I received a service recall notification less than 24 hours before I was to leave on driving trip. I called Performance Lexus Service the next morning and asked how the recall would affect my car and my trip. I was called back by the service manager who assured me it would be perfectly safe to drive the car and I was not to worry. He did set me up with a service appointment for the week of my return with the recalled item ordered. There service went very smoothly with my service representative even keeping my car overnight in a protected area due to inclement weather warnings. I have been very happy with the excellent customer service I have received from Performance Lexus.

I went to Lexus last week to have my undercarriage checked because the previous day there was a loose piece of tire on the highway that got trapped and left a piece of something hanging down which I thought was my oil pan. Yikes. The customer service there was AMAZING. I got a video while waiting in the most beautiful lounge area ever, $0 charge for a heatshield replacement, car washed, door opened for me and then WAVED as I was driving away! I left in a mild state of "happy shock". Thank you Tom Riley and your Team! You are the best and this is especially meaningful at this time when customer service generally is so low.

Top notch service from the moment we arrived at Performance. Terry’s expertise and patience made picking the right car a breeze, and I appreciated his willingness to track down the exact color Lexus I was looking to purchase (while we kept him after hours). Jason’s knowledge and good humor made working through the financing seamless and enjoyable—not an easy feat. Finally, Geoffrey’s technical assistance was such a wonderful touch and incredibly helpful when working to understand all the bells and whistles of a new car. I recently purchased a certified Lexus ES 350 vehicle from Performance Lexus. My 2005 Lexus ES was being serviced at the time. While I waited, I wandered around the new ($$$$) and used car sales when I saw a certified 2015 ES that amazingly had the same color exterior and interior as my current vehicle. I was impressed since I had probably never seen that same color combination on a newer Lexus vehicle. I had not contacted any salesperson because, as I stated, I was just waiting for the repair news on my 2005 vehicle. Later, in the separate vehicle repair area, I was told that I would need new brakes (expected) and that my valves were leaking badly (unexpected). I indicated to the repair section that they should complete the brake repair, but wait on the valve job. While waiting for the brakes to be replaced, I asked salesperson, Tony Baxter, about the 2015 ES. He stopped whatever he was doing and immediately shared info about the car, let me test drive it, and so on. The bottom line: he gave me what I believe was a good deal on trading my 2005 ES and waived the repair cost on that vehicle. Jeff from Finance was also quite helpful in quickly processing my credit data and waiting a few days until I could make a monetary transfer. Paul from Technology was instantly helpful as he provided me with a "quick and dirty" lesson on how to use some of the technology (bluetooth, integrated systems, satellite radio, various warning systems, etc.) that my 2005 ES never dreamed of having [however, I'm still waiting on one of his Saturday workshops to be scheduled]. Finally, the icing on the cake: my right-front tire pressure indicator was always on (in the few weeks I had the car) and a tire warning symbol suddenly popped on. I immediately took the car to Performance Lexus the next morning and the Service Area rep indicated that I had a nail in the tire. I thought that I was going to have to pay about $225 for a new tire for a car that I had only a few weeks. Randy from the administration intervened with Service and stated that because I had purchased a certified vehicle that there would be no cost for that tire in the first year of car ownership. The bottom line: I highly recommend all the departments at Performance Lexus! Phillip

I met with Jeff Smith, on a whim, with an interest in buying a Lexus for the first time. Jeff was extremely helpful and had a deep knowledge of the vehicles I had interest in. After a couple of test drives and some indecision on my part, Jeff went above and beyond with making sure I was comfortable. It was nice to work with a salesman that made it feel like it was a consultation rather than a "Pressured" sale. I had a fantastic experience working with both Jeff and Jason Morgan.

The sales experience with Robb Kelly was excellent. The entire sales team worked with us to make us have a good experience. Tony Baxter also gets a call-out for good customer service. We got the car we wanted, and they encouraged us to do comparison pricing on the internet. They wanted to be sure that we bought the car we wanted. The service by Ron Riek was also excellent, and he met us and did the service we requested the same day. Remember to ask for a loaner car if you need one. My family was in the market for hybrid crossover since 2014. I originally contacted Doug Greenup at Performance Lexus after working with him many years ago. Fast forward to 2016 and we became really interested in the 2016 Lexus RX 450h. I worked with several other dealerships and found the best experience at Performance Lexus of Cincinnati. Not only was Doug Greenup extremely helpful throughout the ordering processes, he made sure everything was done my way, not the usual way. I ordered a custom ordered RX hybrid and got a great price as well. I was given useful updates by e-mail and he responded to all my requests in an acceptable amount of time. I even asked that the car not be washed or waxed and he made sure no one but me touched the car. Once at the dealership, it was nice chatting with everyone that helped us. Shout out to Ralph Sells, Jonathan Gutman, and Jason Morgan! The buying experience was so good; Im looking forward the servicing my car there as well.

From start to finish the entire process was way to easy. The GM (Dan) handled my transaction fromTrade value to pricing within a matter of days. I was in no rush and at no time felt pressured into buying in order to gain a last minute deal nearing the end of the month. This was my fourth purchase from Dan and his team and of course won't be the last. If you want a group that will listen, explain and deliver be sure and ask for Dan or Doug Greenup when visiting. It's almost a 100 mile commute one way for me to purchase so that says something considering I pass several other Lexus dealers on the way.Thanks again for a job well done!

This business does not stand by its reputation. Tony Baxter did everything in his power to sell me a lemon. I am not their regular Lexus customer, I purchased a used Kia, that had problems within the first week and is now broken down less than 60 days of purchasing the vehicle. Therefore, I received lies, deception and fraudulent customer service. Tony said before he let his reputation become smeared by anyone they would trade or buy the vehicle back. Now they want to act as if buying the vehicle back is an issue. If I were the right complexion it wouldn't be an issue. The vehicle would be purchased in a heartbeat. I believe that wholeheartedly.

