Great company. Make sure you ask for Elan M. if you go buy a used car. Not only is he incredibly easy to deal with, but he works quick and won’t give you the run around. He’s not a pushy salesman- like some can be. We have purchased/traded in 5 cars using Elan and will never do business with anyone but him. He is the best of the best. They need a few more like him.

It used to be that you would have a great experience here. Recently, that has not been the case. I had to educate the service department on the features of my car (and they were the ones that sold it to me!) and the sales department is literally impossible to reach when you have an after-sale issue.

I called about a car they had available on the website. They confirmed the website price was up-to-date and were honest telling me they couldn’t hold it with the present car market so I hustled down there that night. To be honest, I love Perfomance Toyota with all my heart. They’ve helped my family purchase more than one vehicle. Most recently, Josh helped my mother purchase her car. He helped to accomplish that goal even with me virtually assisting my mother. He had a lot of patience in me sure that the customer was very well taken care of even after there were questions after picking up the vehicle. I genuinely appreciate Logan and Quinton as well. I bought my 2004 Ford Ranger from them and took my truck in to repair a ABS light. I had bought an extended warranty thinking it would be covered. It was not covered and they told me the repairs were going to be $938.00. I thought that was way to high so I took my truck to Wayne's garage who fixed it for $ 368.29. They fixed my truck with the same parts that Performance quoted me for $938.00. Sounds like they are trying to make up in service what they are missing in sales.

I just bought a new vehicle within the last week from them. It seems like their process is okay, but they screw up the little things.For example, right after they handed me the keys to my new car to start it, the battery was totally dead. They had left the door open the entire day and it drained the battery. Not a deal killer, just really annoying.Once I got the vehicle home, I notice a 2 foot side access panel inside the car was just missing totally. I don't see how the panel disappeared, but then I had to call and they are ordering a new one. The good news is they have been responsive to ordering the new part.They told me that the car comes with free car washes. The next day after I got home I was wondering how that worked, so I called. Turns out you need to get these tickets in order to use the car wash. Would have been thoughtful to include the tickets when they gave me the vehicle, so I didn't need to come back to get them. Again, not a deal killer or anything, just could be a bit better.Finally, when the car was detailed it looked very rushed. There was left over polishing compound in many different areas of the car, there was lots of dirt still on the rims that they missed when they wiped it down, and there were large pieces of something on the dashboard where it was clearly visible. They also hadn't removed the sharpie marks from the headlights until I asked.Overall, they have seemed responsive to fixing things once I notice them and ask them to get fixed, but if they slowed down a little on the front end of things, it would be a much better experience.

Greg actually was the only reason I probably bought a car. After a bad first experience he made sure that I was happy. I feel that he went above and beyond what he had to do to make me happy. He didn't try to up-sell me and actually spent a considerable amount of time searching online for the exact car that I wanted (we didn't find it unfortunately). I would highly highly recommend anyone in the area looking for a Toyota to go see Greg at Performance! My only complaint is that the buying process is WAY TOO LONG! That isn't a Performance issue, that's a buying a car anywhere kind of issue.

Had a great experience at Performance this time. I came in three years ago and was disappointed with the customer service, but the place is under new management now and it shows. We were greeted promptly and shown great courtesy. Our salesman Logan did a great job showing me exactly what I wanted. It took me about a month to drive other cars and settle on the Hybrid Rav-4, and Logan remembered us as soon as we walked into the shop.We made the deal as painlessly as any deal has ever gone (there's always the dance, but we kept it to a minimum).Beth did our finance and did a great job.Overall I'm thrilled with my new car and I got it for exactly what I wanted to pay. So happy to be back in a Toyota.

I dealt with Greg Cossman. Very easy to work with and personable. Booking an appointment, test driving, and negotiations all went smoothly. After that though, I had to wait almost three hours to see the Finance Manager and finish the paperwork. I'll grant that this was a Sunday, so they were busy, but in that case, you think there would be more than one finance person working. Other than that, I was pleased with the service at Performance.

I bought a used car from Oz at performance Toyota and it took forever! As in 2 days forever... We knew exactly what we wanted within 15 minutes, told them we wanted to buy it. No negotiations were needed. We proceeded to wait 4 hours- 2 of which were after hours, then was told we needed to come back the next day to complete the sale as the business office personnel left- which is who we had been waiting to meet with for hours. Oz was great though. Just wish their business office was a little better.

I was really nervous and upset due to the circumstances leading up to the buying of my car (car wreck, totaling of my car, & dealing w/insurance) it wasn't the first time buying a car but I loved my car that was wrecked so I looked very hard to see if I could find one like it and my hard work payed off. I found one just like it. When I went to Performance I was greeted by Mr. Craig Treon and from there on was taken very well care of. I asked to see the car and he brought it around all my questions was answered upfront and truthfully. The credit prossess was handled VERY WELL, being there was a few bumps in it. They worked with me until my car was financed. They didn't talk down to me or belittle me, even complimented me on getting my credit score back up. So the whole process was a great experience so much better than I thought it would be. When I found out I could get the car, they removed the sticker from the window (got rid of ALL the sticky stuff) the car was spotless, filled the tank w/gas, the only thing that I was kinda aggravated at was I asked that they fill the coolant tank (it was empty) and the windshield wiper fluid tank (empty) asked SEVERAL times to be filled. They never filled it. Anyway may be petty but I thought they should have done it. Overall it was a great experience looking forward to see how the service part will be when I go for an oil change when my time comes.

Ensure the cars is properly checked by the service centre else later you would have to take the car for servicing and pay $50 for each servicing a. The Power outlet was not working in the car. b. Not all 6 speakers of the music system are working 2. The car came without Floor mat and trunk mat - spend additional bucks to buy it. Two weeks and financing is still not processed. Have to follow-up to know the status and ask if any other document are missing. Have to visit the dealer more than twice to submit or sign on documents.

Working with Eddie G. was a DREAM COME TRUE. When you say zero pressure to purchase, he exemplified our experience. He was kind, courteous and willing to go the extra mile. I admit, I am fairly to moderately hard to impress, but he DEFINITELY changed our perceptions of what car buying should be. I gave the entire experience nearly 14 days- just to see if he was legit! He was awesome. He never over solicited me, and took care of us. My husband literally came in, test drove a few of the selections Eddie and I made (yes, I'm THAT customer) and signed. We were looking for used RAV4s and happened to see 2 at Perf Toyota that we wanted to check on on 12/30/15. Drew Hallman was our sales person and was very easy to work with. He did not push us but was very helpful in all ways. The facility is very nice with a comfortable customer waiting area. The bad news was that alot of folks buy cars at year end. There were about 6 people ahead of us to sign paperwork; we waited about 2-2.5 hours just to sign papers. Because there were so many folks waiting and it was getting near dinnertime, the dealership ordered pizzas. We really appreciated that because we had not planned on being there that long and I was getting hungry. One of the folks said they always do that when they have lots of people waiting around. Again Drew was very helpful without being overly pushy. We appreciated that SO MUCH. Thanks again Drew!

Disappointed with our service we received from performance Toyota. We were told from our sales person that performance Toyota takes pride in their customer satisfaction and cars. Also, that their service department ensures a trustworthy vehicle. We were told that was the case for our vehicle and even given a 3month/3000k mile power train warranty for it. On the test drive, nothing seemed wrong. After our quick and easy buying experience, we drove the car an hour home and noticed crunching coming from the front right and left struts and a bad fuel smell as well as a fluttering coming from the engine. Took it to my local mechanic and he said the car had bad struts and a ripped air intake valve. Tried calling performance to see if there was anything they could do to help, as the problem clearly was happening before we bought it, and they've given us the cold shoulder ever since. Even a "no" would be nice to hear. They've not come through on their promises. Sure, they were happy to sell us a vehicle but forgot to mention that it's going to need over $1000 worth of repairs. We've called every day but have had to jump through hoops to talk to someone who cares about what's going on with our situation. Haven't found him/her yet. It's been a terrible experience owning a vehicle purchased from Performance Toyota.

