I brought my 2013 Camaro SS in for state insp. and an oil & filter change. I usually do all of my maintenance myself but with the coupon I received in the mail it was less expensive for them to do it than just my cost for the oil alone. Performance provided the first two oil changes when I bought the car from them, this would be the third for this car. Service was there waiting for me and completed the work in a timely and professional fashion. I'm very pleased with their work.

Although I wasn't happy with my wash job because they were scuff marks on my door on the inside that won't come off from some ones foot and the door handle was filthy from their hand. Service was above and beyond anything expected! While visiting friends in Elizabeth City, my car began to cut off and I was stranded. Lucky for me, I was able to get it running long enough to coast into Performance Chevrolet Even though the parts department and mechanics close the shop at 6:00pm, Chris pulled the team together at 6:10pm, determined the problem , found the part and had me on my way back home to Rocky Mount in less than an hour. I purchased a 2013 Chevy Cruze the very end of May 2015. The last few weeks, less than a month of buying the car, the tire on the right front has been losing pressure frequently. I took my car to a dealership in Virginia over the weekend to have air put in my tire again. At this time I was told that my tires were worn and that I needed new tires. I was very concerned because I have only had this car one (1) month. I took my car in to Performance Chevrolet today(6/30) and it was confirmed that indeed I needed 4 new tires AND and an alignment. This pretty much floored me. This car was just inspected knowing that these tires needed replacing and was still sold to me without this being mentioned. When I spoke to the sales guy on the phone he said that they would make things right. However once i got there, I was told by the sales manager that they would replace one tire and I would be responsible for the other three (3) plus the alignment. I argued my concerns with the sales manager, however, he only agreed to replacing 2 tires. My question is how could they pass inspection one month ago (literally) but now all 4 need replacing. That to me is very poor customer service. All 4 of these tires and the aligment should be replaced at no cost to me. I trusted these salesmen here only to be mislead and deceived. I did nothing wrong here but yet Im stuck having to pay for new tires and an aligment and I have not even made my 1st car payment yet.

The service was amazing. Very good job Performance Chevrolet!!! As a first time buyer and as my first car experience, this was both comforting and stress free. Felicia Hawkins is an internet sales person, she actually was the contact who got me to come in and look around, and even introduced me to Sales person Mike Lilly. This is which led me to buying my first car. She usually works at another dealership. I was told she was at Chevrolet which is why I went there that day.Mike Lilly is "AWESOME". He cares so much about finding the right car for you. He gets involved when your having conversations, it's not just casual talk for him, he engages every customer personally . He's very friendly, and he never gives up (Not a bad thing). He isn't a "scavenger" like most sales persons, hassling you constantly. He lets you set the pace and he goes from there. He gives you plenty of time to make decisions and is very very very "dedicated" to you and fulfilling your automotive needs. He finds you great deals and answers any question you have as fast as possible. For instance, I needed the car information for my insurance while at work, however I left the paper he printed for me at home. I texted Mike and he gave me the info I needed immediately. I think when we need a trade in for our other car we will return to talk with Mike again. Chris Barcliff is also a very special individual, he does not have to engage most clients, because they just sign contracts in his office. However, Chris is not just about the work, he's a family man and a great dad. While waiting for paperwork we chatted and just bonded over similar interest. He is a great worker and very easy to talk to. Ken Lewis is a very funny guy. He has many small jokes, but he is very serious about his business. He's kind and direct, and wants to know the service is great each and every time. He seems like the type that if it was not their best service that day, he'll fix it before you step foot out the door. They're really is a lot of "diamonds" at the coal mine, that is Performance Chevrolet in Elizabeth City, NC. Great experience purchasing our new diesel chevy cruze! Went in for a test drive, but they had just recently sold the last one. However, Mike Lilly really helped us out. He understood we knew what we wanted and didn't try giving the sales pitch on every other car that they did have on the lot. Instead, he looked up a near-by chevy dealer that did have a diesel cruze we could test drive and mentioned the awesome benefits that come with buying from Performance Chevrolet if we decided we wanted one. He then proceeded to find the exact color car with the options that most closely matched what we were hoping for at a dealership in Raleigh that they could pick-up for us. On our way to the close-by dealership to test drive my wife and I didn't make it ten miles before we turned around and thought forget the test drive it was to good of an opportunity to pass up. Lifetime engine warranty while you own the car, are you kidding? How awesome is that! Mike even got us a new non-diesel cruze to drive until we got our new car, which was Monday and this took place on Saturday. Very quick turn around considering they even give you a free Zurich covering. Awesome experience! Thank you Mike! A great guy willing to help. I would certainly recommend Performance Chevrolet!

