It was a factory airbag recall. Standard procedure, not special. Before the service appointment was created, I clearly asked for my 2011 truck to be thoroughly inspected as I knew the exhaust manifolds would crack at some point. Not only was this not addressed when initially requested, I was called to pickup my truck and had to ask the “assistant service manager” to do what I initially requested. 15 minutes later she returns with “the exhaust manifold is cracked”. I had to ask which side, left or right as there are 2! She replies..”uh, let me ask”. I just asked for my keys so I could let the real professionals do what I needed done initially.

Purchased $1500 Peruzzi Premium service plan along with new Altima. Few months later had a flat tire. After numerous calls to Peruzzi, Service dept. claimed it was not covered. Purchased a new tire for $232.00. Just had the car serviced whereas the associate says the tire should have been covered but at this point there was nothing they could do. My advice don't buy service plans and don't have your car serviced at Peruzzi.Lynn Wise

I can see that I'm not the only person with a complaint about the service department at this location. However, my difficult, sub-par service was compounded by months of rental car fees and rude service management. I refuse to bore everyone with the details, but what I will say is that I had my vehicle brought here because it wouldn't start, after more than a month and $4,000+ spent my vehicle left STILL not starting. Once I took it to another certified Nissan dealer they fixed my vehicle only to show me and tell me that the original work that I paid for at the Peruzzi location had NEVER been done. The parts that they billed me for and claimed to have replaced were NEVER CHANGED. I had to pay for the EXACT SAME PARTS AND SERVICES at the other dealer. I have my old parts, I have a detailed account of all of the services work completed and I intend on pursuing this matter legally. I AM GOING TO SUE THE DEPLORABLE PEOPLE. I am out of over $12,000 and loads of pain and anguish. THEY WILL PAY FOR THIS. This place is crooked. The service department is the worse....STAY AWAY.

Took my car in for an inspection and oil/filter change. Was told there was a slight oil leak and that they ordered a replacement oil valve, which was under warrantee. I received a call informing me the part was in and that it would not take long to replace the part. I called and scheduled the appointment for Saturday, Sept. 10th, which was a few weeks away. Upon returning home from work on Sept. 9th, there was a phone message from Peruzzi Nissan cancelling my service appointment because the technician was not going to be in. Called back on Monday to reschedule and was told I could bring it in on Tuesday. I informed the girl that I work and I would need to use the shuttle service they provide. Arrived at Peruzzi Nissan at 7:15 am Tuesday and was promptly checked in. In addition to the warrantee work, the representative asked if I wanted my car run through the complementary car wash, which I said I did. I informed the representative that I needed to use the shuttle service. He asked that I take a seat in the waiting room and the shuttle driver would be in to get me. By 8:00 am I approached the service counter again asking two girls behind the counter about the shuttle. They looked at me like they didn't understand my question and didn't give any response whatsoever. One of the service representatives overheard me asking about the shuttle and told me he would call the driver directly and see where he was. Before I could return to my seat in the waiting room, the representative told me the driver was outside. Of course I knew he was outside since he was the same person taking the incoming cars for service to the back. Needless to say, I was 45 minutes late for work and I work just down the road from Peruzzi. Upon returning to Peruzzi that afternoon to pick up my vehicle, I was told by the service representative that my car was run through the car wash. When I went outside to my car, it was more than obvious that the car was not washed.

Funny how your dealership doesn't respond to any negative reviews on this page, I guess that's why you have only a 78% rating. If anyone doesn't like the service they receive you just wash your hands of it and push it to corporate.The bad service started with our initial phone call to make an appointment for 2 recalls. After the car was in for service we were told that the parts weren't in for our airbag recall. We were told that the people making the appointments were working there less than 90 days and weren't trained. So this means a second trip for that recall.We were told that one of the 2 screws was rusted and broke when they were unscrewing it in order to get to the part to be fixed for the recall. So after it broke what recourse did we have? It had to be fixed and we were told that this was our cost and were charged over $200 for a supposedly FREE recall! We were also told that this has happened before on other cars. Then shouldn't this be included in the FREE recall???Also were told that all 4 of our tire's treads were getting low. This is after it was just inspected in August and there were no problems with any of the tires. This is precisely why we don't come here for service and NEVER will again. It is unfortunate that we can't go to our own mechanic for these recalls. There we know we do not get ripped off!