The sales-person, Alexia, was professional, but also friendly, hospitable and did not make me feel pressured. I have been to OTHER dealerships, where the sales staff seems to care more about getting the sale than helping the customer. But at Performance I felt like they wanted the best for me. I originally went to the dealership in search of purchasing a used car. I wasn't sure 100% of the car I wanted at first, but I knew I wanted a Toyota Corolla or Toyota Camry. John was able to educate my spouse and I on A LOT of information about cars, financing, leasing, models, and tons of other things that plays a role in purchasing a car. Since I'm am younger in age John said it would be a good idea to lease, if possible. I immediately was against leasing because I didn't have much information about it, I thought my credit score would be too low and I was concerned that it would be a hassle for me. After meeting with for about 3/4 weeks I came to a conclusion that leasing was he best choice. John gave me so much information. I learned that it could help to build my credit score, I wouldn't have to worry about maintenance issues (being a college student that's a big deal), I had the choice to purchase the vehicle at the end of the lease, and monthly lease payments are typically cheaper than a purchase payment. I am so happy that I met with John and he was able to provide a great experience without being rushed, harassed, and bombarded into an agreement that was not right for me. John is a very patient salesman who listened to your questions and answered anything I didn't understand, even if I asked it 3 times in a row lol. The entire staff at Performance Toyota were extremely welcoming and provide excellent service. I love my 2015 Toyota Corolla, and I look forward to leasing another after this lease is up ! My concern is the under the wheel well finishing in regard to safety and quality, As I have been driving and purchasing automobiles for 50 years, the fender splash shield is non existant on this model. It leaves me concerned as to the maintance of the wires and equipment therein.I feel it should be on the vehicle when completed and purchased as standard equipment as it appears unfinished and this area volnerable to the elements on today 's roads. I do not believe I have ever owned a car without this piece of equipment attached. Again, safety and quality is my focus.Thank you for your attention in regard to this matter.

I was in the market for a new Avalon2015 SE trim. One of the dealers that i enquired about the availability/price and other details on email was Performance Toyota at Fairfield. Within 30 minutes of my email request, I received a email indicating someone had my request and would getback to me. Within 45minutes i had answers to my Query from Rachel Root. Further emails were exchanged, and Rachel was very helpful in answering them promptly to my satisfaction. After few days I did get followup email from the Internet Sales Manager (Angel Hablutzel) checking if the Dealership had answered all of my queries promptly, and inviting me over a test ride at my convenience. Both Rachel/Angel setup a test ride for me in advance. On the day of the test Ride i was warmly greeted at the Deaalership by Crystal Coleman, offered beverages, and introduced to the Product specialist (Mr. Arroyo Martinez). It was a rainy, overcast day and Mr. Arroyo had the test vehicle pulled up right at the entrance, and explained all the features of the car. He was very patient as i asked more details, and explained all questions in detail. He came across very knowledgeable. Once back at the dealership after the test ride we decided to pursue the next step of negotiating a deal. Mr Martinez introduced me to Mr. Neal James Caroll one of the Sales Managers, and again the reception was warm. The discussion was cordial, The entire negotiation process was pleasant , and we agreed to buy the car. Nowhere was there pressure, pushy tactics applied on behalf of the dealership to sell a car ! All incentives offered were shared upfront for the customer to make informed decisions. Mr. Martinez showed me the showroom, visitor areas, sales/service offices (as service had closed when i was there ). The paperwork was a bit lengthy with lot of signature - but well explained by the Finance manager ( Michael Miglio). Expected to a transaction of this magnitude. Since i live in KY, and the dealer is in OH there were some additional forms as well. Delivery of car was smooth, and again Mr. Martinez had the car prepped,detailed, gased up,sitting in the first visitor parking spot next to the Dealers front door. I'd wanted a early morning delivery at 9:00am and that was accomplished - making it possible for me to drive to office in a new car. The Dealer staff were appreciative of my business, and did followup emails/phone at my home to check on the same. Overall a very good experience. It is too early to write about the car/its workings but the little i've driven ( few days - it is a very nice ride.) I strongly recommend this dealership - given my experience dealing with all the named personnel has ben stellar. This is definetely one dealersip I'll come back for my next purchase. Thanks S. Overall had a pleasant experience at performance toyota. My car salesman Tyler was very helpful, and helped me get a good deal on my toyota camry. The sales manager Neal was also friendly. They did not have the pushy for salesman demeanor and were much more lax throughout the car buying process. They also were upfront with me about which incentives I qualified for and included incentives that I didn't even know about. There were no painful negotiation tactics, they didn't try to sell me on any add-ons or extended warranties. The paperwork was straight forward. I would easily buy from here again.

I stopped by the dealership on a whim because I have been looking for a very specific Tacoma pickup truck. While they did not have it in stock, David Parker, the salesman that helped me, was able to find the model I was looking for and get it delivered to the dealership. I was never under pressure to buy and made it clear from the start that I was just looking and doing preliminary research and David understood that. We spoke about the cost of the truck, options, financing and having the dealership put on 35 inch tires and a 6 inch lift as well. I recently brought my 2002 Toyota Rav4 in for repair because the transmission was slipping, but I found out that the cost to repair the transmission was more than the car was worth, so I was in a pretty tough situation. I have been working with Melissa F there for several years, and she is a fantastic service professional. She talked to Kelley there who works with that kind of situation. Kelley was also amazing, she showed a lot of patience and helpful assistance and helped me into making the decision to get a new 2015 Toyota Corolla which gets better gas mileage than my old car. I was fortunate to be able to trade in that way, but even more fortunate to have worked with such a great team. Amanda M was also amazing in my transition. The craziest part though was the night I came home after trading in, I got a promotional ad from Toyota, and it basically was a romantic style note from Rav 4, saying what a great partner I was, and to continue my Toyota relationship. It gave me chills, but confirmed that I made a great decision. Love the new car!

The truth is, as consumers, we just dont get a reason to do so very often. In the case of shopping for a new car, expectations are even lower. On 2/13, I signed the paperwork on a new 2015 Toyota Highlander thus concluding a process that started 6 weeks earlier with my first visit to your dealership. Tommy Dexter was my salesperson from day one. Tommy was knowledgeable and impressive in his ability to be attuned to my needs after one conversation. He delivered every step of the way and earned the sale. Neal Carroll was outstanding as well. I had a sense that Neal recognized me for who I am, a knowledgeable customer looking for a fair deal with no posturing or wasted time. He was thoughtful and listened to my needs. Mutual respect is what I strive for and Tommy and Neal delivered on all fronts. Lastly, Amanda Moore. Amanda was fantastic. After spending a little bit of time at your dealership, its pretty clear to me that Amanda is the hardest working employee you have. She juggles chaos while somehow providing me with excellent service. As you know, I could have bought the car from many other dealerships in town for roughly the same financial considerations and the truth is, I did visit these other dealerships. I decided to give my business to Performance Toyota because of the human connections I made with your staff. Great people here at Performance Toyota, bought a new car Dave was our salesman never left our side the entire time ( 4 hrs at least ) drove the Corolla it was perfect. This is our Second Toyota, we drove the first one 120000 miles never failed us thru thick and thin.The showroom and restroom were spotless ( this is where you make a good first impression ) in my book. I have owned Volvo, Lexus and Cadillac I thought they had the lock on how to pamper customers but Performance Toyota has trumped them all I had to look at the sign to know it was not a high end car showroom. When something goes wrong, or isnt done correctly, everyone tends to hear about it. It is not often when something is done the right, that it gets the same attention. I am sending this e-mail for that reason specifically. It is my belief that recognition not only deserves to be given when it is due, but should be mandatory and I only hope that this sees the eyes of all within your organization. On Saturday 2-7-15, my wife came in to test drive a vehicle. I called ahead and spoke with a salesman by the name of Bill. Before we arrived, he had gone ahead and had the vehicle washed not only so that he could show us how nice the vehicle was, but to show us any flaws the vehicle may have had instead of trying to hide any imperfections the vehicle had. (Note that the vehicle was perfect.) Upon arrival he met us at the door with a smile and was ready to get down to business. Since my wife and I had our 10 month old son with us, we went on separate test drives. He was very understanding of our needs as we would have had to transfer a car seat and we did not want to do this at the time. Upon my wifes return, we briefly spoke and decided that this was the vehicle for us. There was no undue or unnecessary pressure from Bill of any kind. The only question he asked was, what do you think. Once the decision had been made, the process was fairly straight forward and easy. Bill even filled out the application for financing for us since we had our hands full with our son. He was not only knowledgeable about the process, but was very informative about what he was doing and why it was being done. Once we had gotten all of the financing applications out of the way, he then went to work to get us the best price that he could from the finance manager not only for the vehicle we were purchasing, but for the one we were trading in. The price we got for our trade in was fair, and the final sticker price we got on the vehicle we purchased not only fit in the range we needed, but overall was one of the best prices we had been given by any dealership for the vehicle we were looking at, with the features it had, we had been to... and we went to 4 dealerships. After Bill was done, the finance team kicked into gear. I cannot remember her name, but she too was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all of our questions with the exception of one, and she went to get a manager that could answer that question. After everything was said and done, from start to end, we were only there about 3 hours. The only thing left was the due bill that had been given to us for 2 items that needed to be fixed. This is when the service team jumped into the game. I received a call from Dustin in the service team the following Monday. I explained that we were over an hour dive away and if we could, we would like to get everything resolved in 1 visit due to the distance that had to be travelled. He took some notes and promised to call me back. Not only did he call me back shortly thereafter, but was able to give me options to best suit our situation. From start to end, this has by far been the best car buying experience we have ever had, and I have bought 4 cars in the past 3 years..Apparently I have a heavy foot and dont know how to drive so the wife says. Everyone on your teams deserve to be recognized and commended for the work they are doing in your organization. I can firmly say that when we start looking for another vehicle, our first and hopefully last stop will be your store. Again, I hope that this is able to be read by all in your organization as you guys are doing things right. Keep up the good work and thank you

