Sales service was incredible. Even though it was pouring rain, Kelly did an incredible job showing us different vehicles and I'm sure was very wet after our test drives. In May I had computer updates done, most no longer covered. Within 10 days my Nav and radio started malfunctioning. Had an outside mechanic fix the problem for an additional fee since Pelligrino denied causing it. 4 months later my wheel fell off causing 700 in damage. When I called the dealership I was initially told the wheels were pulled to inspect. After telling them what happened the story changed to claim they didn't pull the wheels. The repairing Jeep dealer said wheels only come off if not properly secured. Pelligrino is the ONLY dealer that had touched it. Of course they would deny it. Won't go back ever????????

Five stars just doesn't seem to be enough! The service at Pellegrino was AMAZING! Ricky was the salesman I dealt with from start to finish and I would go back to him in a heartbeat! He went above and beyond my expectations. He answered all of my questions (I had about 1000 in a two day period) and was very professional and seemed to really care about me as a customer. He wasn't trying to just push me to make a sale but he made sure I was getting exactly what I wanted. He answered all of my texts and phone calls and really made me feel like my hard earned money mattered to him. My first car dealership experience was at Turnersville Jeep where they were rude, pushy and very unprofessional in my opinion, so I was nervous going to Pellegrino the next day and was shocked at how nice and genuine Ricky (and the rest of the staff) was. After searching for the perfect 2016 Jeep Cherokee Altitude, I found it at Pellegrino Chrysler and Jeep. I initially emailed the dealer inquiring about the vehicle and immediately received a response. I scheduled an appointment to come in that coming Saturday to have my trade valued and test drive the car. I received a phone call the evening from the Manager Russ confirming the appointment and asking if I had any questions. The customer service at this point was great. Went to look at a 2015 Chrysler Town&Country minivan they had. Greeted initially by Rus Abate.who was very friendly and interested in how he could help us. After we interacted with him for a few minutes, he introduced us to Jennifer Toce. She was equally friendly and down to earth as Rus. She listened well to our concerns and need to be sure this car would work well for our daughter as she has some difficulty getting into some cars. She did not pressure us in any way during this process and we were happy to be able to make deal with the dealership through Jen's and Rus' help. The only somewhat negative thing was it took to long to complete all the paper work as it was a saturday at the end of the month and alot of customers were in the dealership making their own great deals. Pellegrino was my final stop in searching for a Cherokee Trailhawk - but for a good reason. I had been to several dealerships prior and I would have either been settling for models with less features, or taking 'deals' that were just not so much deals, more like rip offs.I initially called the dealership and spoke with Jennifer. She had given me the info I needed over the phone and I had asked for their hours. It was nearing 8pm and she had told me they close at 9pm. I live in PA. Pellegrino Chrysler Jeep was the third dealership I checked out and it didn't take long for the staff at Pellegrino to separate themselves from the staff at the two other dealerships. Caitlin Dodge Jeep Ram and Gary Barbara on the Boulevard are both much closer to where I live so I checked these two dealerships out first and it was basically a complete waste of time. Pellegrino is about an hour ride for me but the treatment i received made the long ride completely worth it. I dealt primarily with Russ Abate and Jennifer Toce. Before driving over in person, I spoke to Russ on the phone a few times and he was extremely friendly and helpful in answering any and all questions. When i arrived at the dealership, Jennifer Toce took over and she was awesome every step of the way. Extremely patient and knowledgeable is a great combo in any salesperson. Once we found a car that I loved, she offered to take me for a test drive right away, and then explained every detail about how the car operates in simple language so it was easy to understand. Once I was sold on the car, Jenn handled any and all of the paperwork I needed to sign, again explaining what everything was in great detail so I was never in the dark about anything. Long story short, in about a day I had myself a new Grand Cherokee that I absolutely love. I dealt primarily with Jenn and Russ but the entire team at Pellegrino Chrysler Jeep were all extremely friendly, and helped to ensure my fantastic experience.