The Perruzzi Family of Dealerships is one of the most professional dealerships I have ever dealt with. 4th automobile purchased from them, that should say something about them. From the Buick/GMC Dealership to the Nisssan Dealership, they can't be beat for their commitment to their customers. I own a 2007 Maxima and have been bringing it to Peruzzi Nissan for the last 9 years for all required services and inspections. The people in the service department are very friendly, courteous, and helpful with making timely appointments, servicing the car, and returning it back to me when promised. Even the few occasions when I needed emergency service for say nail in my tire they were very happy to help squeeze me in to their schedule to solve my problem. Because of the wonderful service they provide my car is still running like a champ! When I am ready to purchase that new car you can be sure I will be coming back to Peruzzi Nissan and will continue to have my new car serviced by this dealership.

Absolutely one of the worst experiences ever. Numerous times i entered the showroom and was never greeted or acknowledged by anyone. I had to go to someone's desk and ask them for help. When a sales person actually came out to the lot, He barely said two words to us and i had to ask him to go get the keys to the 2016 Nissan Maxima so we could drive it. During the test drive, the salesman didnt really say much. He actually at one point asked us why we wanted to get out of our lease and into this Maxima. Wait. Isn't a salesman suppose to try to encourage the sale? Well i guess he thought we were window shopping. Needless to say, we left that dealership and purchased a brand new 2016 Nissan Maxima from another dealership. When we entered that other dealership, we were greeted immediately by the General Manager and he answered everyone of our questions. Personally i have worked in Retail/Sales in Management roles and understand the importance of Happy Customers. 1 unhappy customer can spread the word to many other potential customers. In this case, i dont feel like Peruzzi Nissan has customers in their best interest. Horrible Experience.

I recently leased a 2016 Altima. The car had to be located as the color combo I wanted was not in stock. The boys found the car I wanted and had it ready to go! This is my 7th vehicle purchased at Peruzzi Nissan. I don't need a reason to stop in just to say hello from time to time because sales manager Bob Seidenberger and the boys always make me feel like I am part of the family. I have all my service done their as well. I drive over 35,000 miles per year so keeping up with the maintenance iscritical for me. They always accommodate my busy schedule for my oil changes/tire rotations etc. It has been 15 years that I have been a Peruzzi customer. I don't even think about going anywhere else.....

well I bought a Hyundai tiburon about three weeks ago from this dealership and had to take it in for service less than a month later due to the transmission banging into third gear and there was already a chip on my windshield from a rock. I made it clear that it was an apparent issue since it is in my line of sight while driving and the mechanic, drew, told me it was literally nothing to worry about and although they noted the chip in my windshield they COMPLETELY ignored my request to fix it. they told me they would have to drill a bigger hole and fill it with resin and it would look worse, which, excuse my language, is complete xxxxxxxx, because you can purchase a window repair resin kit from any car place for $10 and do it at home, which I explained to them, but they couldn't even do that, they told me to buy it and fix it myself bc they couldn't do anything for me, so now I have to fix my own car myself. It was within my warranty and they blew it off as if it was meaningless. if I hit a pothole the crack will shatter my windshield. I think it is completely careless that a mechanic would tell me not to worry about a chip in my windshield. If they could not fix it, they should have replaced my windshield. now there are 6 more chips in my windshield and they refuse to attempt to fix it. once I've received my 4 free oil changes from buying my car from their dealership I will NEVER bring my car back here again. This dealership is trash. completely unhappy. if I could rate this service with 0 stars, I would.

