From beginning to end (and beyond) my experience with Penn Hill Auto has been top notch. Kendrick was pleasant, professional and so easy to work with. He was responsive to all my inquiries, usually within minutes. Perhaps that is owing to the "small town" business model. They don't even offer financing, but that was fine with me because I'm a cash buyer. Like another reviewer, I did a four state search for a Honda Odyssey and finally found what suited my needs at Penn Hill. I had a no-pressure experience when looking at and test driving the vehicle. The price was fair for what I got and the purchase and title service transactions were pretty quick and painless. On top of everything, even 2 days after the transaction was completed, Kendrick was available to help me out by faxing over to DMV his copy of the bill of sale that I had foolishly left at home! I am now the proud owner of a new-to-me 2010 Honda Odyssey EX-L with only 87K miles on it. I and my family are happy road trippers once again! Side note: Our previous 2010 Odyssey lasted well over 200K!

One of the best experiences I have had at a dealership. Penn Hill Auto is an excellent family owned dealership and I would highly recommend purchasing a used vehicle from them. Kendrick answered all my questions promptly. He was professional, honest, and friendly. The vehicle was exactly as pictured and described. After a four state search for a Honda Odyssey, I found exactly what I was looking for at Penn Hill Auto. It was a pleasant surprise to find this small high quality used car lot in rural southern Lancaster County. They appear to do an excellent job at acquiring clean and sound vehicles. Kenrick was polite, professional and very accommodating and there was no sales pressure. The next time I look for a used car, I will definitely make this my first stop! I highly recommend them.

I thought they were a trust worthy company because they had good reviews and seemed nice enough. Turns out they are liars. They said my truck was inspected due to covid I couldn't test drive nor could I have an inspection of my own done before buying. turns out this INSPECTED truck had $1,800 in repairs it needed including replacing a break line (which there is no way a vehicle passed a safety inspection with a bad break line) I also had to replace the gear box amongst other things. Thinking these were good, honest people I contacted them to ask if they could cover a small portion of the repairs since they weren't mentioned and I was assured this vehicle was safe and inspected. Nope they would not help me out in the slightest and were unbothered by the fact they sold an unsafe vehicle. Buyer beware. I'm not pressed to take this up with them further I know karma and God will take care of them.

I spent about 3 weeks researching the specific vehicle I wanted to buy, which was a Dodge/Chrysler mini-van less than 10 years old w/ lower than average miles. When I called to arrange a test drive on a Saturday in the late afternoon, Kendrick informed me they'd be open when I arrived. My immediate reaction upon meeting Nelson and Kendrick was that they were two very polite gentleman. Within two minutes of meeting them I developed a sense of trust, which is the first for me as I despise car salespersons in general. The vehicle I inspected was exactly as advertised, and was in excellent condition for being 9 years old. The test drive resulted in no surprises, so I was prepared to make an offer on the vehicle. While waiting for my wife to return from a local ATM, Nelson, Kendrick, and I got to talking about the vehicle that I was replacing. I had absolutely no intention of trading in my 17 year old truck due to the condition. However, it quickly became obvious that my old truck could be traded in. Nelson and Kendrick offered a great value for my trade-in; one that I know would NOT have been matched by another dealer. The entire experience was extremely pleasant, and I will definitely be buying my next vehicle from Nelson and Kendrick. While other used card dealers might be closer to you, I strongly urge somebody used car shopping in the DE/MD/PA triangle to take at drive out to Penn Hill Auto in Peach Bottom, PA. It's a scenic drive, you can hit up one of the many fresh produce stands along the way, and most importantly, you'll get a heck of a deal from two trustworthy individuals.

I recently purchased a 2004 Crown Vic from Penn Hill Auto. When I arrived, my car was freshly washed and cleaned. A free copy of the Car-fax report was available and Nelson was able to answer any question I had. The car itself was in great condition, and I was also assured that Penn Hill Auto won't put cars on the lot that they wouldn't feel safe driving themselves. I can't recommend this place enough!!

Best car buying experience EVER!!!! Got a great deal on a 2006 Honda Odyssey with considerably low mileage. Very courteous. Kind to share carfax info over the phone prior to making the trip to the dealer's lot.

I recently traded my f150 for great OBS f250. They found great truck 97 with very low miles and no rust. They were honest and very good people. Good family business to deal with. They checked in with me a couple weeks later.

I am very well pleased with the Ford Excursion I bought from them. It was exactly what Nelson told me it would be over the phone. What a pleasant surprise! There is not a sign of rust anywhere on this vehicle and the drivetrain behaves just as it should. I expect many years of good service from it. This dealer was a pleasure to deal with and I would definitely buy from them again!