First off, Jeff Smith was my first contact and he led me through the entire process up to my driving away in my new car. He was knowledgeable and offered a myriad of options as we moved along the process. Jason Morgan, Ryan Frankenburg and Paul Cerrezin were part of the team that helped me through the process without pressure or curve balls. The service was increible starting with the emails then the meet in person i knew the car would be mine. It wasnt as easy as we thought but Tony motivated me to not be down that it was going to work. I am so happy i found him and that he help me end my 4 month long search and it was the best price out of 15 dealers i had contacted in a 150 mile radius. I met Tony through a follow up phone call through a lead generated by the Consumer Reports web site. I was researching satisfaction and ratings for various SUV's. As I narrowed my choices down, a link popped up showing a couple dealerships that had models with features and colors close to what I was looking for. A couple hours later, Tony called me and we spent 30 minutes discussing details on the Performance Lexus available inventory . He sent me several individual car spec sheets with additional pictures as requested while we were talking. We made an appointment for the following day. When we arrived, Tony had a car picked out for us and after looking at several available options, we test drove the one he had selected. Tony provided several financing options and answered various questions over the next day very quickly. When we decided to go ahead with the purchase, Tony had the paperwork all organized so the delivery was seamless. As other delivery and financial specialists mentioned options we had, nothing was a surprise as Tony had covered it during our conversations.I highly recommend Tony for a complete, no pressure review of Lexus vehicles for your consideration.

We workedspecifically with Tony Baxter and as always he was not only Attentive to our needs but in this case went well beyond my expectations. We purchased a 2016 and NX 200. I was referred to Tony by a friend who works for Lexus after I'd had a bad experience with a different dealership. From the first moment I met him, my experience was wonderful. He had already picked out a car that he thought might meet my needs and it ended up being absolutely perfect! He listened, offered me all available options and encouraged me to go and look at other cars for comparison. Never once did he pressure me into buying a car. He was incredibly patient ahd has a wonderful sense of humor. I love my car and will always remember what a great experience i had in the process!! I'll be calling Tony when I am ready to buy a car again! Highly recommend!!

I went in knowing almost exactly which vehicle I wanted to purchase. Tony had listened to exactly what I wanted and only showed me vehicles that met my specifications. When it came time to purchase, Jason and Tony worked together to have everything organized so I was in and out in no time. The ease of this experience will have me coming back in the future.

I purchased a LS460 CPO earlier this year from another dealer. I chose to have some warranty work completed at Performance as it was closer to my home. I was given a loaner car. The work was not that extensive, but the CPO paperwork did not catch up to the vehicle for several days. My service adviser was Jessica. She really did a great job keeping me informed of the progress of the work. She insured everything was completed. Since then I have had the car back for the fuel campaign and Jessica took care of it with no subsequent problems. She also took care of detailing a carpeting issue I had. I just had the car back for service and Phyllis was my adviser. She also was very helpful regarding the work done. Bottom line here is the Performance team really does a nice job and it is a pleasure to come here for service. I have a technical aircraft background and I appreciate what the shop does.. The techs in the service department never seem to get any credit being behind the scenes. I want to include them here. I appreciate all the training and experience they have to deliver a trouble free vehicle after the service is performed. I cannot say enough about my Lexus experience. Thanks.

I decided to buy and new car, which usually is an arduous experience. I was just starting the process, stopped at the Jaguar dealer (and no one even talked to me)... went to Performance, and the experience was completely different. Approached once, and wasn't ready (but no pressure), then when I wanted help they were there. listened to what I wanted, and showed me the perfect car... like new, good price, bought it on the spot (not my style at all). The Sales guy (Mike), has even followed up twice to just thank me and make sure I still like the car. I love these guys,

Tony shared great knowledge of the NX200t. He spent a great deal of time with us helping us select the right one for our needs. He also spent a good deal of time reviewing all the financial options. He has a fun sense of humor which we enjoyed as well. We were totally impressed with everyone that touched our buying experience. All of the employees are very friendly and go out of their way to make it a personal and positive experience. We also loved all the amenities of the facility.

I submitted an Internet lead and Tony Baxter promptly contacted me via email. We visited the dealership and was able to look at the vehicle immediately. I didn't want to drive the vehicle until we knew about the my trade so the quickly evaluated a fair price. Overall I was treated like I was buying a brand new RX even though I didn't. Very happy with the Tony and the dealership.

I received exemplary service. When I arrived, I was greeted immediately and politely. The work was done very well. Phyllis Hackman was particularly remarkable. She was extremely attentive and focussed on providing the service I needed and answering all of my questions. I did not feel like "just another customer". I recently purchased an SUV with 66,000 miles, 10yrs old, at about $700 below market value. Within 700 miles, a squealing was coming from under the hood upon start up. I figured the belt needed replaced. I knew I had "no warranty," however I thought I would give them a call anyway and see if they would fix it for me free of charge. I set up an appointment for them to look at it under the impression I would likely be responsible for either parts or labor. Not great, but better than anywhere else right? I could not make it, due to work, so my wife and children took the SUV up. My wife texted me and said that they were going to replace the serpentine belt free of charge. I was so glad that this dealership did the right thing by us. It is not often that one goes out and buys a car and the dealership does the right thing for the customer just because it is the right thing. Thank you Performance Lexus for being honorable.

Doug Greenup was our salesman and we definetly be going back to him whenever we need another vehicle. Doug made sure we got got everything we asked for. He listened to us and that was very important. They gave me what I needed on my trade and leases me a great car at a fair price. I told them I didn't have a lot of time to come in and sign the paperwork and they took this very seriously. Was looking for a reliable/safe used car for my daughter to drive this summer (back from college). The search was broad, spanning 5-10 local dealerships. Tony Baxter was by far the best person we worked with across the dozen sales people/dealerships we met with. Tony has great product knowledge, and was very easy-going and more interested in us finding the right car than putting on the 'hard sell'. Beyond pure 'technical competence, I prefer working with people who have great interpersonal skills and a sense of humor is always a plus. Tony provided all of those.

