I never write reviews but I am writing this because I left this dealership extremely satisfied and excited for my new Alfa Romeo! I waited until last minute to trade my previous lease in and I needed something ASAP. Amanda, the lady in management was super helpful and the finance lady- I think her name was Pamela, had such great energy through this whole process. They were both there the multiple times that I went to look, test drive and finally sign. They both gave great advice and made sure I knew my options as far as color (which was the more difficult decision), model and pricing for my lease. There was also a gentleman, Ed, that took the time to teach me how to work every button in the car. I highly recommend this dealership and I will definitely be there again in the future. Paige Smith

Just purchased a Maserati Ghibli. Just wanted to say Joana was a super sales associate. She was knowledgeable of the vehicle, not pushy and patient. The Staff was pleasant and polite from the moment you walked in the door. Definitely would recommend the dealership and Joana for your car needs. Thank you for great service. Joe Pina

Service and Parts are always responsive, with exceptional customer service. Much better than other Maserati dealerships in NJ, and I've been to several.

I made an appointment two weeks in advance requesting a loaner car while my car is being repaired, waited two weeks because a loaner wasn’t available before this. I drove over an hour from Brooklyn for my appointment. Upon checking my drivers license the receptionist tells me I must be 25 for a loaner car. Keep in mind I was never notified of this prior to my appointment. I was essentially stuck in New Jersey and the only thing I was suggested was to have someone pick me up there was no apology. This would not have been an issue if I was notified ahead of time of their age restraint. I realize it is their company policy but the complete lack of professionalism in informing their customers is disappointing for a brand like Maserati. When I previously brought my other car to Porsche I was able to get a loaner car with no issues booking the appointment 3 days in advance as opposed to 2 weeks. Porsche also offered me pick up and drop off service when a loaner wasn’t available. I am extremely displeased with my experience here.