After being a loyal customer of Toyota for over 20 years because of the BAD experience from Performance Toyota I will NEVER purchase another Toyota ever! When my lease was up I went in to lease a new car and from the salesman to the Finance department to was the worst experience I has ever had purchasing anything. Had to sign 3 different agreements because they keep telling me they had the wrong amount on the lease agreement. Everytime they had me do this the payment went up with a different story why. The salesman told me one thing then after the payment went up said something else. The finance department was being handles by a 19 year old new employee who said she had been hired to be a receptionist but that both finance people had left the company so they had her doing the finance and she was training a salesman to learn the financing. 10 days after my new lease Toyota took a payment out of my bank account for the old car. When I called they knew nothing about my new lease and never gave the money back. Yesterday I get a monthly bill for payment on the old lease plus a monthly bill for payment on the new lease. After continual contact with Performance nothing has been resolved.

After purchasing my 2014 Tundra, it was time for my included 5000 mile service as part of 2 year free maintenance program. Service advisor was friendly and efficient in processing me into the system. She set expectations accurately in terms of the duration for the service and made sure I knew about their waiting area and amenities. Services were completed on time (actually they got the car back 15 minutes earlier than planned which is always a bonus) and as requested. Overall experience was very efficient and pleasant. Would recommend this dealership to others!

Love the no haggle approach and the sticker price is what you get. Their prices were the lowest in 150 miles so you know their pricing is competitive if not downright better! I went to 6 car dealerships before theirs. I drove 100 to get my car and would do it again! Great experience. No pressure from sales people just information. I have had a lot of issues with Toyota salesmen in the Ohio and Indiana on my path to buying a Tacoma. I met with lies and miss truths from several dealerships in the area. Drew Hallman was the ONLY sales rep in the area worth a damn that I met and dealt with. I ended up not buying from him only due to their present stock and I was in a hurry. I really enjoyed working with Parker at Performance Toyota on Rt 4. He is very knowledgable about the various cars I was interested in and was also very patient with me. He had just bought the same car I was looking at and let me check out the gas mileage details in his car. I also like the way they put the 60 month payment information right on the window of every car. I'm payment driven and I liked not having to waste time inside while they figure out the payment. I have recently purchased my 2nd truck from Performance Toyota (4th overall vehicle from the Performance Family). I upgraded my Tacoma to a Tundra to pull my camper. Although both trucks were able to handle the payload, the Tundra is a BEAST. I do not even realize I am towing. My experience with the staff from Performance Toyota has been nothing but outstanding. I routinely take my truck to the service dept for the recommended service. Bruce Brissie and his staff have always welcomed me like family. When I upgraded to the Tundra, Jeff Rhoades also took the time needed to explain what the Tundra is capable of handling. I was amazed! After test driving multiple full size trucks, the Tundra just out performed them all. Again, BEAST is the only word that can describe the Tundra. Jeff Rhoades is most deserving of the title "truck champion". Thank you Performance for making car buying a positive experience for this happy camper!

I bought a Certified 2011 rav4 here a couple of months ago. There was some windshield damage the GM Tony Curtis, said would be fixed. Once he found out how much it would cost he said It needed to be taken care of through my insurance company. Then after my insurance company accused him of insurance fraud he changed his story to, they already fixed it and the work was guaranteed. Knowing the work wasn't done, I asked him to email me the work order, receipt, and the guarantee. He then changed his story yet again saying the work can not be guaranteed because the work "must have been done by the previous owner." It is still an ongoing battle.. I do NOT recommend this dealership at all!

We purchased a CERTIFIED Chrysler 200 touring car on 9/1/2014. We took it home for 2 nights and both mornings the remote keys would not open the doors and other electrical issues. We were told because it was still under Chrysler warranty to take it to Jake Sweeney Chrysler in Tri- County. They told us it was an electrical problem and would have to keep it. That was two weeks ago and we still don't have our car. They thought it was fixed once but turned out the same problem existed. Tytus was the young man that sold us the car and he was great. He stayed with us all day trying to find a good fit for us and we appreciate his hard work and concern. I didn't think we would have any problems with the car this quick. Just wanted to let you know we are not happy with this CERTIFIED USED car.

I sure am glad I did! I bought my Prius at Performance Toyota in Fairfield, Ohio in the summer of 2010. I couldn't be happier. Just this morning I pulled into a gas station and filled up. I never stop being amazed at the mileage I get in my Prius; however, I am also pleased with the very low maintenance cost I have experienced. The people at Performance are professional and kind. Being New Yorkers, we had never owned a car and knew we would need one here. Having done research on the kind of cars that would work best for us, and considering our financial position, and considering our relative inexperience in owning a car, we were looking to maximize utility and reliability in our price range. I eventually settled on looking at used Toyota RAV4s, ideally a certified pre-owned one. Our move schedule made the window of time we had to purchase a vehicle quite small. Researching via Cars.com from the east coast, it quickly became clear that PT has very competitive prices for the area. Lyera Sturm was my first email contact and quickly and honestly answered all my questions, and as someone with connections to New York, could also provide me with a bit of perspective about Cincinnati. It was extremely helpful to have her in the loop during all my dealings with PT. When after some moving difficulties we were finally able to schedule a test drive, she put me in contact with Tommy Dexter, who became my main point of contact as we looked more closely at sales. Tommy was warm, patient and helpful with all my questions, and never resorted to anything close to a hard sell, even as we had to range up and down the price range of vehicles to find a good fit. I really felt that Tommy wanted to help me find the car that was best-suited for us, rather than the one that would generate the best commission. When our travel situation made it difficult for us to schedule a second test drive, Tommy drove a car to our house at a time convenient for us. Tommy's supervisor Neal was present and extremely conscientious. He was an excellent listener, and as we began to settle on a vehicle, was very willing to negotiate fairly. Financing was an early concern for us, and Neal was also able to speak clearly about that during our negotiations, which were quick and efficient, but not rushed. The price and terms we finally settled on were very fair, better in fact than I had hoped. I am extremely pleased with the car we finally purchased, a CPO 2010 RAV4 with about 52000 miles on it, and I feel especially pleased that we have established what feels to be a very good relationship with this dealer, one that I hope to maintain as they shift to our point of service for the future. Based on my experience, I would unhesitatingly recommend Performance to anyone looking for a CPO Toyota in the future.

Our 2005 Sienna was purchased new from Performance Toyota. The buying experience was pleasant, efficient, and we got a better price compared to what Consumer Reports said was a good price. All service has been performed at the Performance Toyota Service Department and it has always been a pleasant experience with all work performed correctly and efficiently. I left personal items in my glove box of trade in and called asap to let salesman know before it was detailed to get items for me including credit cards . I ended up getting credit cards back but not other personal items including about 5 dollars in change. I was told the detailers throw everything away! The mystery is they were supposed to remove my items before it got to the detail stage so there should have been no problem removing my stuff first, especially since my credit cards were returned!