The price was definitely right, for the right car. I had a lease turn in that was simple. Be careful to check that the lease turn in fee is paid by the dealer, and refunded to the dealer from GM. If I had not caught that, I would have paid $850 too much. Read into that what you will. Jimmie Ritter was a pleasure to deal with. The Finance manager didn't listen to me or Jimmie, twice, and insisted on trying to sell me a ludicrously high extended warranty. He finally got it. Overall a good experience and I price that couldn't be touched in Raleigh.

I saw a truck I really liked and went through your chat option. Trey contacted me by email since that is the best way to contact me. I did the credit application online. All I had to do is come in with my vehicle for appraisal. I didn't realize I would be leaving with a new truck or I would have emptied the truck. Joe was waiting for me. He had paperwork for me to sign. I can't remember the gentleman's name, but the finance department whizzed through the paperwork. I loved it. The staff emptied my truck and even transferred my full tool box to my new truck. Super great experience.

Mike is also available after the sale to answer any questions . I have already called him. He was very helpful. He stayed after working hours explaining all the functions of the vehicle. My husband's 3 year old Chevy truck broke down and they would not let us have a rental. They were not friendly at all. Towed it to Performance Chevrolet Dealership in NC and they offered him a loaner and fixed the problem.

On July 15, 2014 I went into performance chevrolet located in Elizabeth city, nc to replace a worn tire. The dealership purchased the tire brand I wanted the week prior of me getting there to actually put it on my camaro. At approximately 9:40 ish I pulled into the dealership. As soon as I pulled into the garage at the service desk they already knew whom I was and what I was there for. That being said, 3 hrs and some change later my car wasn't ready!! I only had to replace one tire and they told me it would only take 15 min!!! Throughout the time I was waiting I checked the status of the vehicle periodically to see when my car would be ready and no one could even find who knew any info about my vehicle and how long it would take at that point. I leave to go eat and come back and one of the ladies at the service desk stopped me to tell me they've been looking for me cause my car was done but found out that my car really wasn't done!!! At this point I'm frustrated and just want to leave because it just got even more ridiculous and I have to go to work. So now I'm ready to go. It takes them another 15-20 min to even find my keys...... I'm a patient person but I had to leave because of work. On my way to work I call RICK HENDRICK CHEVROLET located in Norfolk, Va. It's on the way to my job so I decided to call them and tell them my situation. They tell me to bring it on in and as soon as I pull up they come rushing to my car to take care of my needs, even brought the paperwork out to me because they knew of my situation. I reside in Elizabeth city and it's sad that I would rather drive an hr away to go to the same car dealership because of better service. Oh yea and joe from sales I'm sorry and yes I was going to purchase the C7 Corvette Stingray from you guys but I'm sure I'll rather take my business somewhere else now.

In 2011, I purchased a new Silverado lt after being upside down in a gmc Yukon. At that time Ken Lewis advised me to keep the truck for 2 years to improve my credit situation. I kept it for 2 1/2 years and was looking into refinancing. Well Chevy had a great rebate on a 2014 Silverado which enabled me to not only to get a brand new truck, which had better options than my previous one, but gave me a lower payment, plus a great finance rate which was a no brainer. Salesman Mike Horne was great in dealing with me by giving me the chance to test drive two trucks before allowing me to decide on one. He, along with Ken Lewis worked a great deal for me. We were about to leave the dealership and Mr. Mike Lilly caught us just as we were turning away. I had visited local [Hampton Roads] Chevy dealerships looking for a good deal on a 2013 candy-apple red Sonic. Some didn't have one in stock at all, others didn't want to price it "right". Then I found one in Performance Chevrolet's on-line inventory, just 60 miles away. A quick email confirmed it was indeed there, and made an attractive offering price. So we jumped on the road, did a quick test drive, wrote a check, and drove it home. No heartburn, no hassles, no bait-and-switch, no add-ons. We had a totally delightful afternoon meeting most all of Performance's people, from receptionist to owner to salespeople to service manager. We feel we got a great deal, and have found a new dealership to be our destination for future Chevy purchases.

