and over the course of the auto loan we would end up paying it off sooner and paying less interest.Initially, I agreed to it. Then I went to the website for the company who handles it. I discovered that there is a $399 lifetime fee and a $1.95 fee for each transaction. The $399 is taken out of the 2-week paymnets in the months that would have 3 payments in them. You wouldn't start "saving" until then.I called the phone number for the company and spoke with Sergio. He confirmed the $399 fee and the service fee. He also stated that they don't send the payment to the lender every 2 weeks - they hold it until they have a full payment or more and pay it on the due date.None of this information was provided at your dealership. I think it would be good for people to know these facts. I cancelled the arrangement, and Sergio told me there would be no deductions or fees from them.I just thought you should know. Overall, my wife and I are very pleased with the service we received at your dealership. Mark is great.

When we first purchased our 2011 Edge we had a problem with the Sync system..it would not shut down when the car was turned off. This happened at 5:45 on a Friday evening. I called the dealership and after several rings Scott in Service picked up and I explained our problem. He stated they were closing, but he would wait until I got there to fix the problem. One, I didn't realize what time they closed, but I didn't expect anyone to wait on a Friday night either. Scott fixed the problem, which was Fuse #29 and we were on our way. This was above and beyond the call of duty, I also go to Scott from now on for service.

I had an appointment for my first oil change for my Fiesta I bought in November. Everyone, as always, was so nice & helpful. My service consultant, Scott Krouse, met me the moment I entered the service area. I told him about getting caught in a "tar storm" due to poor road repair at 79th & Ditch. He told me that the body shop could check it out after my oil change.While waiting, I saw Michael Berg. I told him about the tar incident, so he went out and looked. He reassured me that he thought the body shop could take care of it. In fact, when my car was finished in the service department, he took it over to the body shop while I waited. They took care of some of the tar, but couldn't get it all from the tire wells. So, Michael took it to Evan in the detail department (I think). He had a special solvent that got it all off for me! Then, he washed the car to get the solvent off......I couldn't believe it! I had been so worried about my poor little car, and now it is as good as new!I just wanted to let you know how impressed I am with everyone at your dealership. Michael was so helpful when I bought the car, and again today. And he's the internet guy!!!Thank you. You were right.....Pearson Ford does an excellent job making all dealings go smoothly!

After owning 4 Lexus and 1 BMW, I decided to take a good look at the Fusion Hybrid. Don Thompson was my sales associate. I had the best sales experience ever. I began working with Don over a year ago, thinking I might purchase a car for my son. After deciding to hold off on a new car for my son, I began thinking of trading my Lexus for a new car. I called Don and began working with him a month or so ago. Don is honest, provides good information, and is not one of those "high pressure" sales associates. He always responds in a timely fashion to emails and phone calls. I think he must have sleeping quarters at Pearson. After test driving the Fusion Hybrid, I decided to purchase it. Don is one of the most pleasant people I have encountered in any sales situation. I HIGHLY recommend Don to anyone looking to purchase a new car. I can only hope that the Fusion is as good as Don!

After I bought my Ford Fusion, I decided to have it rust-proofed. I was provided with a car and Michael got me a discount for the service. I noticed what I thought was a scratch on my front fender so ordered some paint. When I picked up the paint, Michael looked at my car and said they could buff it out so my car looked like new again. He also had my car washed and vacuumed. I also used the Quick Lane for my oil change. I was having issues with my cell phone, so they let me use their phone. Everyone there was so helpful and friendly.

I had to keep calling the dealer for everthing. Shortly after we finalized the deal and the car was "ready" for delivery, the interior was dirty and the salesman needed to clean it. After the delievery, we got a recall notice from Ford. We took the vehicle in and the work was very sub-par. Also, we were promised things when we signed the finance paperwork that we had to call repatedly for afterwards (i.e. oil change card, etc.) Turns out the finance guy was let go shortly after we bought the car. Our experience may be exclusive to us, but I cannot recommend Pearson Ford to any of my friends.

Very good on getting answers to questions and getting items corrected prior to sale. After the sale completed then not so good on follow-through on addressing MPG concern.Would have preferred more direct answers on whether vehicle (2007 F-150) was experiencing lower than expected MPG requiring maintenance or simply low due to model performance.

Mike was prepared each time I visited.The Ford paperwork is a real drill.The Ford option list can be confusing. But that is a Ford problem not the dealership. Mike knew his product well and all we needed to do was verify.I'll be going back for some systems training, as there are some complex options.

I do not know all the names of the people who helped us. But the experience was incredibly great. We purchased our Edge via the internet. We were a little reserved to do so and drove over a hundred miles to pick up the vehicle. But everything our salesperson represented to us was true and exact when we arrived to pickup the vehicle. This is my 9th new vehicle, not counting the half dozen new trucks my husband has purchased and this experience has been the absolute greatest. It is no wonder that Pearson can project a logo, "for a lifetime" because that is how long I expect to do business with them.

Latest purchase at Pearson was a 2010 Escape. I have bought several vehicles, new and used, from them over the last 20 years. I always go their first and have a preference to work with Mack Marsh. Clearly the best auto salesman I have ever worked with (covering 35 years). He is attentive, works to understand your needs then find what you want. Does not always push selling up. Excellent follow-up after the sale. Calls appropriately through the year to see if there are new needs.

Bill Haygood and Scott Krouse have always serviced my vehicles and they are exceptional, never pushy,but always advising me on what my vehicle needs. Great experience from first online contact to in-person at dealership. Mike wasn't immediately available but Randy took care of us with some test drives like we were his customer until Mike freed up. Never felt any pressure and Finance Guy got us a 2.9 rate. We plan on buying a flex in the future from Pearson as well. Hope the service experience will be as good as the sales experience!

No pressure from service dept. to do work at that time, but very informative of items that will need attention soon. Cost was in line with predicted amount.

I have been purchasing cars from you since 1992. (chevy blazer, Pont Bonnieville, Thunderbird, Olds Sillouette, Cavilier, Freestar, Mirage) Due to my last experience, I have no plans to vist your dealership ever again. Maybe sour grapes but I feel you pushed off our issue and cost us $2600.00 for a transmission. We purchased the Freestar in Feb 2008, purchased a warrenty, 3yrs 36,000 miles. The first full winter we took it in because we had tranmission issues. After doing a little internet research, I found numerous complaints that the tranmission would just go out around 100,000 miles (purchased with 69,000). I was told there were no issues with the tranny. Next winter same issues arose, took it back in, and was told once again, the tranny is fine, no issues. Low and behold, 6,000 miles out of warranty, the tranny goes out. I speak to a couple people at Pearson Ford, and they can replace it for a low price of $3300.00. Ask if they can work with me on the price, they could reduce it by $50.00.I had it towed to Edward's Transmission and they did the same work that Pearson wanted to do for approx. $600.00 less.Edwards confirmed the tranny had been going out for awhile and I feel Pearson decided to ignore my complaints (because I could not re-create on demand). Just search Freestar Transmission Issues and you will get hundreds of thousands of hits. Glad to see Ford is willing to stand behind it vehicles.If Ford is so custmer service oriented as they claim, pay me back my $2735.00, less the $100.00 deductible. I had my van in the shop multiple times noting tranny issues, nope no problems, if you can't recreate it then it does not exist.Again, this may be just sour grapes, but two weeks after I had to have the work done, then you send me a survey request, bad timing.Again, I have no plans to ever visit Pearson Fords lot, and be warned, buy cars from them for 18 years, but don't expect to be treated any different than Joe Smith off the street.

What a pleasant experience! Normally we hesitate to go to car sales people because they say one thing and then come with something different when the actual deal is done.