I have purchased 1 car in the past 4 months at this dealership & shopped for another. The experience when I bought my van 4 months ago, I dealt with the internet sales department. We were passed form salesman to salesman when we visted to look at the car. It took the sales a long time to find the keys to a van we wanted to look at just after a lot tech parked the van. So, long that we had to leave, because we were out of time for the day. When I return the next day to look at the van and test drive it the process of getting the test drive going was slow. Once I drove it and decided to buy it took several hours to complete a cash deal. We shopped for a car four weeks ago at this dealership. I called and ahead to find out if the car we wanted to look at was still available and to set up a time for 3pm. Bill the sales manager told me the car was in the service department and that someone else was coming to look at the car at 2pm. I requested Bill call me if the car was sold or unavailable. We arrived at 4p.m. and Bill had to locate car, and after about 20 minutes he returned to us and told us the car was in the body shop. I asked what he did for the customer coming at 2p.m. and he indicated that they arrived at the same time. Bill assigned us Kyle, to see if there was anything else we would be interested in. We test drove another car, drove by thir body shop and the car we came to see was not there either. We requested Kyle call us when the car we came to look at was available and 4 weeks later we still have not heard from them. The car is still listed on their website. Also note we have visited this dealership on previous occasions and the cars listed on their website are not there.

Called Bill at this dealership four weeks ago about 2009 Car from the cars.com website, asked if I could come out about 3 to check the car out. Bill said that would be fine the car was in the service department and someone was coming at 2 also to look at it. I provided bill my name and phone number and requested a call if the car was not available, before I arrived. When I arrived at 4 (was delayed leaving work) I was told the car was in the body shop. Asked bill what he did for the person coming at 2, he told me we both had arrived at same time. Bill assigned a salesman to show me other options on the lot, we looked at one other option, test drove it by the performance body shop and did not see the listed car there either. I requested a call when this car was ready from the body shop, and it is now four weeks later and I have not yet received a call.Did not decide to buy a car at performance this time. I did buy a vehicle within the last few months at this dealership. During that experience I found the buying process slow, from requesting a test drive to finalizing the paperwork. I did not finance the car I did buy.

Looking back I'm not sure I made the best decisions about my car selection or pricing negotiation , but that is my own weakness. What I wanted was not available and I probably should have waited until another time instead of settling for what was available. The process started out bad and I have not seen anything to improve it yet. To start I called the dealership and inquired about a truck they had in stock, I talked to the "sales manager," and told him I would be coming in from over an hour away to look at a specific truck. He told me he would pull the truck off the lot so I could look at it first, the next morning, while I was on my way to the dealership, I tried to call the sales manager repeatedly, he finally answered when we were about 15min away, only to tell me he had just sold the truck I was coming to see. ( that should have been my red flag), but said he had another truck ( which was more expensive, of course) so I came in and did like the truck and bought it, I thought, I had to come back to resign papers again, waited for over a month to get info from lending institution, that I supposed we had a loan through, called the institution to find out that they were waiting on info from the dealership. I can tell you that I am not going to pay any more interest or make another trip to Performance Toyota. This proves that you should buy local if you want to be treated right.

Must be dealer strategy to wear the customer down with a lot of WAITING 7 hours!!!!!!! Each negotiated bid took 20 minutes each time to have a manager look it over and come back with feed back. Each time they rewrote the offer they added more cost and left out cost reductions so I felt they were being very shady in the negotiations. Same thing happened to my siter 2 weeks prior when she purchased a vehicle there. Had to wait 1.5 hours for the finance guy to finalize the paperwork. POOR POOR POOR!

I can't believe how happy I am with my new car! When I started my new car search I thought I knew a decent amount about all the models I was interested in but I found out there was still plenty to learn when I stopped at Performance Toyota and talked with Zach Baver! Recently bought a slightly used Avalon from Drew Hallman. Inquired about the vehicle on the internet and Drew called right away. I went out to test drive it and he wasn't in, but two other people took great care of us during the test drive and answered most of the questions. Drew got back to me the next day with the answers. We went out to look at it again and Drew had the vehicle cleaned and detailed ready to go, even before we worked a price, etc. He even took a couple scratches out. Drew did a nice job with making us feel comfortable with the car and the purchase.

I'd never purchased a car from a dealership before so I was feeling incredibly anxious when I arrived at Performance Toyota. Drew Hallman greeted me very quickly, and immediately started to set me at ease. He was incredibly patient through my uncertainty and wrote out figures for me (I'm a visual person so this was incredibly helpful). I never thought it would be possible to get a new car but Drew showed me how I could lease for less than financing a used car. The car of my dreams was onsite and ready to go. Test driving, learning about all the different packages and selecting the best ones for me, lease signing and final paperwork all flew by. Before I left Drew connected my cell phone to the car via Bluetooth so I could take advantage of the hands free calling feature right away. I recently went in for a service at Performance Toyota Fairfield and every time i go in there they always tell me something else is wrong with my car, I need this service or that service and it's going to cost more money than i can afford. I really feel like they're just trying to take advantage by trying to get the most money they can out of you. They never tell me i need the same services twice even if i don't get those services which to me confirms exactly what i feel, That they don't value me as a customer and only want as much money as they can get out of me. If my car really needs a service they would say i need those services each time i come instead of trying to sell another service my car may or may not really need. They don't explain the car inspections either, they don't explain what needs to be replaced and what's still in good condition. I understand up-selling, It is a business and they want to make money, but if they really wanted to provide great customer service they would take the time to explain the car inspections, talking about what's still in good condition and what needs to be replaced, how bad it needs to be replaced and how long someone can realistically go before it needs to be replaced and BE HONEST about it. Don't say i need a service when i don't, or if i do need a service, say why i need that service. For instance, if a belt for my car needs to be replaced they should say " Your Belt should look like this, and instead it looks like this, your belt controls all of these things in your car and needs to be replaced in x amount of time or this could happen. Inform customers about what the Minimum mandatory service requirements are for their car that will keep it running smoothly, then inform them of services that are good to have done but are of dire need, and of services that aren't necessary at all but may just increase car performance, such as increased fuel efficiency, and let them choose which services they want/need to have done. That way the customer is informed, they feel valued and know that your not just trying to take advantage. There are customers who will want all of the non mandatory services and will pay for them because they don't want to do it themselves and there are customers who will only want whats mandatory in either case they customer should feel like they care and are valued and not just another someone they can try to get money out of.

Shopped extensively for 8 months to find a quality SUV that had enough head & shoulder room, good gas mileage, excellent apps, and good resale value. Narrowed it down to the Hyundai Sante Fe and the Highlander. Shopped only on line through internet and communicated with 8 Toyota dealers. Narrowed down to the dealer that had reasonable inventory & worked will with me through internet. Found Performance Toyota to be reasonable and responsive. The internet sales woman introduced me to Oz who was informative, respectful, and had great listening skills. The Toyota HIghlander XLE is beyond my best expectations. Smooth, high ride. Quiet and luxurious. The passenger space in front and 2nd row seating (captain chairs in 2nd row) is quite spacious. This is my first Highlander and I am more than impressed. Can't recommend it more highly to families that want a safe, spacious, quiet & luxurious ride. I simply love this new car and had the best car buying experience ever. Have bought both of my cars at Performance Toyota in Fairfield, Ohio. Tried several other dealers but they were terrible! One of my cars was a 2005 Toyota Camry which I loved but, unfortunately, a 16 year old girl proceeded to total it at a red light. The next car was a 2010 Toyota Corolla which I still own. The price on both cars was good (took a report from Consumer's Union with me). I now go there for service on my Toyota Corolla and it is well worth the drive. I've often thought they should open up a corner of the dealership's floor and teach customer service skills to employees of corporate America!