This was just a regular oil change service visit, however as with every service visit it was an excellent experience. I arrived for my appointment and the service department had my vehicle ready in a timely manner. During my wait I enjoyed the use of thier open wifi internet connection as well as the large flat screen television. Refreshments were available if I or my friend who accompanied me were interested. I purchased my Tahoe from Preformance Chevrolet and have continued to have it service regularly at the dealership. The service staff, sales staff, and other employees are always friendly and helpful. Mr. Perry is a wonderful gentleman, and I will continue to do my vehicle business with and refer my friends to Performance Chevrolet!

Great service, good friendly people. Mike Lilly (I think was his name) was my salesman. I went there looking a used vehicle and he showed me how easy it was to own a new one!! This is my first new vehicle but it will not be my last. Mike did not JUST sell me a vehicle, he sold Performance. I met some really nice people (samesman) such as Mike and Joe (another salesman). I had talked to Mike over the phone but had never really met him so when we went by Performance to look at a 2011 Equinox my sister in law had traded the month before, Joe met me with Sparkling eyes and a very big smile. He called Mike at another dealership to let him know I was there then handed me the keys and said," drive her home and see what you think". I was amazed he trusted me and did not even know me!! Everyone went out of their way to make sure I was happy AND satisfied before I left the day I actually baught it. Oh. by the way, I did not trade in my Saturn but needed work done to it before I sell it. Mike was quick to have the repair shop call me the same day. I think her name was Shannon Striker? in the repair shop. She made it so easy. She found the problem without hestitation and fixed it. I have had this vehicle in other shops for the past year and spent alot of money trying to find out why my check engine light was on. She found it right away and the cost was minimal! She will always get any repairs to the Saturn Hybrid I ever have again and if I have problems with the 2014 Equinox, I will call her. Performance is the only place that will have my business from now on. I trust Performance. They have greatly changed my mind about car dealerships. They just don't sell you and forget you. I love Performance and the way you do business. I never felt PUSHED like all the other dealerships I have visited. My fiance' took my Saturn to the shop to have it worked on. He told me Shannon offered to get him lunch and even Mr. Perry (he thinks it was) offered to lend him a vehicle to go get lunch. How much more can people do? Performance is amazing! I work for a local Finance Company. I will remember what Performance did for me and will pass on my great experience should anyone ask me about Performance Sales and Service. 5 Stars Guys!!

She refused to connect me with the general manager and connected me with sales. I have been given all kinds of excusses when I asked to see pitures of a vehicle advertised on Auto Trader. I had a wonderful experience at Performance. Mike Lilley answered all of my questions! I was interested in a new vehicle but hesitant about trading. The manger was gracious in his offer and even offered within 300$ of what we wanted for the trade in. Mike and the team helped us into a brand new vehicle. The customer lounge was stocked with drinks and snacks as my husband and I had both of our boys with us that day! Mike even allowed me to put my car seat in the Equinox to test spacing since we have a 14 month old son and he allowed me to test drive the vehicle the previous day along with my 7 year old son, whom promply drifted off to sleep in the backseat ( a good selling point, it was so comortable!) I will definitely refer friends and family to Performance and I will look to Mike if I ever needed a furture vehicle although I love this one so much I think Ill keep it for a LONG time to come! I stopped in to test drive the sonic, but my Daughter found it a little small. So we test drove a cruz. She liked it but they did not have her color. But Joe, who was assisting us asked us to hold on while he checked something. He found one in the back that they had just got infrom another dealer earlier. My husband called and left a message with the dealership asking about some Malibus in stock and he wanted to talk to sales. Joe called back that same day (within an hour) and was very helpful and informative; he stated if they did not have something we want, then they would find it. We went to the dealership on a Saturday morning and Joe was our salesman. He was nice, patient and again helpful. At no time was he pushy and he was able to give us a great deal on a car. He even has us set up already for an oil change, which was extra impressive. Before we left the dealership our On Star was set up and so was our bluetooth. He pointed things out to us that people never had for example the arrow pointing to the gas tank on the dash. He has already followed up with us via email to ensure we are happy. This was by far, the best, least stressful experience we have ever had buying a car!