I've been taking my 2006 GS to Performance for over 4 years of service and during that time I ran into Amanda and Tony contemplating trading in my GS. They were always professional and never pressured me. A few weeks ago Amanda reached out and told me they received a few more SUV's and thought I would be interested. I called Tony and he took care of me. Tony and Amanda were very easy to talk to and made the process simple. The car I purchased had a few scratches and were missing some items in the car. Our Lexus experience. We have purchased lots of vehicles from Performance Toyota & Lexus. We have come to expect the top of the line service. This time was no exception. Our Service advisor was Mike. He was excellent. Couldn't ask for a better person to handle our problem. When I had a problem the first thing Ralph, manager, asked me is was I in a safe place. I felt very secure at that point. Now for our salesman John Milazzo. We have bought approximately 9-10, lost count, vehicles from John & every experience was FANTASTIC. He makes you feel like you are the only one he has sold a vehicle to. Does not push you, offers you coffee, water etc. We followed John from Toyota to Lexus. We feel John is part of our family, as well as Lexus. You walk in & if John sees us he immediately greets us, no matter if he is with someone else he finds a way to greet you. I can't say enough about John. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

Just had someone run into the back of my car and the bumper dislodged part way. No insurance adjuster on weekends so couldn't get a rental car. Ralph Sells at Performance Lexus was able to tape the bumper back on so I could use the vehicle and get to work without worrying about causing further damage. Kudos to Ralph for allowing me to rest easy until my Lexus can gets repaired.

this is the second vehicle I have purchased from performance Lexus - both times, I felt I was getting all my questions answered and getting a fair price. Do you have to play the bargaining game? Yes. Like it or not, you need to be informed about prices and options and you need to be prepared to negotiate. But, both times I went to Performance Lexus, I walked out with the vehicle I wanted for a good price.

Most recently, Jessica, the service liaison, really helped me out by guiding me through a process to get my car running so I could get it to Lexus for service. She had all the paperwork ready to go when I arrived just shortly before closing. I've told several people about my experience with this dealership - you all are consistently professional and accommodating. It makes for a wonderful experience, despite the fact that it's costing me money. Having been a customer for a number of years, I never ceased to impressed with the hospitality. I make my sister, who drives a Bentley, jealous.

Just bought our second Lexus from Performance Lexus! Purchased a 2015 NX200T on 5/25/15; which I love love love!!! We went back for a reason. Yes it has a beautiful fully equipped showroom with all the extra goodies (love the theater and snacks). But, that's not what brought us back. Performance Lexus provides an outstanding quality that is unbeatable for years. We could have tried other dealers, but why? They have for years treated us like royalty and provided the most excellent customer service. We feel like family when we stop by. Our sales person Doug Greenup took his time with me. I test drove at least 5 cars. Each time Doug was patient and didn't mind answering questions that I probably had already asked. When we buy our next one; I would only go to Performance Lexus and ask for Doug. Also a big THANKS to Ralph Sells the Sales Manager for working to get me the best price and thoroughly explain the lease agreement.

We bought a 2015 GX 460 from Performance Lexus within the past week. I had the pleasure of working with Katie Sweeney on the purchase. Katie was absolutely wonderful to work with as we worked through options and colors. She was so patient and accommodating through the process and if buying another Lexus in the near future would want to work with her again. I also had the pleasure of working through the deal with Rich and Ryan who were also great in helping put the deal together. Jason in finance was excellent as well and probably provided the most efficient paperwork side of buying a car I've ever had. We just picked up our 2015 RX-350 today. This was our first experience with a Lexus dealer and we were extremely impressed with all the staff, from the receptionist, to Maria our salesperson, to Mr. Butler in finance and Jonathon in delivery. I was looking for a used certified LX570, I saw one advertised on the dealer's website, I stopped by on my way home from work, talked to Katherine Sweeney. There was no pressure, not much negotiation, however the advertised price was reasonable. Bought the car the same day and drove it home, We have been very happy with it. Ms. Sweeney called to followup and make sure everything was OK. I recommend this dealer. I cannot rate the service department as I have not tried it yet.

This is our second Lexus from Performance Lexus and a fourth weve owned; we had the opportunity to work with many dealers, but Performance trumps many of them.This go around we worked with Doug Greenup at Performance Lexus to re-new our lease and replace RX350 with a new NX F-Sport. We were very pleased with Doug and the whole team at Performance Lexus. Doug was always available to us over the phone and in person. He is professional, yet knows how to have a little fun; he never pressured us into a purchase and was straightforward and easy to deal with. Its been over a week, yet Doug still takes his time to follow up with us and check how the vehicles is and if we have any questions, and how we like the car in general. This is definitely not necessary, but shows that he is there to build a long lasting relationship, which we truly appreciate. Just last week I took my 2013 ES350 in for the 30,000 mile maintenance. My appointment was scheduled for 12:30 but as last we finally had a beautiful day for golf. I called and Performance Maintenance team got me in and started on my car at 11:00. They also put two people on the job and I was out in 2 hours rather than the normal 3 hours for this maintenance. The car was clean, clean, clean when I got it back. The maintenance was explained in detail and everything is ready for a trip to Florida. Thanks to Wayne Hill my for his assistance in making this an excellent experience. Thanks to Phillip for getting me in earlier and on the course early afternoon. This is my second Lexus from Performance and in the five years I have been going there I have never been disappointed in service or sales

Our neighbor recommended seeing Doug Greenup at Performance Lexus as we were looking to replace our Buick Enclave lease that was coming to an end. We really appreciated his professionalism and knowledge of the Lexus lineup. My wife selected a very specific color and option package equipped NX200t F-Sport that wasn't available prior to our lease ending. Much to our surprise Doug was able to put us in a loaner vehicle until our F-Sport arrived. What was impressive about the "loaner" was the fact that it was a brand new RX-350! Negotiating the sales price was stress free and we were pleased that this was straightforward as well. The delivery process was excellent too, we met with Jeff Butler in the finance and insurance department and Jonathan Gutman, the technology specialist, paired our phones and gave us a thorough explanation of the features and settings. I contacted Tony via the internet and he was helpful and courteous from the very beginning. I told him what I was looking for and he got back to me within 15 minutes and we were able to begin the negotiating process. Prior to contacting Performance Lexus, I visited other Lexus dealers thinking I would get my best deal face to face but I was wrong. I live in Northern KY and had to drive 50 minutes to finalize the contract but it was worth the drive. I will be picking up my car next week and I expect delivery will go just as well. My husband and I went here to look at a Used (non-lexus) car that we saw online. When we pulled up, we felt slightly out-of-place since we weren't there for a Lexus. However, Tony made sure to take care of us. We drove the car we wanted to and although we liked it, it was the first car we drove so we wanted to make sure. He didn't pressure us to stay and buy it but said to let him know if we decide to come back. After going to multiple dealers, we knew we wanted to buy from Lexus. We started the process late in the day. It was almost closing time when we started negotiations but no one, including Tony and Jeff, the finance manager, tried to rush us or make us feel bad. We were final done with everything almost 3 hours after closing time. My husband and I felt horrible but they said it was perfectly OK. I would definitely recommend buying from Performance Lexus and Tony!