Owning a 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited in excellent condition we were looking to trade it in for something new. Having first went to a few other dealers in the area we quickly learned that they were not about the customer and we're trying to rip us off, I will forever consider them crooks and will certainly never recommend any of them. None of these dealers would offer us anything near the market value of our trade nor would bargain on a price for a new Jeep. Upon a referral from a coworker we went to Pellegrino to speak with Bob (The Rock). Unfortunately Bob was already assisting another customer but still took a few moments to introduce himself and then respectfully asked Jenn to help us. Jennifer Toce was very friendly and extremely eager to help us. Showing us the 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland we were interested in Jenn was very knowledgeable and informed us of a few options we were not aware off. Upon returning inside to talk numbers with Jenn along with her Sales Manager Vince, they quickly earned our respect when they offered us nearly $6,000 more than any other dealer for our trade and nearly $3,000 under any other dealer for the new vehicle. This immediately showed us that Pellegrino is in business for the customer and not just out to make a dollar. We strongly urge and recommend anyone in the market for a new Jeep to go to Pellegrino. Jenn, Bob and Vince have gained a customer for life and we look forward to meeting with them again in the near future for a Jeep Renegade.

I searched a bunch of places to buy my Scion FR-S. Not all places gave great customer service or pricing. Then I called Pellegrino Chrysler Jeep dealership as I found the car I was looking for at a fair price. I called them up and Got in touch with Jennifer. I could not make it to their dealership for a week as I am from Virginia. But Jennifer was so polite and did not push me into a sale right away. She gave great customer service and was patiently working with me for a week. When I got there, she was really very helpful and friendly. The dealership looks very good, all the staff looks good and everybody is well dressed. I had no problems buying the car and it is in mint condition. It really was a pleasure working with Jennifer, she is awesome! I will definitely be recommending this place to all my friends. I visited many dealerships in the area and none of them treated me as well as everyone at Pellegrino did. Patrick Brown helped me in my purchase of a used 2014 Cherokee Trailhawk and I couldn't have asked for a better salesman. First off, Patrick Brown is the man to go to. He was absolutely wonderful to work with. He never tried to sell me what he wanted to sell me. He never once pressured me into making the purchase of my 2016 Jeep Renegade. He completely understood that it is a large purchase and I would have it for some time. I never felt like another number while having him assist me in making a purchase. He did everything in his power to get me into the car that I wanted. I am extremely satisfied with his service and overall experience with the dealership. I wouldn't hesitate going to Patrick in the future for another car.

We came in on Saturday May21 to see a Jeep Grand Cherokee that was just listed on Thursday myself, My son and my Mother. The Thursday before we came in my son was in contact with Jennifer. she was so very helpful to him. She went in on that Friday her DAY OFF to make sure the deposit was on the truck he wanted. She was in contact all day Friday again her DAY OFF. Letting us know the status. The jeep was not at there location and she was working on getting there for us to come in on Saturday. She gave my son her personal cell number that was above and beyond for a sales person. Jennifer and Russ Abate treated us like people. Not Mormons like i have had at other dealers. Russ worked with us on getting me what i wanted for my trade. The whole staff was great. Wife took Jeep Patriot in for oil change & rotate tires. She was ask if wanted to check for 20,000 mile service & she said yes. They did things not authorized & did not call first to tell her what she was spending. Received bill for $449.14 $301.80 was labor for questionable things. I called service for explanation & after being on hold for 10 minutes I was told someone would call me back. I still have not heard from them 10 days later.

We were car shopping prices off the internet. Prices at Pellegrino were very competitive. Talked to the sales manager Russell by phone and agreed to price. We went to the dealer for the test drive and met salesman Richard Keilyk since we weren't positive that we wanted a Town and Country. After driving and talking with Richard about the vehicle we decided to purchase. The whole process was relatively quick and definitely painless. Richard seemed to be very concise in the explanation of all the paperwork. He also seemed to be walking the paperwork thru. There were no long periods of just sitting at the desk by ourselves. When we got to the part of signing the actual contract that too was also easy. The gentleman that helped us (I forgot his name) took the time to answer all our questions until we were satisfied with the explanation. Richard even synced our phone to the new vehicle before we left. Will definitely recommend this group to everyone.