From the time I picked up the phone and talked with Trey to the time I left with Jason Jackson standing beside my new 2013 Equinox sending us home was wonderful. They worked for me to get me the best interest rate with monthly payments that I could afford. All memebers of the team that I dealt with stayed working until I left, which was 8:00pm. I have never been in a dealership that was so friendly and actually cared for you as a person. I felt like we all new each other a lifetime, which is a great feeling. When I drove up on the lot Jason Jackson came out to greet me and showed me some of the inventory even though when I arrived it was only a few minutes before closing. I gave him some prelimanary information and he called me the next day to check on me and my desire for a new vehicle. I gave this dealership an overall rating of "great" based on the time the dealership responded to my internet inquiry about a specific make and model I was interested in. I immediately received a phone call stating the vehicle was in stock and ready to schedule a test drive. Upon return, we indicated that we would like to determine the asking price of the vehicle and proceeded to fill out paperwork in a nice environment even though the dealership was undergoing major renovations at the time. The sales manager assured us that he was going to give us the best possible deal while informing me of an incentive through USAA that I was unaware of. He delivered on his promise and before you know it we are shaking hands and off to finace we go. The finance manager was very informative and personable. We spoke about many things unrelated to the car deal and made the formality of it all a bit more pleasing. This dealership does care about it's customer and the entire staff ensured that you were comfortable, asked if there was anything my wife and I needed and offered a snack or beverage if we wanted. Lastly, the way in which each associate worked with the other in such an efficient matter keep the process well within a reasonable amount of time. I would definetly recommend this dealer and will certainly use this dealer in the future.

Performance Chevrolet worked with me to receive the one allocation they had for a ZL1 Camaro. They went so far as to speak with someone personally at Chevrolet on my behalf to get the order they already had in and accepted at the plant changed to my specs. They also kept me updated as to where in the build the car was during the different steps of production. I received a phone call the day the car was brought on to the lot and it was gassed and ready to go as soon as I was there to pick up the car. If the need arises to purchase another car in the near future, you can bet I will go back. While we were waiting for all the paperwork to go through, my wife and I were taken on a tour of the Dealers facilities including the parts and the service department. One of the main reason why we initially chose Performance Chevrolet was the fact that I was able to order the car for MSRP.

