I purchased 2 cars for my twin sons from Pelham Imports on Saturday. Heather was knowledgeable, Patient and Honest. I would recommend. Also no salespeople. Just pick what you like and ask questions. No pressure.

One Star is needed to rate or Review a business- Therefore I have given Pelham Imports a star only to have my review seen& hopefully stop someone else from seeing their Mom get her hopes up to purchase a vehicle from them only to have One of the car saleswomen Heather that it was available when inquiring online&given exact amount, I also spoke to her in text and in a conversation that I ask if we needed an appointment to test drive& most likely buy the SUV; Heather's answer: No,Ma'am;We Are 1st Come 1st Serve ! This being A Thursday evening approximately 5pm so I ask what time they opened? Answer- 9am Me ok Ty we'll see you tomorrow.(No time specific)I knew we had dentist appts.for my 3 g'kids at 8am Friday,then had to take out a loan to have total price.We arrive at dealership at approximately 4-4:30 pm,We were greeted at the Door By a Salesman whom I told we were there to drive&buy the CRV,He smiled handed me the keys,I ask if he needed my license or anything he said No,Enjoy it's nice!!My Mom &I test drove the CRV, checked it out then returned to seal the deal. Only 2 be met at door by Heather very rudely saying she couldn't sell us the car? I said excuse me? She goes on to say I was supposed to have been there at 9am& wasn't!(I was mad yet knew I didn't tell this lady I would be there at anytime specific, I knew we had appts.for kids at 8am plus had to eat lunch,get loan,drive to Pelham Imports which we had been to already to do a visual inspection of vehicle approximately 100 miles round trip so I knew afternoon-evening but didn't say to her) This vehicle was listed on their website as well as on car fax site, iseecars website which is where we found it but No Pictures as of Thurs. Evening but the point of my review is to let The Owners of Pelham Imports know what type of un- professional,lying,deceiving, rude saleswomen&men they have working for them & most importantly TO STOP THIS LADY HEATHER AT DISCRIMINATING AGAINST CUSTOMERS! I WANT THE OWNER WHOM I HAVE EMAILED WITH NO RESPONSE TO KNOW THAT THEY ADVERTISE, TEXT,TELL U ON PHONE 1THING&IN YOUR FACE ANOTHER,THAT WE STOOD THERE IN FRONT OF HER WITH CASH MONEY FOR A VEHICLE&SHE SAID SHE COULDN'T ACCEPT IT B/C SOMEONE WAS ON THE WAY FROM TENNESSEE TO LOOK AT IT;(NOT BUY JUST LOOK AT)I CALLED THE DAY B4&TOLD BY HEATHER NO APPOINTMENT NEEDED THEY WERE 1ST COME 1ST SERVE ! I TOLD NO THAT WAS UNACCEPTABLE -I WAS THERE 1ST WITH CASH IN HAND,MY MOM REALLY WANTED THAT VEHICLE, WE ALREADY DONE A CARFAX,PAID FOR A RIDE FROM TUSCALOOSA COUNTY TWICE,HAD VEHICLE PRICED FOR INSURANCE,TOOK OUT A LOAN,WAS HANDED KEYS TO TEST DRIVE&WANTED TO SPEAK TO THE OWNER OR SOMEONE OVER HER. SHE SMIRKED WHILE SAYING IF THEY DON'T WANT IT ONCE THEY GET HERE I CAN CALL Y'ALL!👀I SAID NO I HAVE A CONVERSATION RECORDER ON MY PHONE &U TOLD ME 1ST COME 1ST SERVE,IM HERE W/$$$$,WAS GIVEN KEY 2TEST DRIVE NOW ITS NOT FOR SALE? SHE SAID LIKE I SAID ITS ALMOST CLOSING TIME BUT IF THEY DON'T BUY I WILL CALL YOU AROUND 9am YOU KNOW THE TIME YOU SAID YOU'D BE HERE THIS MORNING!!!!SO I GUESS HEATHER DOESN'T LIKE TO STAY TIL HER JOB ENDS AT 7PM(IT'S NOT 6:30 YET) SINCE SHE TREATED US SO POORLY,REFUSED TO SELL US THE VEHICLE, I WOULDN'T HAVE BOUGHT ANYTHING ELSE FROM HER BUT MOST SALESWOMEN ATLEAST TRY TO INTEREST YOU IN SOMETHING ELSE BUT NO WE WEREN'T EVEN ASK IF WE WOULD LIKE 2SEE ANOTHER SUV OR COULD SHE GET OUR # FOR THAT CALL SHE WAS GOING TO GIVE US IF THEY DIDN'T BUY! I Wouldn't RECOMMEND THIS CAR DEALERSHIP TO ANYONE! NOBODY SHOULD HAVE 2B TREATED THE WAY WE WERE AS PEOPLE&OR CUSTOMERS. I FEEL HEATHER,SALESMAN WHO GAVE US KEYS 2DRIVE AS WELL AS PELHAM IMPORTS SHOULD BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ILLEGAL ACTS AS WELL AS HAVE COMPLAINTS FILED WITH ALL WEBSITES THAT ADVERTISES for THEM.THE BBB,FTC,ATTORNEY GENERAL&ALL CONSUMER PROTECTION AGENCIES WILL RECEIVE COMPLAINTS...