I live north of Dayton and I contacted several dealerships in Dayton area also Cincinnati area. Tony Baxter was courteous and returned my calls promptly while other dealers (lexus of Dayton) gave me the run around. I drove an hour and a half that evening to pick up my new car and he had it ready to go, and all my paperwork was ready to be signed. It was a quick and easy process and I thank him for that. From the first call on my cell phone, I was impressed with Tony Baxter & Lexus! He made the whole process very streamlined for my husband and me. I was able to go get a Lexus in the morning, and bring it back home to test drive and have my husband test drive (we were juggling two little kids and couldn't both get there at the same time until later in the day!). I appreciated Tony's willingness to work with our schedule--as well as his straightforwardness and sense of humor. That kind of stuff matters when you're making such a big decision!When we came back to the dealership in the afternoon, Tony led us seamlessly through the process. Everyone at Performance Lexus, from the Sales Mgr. to the Sales Consultant, to the Financial employee, Service Dept., and mechanics are all the best. Everyone is so knowledgeable - and patient - and I am a person who asks many, many questions, so patience by the staff was really necessary! Pete Beck was the Sales Consultant who told me everything I needed to know about my car - he took me on a "test drive", and helped with trying to bring me up to speed with the Navigation System. I had to call him more than a few times from home to "get it" and he was always more than willing to help in any way he could! I dealt with Tony Baxter from internet sales and he was a great help! He was direct and efficient on first contact and very friendly to deal with. The vehicle I purchased needed to have a few minor things repaired before picking it up and Tony stayed in contact throughout the process, responded very quickly when contacted, and ultimately delivered excellent customer service and a beautiful product at a great price! I had never shopped at Performance Lexis but when I saw online that the car I was looking for was on the lot I paid them a visit. It was a very busy Saturday at the dealership and although I did spend several hours from beginning to end on my purchase it seemed much shorter. The showroom is comfortable and the staff are very friendly and accommodating. And my salesman Tony Baxter was excellent! He made me feel like I was just hanging out with a friend only better because when I was leaving this friend's place I was leaving with a new sweet ride! I have purchased a lot of vehicles over the years (new and used) and our experience at Performance Lexus was, hands down, the best ever! We had looked a few vehicles at other dealerships prior to arriving at Performance. Unlike the salespeople at the other dealerships, Pete Beck, at Performance had complete knowledge about the vehicle we were looking at and was able to answer each and every question we had. There was virtually no sales pressure and Performance even repaired a minor blemish on the bumper to new condition without charge or hassle of any kind. Everyone we met at the dealership was courteous and professional and their facility is the best we have ever experienced. We'll definitely return!

I have bought my last four cars over the phone without working with a dealership salesman. This time was different. I met John Milazzo as my wife and I were "looking" at new Lexus GX 460's. John was a true professional, he wrote down exactly what we were looking for, the price I wanted to pay and promised to research and let us know what he could find since the exact color combination was not on the lot. Two days later we were back at the dealership w/ John as he identified a new 2015 GX that was on the water and scheduled for delivery in three weeks. Our experience at Lexus was outstanding from the first moment we walked in the door, We were treated like royalty. Maria's no pressure attitude played the biggest role in our joining the Lexus family. Maria wanted us to be 100% satisfied & helped us find the perfect car, with the option we wanted. We didn't feel oversold, or given a bad deal. Maria, Jeff & Jason are all amazing. Our car was delivered with some extra goodies like leather key holders, and an umbrella. Performance even takes that extra step to show you how to use your new car! The facility is also amazing. They have a movie theater, gym, and a world class waiting room with plush leather chairs. The waiting room also has great snacks and drinks along with free WiFi. We will definitely continue to purchase from performance Lexus and can not thank Maria enough for making a dreaded task an enjoyable experience.

However, a service person immediately took care of the mistake, and my car was serviced without postponement or delay. I have been taking my car to Performance for the past five years for all maintenance as required and recommended. This is the first time ever that there was such a display of incompetence. The saving grace is that this error or incompetence was immediately rectified. In the future when I schedule an appointment, I will maintain a record of with the person's name, date and time that I called.

It was the least time consuming experience we had in car buying. "Smitty" Internet Sales Specialist had everything ready to the point that just in two trips we were able to drive away our car. The used car Sales manager, Ryan Frankenberg did not act like normal used car salesman breathing on our shoulder heckling the price, indeed very professional customer oriented. Generally when it comes to used car loan sometime one has to spend more time in finance department than negotiating the car price. Jason Morgan the Finance Manager's experience and his efficient way of processing the paper work made entire loan process very smooth.

I had received a call from Amanda a few days prior to my visit regarding the Trade in Program. I didn't think too much about it, as I was very happy with my 2012 RX 350. However, since I was at the dealership for an oil change- I was curious and thought to have a conversation and explore. Amanda was great at explaining the program to me high level and connecting me with Mike in the Sales Dept.. Mike Witte was phenomenal to work with. Smitty was my salesperson and he did a fantastic job. He kept me informed for over a month (or more) of all 2013 ES models that met or came close to what I was looking for; i.e., model, color, extras, miles, etc. He notified me whenever they received an ES that met any of my criteria. He did not pressure me. He was very polite, courteous and professional. When he finally found the Lexus that met all my criteria, he reviewed the functions, extras, warranties, etc with me in a relaxed and informative manner. I drove from Kentucky just to get the vehicle and I will drive there again for my next. We purchased a 2007 Chevy Suburban 1500. The entire staff is great from sales to financing. One highlight was the tailored video that was sent to my cell phone with a walk around of the vehicle I wanted. I have never seen that before and honestly it was a deciding factor for me to take the drive. See you on the next purchase!!!

The service and staff at performance lexus was great. I originally went to lexus river center in Kentucky, but the service and staff were very poor. I wanted them to search for a 2014 lexus with my color and options. They said they would call me within a week. Then two weeks went by and it kept getting longer with no call. They didn't even take a deposit from me when I offered. Performance lexus of Kings Automall was GREAT! They took good care of me. It was double the driving distance but well worth it. -

I have to commend the sales and finance staff at Performance Lexus. I came in to test drive, of all things, a 2008 Honda Odyssey van. My sales associate was Maria. She was pleasant, courteous, and did not play the "high pressure" sales game that you see elsewhere. With the sales manager ( I sadly do not remember his name, it was either Ryan or Dan) we negotiated a fair deal on a fantastic vehicle. Although Maria was actually in the process of selling another car while I was there, I never felt neglected or trivialized. Lastly, Jason in the finance department got me through all the paperwork in short order. I highly recommend this dealership. I've bought many, many cars over the years, and this was probably the best experience overall I've ever had doing that.