My search for a Grand Cherokee led me to Pellegrino even though the location is well over an hour from my house. Because of the friendly, helpful, honest staff, in particular Jennifer Toce, I chose to end my search there and purchased a certified, preowned 2015 Jeep. Because the vehicle was preowned, there were a few minor cosmetic imperfections which they made sure to take care of very quickly. Jennifer is extremely customer-focused and helped to address all questions both during and even after the purchase was completed. It was quickly apparent that the staff at Pellegrino isn't just looking to make a one-time sale, they're interested on staying true to their word which is sure to bring their buyers back time and again. We visited a few other jeep dealerships in the area (Turnersville Jeep) and due to negative experiences, we were about to discontinue the thought of purchasing a jeep altogether. I had visited this dealership over 2 years ago and walked out. Old men trying to sell cars wasn't doing it for me. Went to another dealership made the deal and was on my way. A few weeks ago, I went back to this dealership with my wife to be greeted by a young lady that I felt didn't want or need to sell a car. I told her I was interested in a 4 Door Wrangler Unlimited Back Country. She said the 4 door Wrangler had been buried in the snow. However, she had a 2 door which is the same car and has same ride. She pulled it up I took it for a test drive. It does not even compare to the 4 door. But hey, I got the idea of a Jeep and the interior. We went back to her desk and we started talking numbers and she showed no interest in negotiating or even trying to sell me a car. I went to another dealership and ordered the Jeep I wanted. It is currently in production and estimated to be in within next few weeks. I went online and looked to see if they have any other Jeeps in stock and I found a fully loaded Rubicon Hard Rock. I called and spoke to Vince Balding. I explained to him my experience a few weeks ago, and he had told me that the young lady is no longer at dealership neither is the sales manager I was speaking with. I thought to myself, hmmmm, it must not have been me. With that I proceeded to tell Vince what I was looking for and what I found online at their dealership, he pulls the invoice and had a salesman call me. Within 10 minutes I received a call from Patrick Brown. I made the deal over the phone within 15 minutes. I went into the dealership Saturday morning at 11:00 and met Patrick. He was running around like a chicken without a head. He is definitely a salesman that cares and goes above and beyond. He couldn't take care of me enough. He was working with me and another customer who had also just bought a car from him. He is a hustler and very honest at that. You would have thought he was brand new in the business. He told me he has been selling cars for over 2 years. He also said how he loves what he does. That was obvious is the service I received from him. If you are shopping for a New car or even used, be sure to see Patrick. You will not be disappointed. I would never step foot in the other local Jeep Dealerships in South Jersey. This dealership is legit and caterers to their customers!

