Purchased a CPO 2012 Sienna, and it was a thoroughly enjoyable experience from beginning to end. I was not expecting the process of buying a used car to be so pleasant. The salesperson, Tommy Pennock, was extremely knowledgeable about the product, listened to my questions/concerns without interrupting, offered possible options and took the time to find the answers to my myriad of questions. He was a true professional. Each of the staff I came in contact with was friendly and helpful. When I asked if a slight scratch could be buffed out prior to picking up the car, it was not a problem. The service dept. did a fantastic job, and I was very satisfied with the result. I drove 90 minutes from NJ to the dealership because they had the vehicle I was looking for in stock and they made the trip worth every minute.

I recently purchased a 2013 Toyota Corolla from this dealership, and it was overall a great experience! From the moment I showed interest in one of their vehicles online, I was contacted promptly by Dylana, who was extremely polite and helpful. She had the car ready for me to look at once I got there, and she got me in contact with a sales representative, Wilmer Nunez. Wilmer was awesome and so helpful!! He was very patient with me, even though I was super indecisive about which car I wanted because there were two I liked. Wilmer helped me choose the car that was best suited for me. Buying a car can sometimes be a hassle, but this dealership and the staff I worked with made it so quick and easy for me to complete this process. I recently purchased a 2015 Toyota Camry from performance and my experience was perfect. My salesman was Brandon Laudenslager who was knowledgeable, punctual, and extremely professional. He made the car buying experience so easy and I could tell that he really worked towards fufiling my best interest as opposed to just selling a car. The managers at the dealership were top notch and very professional. Also, it only took 40 minutes to buy the car and drive it off the lot!!!!!

Our car was totalled in an accident and we came to Performance Volvo in Sinking Spring. They have great prices and our Salesperson Cam Kline really treated us well and we got a great deal on a pre-owned Honda. We dealt with a lot of car dealers in the past but these folks really make you feel at home and have great deals. They went out of their way to help us. Customer Manager Tony Curtis also helped us conclude the sales. We will deal with these folks in the future and recommend them to all our friends!

My overall experience was very positive. Our sales rep was Juan Gonzales who was very knowledgeable about the prius we ultimately purchased. He took the time to fully explain the vehicle and capabilities while on the test drive prior to our decision to purchase. After reviewing many dealerships and prices, we chose Performance Toyota due to the quality and price of the vehicles they offered.

I bought my new Toyota Tacoma from Performance Toyota. The gentleman who sold me my vehical was Fred Folk. He was very knowledgeable with the vehical and went over every aspect of the vehical thoroughly which helped me choose the model best for me. He gave me a very fair price for my vehical and built a trusting relationship with me which will lead to me purchasing my future vehicals from Performance Toyota. We recently ordered a 2014 4runner. Initially, the experience was great. Our first salesman was very helpful, not pushy. Unfortunately, through no mistake on the part of the dealership, when the vehicle came in, it wasn't correct (the interior color wasn't what we asked for). While we did have to wait for a new vehicle to be built and shipped, the dealership took care of everything, and when the correct vehicle arrived, we were pleasantly surprised that we were given an even nicer model (more options), money off, and a better financing rate -- all without us even asking. This was done to make up for our inconvenience. Our new salesman, Fred Folk, was very helpful, again not pushy, and made sure we were in and out quickly. Overall a good experience and we will be using this dealership again.

I was helped by 4 different people. Angela and Sara at the phone/desk both were very friendly and helpful. Both spent much time with me on the phone answering all my questions about the car I was interested in and any other concerns I had. They did not pressure me to come in or try to "hard sell" me and were very patient. Very different from the other dealerships I contacted who only wanted to "get me in" to try out a car, any car, and couldn't be bothered to answer in any detail over the phone. When I got in, Alex Vanderlip was the guy who took me out for a test drive and handled the sale. He was very patient showing me each and ever feature of the car until I understood it and was comfortable with it. He brought us hot chocolate and coffee and walked me thru the sale process and even got my insurance switched so I was covered for the trip home. Another woman (short, blonde) helped me as well but I never got her name - she explained the GAP insurance coverages and helped to verify my registration was up to date when I found that I had left my current registration at home by accident. Everyone did everything possible to make it an easy pleasant experience and not once did I feel pressured. They also got me the numbers I needed financially to make this work. I would definitely come back again and recommend the place to others. The car is beautiful and handled very well on black ice and snow on the drive home that night. I'm looking forward to enjoying it moving forward!! Thanks! A++++++++

