My husband and I were impressed with Jared at The Truck Center of Pensacola Auto Brokers. Jared took care of showing us a used Tahoe, and answered all our questions in an honest, professional, caring manner. He handled everything quickly and professionally. Jared made my truck buying experience the best it could have been. This was my first vehicle purchase and the largest purchase I had ever made, and he made the process so seamless. He respected my hesitation and did everything he could to qualm my nerves and provide every bit of information he could to make my decision easy. I love my truck more than I thought I would and thank him and the business for everything they did for me. The lot is stocked with a wide variety of trucks from duallies to haul whatever you need to midsize trucks for everything else. High miles and low miles for each budget. I advise anyone looking for a truck to stop by. I didn't do any research on the lot or its inventory before swinging by, I let Jared know my price range and mileage range I was looking for and he found exactly what I needed. I went in today and traded my Tundra for a 2014 GMC Sierra at an extremely fair price (especially in today’s crazy market) My salesman Jared and the owner Cory were fantastic! I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. They weren’t pushy in the slightest and really streamlined the process. After a test drive I went to the bank to pickup a check and when I got back my paperwork was ready and the truck was ready to go. Their inventory specialists Josh and Shayne were extremely helpful as well. If I could give 10 stars I would. Hopefully I won’t need another truck for awhile but if I do I’m definitely going back to the truck center! Thanks gentlemen.

This is a great place to buy a car. I drove from Tallahassee after salesman Jeb told everyone he would stay late if he needed to. They had a larger vehicle I have been looking for over a year now. I can't afford a new vehicle of this type but Jeb had one with low miles and a honest price. I was in and out in two hours with a great finance rate. I'd buy from them again any day.

I was initially excited over a truck I had seen. Applied for dealership's credit entry, and filled out inquiry. No response of any kind. To email or phone. Tried again the following day where the site let me know I had already put in this information. I became more discouraged and finally got the courage to call and when I did, I was curtly informed it had been sold. No one let me know that. And why would it's pictures and information remain on the site if it had been sold? Why was the site not checked daily or at the start of the business day so that would not even have occurred? I was discouraged. I won't frequent the site again.