I purchased a certified pre-owed Toyota Camery. The car had "hail damage" on the trunk deck. I personally think when they detailed the car someone hit the ice with something. That night when I got home I noticed that they paint was not matching on the driver side. The car was in a minor accident with previous owner. They did give me a scion to drive, but when we called to follow up on the progress of the car, they would not tell us what was going on. After 3 weeks we got our car back. Noticed that it did not have floor mats and Andre said he would order some and it has been over a month and have yet to hear from them. '

The last three times I have went here the service for my car became totally different than what I came in for. I was told it would be less than 150>00 this time. Before I left I was told it would cost 980.00 plus tax. When I went online to look these parts up for a junction box and a switch , and I know their labor is involved but the parts were less than 150.00 online . They are very overpriced, nothing they say is the truth and I will never be back again for service on my car again. Just be upfront and honest . The last time I went I took it somewhere else and the bill was a thre hundred dollar difference to the good and not what performance had told . CARX YOU GET MY BUSINESS ANY DAY!!!!!!!!!!!

There was absolutely no pressure to buy, very helpful, informative salespeople and finance department. They really work with you to get within your budget. Also, their service department is just as excellent and trustworthy! Very friendly and helpful - I had a tire that somehow had a slow leak from multiple punctures and I would air it up on Sunday and by the end of the week it would be low again - took the car in to find out if it was the sensor or actually the tire and they said since I was such a good customer, they GAVE me a new tire for no charge! You just can't beat service like that.

I purchased a Rav 4 last year from performance. Buying the car itself was a mess the sales man kept locking the keys in the car and so it took forever for them to clean it out when purchased. Recently, I have had some service needs and the service dept was horrible. Never a smiling face. I was told often that they could not find the issue I was reporting or that it is my fault due to not getting all service including oil changes with them. My last visit I brought it in for a recall and due to my heater was not working. I was told the issue was a stuck button. And went I left the dealer a bunch of dash lights came on so I called them and I was told no help could he made till next day. Mind you I was only about a mile from dealership when it occurred. So when I threw a fit they allowed me to bring it right back and they found the issue was a loose tub that they claim was my fault due to again not all service was done with them like all oil changes. Mind you the spot when the tub was is the same location of the recall update. My heater was still not working and after another visit to another mechanic it was found to be the blower motor was bad it was fix and all is well. I will never go to performance again and recommend the same to others.

He had the answer to all of our questions, took all the time we needed to make our decision. The entire staff including the manager were all very courteous and everyone got all the answers we needed. Although I've been thinking about changing cars for a couple years now, it wasn't until this past Friday that I actually started looking. Since we're new to the area I searched for auto dealers in my area and decided to visit the dealers that had the cars I was most interested in. The first was Hyundai for the Veloster. I drove the car, liked it and kept it in my top two (I had about six cars I was considering). Then we went across the street to test my second top vehicle at Performance Toyota, the Prius C. We test drove the Prius C and liked it very much. Our only complaint was the size of the back seats. However the Prius comes in a variety of models and the standard Prius was perfect for our needs. In fact, it was a game changer, it would change the purpose of my vehicle from being just a runabout for me to a family vehicle for all of us. We sat down with Zach Baver to discuss the vehicle. But initially we didn't sit at his desk, we sat in the car. With the engine on, he talked us through all the amazing features of the Prius and wowed me with the tech details this car had to offer. I'm a very techy person and still was blown away by all the functions available in this car. Zach even used his own iPhone to show us how easy it was to connect via bluetooth and all the apps available through the car's entune interface. Once we discovered all the benefits of the hybrid engine, the entune apps and bonuses like the solar A/C and sunroof I was sold! All other vehicles fell by the wayside! However the Prius with the option package Four and color of Sea Glass Pearl with solor sun roof wasn't easy to find! In fact, it looked like I was going to have to go out of state to find the exact match I wanted! Saturday night I was sitting at a movie theater obsessively searching to my dream car when suddenly one appeared closer then a five our distance, in fact it was IN CINCINNATI! The car wasn't at Performance Toyota though, and we REALLY wanted to work with Zach to get the car as we were so impressed with his knowledge and time he'd spent with us Friday. Sunday morning I contacted Zach by cell and explained our dilemma. Even though he didn't start working until noon that day, he started helping us by contacting his boss and beginning the process of finding out if we could get the Prius to to Performance Toyota. Zach traveled to the other dealer and picked up the Prius himself and brought it back. He and I kept in touch during his journey so we could coordinate getting my trade in vehicle settled and meet up at Performance Toyota when he arrived. The dealership was swamped with customers but Zach spent the day with us working out all the details and getting the car ready. By the end of the day I had my dream car! And as an unexpected bonus Zach told me about the unlimited car washes from Performance Toyota as well!! Thanks to Performance Toyota and Zach Baver for making this an amazing experience and helping me get my Prius!

Purchased my car from Theresa Reid and would buy another or reccommend others to her in a heartbeat. She went out of her way to make sure I was happy ... ran numbers on nearly every Highlander on the lot for me until I came upon a decision. The finance manager that did my paperwork got me thru the process in no time as well and was very knowledgeable about the process. We had a great experience at Performance Toyota. The Venza we purchased was featured in the Performance Toyota advertisement in theCincinnati Enquirer, so no price haggling was required. There were no high pressure sales to buy add ons when dealing with the finance department. That in itself was worth the trip. Our salesperson, Andre, was very nice and offered to set up the Bluetooth and phone app system on our vehicle. Being electronically challanged, I'm sure he saved me a lot of time and frustration!

car was good. communication was bad. lots of waiting with no explanation. didn't find out there was only one key and no keyless entry fobs until entire deal was done and was leaving (asked a couple times and was told "i'm checking on it") discovered a headlight was out on my way home as it began to get dark. it was disappointing to buy a 2012 and be sold it with one headlight from a dealership.

First talked with our sales associate, Mario Hood, on the phone and felt very comfortable about going to Performance to look at the Prius V. Everyone was personable, friendly and helpful. We fell in love with the car and bought it on the spot. Mario took time to explain all the features and make sure I understood the workings of each one. The buying process took only a few minutes and was actually a pleasure to do. Mario took me on a tour of the facility, explaining the service process and the amenities available to customers being serviced. We are some distance from Performance, with a Toyota dealer within 5 miles of us, but we will go to Performance for all our service needs because of the way we were treated. And, we love our Prius V. It is above and beyond any car we have owned in both performance and value.

This dealership has been my go to for any and all repairs/maintenance (except new tires) for my 2011 Camry. My recent service was for a check engine/skid light that came on at 60K miles. Dustin was my service tech who coordinated a drop off the night before. The work required an oxygen sensor to be replaced. I picked up the car that evening (Wed). The next day, my husband and I were carpooling and the same lights came back on. I immediately called Dustin who said that if I dropped the car off Friday morning he would give me a free loaner car. They found that the air fuel sensor was now defective and needed to be replaced. He thoroughly explained to me that the two can coincide, or that one can create another but that everything checked out on the first repair. He worked with me on the price for this repair since I was just in two days prior.

John Campbell was a delight to see in a car salesperson. First I inquired in a car they had for sale online. When I contacted the salesperson, I was informed the car had already been sold. John took down some information as to what I wanted in a car. Said he would call me back. That is where most calls stop! Fifteen minutes later he called with a car he thought would fill my needs. I told him it sounded good, but was not able to come see it now as I was at the shopping center with my wife and daughter. He solved that problem for me to. He brought the car to me to see, about 15 miles away. When he showed up I was astonished. The car was everything he said it was and his professional manner was absolute. We bought the car. My wife loves it. The salesperson is in my call book for the next time I want to buy a car.

Thankfully, I had done my work online and knew what I was looking for when I went to the dealership! There were 2 SUVs I wanted to look at and test drive. I was able to find the 1st vehicle on the lot by myself and not a salesperson in site. After I asked the receptionist for help, I was assisted by a salesperson that made many trips in and out of the building due to forgetfulness and frankly "just not being on top of it." I was finally able to test drive a vehicle but with every question I asked, the salesperson would hesitate, look at the sticker on the window and then respond. That was reassuring! As I mentioned earlier, I did my research so despite the horrible customer service I proceeded with negotiating a price. The salesperson gave me some quotes on estimated loan amounts/monthly payments (Because he said "I have been doing this a long time")....that were completely wrong and not even in the ballpark!!!! To make a long story short, buying a car is a long process as it is and the salesperson made it even longer! Not to mention, I could not trust a word he said! I felt like he really didnt care if he made a sale. However, the facility and other employees I met were great!!!