I recently purchased a 2016 Cherokee Limited from Pellegrino Chrysler Jeep 241 N. Glassboro Road, Woodbury Heights, NJ 08097, and this is the review of my experience.I started by calling first and asking for a sales person as I never bought a car there before so I didn't have any knowledge of staff. I was transferred to Patrick Brown who I ABSOLUTELY HIGHLY RECOMMEND to anyone looking to buy a new vehicle. The first thing I noticed when he got on the phone is he wasn't trying to SELL me!! Other dealerships I called the first thing out of their mouth was "So how much are you looking to spend"! I don't know about you but I can not stand pushy sales people and if you are the same you are going to have a GREAT experience at Pellegrino. While I was speaking with Patrick for about 10 min he didn't once try to sell me over the phone which was the 1st Plus, he listened to what I was looking to do and he let me know some of my options. At the end of that call I told Patrick that I would be right over and when I arrived he was waiting at the front door to greet me that was the 2nd Plus they respect that your time is valuable. That is important as in the same week I had a opposite experience happen with ACE FORD on Route 45, Woodbury, NJ. I called there same thing asked to speak to a sales person they forwarded me to Mark Galliazzi. I went through the same thing with him and told him that I would be there within 20 minutes. when I arrived I told the lady salesperson who approached me that I was here for Mark G as he told me that is what he goes by, that sales person looked around the entire showroom and then said he wasn't in the showroom they would have him paged all along he was less that 10 feet from me. I was then told to get a cup of coffee and as soon as he gets back they would direct him to me. The few minutes became over an hour then finally I called the dealership and asked for him from the parking lot he answered I asked how much longer he was going to be because I have been there more than hour, his response to me was you are here? No one told me. He came walking out with another sales person and when I saw him I can't begin to tell you how angry I was knowing that the original sales person lied to me!! then I was so important to him that he gave me to another salesperson, I absolutely wasn't treated like my time was important at all it seems their only focus at ACE FORD was the next sale you are only a number with them... but enough complaining.Patrick Brown my sales person at Pellegrino as I said met me at the door and truly listened to me as I told him what I was looking to do. It wasn't the second I arrived he wasn't trying to sell me. In fact though seeing all the staff there at Pellegrino it seems to truly be a friendly family type of atmosphere. During and after my test drive Patrick explained everything about the Jeep which impressed me as you could see by the knowledge he had that he knows he product. After I decided to purchase the vehicle the process was the easiest I have ever had at a car dealership folks there is "NO HAGGLING"! they want to earn your business and they come with their best the first time. After the paperwork was done that's not where it stops, you feel they really care about you as a customer.I am sorry for such a wordy review but do yourself a favor go to Pellegrino for yourself and ask for Patrick Brown and you will see first hand what I am saying.Overall I give a 10 Rating to the whole process and my wife and I would Highly recommend Pellegrino to anyone we know.Thank you for such a great experience

We were shopping around for a new SUV. We stopped in Pellegrino while visiting family in NJ over the holidays (we are from PA) and Patrick helped us. He was so easy to work with and very straight forward. We actually drove 2 hours from PA just to come back to Pellegrino Jeep in NJ and work with Patrick a couple months later. He was excellent at communicating everything with us (even being 2 hours away) and he made the process so easy and simple. By the time I arrived to pick up my vehicle, everything was all ready for me, I just needed to sign the paperwork and I was on my way. Patrick ran thru all of the SUV features with me as well. I would highly recommend coming to Pellegrino and working with Patrick!!

I was nervous about buying a car, as it has been a while! We found a car online and went to Pellegrino to take a look. We were greeted by Patrick, a salesperson, and he quickly found the car for us and someone drove it right to the door so that we could take a look. The experience was low pressure. When we decided to buy, Patrick as well as the financing specialist were very helpful. We appreciated too that Patrick gave us his cell number to call with any questions. There were a few small things that were forgotten after we picked up the car, so we are scheduled to bring it back for those things to be taken care of at no additional charge.

First off, be to sure to ask for the 'Rock'. His name is Bob Palermo. Best salesman ever. I came in to look for a new 2016 Wrangler. I didn't know if the combination of my trade plus my budget would afford me to be where I needed to be. I simply gave Bob my numbers and said, "see if you think you can make this work". In the meantime, he had my trade evaluated and tried to find what options I absolutely had to have. I was unsure, so we test-drove a Rubicon and a Sahara. I decided on the Sahara. So we sat down and I told him the options I knew I wanted. Now, rather than doing that whole back and forth game "let me talk to my manager" that I freaking hate and keeps you there for hours, Bob just asked me to give him some time. He promised me he could find what I want in the price range I needed to be, even if the Jeep wasn't on their lot. A day or two later he called and said he found it. The only issue is, it was black. I never told Bob I didn't want black, but I'm moving to Florida, and black will just be too hot. I suggested white. So back to work he went. A day later he calls to say he found my Jeep. I went in, and he showed me the sticker for it so I could check the options. It turns out it didn't have the twin tops I wanted. I never mentioned that either. To be short, I was a real pain in the xxx! Anyway, he said no worries, and he found another one with twin tops. Of course, this was a serious upgrade. So I got to work with Anthony, and in about 30 seconds we had an agreement. Still within my price range. What a dealership! They ALL treat you fairly and respectfully. I checked 5 other dealers before here, and they all gave me a runaround. Pellegrino gave the best price by far. Even the finance manager (whose name is also Bob) was a great guy. And one of the owners, Mark Pellegrino, came over to me, asked me how everything went, and if I was happy!!! Let's see THAT happen at other dealers.