I have been looking for a SC430 convertible for well over a year, both in Ohio and South Carolina. Ralph Sells (the greatest) called me in South Carolina and told me he found one that I was looking for. I worked with Ralph and John Huling(who sold me my first new Lexus in 1992) and as usual the experience was great!! This is the eighth vehicle I have purchased from Performance Lexus and the second one since I have been in South Carolina, I purchased a RX350 for my wife in January 2013. As with the RX350, they will bring my SC430 to South Carolina for me. I am committed to driving a Lexus and would not think about buying it from anyone but Performance Lexus!

My wife was out of town when I first started the process of buying a car. The deal and situation began to look to good to pass up so we moved forward. I did not dare finalize until my wife returned to town. When we arrived at the dealership together our sales person greeted us in the parking lot. He immediately took us to see the car in a somewhat private area of the new car delivery room. My wife is very particular about everything and had many questions. Tony Baxter our sales agent spent 2 hours with her answering her questions and making her feel really comfortable. The more she spoke with him the more positive she became. He even assured her after she drives the car for a few days she can come back with as many questions as she wants and all will be answered. Afterword she told me he was a very nice man. Thank you Tony for helping make my wife feel so positive about our buying experience. Buy the way I would suggest to Lexus engineering design a sunglasses holder above the drivers door, she had one in her previous car by Toyota and felt Lexus should have one as well.

We visited Performance Lexus on Monday, June 16, 2014 with the idea of looking at new (2014) and pre-owned RX 350s. Maria Schrudder offered to assist as we were just looking around the show room. There were only a couple new RX 350s and they were not the color that I wanted, so we just looked at the pre-owned cars. We identified a low mileage 2011 that fit the color and had the desired equipment. My husband took it on a test drive and he said it was the smoothest driving car he had ever driven. We left that evening without making a decision as we wanted to check out a couple other options. We returned on Wednesday afternoon and made an offer on the 2011 car. After some negotiating, we agreed on a price and purchased the car with cash. The paper work was handled by Frank Hoskins. He was very efficient in preparing and explaining all the paper work that needed to be signed. We did not want to wait for the car that afternoon, so we said we would be back in the morning to pick it up. Maria Schrudder was not available when we came back, but another salesman, Rich Cook, spent at least 30 minutes with us explaining all the features including connecting my smart phone to bluetooth and how to use the navigation system which were new to me. He was very patient and allowed me to ask all the questions that I had about the car and said I could talk to his technical assistant if I had further questions. The 2011 manual for the car was not in the glove box, so Maria promised to get us one and if necessary order one. Also, Rich could not locate the second key, but assured us that we would receive one. We have not received a phone call or email since we picked up the car, and we are still awaiting these items. Overall, it was an efficient and pleasant experience dealing with the Performance Lexus people including the receptionists who were very friendly. We trust that we will receive excellent service at Performance Lexus.

I have purchased 3 different vehicles in the last 9 years, all of them of the German brand including Volkswagen, Mercedes, and BMW, and unfortunately with each of them, despite being luxury brands, the sales experience was worse than a root canal. Every experience offered a "used car salesman" or a terrible experience either before, during, or after the close of the sale. Needless to say I try to stay away from buying cars if I can help it as I kept my Mercedes for 7 years before trading on a BMW SUV. One day on the highway a flashy, sleek, and very sharp looking car caught my eye and was very surprised to find it was a Lexus IS250 AWD. I'd never really taken to the Lexus brand and stuck to German models, but this car really caught my attention. It made me realize after having the SUV how much I missed the zippiness of a car that hugs the road. I got rid of the Mercedes because of the rear wheel drive (snow), but the IS250 offered a solution to that with the AWD model. After doing some research it appeared this vehicle fit my needs perfectly, but felt it was out of my price point.After talking to a close friend that has owned Lexus before he strongly recommended Performance Lexus, specifically Doug Greenup and Dan Kommeth. I was hesitant at first since it is about 1.5 hours away from me, but he raved about the excellent customer experience and no pressure sales experience. He spoke at length of Doug and Dan "not playing games" and being absolutely 100% honest and upfront about what they could do and what they could not do. After hearing such great things, I made contact with Dan and Doug and provided them the car, options, and price point that would make me a new Lexus owner. Both Dan and Doug worked for approximately 2 weeks to find, much to my surprise, the perfect IS250 AWD with all the options I desired and at a price point that was within my reach. I might also add they found a car that my local dealer said "didn't exist" and would not work with me.After working the deal completely via phone and email, I set a date to pickup my new car, but in all honesty I was extremely hesitant based on my previous experiences. I still felt that "something was going to change" from the numbers we discussed or the car we discussed and I'd end up paying more given I was driving 1.5 hours to get it. I couldn't have been more relieved and happy at the warm welcome I received at the dealership from Doug. Doug came to meet me at the door and walked me to his desk where he immediately informed me that Finance was going to be a few minutes because they were with another customer but that he went ahead and started as much paperwork as he could. We quickly filled out the necessary paperwork and he provided me with options for tire care, exterior care, and interior care that I could purchase at finance. After approximately 15 minutes, Finance was ready for me, which is where I expected the ball to drop and learn that something with my deal (car price, trade value, interest rate, payment, terms etc...) was going to change. This did NOT happen. Finance was the easiest Finance experience I have ever had. Frank Hoskins was fantastic and I literally walked in and signed the documentation and was finished within 30 minutes and NOTHING CHANGED from the deal I worked out via email and telephone. Frank was extremely honest with me in regard to what protection plans and warranties I needed or didn't need by asking me questions on how I use the car and how many miles I drive. He easily could have recommended the most expensive plan, but he did not do so. Instead he focussed completely on what would be best for me.All in all, I don't think I spent more than an hour in the dealership before I was on my way back home. It was the best and easiest car purchase I have ever made. The IS250 AWD is also by far the favorite of the cars I have owned, without question. You may think that is due to it being new and recent, but I can assure you this car is everything. It is luxury, sport, and functionality (AWD for snow) wrapped up into one car. The GPS and technology options are the best and far superior to any of the German brands I've owned in the past.If you're looking for a no hassle and easy car buying experience, Performance Lexus is where I would go, even if you have to drive 2 hours to go there. Dan runs a top of the line dealership, Doug was the best non-salesman salesman I've ever worked with, and Frank was great during Financing. I couldn't be happier!