One thing I always had a problem with at other dealers was since I'm 22 they didn't take me as a serious buyer... I would walk around a lot for a good 10 minutes and not one person would help or ask, but here at Performance Toyota. I was treated like a serious buyer and Drew was very eager to get me the car of my dreams that blew me off my feet. If there is one thing that I know stands out to be the best than any other place for treating customers right. Its Performance Toyota!!! To be honest I wouldn't even buy from the Honda side. They never helped me but the Toyota side is awesome!!

The day I went in to buy a car I was kept there for "one more question" that continued into 3 hours. I bought the car that day because they met the price I was willing to pay. However, 3 hours? Other dealerships that I've visited offer you a beverage and bring the test car to YOU, instead of trekking across a large parking lot in cold weather! After 3 hours I could stay no longer, called the next day to please have my paperwork ready to sign and the car ready. Again, I was detained for 25 minutes before a credit manager came for me. I told the credit manager, Beth, I was an unhappy customer and how long does it take to get my car! She was apologetic, went through all the paperwork completely but quickly. She wanted me to be "happy" with Performance and even found a lower finance rate for me. So, yes, Beth is one of your best performers at Performance! All the other employees? Average to poor.

I recently visited the Performance Toyota dealership to casually look for a new car. I have purchased several vehicles from this dealership and have been happy with the experience. My first experience was with Theresa Reid-Boyd, who contacted me following an on-line request for information. She followed up a couple of months later, just to see if there was anything she could do to assist in my shopping experience. I went to the dealership on a Monday afternoon, which was Theres'a day off. However, another salesperson assisted with a test drive of a 2013 Toyota Avalon. He reminded me that Theresa was my point of contact and that he or any others could assist with my needs. I went back later in the week and test-drove both a RAV4 and a Camry SE; my purpose was to confirm that, in fact, the Avalon was the car I wanted. Theresa was with another customer, but I got very good service from Joseph Feliciano who answered all my questions. I went back on a Friday to see if we could arrange a deal on the 2013 Avalon XLE Touring edition. Theresa allowed me another test-drive, and then we discussed the terms of a purchase, the value of my trade-in and other details. Unfortunately, while we agreed on a price for the Avalon (which was extremely good for me), the value of my trade and the amount of 'ready cash' for a downpayment suggested a deal could not be me. Since I did not need a car, I was ready to walk away and come back in the spring, when I would be ready to buy. At that time, manager Bobby Cross asked if I had ever considered leasing. Since I had leased in the past, I asked for more information (since I put over 22,000 miles on my car each year, I thought a lease was out of the question). Bobby prepared a lease quote - based on the same selling price and a very reasonable residual value - and gave it to me for consideration. I took the information home, did my research, and decided that a lease would work out (and, if I decided to buy the car at some point, I could do so with no 'penalty'). I returned to the dealership, where Theresa, Bobby and Marcus finalized the paperwork with me while the car was being prepared for delivery. The process was efficient and painless, and I drove home that evening with an awesome vehicle. The entire team at Performance (especially Theresa and Joseph) were AWESOME! I never once felt pressured, and got the car I wanted at a very good deal. I would recommend them to anyone.

Performance Toyota was very helpful when buying the new 2014 Corolla. The salesman was knowledgable. The process of buying the car took longer than was expected. It was always another 30 minutes until the next step. It ended up taking around 4.5 hours from start to finish which was a lot longer than 30 minutes. Luckily I did not have any place to be for the first 2 hours. I wish they would have been more upfront with the amount of time it would take to finalize the process.

I bought a used Sienna and was very happy with the experience. Our salesperson, Kelly, was extremely friendly and helpful and didn't keep us waiting forever during the negotiations. She arranged for another salesperson, Mario, to help me the next day when I returned to get the vehicle. He was also very nice and professional. We did discover some battery problems and an unworking DVD player once we brought the vehicle home. Both Mario and Kelly were superb in helping me get those problems fixed as well as Mr. Dixon , the used car manager. Very accommodating by offering a loaner vehicle and a full tank of gas for my trouble. The van was repaired and the DVD player was replaced. Christi in the service department was extremely knowledgable and kept me informed on what they were doing and when I could expect to get my vehicle returned. I had never purchased a vehicle from Performance before but will definitely return. Thank you all so much!

Was at the dealership for 5 1/2 hours just to be screwed by unscrupulous tactics in the purchase of an extended maintenance plan.The fact that I had to wait 51/2 Hrs. to spend my money is ridiculous in itself.The fact that I was sold a maintenance plan that was almost 1000 dollars over what another dealer quoted me after the fact,is obscene.The first offer on my trade in was so low,I almost left and should have,if I would have known what was to follow.Worst car purchase ordeal I ever had.Would not set foot on Performance Toyota"s lot ever again.

Oz Osmanoglu really helped me find a great new car with the car payments at a reasonable monthly payment by helping me get more for my trade-in. I would not have purchased a new car otherwise. The temporary facilities were alright: their new showroom is still being finished. The buying process was a little long. I was there for 4.5 hours from the start of my appointment: test driving 2 cars, trade-in value on my old car, talking about options and prices, and then waiting for new car to be filled up and cleaned. The Prius has been great and I'm very happy with it! I recommend Performance Toyota for your next car! Get an internet quote from Oz! He answered all of my questions about the new cars and really worked hard to fit my budget!

Our experience at Performance Toyota was excellent. Our sales rep, Mr Jeff Rhoads, provided us with a no-hassle deal, sticking to our original requirements throughout the process. He even went to the trouble of getting certain items that we did not want removed from the "build order," so that we re not paying for an accessory that we were not interested in. We have not had such a pleasant experience in the past. Love our new Avalon Hybrid.

Asked questions aabout the the truck and gave ne the run around. The price was raised an addirional 3000 afeter i said i woud buy iit if it had a cd player . They said they didnt have the information at hand. they lost a sale. Iguess they are too big to worry about a small customer like me. Idont trust this dealership.

worst salesman ever rude, inept, Had an appointment to buy a car. Had agreed upon a price over the internet. Called salesman and made an appointment to come in to buy the car. Asked the salesman to please have the car ready and the paperwork ready to save time because we had a commitment later that afternoon. We arrived on time for appointment and waited 30 minutes for salesman to join us. He went to get the car and another 30 minutes elapsed. We went to see the car and it wasn't ready to go in any way. Then we waited while he got the paperwork. He then left and started working with another customer while we again waited for 30 minutes more. He disappeared again and we saw him outside with another customer while we again waited! After 11/2 hours of this we decided to leave. He never apologized, and was quite arrogant. He wanted us to return the next day. We bought the same car from King's Toyota the next week and received excellent service.

I recently had to purchase a used vehicle in a short period of time, due to accident that left our family short one vehicle. I went to the two dealerships where I last purchased vehicles--one was Performance Toyota. I spent 30 minutes with a salesman and explained my situation, provided my general purchasing requirements (price, mileage, equipment, etc.)--and asked him to find some vehicles for me to test drive two days later. Upon my return to the lot two days later, the sales person at Performance Toyota was prepared. Prior to my arrival, he left a message indicating the types of vehicles he found for me--all of which met my purchasing criteria. One vehicle in particular was a make/model/low-mileage car that would certainly sell-- and despite that, the vehicle was kept aside for me to test drive. As a past customer, I expected Performance Toyota to provide a high-level of service and to work with me on creating a fair deal---and my expectations were exceeded. The salesman at Performance was knowledgeable and experienced, and helped me gather all the information I needed to make a well-informed buying decision. The finance team did a good job to ensure that the price point created a win-win for both myself and the dealership. Kudos to Craig Treon and Mike Schultz for their efforts. I am now a happy repeat-customer of Performance Toyota.