this was an operation that was as smooth as greased wheel! From the time that i approached the showroom door, I was greeted by professionals and assigned to a fine young man that introduced himself, and acknowledged that he had not been there long but not to worry, "he knew what he was doing!" He surely does. Matt D, is an unbelievable young but enthusiastic individual. He was professional, courteous, patient, customer focused and will to listen, listen, and listen, and then willing to answer every bit of question that was asked, and pursue more potential answers from me the customer! He took the time to cover the car from front bumper to the trunk. He ensured that he showed how each item of interest worked, and was assured the car was familiar to me, before I left. He explained each step of the way in the process which took longer to complete than deciding on the car. He obviously is a team player which he candidly spoke highly of his co-workers, and superiors. He would be an asset anywhere and will excel in life due to his drive and personality. Peruzzi Nissan is fortunate to have Matt D on their Team, and I was fortunate to have dealt with him in purchasing my new 2015 Nissan Altima. Salesman Dave repeatedly walked away and left me with no word of what he was doing or where he was going. Did no listen when I told him what I wanted but kept walking away. Pulled in his manager Joe who told me I had to fill out credit applications to look at a car (since when?) and I was wasting his time. He then informed me I couldnt afford the car I wanted without any knowledge of my income. Then when I asked him not to speak to me this way he told me I was rude and didnt need to shop there and could leave. And so I did and walked right into buying a brand new Acura an hour later! Thanks JOE ya did me a favor, maybe you were right I was wasting your time ha!

Took my son to buy a 2009 nissan maxima for $8767. Got there and test drove the car and loved it. Salesman Bal took our name and info then I said was the price negotiable and he said yes. I offered $7500. He then asked Joe the manager and gues what he says they can only take off $27. xxx! I was willing to pay cash out the door but this is not why I'm upset. The same night I see the same vehicle discounted to $7990 on autotrader. Then I see it again marked down to $8100. xxx. Who does business like this when you want to pay cash. I Will never go back again. (Proud owner of a 2010 nissan maxima for $9200)

I bought a brand new vehicle at this location and I expected better customer service when I bring it in for any maintenance work. Some technicians take advantage of those who are not too knowledgeable about vehicle services. Even as a customer, I acknowledge my mistake but they should know that they are the professional and it's their job to look out for their customers.

I love my 2010 Nissan Murano SL! I discovered the vehicle on the internet after doing extensive research and it had everything I was looking for in a AWD vehicle. I was happy to see the Peruzzi name as I had a great experience shopping for a previous vehicle at Peruzzi Toyota. Peruzzi Nissan held up to that Peruzzi name and I had a wonderful buying experience! David Jones did a great job going over the vehicle specs. He was very knowledgable and really took the time to listen to what I had to say. He went the extra mile to work with the finance department to accomplish the sale. No pressure and easy as 1-2-3. I been going to this dealer for service for years and I don't know why. Every time I have my car serviced they screw itup. They do not apply coupons, they have put wrong tie rod on my car and said it was my fault I did not have it alghinment but I got free else were and they would not do it for free with 1200 worth of work I was getting. This last time they only put 1. Inspection sticker on my car instead of 2 I did not realize. I work in center city Philadelphia were I ended up receiving a ticket and they wanted me to take time to go get it wiped out and I said no I want money to pay it they said they would be in touch but its now been 15 days and I have to pay it out of my own pocket on top of the 1400 in work they performed

