I purchased my daughter’s car for her 18th Birthday from Peninsula Auto Gallery. Josh and his team was very helpful through the whole process. He made sure the car of choice was very affordable and reliable. Upon picking up the car they gave me a full detail service and included a bow for her big surprise. It was great doing business with Peninsula Auto Gallery and would recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a Car, Tires or get a Detail.

I found a listing for my dream car and it was at Peninsula Auto Gallery so I called the dealership and the receptionist was helpful prompt and informative about the necessary steps to purchase the vehicle and scheduled an appointment for me the same day. I came by and had the vehicle I wanted when I left. This an awesome local business that surpasses expectations and delivers sublime customer service and quality vehicles. There is no need to go to a franchise corporation or dealership who will scam you when we have a local gem here in Hampton Roads. I would 100% recommend them to anybody in the area looking to purchase a vehicle.

My husband and I were in the area from out-of-state for a day with the goal of driving home a van. We searched CarGurus and found a Sienna at this dealer. Fantastic customer service from beginning to end. They not only worked with us on price but on maintenance of the vehicle. It was the only van we ended up needing to test drive, we were that thrilled with our experience. Would absolutely recommend and may even consider making the eight hour drive again just to buy a vehicle here.

Unable to respond to response left by business... my last name is different on my Google. I’m pretty sure I’m the only only Rocio who has called you all within the last month though. I spoke each time with the owner and have his number, my calls will be on his phone. It was most definitely Peninsula Auto Gallery, not another company. Nice try though. Left multiple messages, called back so many times after being told someone would call me back. No one ever answers the phone number on the website anyway so you have to do it this way. Still haven’t heard a thing. Very unprofessional. I was referred to them as very nice, helpful and easy to work with. That was a while fairy tale. Don’t waste your time. Would rate a 0 if possible.