Even though the lease termination date of my current vehicle was still a few months away, I nonetheless decided to spend the last couple of weekends at area dealerships checking out new vehicle possibilities. I was pretty sure that it was too early to seriously consider leasing a new vehicle, but I figured that it was worth the time and effort to at least test-drive some of them. With the 2013 models being cleared out, there would at least be some good deals out there. A friend suggested that I contact Steve Doan at Performance Toyota. She said that Steve was a professional, knowledgeable, patient, likable guy who had helped her get a good deal on a RAV 4 just a couple of weeks ago. Maybe it wasn't too early to shop for a new deal - maybe I'd get lucky! When I arrived at the dealership, I found that it was in the midst of a major renovation, with a roundabout path to a temporary sales area located in the rear of the facility. My initial impression was that this visit would not be productive or worthwhile. After some trial and error, I located Steve and quickly discovered that, despite the less-than-ideal working environment there, the entire Performance team was working very hard to please their customers and to attend to all of their needs. My friend who referred me there was right - Steve Doan is a good guy who went "above and beyond" in helping me select a new RAV 4. He had an open, honest approach to the whole process - not always commonplace in the auto sales business - and was willing to spend the time to give me lots of useful information regarding the vehicle's features, equipment, improvements, etc., how the high-tech (and low-tech) features worked, and went out of his way to answer all of my questions. Steve and the Performance management and finance staff even provided me with a creative solution to end my current auto lease early without having to "break the bank" - something the other dealers apparently didn't consider. Overall, I was quite impressed and pleased with Performance Toyota, from the friendly, helpful, attitude of the employees to the great deal I ultimately received. They really are excited about their new, upcoming showroom space and I really like the quality and styling of my new RAV 4. I would definitely consider doing business with them again and highly recommend them!

I dread working with car sales people because of the high-pressure tactics and deception that invariably is part of the experience. What a pleasant surprise it was working with the folks at Performance Toyota. I'd gotten a firm quote on the car of our choosing via the internet sales manager, but still needed to test drive and make the final decision. Sales rep Rashawn Jackson couldn't have made it a more pleasant experience. He was amazingly knowledgeable about all aspects of the Corolla we purchased, and patiently answered all our questions. He worked hard to get our college grad rebate application approved, and also offered a reasonable value on our trade-in. It was a real pleasure doing business with him. Sales manager Oz Osmonoglu and Dan Cosmah, the business manager, were also great to work with. We'll be back.

I would like to add my name to the list of satisfied buyers that gave Performance Toyota a five star rating after purchasing a new car. When I decided to replace my 2000 Avalon, Performance was the only dealership I considered because of the excellent care I have received from the service department the past several years. I met with Jeff Rhoads who guided me through the options available with the new Avalons. What impressed me the most was Jeffs knowledge of all the new(to me) things on the car particularly the electronics. He didn't just show me how they work, but taught me how to use them. I was more than happy with the whole experience from the start with Jeff to the finish with Elizabeth Schoen to complete the necessary paper work.

Evan Stevens was most patient helping us decide between a SUV and sedan and then deciding between their different colors. After purchase, he had the service department install the additional features we wanted and let us know when it was ready to be picked up. Afterwards, the service department followed to make sure we were completely satisfied with the installations. I recently went to Performance Toyota to trade in my Staurn. I had purchased the Saturn from them 2 yrs prior, and decided to back and see if they could work with me on a trade in for a new car. The sales person whom sold me my Saturn was still there. Craig is his name. He remembered me from 2 years ago and that was a relife to work with someone I already knew. He showed me around and explained my options. I was so excited to learn of their promotions they had on their corolla's. Craig helped me find the perfect car. Beth was the one who done all the paperwork/finacial stuff and she was great. Real down to earth. I'm so glad I went back to Performance. If I ever need anything for a vehical I will go there. I would also reccomend others to try them out as well.

Since no one else had a XD that I could drive I was just wanting to drive one and think about it for awhile. Walked in to Performance after a getting the runaround with another dealer earlier in the day. RaShawn Jackson met us with a smile, and delivered on everything that we asked for during our visit. Even with the construction that is going on with the facilities, bottom line is that your buying a car, and service trumps all. The other dealership can keep their gimmicks and salespeople who can't keep their stories straight. I would recommend Performance Toyota to anybody buying a Toyota, if they want to be treated with respect and an overall enjoyable experience.

Jeff Rhoads offered outstanding service during the purchasing process. If he was not at work, he encouraged me to call him on his cell phone. Had price from online before I walked in. Walked in, drove it 2 miles, got cashiers check for quoted price and walked out 30 minutes later. No pressure, just a fair deal. I've been a Performance Toyota customer for over 20 years and a Toyota customer for over 30. Last year I bought a Rav 4 from Steve Doan and I had a great buying experience. Last week I leased a Prius. After all the paper work was done Steve spent an hour and a half sitting in the car explaining all the features of the Prius. Since this is my first hybrid, there is a lot to learn. Steve took the time to answer all my questions. He also gave me some good tips on how to get the best mileage. Looking for the model of Tacoma I wanted, I took the internet shopping route. Four or five dealers contacted me, but none had my vehicle. 2WD, five-speed, Access cab models are tough to find this late in the model year. Only the Performance Toyota associate, Kelley, offered to search for one at no extra cost. She also offered me a price well below that of her competitors. After a search for about a week, no vehicles turned up. Another associate, Oz, began to work with me and followed through until the end. He asked whether I would consider an automatic transmission, and when I agreed, he initiated another search, contacting me with periodic updates. It took another week, but he and a third associate found my Tacoma some 200 miles from Cincinnati, where I live. From my perspective, Performance associates work well as a team. Oz in particular is personable and competent, and he spent lots of time on my behalf, efforts that had to be frustrating, possibly fruitless, and with no guarantee of a sale at the end. I appreciate his efforts, and I'm very pleased with the whole experience at Performance. I've bought two other Toyotas. Next time, I'll go to this dealership first.

Dealership: Fairfield Perfomance Toyota Salesman: Oz Experience was very positive. I worked with Oz mainly thru email besides the test drive and final signing of papers. I requested that the price of van and appraisal of trade in be emailed. I requested quotes from 2 other dealerships as well. FPT was the lowest by $3k on the same model van. The appraisal for trade in was fair as well. The dealership was quite busy and it took a while for them to get the final paperwork printed and go thru financing. I still ended up at the dealership for 2 hours to process paperwork. Oz responded promptly to all correspondence and followed through with what he said. He helped process the paperwork with my spouse out of town and communicated via email. Everyone that I met was extremely helpful and courtious. Only improvement would to have all the paperwork printed before the customer got there. Not sure if that can be done though.

My husband and I went to Performance Toyota last Thursday looking for a vehicle for my husband. I have known Evan Stephens for the past 8 years and let him know ahead of time that we were coming. Evan has a great knowledge about cars. He recommended the RAV4 (because of how much we wanted to spend) and off we go on a test drive. In conversation with Evan I mentioned to him I would be trading in my car and didn't necessarily have to have a new one. He immediately mentioned the 2010 Avalon that had just come in and and hadn't even been cleaned up yet. My husband and I took a test drive in it and we were SOLD. The young man back in the financial section was so very nice during all of the signing of lots of paperwork. I was impressed when we first came in on Thursday morning when we were greeted by the sales manager with a handshake. I also liked the fact that the sales people wear shirts and ties. Since I am older I have to say that still having a dress code is impressive. Our entire experience with Performance Toyoto was a good one and I would highly recommend you to anyone who is car shopping. Becky Childers

Bought a new Prius from Performance Toyota in August of 2012. My wife and I discovered that she was pregnant in February of 2013 and learned (to our dismay) that an infant carseat will not fit easily into the Prius. Went back to Performance to see about trading up to the larger Prius V. Sales person Theresa treated us fairly but when we wanted to take the night to think the deal over they brought in "Bobby" who tried very hard to cheat us with the old "what payment do you want to be in" scheme (adding extra years onto the loan to lower the payment) and by offering us $3000 less than Blue Book for our 7 month old Prius trade in that we bought from them. He was extremely pushy and insulting - treating us like idiots because we wouldn't buy into his bad deal. We walked into Performance as loyal customers and walked out vowing to never return. Cheating customers is NOT the way to win future business guys.

I just bought a brand new 2013 Camry SE, I went into the store knowing I didn't want a Toyota, but I listened to my father and just gave them a shot, to appease him. I met with a gentleman by the name of Steve Doan, he understood my concerns, that I wanted a sportier looking car, that got good gas mileage (being a firefighter that goes all accross the northern kentucky area for work I put over 20k miles a year on my truck) but also had to provide me with a decent music quality and navi. Steve went to work and found a vehicle that I was sure I would hate and wound up falling in love with. He went out of his way to show me a comparable new car (the one i was originally looking at of another manufacturer) and allowed me to test drive it. After I drove both, I knew my father was right and that Toyota was the way to go. I found the dealership by using the Consumer Reports website. Since we do not live in Fairfield and are about 1 hour away we did the entire transaction over the internet and phone until we picked up our vehicle. Theresa was able to locate our vehicle for us as we wanted a specific color (both exterior and interior). There was no high pressure. We just told her what we wanted and she found it for us. She was prompt in returning our calls and gave us an update at least once a week because it took a few weeks for our car to come in. Was a great experience and I hate buying cars!!