On 06/01/2013 I purchased a 2009 Nissan Altima from Perruzzi Nissan. My salesperson was Joe Welsh. As I test drove the car, I noticed a rattling noise that I made him aware of, he explained to me that the car had a CVT transmission, so the car would make that noise. I have never owned a Nissan, so I didn't know what to expect. I purchased the car, because at the time the car drove good. On 02/08/14 I took the car in for service (oil change) the service advisor stated that I needed (3 tire senor's) he gave me an estimate of $250.00 each tire sensor, when I explained to him that I had warranty he stated that I could leave it and he would install it, but I explained that I could do this work at a later time. I returned on 05/10/14 to do an oil change and install the tire sensor's, but when I returned to install the tire sensor's the service advisor Robert Shabe stated that all I needed was two tire sensor's. On 10/11/14 I took my car in for an oil change, at that time the service advisor Christopher Blood, advised me that I needed shocks for my car, but on the service slip given to me with the recommendations, the shocks were not included. On 01/05/15 I dropped off my car for a rattling noise. On 01/06/15 the service advisor Christopher Blood called me stating that my car had several issue that included the following: Transmission pan and my exhaust had a small leak and he said that the car had several other issues, he never addressed the rattling noise. This was the same rattling noise I initially heard when I purchased the car, but just a lot louder. On the evening of 01/06/15 I went to the dealer to speak to the manager Bill Stecklein about the issue. I expected by speaking to the manager that he would address the issue with the service advisor, but to my surprise he was rude, he did not want to listen to my concerns, he tried brushing my problem off. He advised that he would check the computer to see what the car was serviced for in the past. He stated he had no record of my car being serviced there. I showed him my past service receipts, since he was not helpful I asked to speak to his boss, Robert Shoemaker. Mr. Shoemaker advised to leave the car overnight stating that he would personally take the car out the next day for a test drive. On 01/07/2015 Mr. Shoemaker called me and advised that the rattling noise was coming from the exhaust of the car. He asked if I could leave the car yet another day, so that he can double check it. On 01/08/2015 Mr. Shoemaker calls me and confirms that the noise the car is making is coming from the exhaust system, he then advised me to replace two clamps, so the rattling noise could stop. On the evening of the 8th I picked up my car from Peruzzi Nissan. While driving home I heard the rattling noise again, after the car sat in the dealership for three days they still did not fix the noise. On 01/10/2015 I called the dealership again for the rattling noise. They advised me to bring it in on 01/14/2015, I asked if I could bring the car in sooner on the 01/13/2015, they advised to drop if off that night with Christopher Blood. On 01/13/2015 I arrived at the dealer to drop off the car, I spoke to Christopher Blood and he advised that I didn't have an appointment. I explained to him that I didn't live near I had drove 26 miles, Christopher advised that he would speak to Robert Shoemaker, his boss, so Robert asked Christopher to get in the car with myself to take a test drive. Christopher drove the car and advised that he did in fact still hear the rattling noise. Christopher asked if I could bring the car to get serviced on another day, I explained to him that I couldn't come back I needed the car serviced ASAP. I left the car there to get serviced and I asked him if they would provide a loaner car so I could get home and he advised that they could drop me off at the bus stop. I had the worse experience with this company and the worse customer service. I was planning on purchasing a new Maxima with this same company this year, but after this experience I am not. I just wanted to complain of the quality of servicer "Peruzzi Nissan" provided.

I brought my car in for the routine oil change,and it was found that my battery was not in good shape,my sales representative drew zeek took me aside and explained everything to Me,when the service was completed he told me he had done some further searching,And found that the battery was still under a warranty,which saved me some money,which I was very grateful.The car is only 2 years old,but I have had the experience at peruzzi,and I am always pleasedWith the service.I have also scheduled my next service visit for July with Drew .Thank you again.

Within the past month I purchased a used certified 370Z from Peruzzi. My sales consultant, Dave Jones, was very helpful and easy going, answered all my questions whether he was working or off the clock. Bob Seidenberger, the general manager, was also extremely helpful with the whole process, especially making sure everything went smooth before and after the sale. I traded in my previous vehicle towards this purchase. Peruzzi made it an easy process while giving me a good respected value for my vehicle. The parts department was also very helpful. I noticed I didn't have my wheel lock and without any hassle or question they gave me one without charge. Also coming from NJ, there was no "overcharge" of tax like a previous reviewer stated. My registration did come a little later than expected, which I ran into before from another Pennsylvania dealer, so I knew it was a normal issue. Peruzzi again helped me without a problem. As a previous owner of a 350z, I had my vehicle serviced at Peruzzi and feel confident of their work and service. Overall my buying experience was great, their staff is very professional, respectful and non-pressuring. I will be returning for service and would highly recommend my friends and family to this dealer for future purchases. Thank you Peruzzi!