Today I bought a 2010 Lexus from Pellegrino Chrysler Jeep. A big purchase for me, a guy who likes car shopping as much as a stick in the eye. For 3 months I kept an eye on cargurus.com and autotrader.com for prices for the exact model and year I wanted, from dealers w/in 300 miles. Pellegrinos price was very competitive, and the car had low mileage and a better Carfax history compared to other listings. Also, their doc fee was low relative to other dealers. Ive never been to Pellegrino before, and I was skeptical before walking in, ready for an aggressive sales pitch. To my surprise, the whole team was a pleasure to work with. First Bob and Anthony, then Patrick. No pressure at all, they gave me all the time and space I needed. I test-drove the car yesterday, but was not ready to make a decision. I told them I wanted to sleep on it, and they were totally fine w/ a wait-and-see approach. That night, I researched the dealership and saw they have an A+ rating from the Better Business Bureau. The next day, I came back w/ my wife so she could drive it. Again, no pressure from the crew. We decided to buy it, and drove away an hour later w/ big smiles on our faces. We were not pressured at all while we were deciding on what Jeep we were going to finally end up with. Patrick gave us his cell phone # in case we had any questions we needed answering or any concerns while we were deciding. Once we decided to purchase the vehicle we called Patrick and he had the Jeep ready and all the necessary paperwork finished. The whole process took less than 1/2 hour......until we were introduced to Rob Mintz. He is the Finance Manager who takes you into his "den" and tries to up-sell warranty packages to you. Maybe he was pissed off because we were not interested in any extra warranty. My husband and I felt awkward while with this man. He is very nervous and quite rude. The plant in his office was as withered as his presentation. Most people in the retail business look to establish a commonality with their customers, this gentleman did the opposite. She was ok with that and allowed us to look on our own. Today we went back and met with Patrick Brown as Jen was on vacation. We ended up leasing a 2015 Jeep Wrangler. Patrick was knowledgeable and did not play games with the price or the deal. He hustled and had us out of the dealership in record time. He was very knowledgeable about the product, which pleasantly surprised me as I had owned a number of Jeeps prior to this one. Took jeep in for service and TOLD them what I wanted done, they decided to do want they wanted to do and charge me for it. Did a computer scan and took almost two hours. I called Jeep in Detroit and spoke to their customer service rep and they told me it should take less then 10 minutes, did not appreciate being lied to. Told me over the phone that the job would take two hours, when I got there then the job became 4 hours. The job should have cost around $300-325, they quoted me close to $800. I called a parts store and the part was $148, then add on an hour and a half for the job. Not sure they are proficient in math. LOOK ELSE WHERE.

I went in specifically to buy a used Acura TL that they had on their lot, after negotiating the price down, we waited forever to get our paperwork done because they only had 1 finance person working on the paperwork. We agreed on the car price within 20 mins but had to wait about an hour and a half just to get the paperwork done. As we were leaving the dealership, it was closing time for them and we noticed that the tire pressure was low when we turned the car on. Since we were in a rush to leave, we told the sales man Dan and he said he would have to drive around and fill the tire but we decided to just do it ourselves. So we did. The next day, my husband looks at the car and notices that the inspection sticker was expired. We purchased the car June 6th and the inspection sticker was good until May, so it was a week expired. We didn't say anything since taking a car to get inspected is not a big deal and it's free... But still, who sells a car that has an expired inspection sticker???! Then about a month later, the service light came on and the car needed an oil change. In the meantime, the low tire pressure light came on abt 4 times and my husband filled the tire up. He also called the dealership about the problem but had no luck getting someone to call him back. So when my husband went to get the oil changed, he asked the mechanic to also check the tire and they came back and reported that the tire pressure sensor was broken (which would cost $265 to repair) ...well, my husband called Pellegrino and they flat out said that since it had been past 30 days, they would not do anything about it. Mind you, they were fully aware of the inspection sticker being expired, the oil change after 1 month to which they tried to say that they changed the oil but forgot to reset the sensor (yeah right!!!) and that since it's past 30 days, they could not do anything about the broken tire sensor. I think it's bad business on their part and I would warn anyone and everyone to be careful and fully check their used car purchase BEFORE leaving the lot! The ONLY PERSON I WOULD REFER THIS PLACE TO IS MY WORST ENEMY! This place sucks!! Good luck to those of you who do decide to buy a car from here.