Came in with the lowest price and promised the blue color that I wanted. Turns out they had not got it in stock and were relying on a dealer trade. After 10 days they said they could not get one in blue but could get one in red which I accepted but it was another dealer trade so had 300 miles on the clock where 2 weeks previously another dealer had one in stock in red. Salesman and staff were all very friendly if not very competent. The finance guy 'accidentally' missed the the rebate and I had to correct him.

My salesperson was great. His name was Mario and he was very helpful and informative. The problem I had was the way they worked me. Tellinf me they were doing all they could for me to get the payment where I wanted it and get the items I needed to make the sale successful. Then when it came to signing the paperwork they went back and tried to sell me on something I wanted included, but they swore they couldnt make it happen. THey told me they got me a better deal by going with Toyota as the finance company, but all they did was get me financed for a higher amount and a higher payment. I ended up with the car I wanted, and paid a little more than I expected. I will however not go back to a place that tries to sell you on I am doing all of this for you, but when you get to the bottom line it was all they could do to get more money out of me. It is sad that it happens, but it is legal for them to lie to you. Unfortunately I realized it too late.

I am not a kid or an inexperienced buyer, almost 65 and have bought my share of new cars in my lifetime. I simply wanted to test drive the 2013 Camry, but what I got was way more talking (selling) and less driving, and when trying to get a brochure and leave they pulled the talking with the manager deal, checking incentives etc. I told him honestly when I came in I was just test driving and had other cars I wanted to test drive as well. I got tired of waiting for the brochure while the sales guy and sales manager tried to figure out how to sell me a car, and left. This is why I hate buying cars, you have to deal with these guys.

worst service call ever had. husband employee. Had been servicing my car there for 4 years and never had a problem, but this service call told me take 2-4 hours, but did not start until 2 hours after brought in, should have been started when brought in. when expressed with manager said give me next service call free, not what wanted wanted credit toward current service call,said couldnt and therefore will not bring next service call there again. worst service ever!!!!!!!!

I bought a used Rav4 at Fairfield Performance Toyota five years ago. I was very happy with the salesman, Steve Doan, and everything about the whole experience. That's why I contacted Steve again when I was in the market for a used truck. He fixed me right up. Another great experience.

Looked at a van, 1 year old that just came in over the weekend. Went through inspection but not cleaned up. I specfically asked if this car was a rental, the salesman checked, told me no. I found rental receipts in the glove box that confirmed it was definitely a rental. Needless to say, no sale.

after owning 1 car for 13 years, I was in the market for a new car. I do not make on the spot purchases and it was important for me to research the car and take time to make sure what I wanted. My salesman, Randall Mincher understood the type of buyer I was. It took me about 2 months to make my decision. He checked with me a few times, but no pressure. I really appreciated the no pressure tactic. When I called him to say I was coming in, he had the car ready for me to see and drive again. After the purchase he went over all of the details of the car. Since I am not very high tech, he even set up my bluetooth. I have to say I love my Prius V and the bluetooth. I recently purchased a 2013 Tundra from Performance Toyota, and I can honestly say it was by far the most pleasant auto purchase process I have ever experienced. Working with Theresa to decide upon, and procure my new truck was a very pleasant and no-pressure process. This is what buying a new auto should be live for everyone. I worked with Kelley Taylor in the internet sales department in purchasing a new vehicle. She was very professional and attentive to the specific vehicle options i was seeking. I was surprised there was no "push" to make a sale. Once i decided to special order the vehicle to get the specific options i was seeking, Kelley worked with me to keep me updated on what stage the vehicle was in, and when to expect its arrival. Overall, this was by far the most pleasant experiance I've had in buying a car.

Theresa is the best sales representative I have ever done business with in buying a new car. She was expecting me each time I visited the dealership. When I arrived for my first visit to look at new cars, she immediately located the car I was interested in. She brought the car up for a test drive and she selected a good place for the test drive. I loved the car and knew that it was the one I wanted. Then she took a friend and I into the pleasant show room and brought coffee and tea for us. I spent a long time asking questions which she answered clearly and directly. She focused on what I wanted in a car and NEVER tried to talk me into buying a bigger car or one with more bells and whistles. Theresa understood what I wanted and what I would spend. She completed paperwork with me that showed me what I would be getting and the amount I would be spending. I enjoyed talking with her and her understanding of my needs. Theresa was relaxed and did not try to hurry me through the decision to buy the car. She never tried to convince me that I needed any other car. She was focused and unhurried even though I spent a great amount of time with her and the paperwork. Her figures on the paperwork were almost exactly the same as the final ones. We were at the dealership for hours and she was never in a hurry. She put a sold sign on the car which pleased me because I did not know how long I would have to wait for my money. I called Theresa several times because my money did not come as fast as I would have liked. She was always available and reasured me that my car was waiting. A friend drove me to the dealership because I did not know how to get there. She commented on Theresa's ability and how much she enjoyed meeting her. Since I am 78 years old, I have bought several new cars in my life and I have never met a better sales person.

I found exactly what I was searching for. The saleswoman was very helpful, the price was fair, and the overall experience was positive. Unfortunately, once I got the vehicle home I found two very disappointing problems I hadn't noticed, and I wasn't informed of. The left rear tail light was broken, and the hitch was permanently fised into place so it can't be removed. Now it sticks out 10 inched beyond like a long sword

My husband and I went to this dealership upon a referral from our bank.We met with Courtnell Francois. We came with heavy heart because we were there to trade not only my camry but my daughters car as well that had just passed away. He treated us with extra kindness and respect to her memory (sorry for all the crying!) At the end he prayed for us with wishes that we will heal (who takes time to do that these days?} Even though we were filled with sadness he made the experience much much easier and we thank him for that. This is my 6th year and second car thru this dealership and they have high quality in employees and service. My 2007 Yaris served me well and I hope this 2012 Scion will do the same.

Performance Toyota is a great place to not only shop for a car, but also to buy one. Our Product Specialist Robert Booth was not only knowledgeable, easy to work with, & patient but considerate, energetic, and thoughtful. He was always doing what needed to be done behind the scenes as well as in front. We didn't finish until late into the evening---long after closing and everyone there maintained their energy and upbeat attitudes. Our comfort and satisfaction was their main concern; nothing like the stress we had always felt when buying a new car. If you want a car (new or used) go---talk to them---they are great!!!!!!!

This is the 3rd time my husband and I have bought a new Toyota from Performance Toyota in Fairfield, Ohio. Performance Toyota is #1 for customer service. I live almost 50 miles from this dealership, but I only trust them to take the best care of us. This was the easiest shopping experience I've ever had with them. Mario Hood was our salesman, and he was awesome. I'm loving my new Rav4.

I went in for a service, and had some additional things I wanted looked in on while I was getting the regular service. Lo and behold, they didn't perform the regular service at all, and stated they couldn't look into the additional things either. I basically parked my car in their shop for the duration of the day, arranged for transportation that inconvenienced other people, and got absolutely nothing out of it. A total waste of 3 people's time.

After driving 3.5 hours to Cincinnati the Toyota T100 had rust on the rear quarter panels, rust on the frame and the check engine light was on and they knew about the light. The salesman stated it would only cost a couple hundred dollars to fix. None of the above was mentioned in our conversations over the phone or shown in pictures on the net. The salesman was polite and attentive but was not interested in addressing the problems with the truck. Overall it was a wasted 7 hour drive.

I had been researching cars for a little while and happened onto a Ford Escape at Performance Toyota. I emailed the dealer and scheduled and appointment for that Saturday. He had the car pulled up for us to test drive within a few minutes of us arriving and even had cold bottles of water in the cupholders! I was happy that we were able to test drive the car on our own, so we could discuss candidly what we liked about the vehicle. We were given all information we asked for and all questions were promptly answerred. The transition to the finance dept for processing was also easy. My only complaint was that we were there for several hours. Overall, we were quite pleased with the service.