Fred Folk was very helpful in walking me through my car buying experience. It had been over 14 years since I bought a car. He was understanding of that and took all the necessary time I needed to answer my questions. No pressure at all. Every thing was ready and on time for my pick up. I'm so impressed with the friendly staff at this dealership. Fred Folk is a wonderful person to do business with. He's upfront, trustworthy, and dependable. Within hours of getting my car home, I was contacted by Fred to check in with me to see if I had any further questions. That's customer service. I was recommended to look at Performance Toyota by another satisfied customer who purchased a Prius in the Fall of 2013. When I started shopping for my new car, I engaged in communications with 5 other Toyota dealerships. Instead of considering dealerships closer to home or work, I chose Performance Toyota. This was directly a result of my communications with a member of the Internet Sales Staff, Dylana Wolcott. Her level of attentiveness and professionalism was exemplary and exactly what was needed for me to feel comfortable purchasing a car from Performance Toyota. After arriving, I had the pleasure of meeting Dylana and several members of the Performance Toyota staff; most notably my salesman, Adam Jones. Adam did an outstanding job throughout all aspects of the sale. I was impressed with Adam's level of knowledge with the Toyota hybrid line, as he walked me around the Prius C to familiarize me with the car inside and out prior to even starting the test drive. I also appreciated Performance Toyota's willingness to work with me throughout the negotiations process. As a new customer, I feel that this process was fair and resulted in the deal I received and accepted - which directly contributed to me being able to leave Performance Toyota in a new car the day I stopped by for a test drive. I was actually in and out of the dealership on a Saturday in about 3 hours. I feel this was remarkable and directly attributable to the level of care and attentiveness of my salesman. While managing his other appointments and test drives, Adam continued to check in with me and ensured the process remained moving - from negotiation to finance to vehicle preparation - up until the point I got in my new Prius C and drove away. Please if you are in the market for a truly great experience purchasing a new/old car visit ( Alex Vanderlip) at Performance Motors ,Sinking Springs. Alex took the time to explain how everything in the car worked so i would feel comfortable driving home (37 Miles). He even set up the wireless blue tooth to my phone! I have been in a lot of dealerships where i was just an expected purchase from sales people, this place is Not at all like the others. All the Performance staff were amazing from the quote person (because i asked for many print outs on various cars) to the finance department (Christine Rakowiecki). Christine was Great ! When i left i fully understood all aspects of my loan paperwork. No matter what your preference is, if it's not on any of their lots they will track it down and bring it to Performance Motorsfor you to view or test drive. The show room will impress you for sure with the open layout , area for children to relax & view TV and current models of cars inside out of the cold. Drove my NEW 2014 Toyota Corolla to work 1/20/2014 for the first time and smiled all the way!! Don't take my word for it experience Performance Motors for yourself.

Tony Curtis and Adam Jones made this a very pleasant experience. Adam is a very helpful and informative salesman, and Tony is a great sales manager. In my past car-buying experiences, the manager always acts like a jerk and heavy handed, but Tony was wonderful and kind which is GREAT! Definitely a pleasant change to other dealerships. I think all customers appreciate being treated respectfully, so they are both definitely an asset to their company :)

We had an excellence experience with Performance Motors! We had previously a used Camry for our daughter several years ago and went back to kick around the idea of buying a used RAV4. We spoke with Amanda through live chat, who was very helpful. We then went to the dealership, where we met Juan Gonzalez. Juan was not only professional, but extremely friendly and personable. We were so happy to work with him and give him the sale. We will definitely go back in the future and recommend not only the dealership, but Juan as well. We love our RAV4 and got to drive it the next day in our first snow storm of the season!

My wife and I had a great experience buying a car here. Celene was great at showing us vehicles that matched our wants and needs. She knew her stuff inside and out and was by far the best sales person we spoke to in our search for a vehicle. There was never pressure to buy or attempts to talk us into something we didnt want. Dan was also awesome explaining some terminolgy we didnt fully understand and going through pros and cons of everything we were looking at. Everyone worked hard to get my wife everything she wanted at a price I wanted. A happy wife makes me a happy customer. Cant see myself going anywhere else in the future. Thanks.

I had been looking at various cars to replace my 1991 Lexus LS400 and had decided on looking at the Prius C due to the amount of miles I drive for work and the urban areas I commute to each day. Upon walking into the dealership I wasn't sure if I was going to buy a car that day but I was introduced to Adam Jones. He was very knowledgeable about the Prius C that I was interested in purchasing. He explained the various technical and safety features of the car and then took my girlfriend and I out for an interesting test drive. He was very honest and informative and I would recommend him to friends and family.