I actually purchased a previously owned vehicle from Performance Lexus over e-mail because I live in NC. I had a great buying experience with Ralph Sells years ago so I thought it was worth a shot to speak with him and his team again. I shared what I was looking for and Ralph gave me a call about eight days later about a trade-in that they had just received that seemed to fit my needs. Ralph also had me work with John Huling on his sales team and he was terrific. The Performance Lexus mechanics gave the car a quick thumbs up after their review so I purchased it sight unseen. I did have them detail the car as well and I must say that the car looked spectacular when I received it (even under the hood!). I wish I lived closer so I could utilize their service team but I'll certainly continue to look to Ralph, John and Performance Lexus for future car buying needs.

I always purchased my Lexus vehicles at my local dealer and after being in the industry later learned how dishonest they truly were. I met Dan in 2013 by chance and found him to be upfront, trustworthy and to the point. I have a busy schedule and really don't have time for back and forth. When I decided to go back to the Lexus brand I let Dan know and he arranged my first deal. I found myself a few months later back in his office purchasing a used certified Lexus. This past weekend I had the honor of picking up my new RX and drove it off the showroom floor. The experience with Dan, Doug and Jason has now flowed over to others as my partner recently purchased a brand new IS from Dan. We love our new cars and the features on the RX are absolutely amazing. Lexus has come a long way since 2007 and Dan definitely made it worth my while to make the drive and helping to decide between a $56k GX or $57k RX. I'm so glad I chose the RX for the smooth ride, chrome wheels and cruise control features. Thanks to this amazing team of young men for all of their help and loyalty along the way. I felt that I could ask the questions I wanted to when I wanted to, which was a nice change from some of the more high pressured salespeople out there. We purchased a used GMC Yukon XL Tuesday night from Performance Lexus. We originally worked with Smitty and then Tony Baxter helped to close the deal late into the evening. The sales reps and the General Manager all were very willing to work with us based on our budget and our family needs. They never lost sight of the fact that we were seeking and had found the right car and the dealership was seeking to sell us a car that was on the lot for a while. In the end we got the perfect car for us at the correct budget. We appreciate everyone staying later to get the deal closed, from the finance manager, to sales to the man who detailed the car and was out there in the cold with Tony changing out the plates. It was a wonderful experience considering how stressful buying a vehicle is, especially with 3 kids in tow with us.

A very pleasant experience from the initial test drive with Mr Davies, to the buying process with Mr Smith and Mr Baxter, and the delivery process with Mr Hoskins and Mr Gutman. Mr Kommeth, General Manager, and Mr Frankenberg, Sales Manager, were obviously concerned with customer satisfaction. It seems that the amount of paperwork has increased since I bought my last vehicle, but that's not the fault of the dealership. I was contacted by Tony Baxter shortly after submitting an online inquiry about a 2008 Infiniti G35. He was very professional on the phone and made me feel respected as a first time customer. Coming from the BMW experience, I can personally say that my experience at Lexus was outstanding. From the first moment I walked in the door, I was treated like royalty. Tony Baxter's calm demeanor, and no pressure attitude played the biggest role in me joining the Lexus family. Tony helped me find the perfect car, with just the right options. I didn't feel oversold, or given a bad deal. Quite the opposite. Tony, Rich, and Ralph worked up a fantastic deal that even beat the monthly lease special! My car was detailed, and delivered with some extra goodies like leather key holders, and an umbrella. Performance even takes that extra step to show you how to use your new car (which is necessary with today's technology). The facilities are also a huge factor why I decided to purchase my vehicle there. They have a movie theater, gym, and a world class waiting room with plush leather chairs. The waiting room also has great snacks and drinks along with free WiFi. If your looking at Audi, BMW, etc., do yourself a favor and give Performance Lexus a chance. You won't be disappointed. This was the first time I purchased a vehicle from Performance Lexus and was very pleasantly surprised. I spent a lot of time with Maria Schrudder who took me on my test drive. I was interested in leasing a 2013 CT 200h. I found Maria very knowledgable about this particular car and later found out she ownes a earlier model. She offered great personal insight as well as wonderful information about leasing a Lexus in general. I was extremely impressed with her professionalism and felt that she was genuinly excited for me during my process. I also spent some time with Ryan Frankenburg who worked very hard to help me meet my payment requirements and ensure that I was completely satisfied with the price and terms of my lease. I have always previously purchased my new and sometime fun used Lexus vehicles from my local Columbus dealer (8 in the last 4 years to be exact) I have to say from start to finish Dan and the others who helped me at Performance are in a league of their own. I originally started to trade back last fall, but decided I wasn't just ready. In January when I contacted Dan I honestly imagined he would ignore my calls. I was completely wrong. He text me a week after my first inquiry to let me know that a new Lexus that he thought I would love had just arrived. He sent me photos and within a few hours I had a deal. It was almost two weeks later that I went to pick up my new car and it was just as he described. The salesman and finance advisor who assisted me were both very efficient which was a plus. I will definitely use Performance again and I have many many former clients and friends who drive Lexus that are well aware of my experience. One last thought......maybe I'll get to meet the man behind my deal one day. I still have yet to meet Daniel K. Until then thanks for making my deal and experience a great one!

I was accommodated for a last minute appointment which worked out great for me for a 65,000 mile service. Ron took my call at 7:30 am and was there to greet me upon my arrival 2 hours later. Turns out that rear brakes were needed as well. I was offered a loaner car but decided to wait at the beautiful facility. Ron said the brake service would take about 2 hours and 2 hours later, I was on my way. I have been a Lexus owner for 9 years and couldn't be happier...my car, customer service, the facility and just the overall experience is outstanding. My husband bought a new GS last year and I plan on a visit to Lexus for my next new car purchase in 2015.

