I am exceptionally pleased with the quality of service provided to me at People's Choice Auto. They had the car that I wanted at a good price. The car was honestly described from the pictures advertised on the internet and was delivered with no surprises. My experience in the purchase of an out of state vehicle, without a test drive, indicates that this dealership is honest and knows a few things about customer service. I flew into Syracuse, New York from Washington, DC. I was met at the airport by their support staff and had a stress free sales process. I even was taken to the DMV/MVA to obtain out of state transport tags for the vehicle. The facility is small which provided for individual attention and immediate assistance. I will definitely recommend working with Kevin for the purchase of your next used vehicle. I am more than a pleased with the quality of my purchase experience and reports that I am a satisfied customer. May the Lord bless you with the selection of your next vehicle.

They had the best price on the vehicle that I was looking for. The car was just as described and I couldnt be happier with my new car. I would definitely buy another vehicle from Peoples Choice again.

Kevin didn't return my phone calls. He stated that he was having computer issues and would call me back. Never heard from him again. He must not want to make a sale.

I looked everywhere for a late model 4 runner and finally found a solid 2004 at Peoples Choice. Kevin was upfront and honest throughout the buying process. We made a deal and I drove away happy. Within a few days I noticed a transmission fluid leak. I called him and he told me to go down to his partner garage which handles the repairs on the cars. He came down and they decided to replace all of the transmission lines in the vehicle. Those guys knew what the were doing and handled my situation with professionalism as well. I had it back the next day. Minor inconvenience but Kevin was a professional about it and handled the issue under warranty. I have an appointment in January at Toyota for a recall and a multi point inspection. I told Kevin and he said he would handle any issue that may be found by Toyota. I doubt there will be any. This truck is solid and runs brand new. As they say, Toyota trucks only begin to break their engines in around 100,000 miles. I do appreciate the 4500 mike warranty and the peace of mind that comes with it.

Dave was great to me and even gave me advice of financing , I live a few hours away and he came to meet me on a Saturday to finish paper work. The Jeep i bought i had only seen on their web site but the pictures were accurate and well done . I bought exactly what i saw on line and there have been no surprised as far as things working etc . I looked at other cars while i was there with a relative and also told him it seemed like a great dealer ship and i would buy from them again .

I went out without the intention to purchase a vehicle for sure but he had one on the lot I liked for a very reasonable price. He offered me a very fair trade in price for my old car. There were a few blemishes on the body of the new vehicle which he had fixed prior to purchase and you would never have known they were there. As older cars sometimes do (I bought a 2000) a few problems have cropped up however when I contacted Kevin about them he immediately sent me the name of the shop to take it to so we can get everything taken car of per the warranty he gives on the cars. I hope to get it in this coming weekend so I can't speak to the repair experience yet. Overall I was very pleased with my experience. Kevin seems quite honest, has good pricing, and is not high pressure sales.

So far, we are very satisfied with our purchase! The entire process was extremely smooth. The dealer was upfront & honest about the condition of the vehicle; all issues were fixed prior to the purchase. I would highly reccommend People's Choice Auto to anyone looking for a quality used car!

I bought a used Chevy Silverado from People's Choice Auto over 5 years ago. When I called to inquire about the truck, Kevin was upfront and honest about the condition of the truck which was very important to me. The price he was asking was fair (much less than the dealership just down the street!) The dealer corrected any issues with the truck prior to delivery and I've been extremely happy with my purchase ever since! I would highly recommend People's Choice Auto and would definitely do business with again!

I BOUGHT A 2007 PONTIAC TORRENT, FROM THIS DEALER ON 6/5/2013. THIS CAR DROVE WELL, BUT HAD A FEW PROBLEMS. BEFORE I COULD TELL THE DEALER, HE WAS UP FRONT WITH ME AND TOLD ME THE EXACT PROBLEMS HE FOUND AND THEY WERE FIXED. THE CAR WOULD NOT PASS INSPECTION DUE TO A MINOR NOT READY CODE IN THE COMPUTER. THIS DEALER DID EVERY POSSIBLE THING TO CORRECT IT, INCLUDING LETTING ME DRIVE IT WITH HIS DEALER PLATES. I FOUND A FEW OTHER PROBLEMS AFTER THAT, WITH TIRES,BATTERY, AND BRAKES. THE VERY NEXT DAY KEVIN HAD A NEW BATTERY PUT IN, NEW BRAKES, CALIPER, AND FOUR NEW TIRES W/FRONT END ALIGNMENT. THE CAR WAS AN ABSOLUTE DREAM. AFTER A FEW DAYS WITH THE CODE NOT CLEARING IN COMPUTER, CAR WAS SENT TO DEALER AND THE COMPUTER WAS RE PROGRAMED AND UPDATED. I HAVE NEVER BEEN MORE SATISFIED WITH A CAR PURCHASE AND WOULD RECOMMEND HIM 110%
