Buying our new Mazda at Pearson was a great experience. We were lucky to meet George Vie: he was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and very frank about pros and cons of each car. He explained to us every single detail of each car. We did test drive a bunch of cars, and he helped us to make the best decision taking into account budget vs features of the new car. He was very conscious in providing privacy (for my wife and I) at the moment of making the final decision about getting the car. This was important since we never felt pressure to buy during the process, whatsoever. After deciding on the car, all the paperwork was easy; the business manager was very friendly and explained to us all the choices in terms of extended warranty and other offers. Then we had a thorough session where George explained technical details about the car, setting up several customized features before leaving the store. At the end, our buying experience at Pearson was extremely positive, expeditious, and it is highly recommended.

Staff is always very hospitable and respectful. No regrets leasing and servicing my car here. Plus, regular maintenance is usually speedy. I like that they have a car to borrow sometimes if you need to run an errand while you wait.

I highly recommend this dealer for service! I have dealt with lots of dealers and repair shops. Pearson Mazda surpasses them all. They ask great questions to ensure a complete understanding of the reason for the service of the vehicle. The best part is, they listen. I'll definitely continue to take my CX-5 there for service. A big "thank you" to John Wall and the whole team!

Great experience from the time I walked into the door. No high pressure and everyone was very courteous and professional. The credit manager was very helpful and polite and explained my options. I also appreciated the social distancing that I witnessed and saw everyone practicing. The GM was polite and friendly. I have purchased several vehicles here in the past, and the service is one of the main reasons I keep returning.

I would recommend going somewhere else. No offense to the staff. the staff is wonderful but I recently took my car there because my check engine light was on. I was fine with the diagnostics fee of $130 but they had my car there for 3 days. so I also did a state inspection. Okay $150 not bad. my inspection was rejected and some how my total went up to $460. I just don't see the reasoning in paying $405 for labor when the parts are less then 30 dollars. there is also extra fees in there that I'm not even sure what the charge was for. My car was serviced somewhere else on the same day with an state inspection sticker approved. almost $500 that I don't have just down the drain.