After car was totaled, I found myself looking for a new small SUV. Started at the Pelligrino dealership in Woodbury,NJ. Tried a couple of Jeep Cherokee models and really liked the car. Told sales man that I still had to try all the other manufacturers before making a decision. After half the list was done, returned to dealership and asked to try a few models again, the Cherokee comes in many flavors. It still was on top of my list. Finished the list and decided to buy a Cherokee. Stopped into Pelligrinos sales department, met my sales guy and told him my decision. BUT, I said I wanted to try the V6 with both FWD and 4WD once more before locking onto the car to buy. Was told that I could not try another car period. Two tries was it. The sales man told me he would rather loose my business than let me try another Cherokee. I told him well then he had and left the showroom. Went down the road to a Subaru dealer who I had also stopped in twice before. Tried two models of the Outback four times each. The sales man did not blink once. Bought the one that night. I have never experienced anything like this ever in my life. Nor have I ever met anyone who had either. I wrote the manager and never got a response let alone an apology.

Bob Palermo was my salesman. I drove 40 miles, from Delaware, to come to this dealership because of a vehicle i found online. It was well under book value and i figured it was worth a look. I got there and immediately felt very comfortable with bob and the sales manager Anthony. The Jeep was perfect and i wanted to test it out. They let me take it back to DE for the day, no questions asked. They are a great team and got me a good deal on my trade in. These guys are not out there to rip you off. I know all the crap dealers try to pull and these guys don't do it. They're honest and will go out of their way to make you happy. I find it funny that their slogan is "exceeding your expectations." I honestly have never felt so good after buying a vehicle. My review would be a thousand words if i explained all the things i liked about the place, but i think this should be enough. Take my word and stop by the dealership. I don't even own the car i bought from them and i'm still writing them an excellent review. I recently decided to trade the jeep i had purchased (only 3 months later) because i wasn't satisfied with the size of the two door Jeep wrangler and wanted a truck. I was upset i couldn't go back to them, since they don't sell Dodge. So i looked at my local dodge dealer and wasn't impressed. I went to ford instead. Anyway, I ended up getting more for the jeep when i traded it in, than i had originally paid, including taxes and tags. Thanks Bob and Anthony, I'll be back if i ever want to buy another Jeep for sure.

