Shane would not delete my daughter's driver's license (which he requested to hold a car) from his phone in front of us as we requested. That was very underhanded. He didn't want to show us the Carfax for the car we were interested in. When we insisted, we discovered the car was in an accident and it has 2 prior owners and was not serviced by its recommended dealer. From.my experience, my advice is approach with caution and request written proof of anything he says, as his credibility appears sparse and maybe even non existent.
