My truck wasn't running right so I took it there to get it fixed. They told me when I made the appointment it would be $150 to diagnose. I set up the appointment dropped it off. Two days later they call me and tell me they can't find out what's wrong with the truck they need another $150 to finish diagnosing. I said forget it I'll take my truck somewhere else.

I can’t say enough great things about my experience at Peruzzi this weekend. My husband and I went in on Saturday with our two youngest kids which is usually a recipe for disaster at a dealership lol. We were helped by Mike Marshall who was by far the nicest person I’ve ever dealt with at any dealership. We were up front (and realistic in this market) about what we wanted in a car and what we could afford. Mike patiently showed us any vehicle he thought could fit our needs and any we wanted to see. He also convinced me to test drive one even though I wasn’t going to. He was incredibly knowledgeable and showed me every detail of the car pretty much off the top of his head. We pretty quickly settled on the one we wanted to go with and began the buying process. All throughout our, what I would say was pretty quick, visit Mike was friendly, patient, and even entertaining with my kids. While we waited for final numbers to come in he played dinosaurs with my 3 year old son. I was able to leave with the car I wanted and it was more than I ever expected to get that day. It was the best experience I could ask for. Quick and painless. We will 1000% be back when we are back in the market.

Revised: Customer service has dropped considerably in the service department from when I wrote my first review about 4 years ago And if you go therer keep in mind that there is now a 3% upcharge to use a credit card. Take a check book. I asked if I could come back with a checkbook and if they could reverse the credit card charges, and I got a shrug and "I don't know because the policy has only been in effect for two weeks." The shuttle service is still helpful (the reason for 2 stars) but the approach to customers sorely lacking. Old review: This is only a review of the service department, which is organized and accommodating. So far the repairs have been great. Shuttle service home or to the mall ...and they sell greeting cards which became a surprisingly helpful service while I waited for my car. I had less than a positive experience trying to purchase a car here... walked put and went elsewhere so the 5 stars is only for the service department.

I will not be coming back for an oil change too expensive. It was not the price of the oil change it was the cost I was charged for labor. TOO MUCH. I was quoted 59.95 which is fine but on top of that was a labor charge. It cost 110.00 for an oil change. Plus other services I had my tires rotated. It cost almost 300.00 for oil change and tire rotated.

This was a serious service call that required a couple weeks to work through. The issues were well communicated and I was kept up to date by the team through the entire process, and I am very happy overall with the visit and service provided.