I honestly have to say that shopping for a jeep is the most difficult brand to do so. The jeep company make their dealers post pricing that 1 out of a million qualify for . Then you go to Route 70 and Tilton rd and they manipulate you and waste your time bringing you in and you leave pissed off and they act like ok if you don't buy it someone else will. Then it all changes at Pelligrino !!!! I drive in and there is parking where you don't have to drive in front of the dealership and be hassled before you get your door shut . I spent about 5 minutes looking at inventory and then Jake walks up and helps me through all the different options and says "just find the one that you like" . He was very up front about what I would and would not qualify for on the rebate end of the deal . He also never asked the the questions I hate to be asked like "So How much do you want to be a month " . He let me fall in love with the vehicle . Then he introduced me to Anthony. Within 3 minutes I had my better price and trade in value on my car than the other dealerships . I had no pressure during my visit . The craziest thing I was not manipulated or hassled into warranties . Which I had never seen before . They were offered to me and a good price and I may even add one today . I was in and out of this dealership in 2 1/2 hours which is a record for me . I just wanted to say thank you to everyone there at Pelligrino . I purchased my 2013 Jeep Wrangler in December including several option packages that came to a little over 30 grand for it. I love the vehicle it is everything I wanted. The sales person was excellent as was the business manager and the experience was very good. I recently went back to purchase an extra ignition key. I figured it would cost about 50 to 75 dollars because of the type it is and I thought that was high. I went to the parts department and asked how much it cost. I almost fell over when he told me the key $166.00 and $80.00 to program it. That is totaly ridiculis. It must be made of platnum and it must have tecnology comparible to that of a 32 Gig iPAD without a screne. If that is the way Chrysler charges for parts I won't be buying anything for the Jeep there. However I will be getting my service done at Pellegrino.

overall a great experience with this dealership. salesman was excellent. wished for a slightly better price but the car was outstanding so we bought. No pressure, minimal haggle, service oriented. they have helped me a lot even after the sale.

This dealership worked with me from the second I called them inquiring about a new Jeep. Upon going to the dealership my family and I were extremely impressed with the amount of care that Glenn and his co-workers showed us and how willing they were to work with us, never once pressuring us into anything. Glenn, the hundred dollar man, was very respectful and fair in our discussions which really meant a lot to me. We even got to talk a little with him to develop a closeness that you don't typically find when talking to salesmen, especially at a car dealership. I not only rate my experience an excellent one but I highly recommend Glenn and Pellegrino of Woodbury to anyone looking to buy a Chrysler or Jeep.

I have used Pellegrino Chrysler/Jeep for the past three years for service on my Dodge Grand Caravan. The service team is fantastic, easy to work with, and honest. Now that I have purchased a new Town and Country at Pellegrino I can say the same for the sales and management staff! I told them what I wanted, what I wanted to pay, and they made it work for me. I will highly recommend Pellegrino Chrysler Jeep to everyone! Their sales AND service departments have been nothing but accomadating and knowledgable. After test driving another used Wrangler from a local dealer(not good), I went online and Pellegrino came up with the best selection, price and quality of the used Wrangler I have been dreaming of for years. I called and Erik Wark was both friendly and professional answering questions about the jeep I was interested in, so we headed over immediately. As stressful and sometimes intimidating as buying a car can be, we had none of that when we got there. We were able to walk around and test drive a few jeeps with no stereotypical sales people pressuring us as with other dealers. I found the perfect jeep at a great price and a few short hours later, Erik and Larry had us on our way. All this while our 2 boys were entertained in the waiting room with TV and doughnuts (never heard a peep from them)! First off, searching for a new vehicle can sometimes be akin to getting a tooth extracted. From the minute I stepped onto the lot at Pellegrino, I was never hassled or hawked. Erik Wark approached me on the lot, asked if I wanted to drive the vehicle I was "inspecting" and grabbed the keys. We talked about the vehicles features and other things and he was as up front as I was in the whole ordeal. I don't like walking into a dealership and being bombarded and "held hostage" through the negotiations. I knew going into the experience what I wanted (internet research), what I could pay, and where I stood. There was no crazy haggling, no holding of my keys somewhere else, no "phantom finance manager". Everything was very transparent and explained to my liking and understanding. From Erik's personable and knowledgeable salesmanship, to Anthony looking at other rates for me, to Willy sealing the deal, I felt like an appreciated customer not just a sales quota. Erik was very busy with me and other customers but he kept me up to date on the goings on of my transaction. I would very much do business with Pellegrino again because of his customer service and knowledge.On a side note, I had a cold and was somewhat cranky because of it so it took a little bit longer than I wanted (all said and done, about 3 1/2 hrs) but I was catered to during that time - Erik even found me some cough drops!! Kudos to the whole team but a special thanks to Erik for his easy manner and making the event of car buying less stressful.