I had been researching vehicles for over 6 months and found one that caught my attention. I live in Dayton, Ohio (approximately 45 minutes from the dealership). Prior to going into the dealership, I called to inquire about the vehicle I had seen online and got sales agent, Tony Baxter. I gave him the details of the car I wanted and he started researching their inventory. He couldn't find it right away so took down my info and promised to call me back as we were en route He called back within 30 minutes and by that time we were pulling into the dealership. Tony and Ryan were at the front desk waiting for us as we walked in. From the introduction, Tony greeted us with a smile and was very apologetic that the car I was coming to get was sold the previous evening, but he was ready to help find me "my car". And that is exactly what he did!!! His service was exceptional. He was personable, caring and worked within the parameters given to make sure I was satisfied. He worked with Ryan Frankenburg to go through the inventory again and again until they found a vehicle that met all my needs and stayed within my budget. Just bought a 2014 RX350 and had probably the best experience in buying a car ever. By luck we had the General Manager, Dan Kommeth take care of us with the assistance of Sales Consultant, Mike Witte. Dan was knowledgable, friendly and really did everything to get me a deal that was incredible. The Finance Manager, Frank Hoskins did great job in explaining the lease closing papers. The delivery tech,Jonathan was very efficient in helping me with the features some of them are reverse of what I was use to on my German car I traded in. The best thing of the experience was not going through the typical car dealer game of what payment do you want which I experienced at another dealer just a few days earlier. I used Performance Lexus in 2001 and had a positive experience then and was very happy to enjoy that they have set a new level excelling in customer service. I would bet this is one of the top customer satisfaction Lexus dealers in the country.

I took my 2012 RX350 in for 15,000 mi. service, and thought I'd investigate the deal on leasing a 2014 RX350 while I was at the dealership. I found that I could upgrade to the 2014 with identical options for even less per month than I was paying for the 2012. I decided to add Blind Side Monitor and installed GPS options and was able to negotiate a satisfactory monthly payment while waiting for the service on my 2012 too be completed. As a result, I traded in my 2012 and drove out in the 2014. I found John Milazzo to be an honest and knowledgeable salesman and would definitely recommend him to anyone interested in buying or leasing a Lexus vehicle.

I did quite a bit of research before narrowing my decision. I test drove a BMW X3 and an RX350 before I finally decided on a 2014 RX350. The product spoke for itself, so the only thing that would have made me not buy would have been the sales experience. Being a single female, I always have my guard up for disrespectful salespeople who put on full court pressure. I was pleasantly surprised by my salesman Doug Greenup. Very friendly, knowledgeable, and low key. Because I drove to the dealership by myself, he even offered to drive my other car home for me. While he was at it... he programmed my garage door opener. Something easy enough to do on my own, but the gesture was very much appreciated.

I have a 2005 Lexus ES 330 which I purchased new when I lived in Minneapolis-St. Paul. Since I moved to Cincinnati in 2010, I have taken my car to Performance Lexus. This last visit was for routine maintenance, which have have done about every 6,000 miles. Jason Watkins was my service representative, who was attentive and fast. While I waited, I was able to get some work done in the quiet section of really nice and comfortable waiting area.

My wife and I were encouraged to test drive the Certified Pre-Owned ES-350s we selected. Tony took all the time necessary without rushing us. We bought the car that day. I had corresponded for a week with internet sales and drove 1 hour and 15 minutes from my home to the dealership AFTER calling the dealership to let them know I was coming to drive (and hopefully buy) the car. The salesman did not inform me on the phone that the care I specifically was coming to see had been moved to another dealership closer to my home the very day before. Upon my arrival he told me this news and offered to show me other vehicles. Needless to say, I declined.

I just had a great experience with an Internet sale of a used Camaro that I purchased. Tony was on top of everything with e mails and questions as I drove over from Indianapolis to look at the vehicle. All of the paperwork was complete for my trade in as I arrived, and the transaction literally took only an hour from test drive to drive away.

I had a great experience buying my ES 350. The sales man John was so patient, I wasn't sure what color or accessories I wanted but he never made me feel that I was wasting his time. The person who put all the numbers on paper was especially patient because I am very detail oriented and probably asked more questions than most. I would recommend this dealership and my car to everyone.

I was impressed with the sales and buying process. The salesman was very friendly, low pressure and took the time to show me the options so I could make a well informed decision. Despite the fact they were very busy, I felt like I was the only customer in the facility.

Just bought an RX 350. The SUV is great. The buying experience was GREAT. I worked with Johnathan Smith "Smitty", and his manager Rich. The entire process was smooth and trouble free. Everyone involved was helpful, courteous and friendly. They were knowledgeable and patient as I asked my questions. I've bought several cars from Performance Lexus now and each experience has been pleasurable and pressure free.

Pete B. was quite helpful in explaining the features of the RX450h. He and the sales manager made the entire negotiation process stress free and without a lot of pressure. We finalized the deal via email while I was out of town.

I called in and spoke with a sales rep. about a specific vehicle, he said he wasn't going to be in the following day but would have someone contact me to set up an appointment.. no one ever called me. After I drove about 45 minutes to Performance Lexus, I realized the car in which I was interested in had the wrong color listed online (I was looking for a black car, which was listed on Cars.com but the car was actually Gray). I ended up purchasing the car on Wednesday and they sent it off to be cleaned and detailed, but there were still quite a few stains on the ceiling, in the trunk, on the leather and a big wad of gum stuck on the inside of the lift gate. I was told they would arrange for someone to meet me to finish the interior cleaning of my car the following day, it has now been two days and I have yet to receive a phone call.

I first purchased a new 2006 GS 300 AWD from Performance Lexus in 2006. I loved the car for all these years. It still looks like new but I had the itch. I stopped in one day and met John Huling. I told him I was just starting to look and was interested in the GS 350 F-Sport or the IS 350 convertible but I was also looking at a couple of german cars. John was not high pressure just through and made sure I was equipped to make the best decision for me. He called a week later to tell me they had a IS 350 C in and I could test drive but bad luck as I was out of town. I looked at the Audi's A6 and A7 but knew I needed to test drive the GS 350. I did and I made my decision. From there John and Ralph Sells worked hard to find the car I wanted. I'm now in a 2013 Obsidian exterior with black interior AWD GS 350 F-Sport. The car is great but these guys are awesome! I definitely recommend Lexus and John and Ralph and thank them for working so hard for me and providing such an enjoyable buying experience. By the way, the 2006 GS 300 is still in the family as my son-in-law just had to have it. Thats what you get when you buy the best cars and work with good honest people.

