I have bought a couple cars over the past few years and Perkins Motor Plex was the best dealership, bar none. They treat you like family from the moment you walk in the door to even weeks after buying the car. I personally worked with Scott and he was honest and professional throughout the process. Terri helped complete all the paperwork. She was informative and extremely nice. I briefly spoke with Grant from sales while grabbing a cup of coffee and he was knowledgeable and welcoming. I felt like I was buying a car from Friends and Family, while hanging out on my back porch. Hopefully, I won’t be buying a car anytime soon, but if I have to it will certainly be from the Perkins Motor Plex Team/Family out of Nashville.

I found my experience with Perkins Motor Plex to be the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. Joey and the whole crew there were kind, knowledgeable, and professional. There were a couple things that needed fixing on the truck I purchased, and unlike any other car dealer I’ve purchased from, they fixed everything and then some. If you’re looking for an honest place to buy a used car, look no further because you’ve found the best in Perkins. Their no haggle pricing also made it extremely fast and easy for us to finance. I can honestly say this was the best car buying experience ever and I will be telling everyone I know to buy their next vehicle here. I’m confident you’re experience will be as great as mine. My wife and I have purchased 7 new or used vehicles in the past 5 years (4 of them in 2020 alone). This place was so great to deal with! There was absolutely no pressure from anyone. Grant was great to deal with. They gave me a very good value on my trade-in and the process was seamless & stress free. Will definitely be going back to them first when it’s time to upgrade our other vehicle!

We love coming to Perkins! Last time we came here we had such a great experience! We were wanting to find something used but newer than our current vehicle. We landed with a Jeep that already had customization done to it. Our whole experience was just as expected. We always recommend Perkins. They are super friendly and really know their stuff. Grant and Nathan were GREAT!

Perkins Motor Plex shatters the stereotype of the "used car dealership," they are definitely the real deal. We had looked for months to find a truck that fit our specific needs and we came across Perkins and thankfully ended up dealing with Grant (although everyone we met, was just as impressive). Grant took the time to really listen to what we needed and in less than 2 weeks had located a vehicle for us that actually fit our description, was unbelievably clean, serviced very well, priced under book value and we were even able to get a 5 year, 100,000 mile extended warranty for peace of mind! Every other dealership we visited didn't listen to us at all and just attempted to push a vehicle on us that was all wrong ... they just wanted an immediate sale so they could move on to the next person that stumbled on to their lot. Needless to say, we will tell all of our friends and family to use Perkins and personally, we won't ever look anywhere else when it's time for our next vehicle purchase! Thank you Grant, you made us feel like our needs were important. By far our best car shopping experience ever.

I wanted to write a quick note to recognize the outstanding experience I recently had purchasing a vehicle from Grant Gustafson at the Madison, TN location.Grant went out of his way to make our experience as easy and as fair as anyone I have ever worked with buying a used vehicle. He always responds to calls and emails immediately, and even after the sale, when most salesmen forget your name, Grant continued to help me with items I needed to address with my vehicle. I am now a lifelong customer to Perkins Motor Plex because of Grant. I even took my son to see Grant since he is also looking for a used vehicle.Mr. Perkins should be proud of how the company employees (in my case Grant) are treating their customers. We had SUCH a wonderful experience buying from Perkins Motor Plex! I honestly can't say enough good things!! From the moment we stepped foot on the lot, I recognized the comfortable, no-pressure environment. Grant (and everyone we came into contact with) showed the highest integrity of character. I felt listened to and respected immediately!My two-year old was even treated to a juice box and fruit snacks that were available :) I love my Honda Pilot and will use Perkins for all of our future car buying!

Their vehicles showed up as some of the best values on car gurus because their prices are so good from the start. Stopped by on a Saturday to take a look. Dropped by on Sunday when they were closed to look again. While in the lot on Sunday another former customer was raving that he had purchased 2 vehicles from Grant. We began working with Grant and he was very accommodating. He listened to the few requests that we had and took care of it. By Monday evening, two days after we were first on their lot, we wrote a check for the vehicle.

this was the easiest car buying experince we have ever had and we buy lots of cars. we bought a 2014 Yukon XL loaded at a great price and they done the paperwork and delivered it to the softball field for us cause our busy schedule and we looked the truck over and it was better than we expected. i will gladly do business here again. thanks Perkins Motor Plex nashville for all yall done

The staff at Perkins Motor Plex went above and beyond to get my family and I in our dream car. We worked with Nathan, Eric, and Grant and it was a wonderful experience from the first time we visited their lot to the day we came home with our new to us car. Grant G. was awesome and no nonsense. He was straight forward and wanted us to get a great deal, while understanding our budget. Jordan in the finance department was beyond friendly and was lightening fast with all of the paperwork. She knew how to do her job and did it well. We were there 1.5 hours past closing time and all the salesmen stayed and waved as we drove off just to be sure that myself and my hubby and 2 kiddos were comfortable and had everything that we needed in our new purchase. I would love to purchase from Perkins again and will recommend them to everyone I know.

I purchased a 2005 Nissan Titan from Perkins Motor Plex, and got an amazing deal! I did my research online and found this truck in Mayfield, Kentucky. I sent a in a notice, and was contacted that morning as requested. I spoke with Keith and he got the wheels turning. I am 250 miles away, and managed to purchase this truck over the phone and have it brought to me at work!!! It was an incredible experience doing business with Perkins. Thanks again!