Glenn Hughes was the best sales person we worked with when my husband and I bought our 2012 Jeep Compass. There was absolutely no pressure to buy, unlike other dealers we visited in the past. He was very friendly and the customer service we received was fantastic. He wanted to make sure we were absolutely comfortable with our purchase. This included the time after the sale as well. Glenn still calls to check up on us and see how we're liking our vehicle. I think that says a lot: They're not just there to make money, but they care about the people!! I have to say my experience at Pellegrino Jeep dealership was excellent. Steve Harris is an excellent salesman. Purchasing a new car is definitely a stressful situation but Steve and Anthony Pinto really made it a pleasant experience. I am very satisfied with my new Jeep Wrangler and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. I have been to many car dealerships where salesmen can be over eager and very pushy that DEFINITELY was not the case with Steve. He was very patient, informative, and kind. I went into this dealership not knowing what to expect as this was my first "newer" car purchase. I was greeted by salesman Glen Hughes in a very friendly manor and had an immediate connection with him. The first (and last) car I looked at was a 2008 Jeep Patriot which was previously owned by a manager at the dealership. The truck was well taken car of, certified pre owned, and had a very fair price tag. Overall the experience was painless, enjoyable, and simple.

He walked me through cars in the price range i needed like i was there to buy a brand new 2012 vehicle. I felt confident that i had met someone who cared about his customers. I can't believe that the first place i went, turned into a great car deal for our family. The car purchase finalized quick & easy. Larry went through everything with us and it was alot easier then i thought it would be. We drove off spending less then we ever could have imagined. We love our Hyundai!

He presented the facts about the car and answered all my questions in a low key, informative style. I certainly never felt pressured to make a decision but when I did Glenn had everything organized and ready to go. My overall impression of the dealership and of all the people I met during the sales process was was great and I love the car. Great team of people at Pellegrino. I bought a 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee. I made an appointment to see Glen Hughes because I had quickly talked to him the prior week while I was getting service work on a Dodge Charger. We went for a test drive in my new Jeep and was just asking him tons of questions. He knew everyone one of them. When it came to prices, Glenn and Anthony were a great team that gave me a great price for the Jeep and my trade. After that I went to Larry while Gleen was getting the Jeep ready for me to drive off the lot. Larry explained everything I needed to know about all of the paperwork that had to be signed. He also helped me pick out the right extended warranty so I wouldn't have to worry about what is covered and isnt with the standard warrenties Jeep offers. I even asked him questions about the Cherokee and he knew the answer. Overall, they are great and I recommend you see Glenn Hughes at Pellegrino Chrysler n Jeep.

We live in Delaware but found the vehicle we wanted at Pelligrino in Woodbury Heights, NJ. We took delivery of the vehicle and encountered what appeared to be a manufacturing defect on day one. We returned to the dealership not knowing what to expect, only knowing that we were very concerned about the problem and what the future held for the vehicle. Everyone from our sales consultant, Eric, the manager, Anthony, to the service manager Paul treated us with absolute professionalism, courtesy, and above all else made us confident that we would be taken care of - which is exactly what happened! They earned our respect and future business by doing things right. Our next vehicle may very well be another Chrysler/Jeep product and if it is, it will come from Pelligrino.

I just want to say and want all to know that finding a decent car dealership is almost impossible to find today. But if this review means anything to all you buyers out there Pelegrino is where you want to buy!i bought my incredible 4 door red Wrangler and even though they are 2 hours away i dont mind going there simply because the overall experience was SUPERB! they have this oldtime feeling that i remember when my parents purchased cars over 40 yrs ago.in short dont think twice and you need not waste your time shopping. its time that you can use for more important things, like enjoying your new JEEP the way i do every timei take it for a ride.Robert R Rosen.Staten Island NY.Buy there you wont regret it!!!

Very disappointed that the information I submitted on line for the credit application was handled so poorly and the person who did it claims he does this all the time. Lying to get credit approval shouldn't be standard practice for a reputable dealer. Will not do business here.