I recently purchased a 2013 Lexus ES from/through John Milazzoa a sales person at Performance Lexus. John spent about 4 hours with me making sure that this was the right vehicle for me.. I am a Florida resident but spend 3-4 months each year back in the Cincinnati area. My previous vehicle (also a Lexus which I purchased several years ago from Performance) was registered/licensed in Florida so it was necessary that the new vehicle also be registered there. Since I was not planning to return to Florida for a few months, John and Dan Kommeth, the General Manager, took over the problem and handled the entire process of having the new car titled and licensed in Florida. And they gave me a very attractive deal. This was the best and smoothest car purchase experience that i have ever had. I am looking forward to the next time i am ready to trade in my Lexus.

I recently bought ES300h from this dealership. When I first started looking around for cars at Performance Lexus, Doug Greenup showed up to explain to me about the choices and features in the Lexus cars. I test drove the car the same day I met him. He was courteous and professional throughout the buying experience. I very much liked the interior and exterior styling, technology, and fuel efficiency of this car. I was waiting for a car like this with a perfect combination of luxury and gas mileage. This is an ideal car to make an environmental statement while driving around in style. I test drove a Camry, but ES300h feels like a day and night difference from Camry despite having the same engines. Without much haggling, we decided a reasonable price point. I had a long chat with the finance guy about my experiences with cars of different brands and he helped me with good interest rate and loan terms. Buying experience is only part of the story, I value the dealership's vehicle service experience the most. I owned luxury vehicles in the past, but the dealership's service experience was disappointing to say the least. It takes company culture and commitment to build trusting relationship with the customers. I have heard good things about Performance Lexus and I hope to have good experiences with them in the years to come.

My initial contact was David Bethel who was also excellent as he was responsible to work deal for my Lexus trade.. Finance group of Jason Morgan and Rich Cook also excellent. Another great experience and I am a happy Performance Lexus owner.

I saw a car on the internet. I called the dealership. Salesman Mike Witte received the call. He was very welcoming and gave me all the information I needed to determine my interest in the car. We made an appointment to see the car the next day. Meanwhile, I asked my son, who was visiting friends in Cincinnati, if he would drive by the dealership to get a look at the car. I gave him Mike's name, he drove to the dealership and, despite the fact that he arrived one hour before closing and without notice, Mike spent time with my son as if he were the buyer. Again, without notice or appointment. Next day when we arrived, Mike's humor, knowledge, and easy manner made us immediately comfortable. He introduced us to Dan Kommeth, General Manager. Dan, too, made us feel very comfortable. The same comfortable, welcome feeling was imparted by Sales Manager, Rich Cook, and by Michael Stain in Finance. I really have never had such a pleasant car buying experience.

Was extremely satisfied with the entire experience from start to finish. Smitty was our sales representative and he was so enjoyable to work with. The process was extremely quick, seemed very honest and quite frankly a lot of fun! Mike and Rick were great to work with as well. My friend purchased her car here a couple of years ago and recommended me to just stop by before I made my final decision and I was so glad I did. I left the lot with no regrets and extremely happy with my purchase:)

Mike met my wife and I, understanding our needs for a new Lexus. He was very attentive to the options and colors we were interested in. Unfortunately they did not have the model/color in stock at PERFORMANCE LEXUS, but Mike offered to get model/color from a dealership in Kentucky and had it for us the following day! The action of a true professional and one who is interested in customer satisfaction. Also an individual we'll deal with the next time we're in the market for a new car!

John Drennan was my sales associate and I thought he did a good job. I used the gym while my new car and trade in were getting processed. Overall, I thought it was outstanding except it just took too long. I showed up with my USAA certificate for the no haggling price for my 300h and thought it would shorten my time there but it was literally an all day process. When I went back for my new floor mat installation, I wanted a car wash and almost didnt' get it because their person was saying it was not open. On top of that, he rushed through and my car was sort of wet with spots when I left. By far, the best dealership I've been to, except for some minor inconveniences.

My wife went there for service, she had part of inner mirror missing. She asked them to look into it. Instead of looking and tell us what to do they removed whole mirror and told us that front windshield was from different company so they can't attach it and if we want to get it fix we have to put Lexus windshield. It took my wife lot of argument get it fixed. And the job was done poorly. Mirror fell off with in few days. We called them back and they didn't bother to admit their mistake and just came up with excuses. I mean my mirror was fine until they removed it. This was just service part. I would never go to this dealer again not even for purchase.

Tried to buy a used car from these folks Was told to get back to salesman next am to see about the deal. Told original salesman I would agree to price. No one returned numerous calls I made the next day. Was told by 2 salesmen they would return my call after they looked into it. Finally, at the end of the next day; a salesman called and said the car had been sold. They won't tell me the whole story. Don't do business with these people. I acted honestly and in good faith, but it seems they don't care. It's not the way I would run a business.

My wife had her ES330 serviced on 11/6/12. It wasn't the first time that she came back home from Performance Lexus (King's Mall Cincinnati) frustrated by the way she had been treated by some men at the service desk. Service time estimate was double to what they promised, so was the estimate of how long it would take to get the vehicle washed, and her complaints were not met with due seriousness. All in all, combined with similar past experience, this service team doesn't live up to the company slogan.

I was in the market for a used Lexus RX. I was promptly greeted and was shown a large selection of used Certified Lexus RX350's. All were very clean inside and had new tires. I met Chris Patterson and was treated like a VIP! I couldn't ask for a better car buying experience. I was given a tour of the dealership,service area, and all the lounges. I was even treated to a Lexus Owners Brunch! A+ to all at Performance Lexus!

In July of 1999, I purchased a used Lexus for approximately 34k. I was told the vehicle had no prior damages, was inspected and being sold as a Certified Pre-Owned Lexus. I specifically wanted a high quality, damage-free car as I had seen on the t.v. commercials for Certified Pre-Owned Lexus vehicles. I experienced numerous electrical problems and waterleakage in the trunk. I learned through another C.P.O. Lexus dealer who serviced my car, it had extensive body repair work done prior to my purchase.<br>It is my opinion, I was sold a vehicle under a program designed to protect me (as a consumer) but instead deceived me for the sole purpose of Performance Lexus' monetary gain. I still own a Lexus vehicle but have lost faith in the integrity behind dealerships who misrepresent their product. I learned a valuable lesson from this experience, no matter what the circumstances...buyer beware!
