Buying a used car in today's market is not an easy feat. I found a car that met my specs online at Pellegrino, so I called to make an appointment for a test drive. From that first phone call my salesman, Brian Jackson, made my buying experience friendly, easy and hassle-free. He went above & beyond to make sure the car was in the best shape possible, accommodating all my requests. He stayed in constant communication, even after the sale. I am very happy with my experience and highly recommend working with Pellegrino Auto Sales & Brian!

Brian was great. Looked at inventory online, Brian reached out the next day. No heckling just bottomline pricing was given to me. Everything done in a timely manner. And continuous communication through the process. Everyone was friendly. It was a great experience. Brian went above and beyond as I needed things after the sale and he was helpful. Highly recommend. Love my new (to me) vehicle.

I bought a car on March 23 from Pellegrino. My salesperson Brian was delightful and my initial review of this place was based solely on that experience. Today, as I am writing this review my car sits in the service shop. My engine blew in my car on May 21 a day after I had contacted the service department. I called because my car began to putt after braking. I was told the earliest I could get an appointment was June 1. My car was dropped off by my roadside assistance on May 24 even though I had additional coverage through Pellegrino. I live in Buffalo and Pellegrino is 37 miles from my home. The warranty only covers 30 miles for a tow. My personal tow covers 50 miles. Had it not taken 2 days to reach someone from the warranty place my car would have been dropped off by my tow on May 21. Fast forward I am told by Rocco that he is waiting for approvals to even begin work on the car. I wasn't even able to get a loaner until May 29. The loaner is on its last leg and MUCH smaller than the Chevy Equinox that I left with them and it only had a quarter tank of gas when they gave it to me. I called this past Tuesday to see what was going on. Rocco informed me that he was putting in the new head gaskets and I could possibly pick the car up on Thursday. It is now Sunday and I still do not have my car. Even if they worked an hour each day it would not take this long for my engine to have been replaced. It saddens me to think that writing this review will get a quicker response than my once a week phone calls and calm demeanor which seems to have gotten me nothing but played. I waited until today to post this review because I wanted to talk to someone before I posted. I spoke with someone today in the service department who informed me that they are waiting for yet another part. Looks like I have to cancel my plans for the 4th of July!!

Best place to buy a car. The staff is helping and friendly. They really care about you not just your money and will work with you to find the best fit for your vehicle needs. I would suggest to any one looking to get a vehicle to come here hands down. Best place ever.

Originally left a negative review because I felt this place did not care about me as a customer. The owner replied to my review within a day, and later in the week called me to tell me about a car he thought I would like. I am man enough to admit I misjudged this place, and perhaps judged them to quickly, and to guy, I apologize for that. What guy showed me was excellent customer service and that is what you are looking for from a dealership.