Dealing with Trey Colbert, via e-mail was a great way for me to make up my decision to come in and knowing that Trey Colbert provided me with a great employee like Bobby Roulhac made it easier for me to decide to purchase my new SUV. Felt we should have been contacted more often instead of us having to initiate contacts. After all, you are the one looking to make a sale. We did not have to be as patient as we were. I knew that when shopping for a new car Stephen Hamilton would be the person I'd buy from. Although I have not owned a Chevy since the 1980's Stephen was the reason I returned to your brand. He gave me a car to bring home to my wife because she was not sure she wanted to go back to a Chevy but after a short drive in the car she said "I like this car, see what Stephen can do?". Our 2007 Hummer was towed to Performance Chevrolet from Currituck N.C. on 9/12, 2011 after radiator and transmission problems. My wife and I were on our way to Nags Head, N.C. for vacation. The concern for our situation and the incredible attention we received from EVERY person at Performance still has us shaking our heads three weeks later. We were never treated as customers during our stay at Performance awaiting a rental car. Trey Colbert stopped into the customer waiting area no less than five times to ask if we needed anything. Our goal was to have the Hummer repaired but we ended up purchasing a PERFECT 2003 Corvette from Performance. Mr. Ken Lewis and I closed the deal in a minimum amount of time, O. Johnson conducted the test drive and walked us through the deal and we finished our Nags Head vacation by driving back to Maryland in my 52-year-dream car.I am retired military, very conservative and would have never done something like purchasing a vehicle 250 miles from home. However, the way my wife and I were treated by ALL of the great people at Performance made the decision quite easy. We were there to have our Hummer repaired but from the moment we walked in the door we were treated like FAMILY. I have purchased nine cars in my lifetime and I have never come close to having the dealership experience I had at Perry Performance Chevrolet.If this is not the TOP Chevrolet dealership in the country, I would like to know who is!! We were in the market for a newer used car or SUV. We looked at several different dealers. After test driving a 09 Malibu I fell in love with that car. That dealer sold the car before my husband could see it. We decided to see how much a new one cost. Stephen was great at only showing us what we wanted & not trying to up sale us. All the cars were nice but with our budge we purchased a 2011 due to rebates. This car was the perfect color & had everything on it I wanted, well except a sunroof. I have wanted a sunroof for years, I promised myself my next car would have one. During the "dealing" part Stephen & Rocky decided to have one added to this car and split the cost with us. WHAT A GREAT WAY TO SELL!! How could I say no? I couldn't. The staff was the friendliest, most helpful, team I've ever bought a car from. The entire experience was the most painless ever!! Usually the signing the papers part takes forever as well & very intense w/trying to up sale warranties etc. Chris had us laughing the entire time & purchasing the 75 mile warranty was a breeze. The process was the quickest ever. We didn't have to keep running Stephen back & forth trying to make a deal. We asked him to get it right the first time, no games. He did & we were very pleased. The paperwork & detailing the cars usually takes FOREVER, but not this time. We were in & out quick. Which was amazing since my husband does heating & cooling & worked 95 hours the week before. He did not want to be out looking for a car. He was very tired but we had to have a car. So the entire team at Performance took that into consideration, got us the car we wanted, got me my sunroof, made the deal, signed the papers & went home by 2:00. As soon as I walked into the show room Jimmie was ready to share all his knowledge with me about the Chevrolet Equinox. I had looked at them online yet hadn't test drove one yet. Since this was my first vehicle purchasing brand new I was very determined to get the vehicle that was exactly what I wanted down to every detail and I wasnt settling for less. After my test drive I explained to Jimmie everything I would want inside my Equinox. Of course out of the 4 sitting on the lot none of them were the one for me. Needless to say Jimmie looked up all the ones around and we found one with all the things I wanted in it, plus more. We came from Virginia Beach to purchase a Jeep Liberty for my daughter Loren. She is a recent High School Grad and this is her first car! We looked extensively in our area but quite honestly felt like most dealers were just out for the "sale". Performance Chevrolet really went above and beyond even after the sale. The truck was priced fairly and the salesman was friendly and helpful. After an issue with the truck came up they had it fixed in under 24 hours and even provided a loaner. I won't hesitate to patronize this dealership again and I will recommend them to anyone who is looking for fairly priced vehicles backed up by excellent customer service.

Sales rep was very cordial and pleasant to talk with. Also very informative; reviewed all the (multiple!!) forms and papers to be sure I understood them. Was willing to negotiate the trade-in value for my used car to let me get a bit above standard-supplied options for my new HHR. I had intended to also look at another dealership, but the deal offered seemed to be as good as any I would find elsewhere. The car as delivered was clean, filled with gas and washer fluid; have not found any problems at this time. Steven also talked me through the OnStar system since I was unfamiliar with its operation. I am pleased with my purchase and with the quality of your sales staff.I also would like to commend your accounting department person (sorry, can not remember his name)where my husband and I signed the final purchase documents. He was extremely efficient and pleasant and gave us confidence that there would be no problems in the future with any of the paperwork. In sum, a good experience overall.

Buying a car from Performance Chevrolet was the easiest and most stress free car buying experience I have had. I have bought numerous cars throughout the years both used and new and have never experienced such an efficient team of salesman and finance managers that work proficiently as they did. They achieved the impossible for me and for that I truly appreciate all their hard work and diligence. It is easy to say that you will have a repeat customer for the next years to come. The overall experience was outstanding starting with the first second I got out of my car. I weas greeted at the door by a salesman and it took off from there.Now the only negative is that the used car I was looking at had approx. 14K miles on the internet post. However when I test drove the car it was closer to 20K. Which really isn't an issue because I bought a new car.At the end of the day, I would say update the internet postings or put a disclaimer stating the actual milage shown may vary by time of purchase.Thanks.

I have been unfortunately disappointed with Performance Chevrolet. I purchased a used F-350 and although I was told that the 110 point inspection had been completed, I quickly found out (while on the interstate) that the windshield washer fluid was empty. Further inspection found that the radiator fluid was low. Soon thereafter, the starter failed. Finally, the salesperson had told me that the overhead digital display (compass, fuel economy, and other information is displayed) was controlled by the dimmer and thus not viewable, I found out that it was burned out. I returned to Performance Chevrolet and requested that they redo the 110 point inspection, replace the starter, and replace the overhead digital display. The inspection was completed, but they chose to tighten wires to both the starter and the overhead display, which quickly proved to be insufficient as the display was still inoperative. While the starter has continued to function properly, I had to wait three weeks before a display unit was ordered. They finally installed the display unit, and I was ready to give the dealership a positive rating when I received a call from a gentleman who purchased my trade-in from Performance Chevrolet. This gentleman had questions about my car that I traded-in, and told me he got my personal contact information from the dealership. Luckily he was very nice, but I fear for other customers who may have their private information disclosed to third parties who may not be so innocent. Bottom line: very unsatisfied and I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP.

