Purchasing a vehicle is difficult enough but doing so from out of state can really make the experience a potential nightmare. Luckily, Megan in the sales department made my buying experience straightforward, honest, and efficient! I was wowed by how seamless the process was made. Communication throughout was top notch and I found all my questions were answered quickly. When it came to picking up my 4Runner (which I absolutely love) there were zero surprises. Overall, I had a very positive experience and would highly recommend working with Megan whose help I very much appreciated!

I just bought a car from Keith Post and he was a wonderful salesman and very friendly. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a vehicle. To be honest I never thought I would buy another vehicle at Pedersen, but after Keith’s help I am very pleased with how the transaction went. He also gave me a discount on price of vehicle since I needed to buy tires for the vehicle.

This might be the first review I’ve ever left for a company, but these guys deserve it. Keith and Steve were both awesome to work with. No pressure sales tactics, just let me see and test drive the vehicles I wanted. Was able to get a great deal and the wife loves her new ride. Thanks again for helping me make her birthday special.

I just purchased a 2021 4Runner SR5 Premium. Keith Post was my salesperson and he made the process as streamlined as possible. I had to order the 4Runner because I wanted a specific color and Keith did a great job of finding me the 4Runner I wanted and keeping me updated on where it was throughout the entire shipping process. When I picked up the 4Runner it was during a busy Saturday afternoon. Keith was juggling between three customers, but was still able to give me the attention I needed to move through the process quickly. Looking forward to working with Pedersen Toyota throughout the life of my new 4Runner!!

These folks are AWESOME. Their customer service is top notch, and they actually CARE ABOUT PEOPLE! In my 38 years I haven’t encountered such a great, friendly, helpful team of people - ESPECIALLY at a new car dealership. Blown away by the level of respect for each person who walked through their door while I was in there. I cannot express my gratitude for this whole team; from sales to financing, these guys were just amazing. No need to go anywhere else; you’ll be so glad you went to Pedersen!
