Good to do deal with. Just hard to get a hold of after deal was done. Don’t follow through with things unless you keep calling. Called six times Saturday to get copy of paperwork as promised and keep getting ignored. Can’t get the technology items working till we get it due to not be unregistered by the dealer like they were supposed to.

I understand that getting a vehicle serviced in hobbs is backed up, but when I have a check engine light on giving me options as to who else might get it in quicker or saying something “do you want me to schedule you an appointment to get the diagnostic done and you can cancel it if you find somewhere else that can get it in quicker” instead of being completely rude. This is not the first time this lady has been rude to me. I will not ever buy a vehicle from y’all and depending on how my service goes in midland I will drive somewhere else for now on. Very awful customer service. The male next to her was more helpful then her. She flat ignored me when I was asking questions.

I was a little disappointed traveling to Hobbs from Albuquerque to say the least. The truck was not ready when I arrived, it was filthy after making the deal over the phone. i spent 4 hours their running to the tire shop twice, the detail shop twice, and to fuel up the truck. I feel like all of this should have been handled by the employees of Permian Ford on a $70k vehicle especially traveling 10 hours that day.

I had Raul Carreno the sales manager and his salesman Henry Romero work really hard for me to get me in my new 2021 Trail Boss 4x4. I never felt pressured they delivered on my wants and my expectations, I work in the oilfield so I spoke with Raul at 9:00pm first of all he answered his cell. phone and answered all my questions that is dedication and the best customer service I have seen. You have earned a lifetime customer that is satisfied and pleased and excited with my new truck. I was given respect and treated well. Although we ultimately purchased a vehicle, the manager on duty was too pushy. I understand wanting to make a sale, but when you do not allow us to leave the facility until we hear from your financial department, or you try and push (read: force) us into making a decision, it's a major turn-off. The only reason I am choosing high 10s and excellent on all of these questions is because Liz was very nice to deal with and she deserves great things. However, her management really almost screwed this entire sale up for her.

we were very happy with our over all experience. we purchased 2 vehicles from Permian the same day. A new pick up and a used camaro that they had delivered from out of state for us. the delivery of the camaro took longer than we expected, but that was out of Permian's hands. Felt it could have been better communicated tho..however Permian did what they could.

LeeRoy is my sales person..back in 2013 he sold me my first Serrara. I was very pleased with how his knowledge of the different pickup's I looked at. I was impressed how he would go out of his way to help me with that purchases. This is why I went back with LeeRoy on buying this 2015 GMC Z71 Texas edition. Upon buying this pickup I took it to the car wash to wash and wax it and noticed the windshield had a small crack in it on lower part on the drivers side. I brought it to LeeRoy's attention and he looked at it and got with his Manager and they told me to bring it in and they would replace the windshield... This was done the next day. Satisfied with work done . The problem I have is there was a lot of fluids residue left puddle on my engine to the point it leaks on my driveway and coming thru the vent making it seems like the engine is running hot