Ben was great. We bought 2 vehicles that day and love them both. Now this review form....requires at least 250 characters, I am not loving so much. I don't have anything bad to say and enjoyed the purchase of the vehicles. I said that in my first 70 words, what else is there to say. I could tell you that I really like old Chevy cars, matter of fact I still own my first car I ever bought as a 16 year old kid, a 1973 Chevelle SS. My Dad also has a 1973 Chevelle SS, except his is an originial 454.Thanks

Availability of automobiles was an issue. Not a dealer issue, but a GM/Chevrolet issue which you think would not be after theUS taxpayers saved the company. Performance went through aloot of extraordinary effort to get me the car I wanted.Trey, Steve, Hean and others really worked hard for me. I will be back next time I need a car, Thanks to all.

From the moment we walked in the door the staff at Performance was so friendly and inviting. They were very helpful in assisting us with the right purchase for our family. They provided us with excellence service before, during and after the sale. I was very pleased that we decided to purchase our vehicle from Performance Chevrolet. Our experience with the staff of Performance Chevrolet was positive. When we first arrived on the lot, Ben introduced himself and then let us look around without being hassled by a salesman. We test drove a used vehicle and then Ben showed us a new model truck that was comprable to the price if the used vehicle we were interested in. In the end it was more cost effective for us to purchase the new truck. From Ben's work with us to the rest of our interactions with the staff, we were very pleased!

The experience i had with Performance Chevrolet was above outstanding from the first contact call with Trey Colbert and Ben Markley to the last minute out the door. It was no hagling about the price everybody was up front with everything. I searched several different dealerships after my visit and could'nt find one to touch the customer service requiremnt as Performance Chevrolet did. I'm truely excited about my purchase of my 2011 2500 HD, i would highly recommend this dealer to anyone looking for a purchase.

I was very pleased with Marcus and Trey in my visit. The only reason I gave a 4 for overall experience is there was one man there who I was not very pleased with, and almost left without buying, but Marcus and Trey talked me into staying and were very pleasant to work with and I really appreciate them and all the hard work they did for me to get me into a car that I would love. I will definitely recommend this dealership to a friend because of these two. Thanks guys

Great customer service. Found the vehicle I was interested in online. The Internet Manager responded quickly to my inquiry and had everything ready and set up for my appointment. I live out of town and have a 4 month old baby, so I didn't have time to waste. When I arrived to the dealership, everyone was friendly, straight forward and organized, making it a smooth and easy car buying experience.

Truly Awesome Experience. We negotiated the slae and trade-in price via the internet with no haggling at the dealership. We were able to reach an agreement in price fairly quickly. Both of us accuratley represented what we had, my trade-in (a fully loaded 2006 Chevrolet Z-71 Suburban)and the vehicle we purchased (a 2008 Chevrolet 2500HD Silverado Z-71 Crew Cab Pickup with a Duramax diesel engine), and there were no surprises for either of us when we showed up the next day, a Saturday morning, to complete the deal. This is the smoothest deal we've ever negotiated. The purchased truck is awesome and we are extremely happy with it. Our only concern with the truck at the time of purchase was a small dent on the driver side in front of the rear wheel. Mr Lewis, the sales manager, said he would take care of fixing the dent and he was true to his word. We took the truck back to Performance Chevrolet, at our convenience, and the dent was expertly repaired, as well as two other very small dents that we didn't request be repaired. We were much appreciative of Mr Lewis' efforts and our truck looks just as good as a new truck. All-in-all, our experience with Performance Chevrolet has thus far been outstanding. I recommend them to all of my friends and would recommend them to everyone. I will be a reapeat customer. Performance Chevrolet sold us a great vehicle at a very fair price while offering us a very fair price for our trade-in. No one else came close.