I assisted my fiancee with the purchase of a New 2013 Pathfinder Platinum Premium. (was a left over) We live in South Jersey and the drive was about an hour or so each way. e already had financing so the only concern was the price of the vehicle and our trade-in. Our Saleman was Rob Hazelett and he was great, worked feverishly to get a deal we agreed upon, which in our books was a great deal....A GREAT DEAL... The only concern was it was late in the evening and a couple of things were not in the best of order. The first, WE did not realize the Antenna from the roof was missing....neither did they...and even though the Vehicle was brand NEW (no mileage, no owner) there were several scratches on the bumper and the side near the gas cap. They had the detail guys "detail" the vehicle....terrible job....However, when we informed them of this...they wasted no time in rectifying the situation. But we had to drive back out there again...so we had a trip interruption the first week of purchase because we had to return to the dealership to resolve an issue that..attention to detail would never have occurred. This is the reason I did not give five stars for quality of repairs. I would have given 5 stars for customer service if we were provided something extra because of being inconvenienced of having to return to the dealership for there lack of execution. A first aid kit or chrome license plate bracket or a couple of free details...the least they could do from someone who purchased a brand new vehicle. Other than those two issues, it was an overall smooth process. Rob was very professional and did an awesome job in everything he was directly responsible for handling.

They have good prices on their cars but they'll get it all back jacking you on your trade. They tout that they use Autotrader's marketplace trade-in but all that is, is a way for them to fool you into thinking that they are giving you a good deal on your trade-in. Autotrader's value on your car is so low that when they give it to you, you almost want to punch them in the face. Then they go back and offer you a little bit more, making them look good but they don't fool anyone. Beware of this place. Obviously they are in it to make money, which they can do without trying to rip you off on your trade in.

This dealership is simply the best. I have purchase many cars in the past . Everyone was a dam headache and hours wasted. Not at this dealership. The staff is polite and service is top notch. Anyone who say's otherwise has a few screws loose. So after not having a car for the better part of two years , i landed at Nissan of Peruzzi . (Fairless Hills) I had the pleasure of working with David Jones and Joe Timcho. I got to leave with the car I wanted at the price i needed it . Need I say more? The place was clean and you didn't have people hovering over you, like at other dealerships. If you need a car go see David and Joe!

We wanted to replace our compact car with a midsize auto to travel to Florida. Our sales person was Dave Jones. He was able to ask the correct questions to help determine the model we were looking for. He provided the information to explain the different versions for the Altima and then took us for a few test drives. During the sales process he helped us determine exactly what equipment we needed in order to help get the auto we needed. He was very professional and made us feel like our needs were important. Dave and his floor Manager Joe Prurello were able to wok on a deal that allowed me and my wife to purchase a car. The Finance Manager Evan Shoemaker was very helpful and was able to provide us an extended warranty. He was very experienced and the paper work was completed much quicker than expected. I felt the service department was very clean and appeared well run.

They make sure that economic and appropriate vehicle fit are their priority. As much as I hate writing bad reviews, I feel it necessary in this case in order to warn others of the ridiculousness of this dealership. I ended up going to Peruzzi Nissan towards the end of the month of July 2014 as they had a 2014 Nissan Atima 3.5SL for sale at a great price. I came from South Jersey and it was about an hour ride each way. The salesman was well aware of this. I was wanting to get out of my lease and back to ownership. Unfortunately, at that time, there was not enough incentives and rebates to get to the numbers I was looking for. The salesman informed me that maybe August might have something better to offer. No problem on the first visit, we shook hands and he said he would give me a call when August rolled around. Fast forward a couple days later to August 4th, the salesman called and said they could now achieve the deal I wanted. I clarified on the phone that this price was 100% out the door, no hidden fees or other charges popping up. He said he would verify everything and call me back. He did just that and said it was 100% good to go and even sent me a photo of the buyer's order with all the numbers in place and signed by the General Manager. Awesome, everything is set to go. I ended up calling my bank and getting the check overnighted (cost me extra) and setup the appointment to take delivery 2 days later. I also provided my credit card to hold the car so it would not be sold. Should have been straight forward with nothing more than paper to sign and cars to swap. Well, low and behold, after driving another hour and arriving at the dealership when I said I would, I am told that there was an issue and they didn't realize it was a transfer from New Jersey plates. Even though they were well aware that I was from New Jersey and it was going to cost $250 more dollars. And they would not be covering it. This, in my opinion, is completely unethical and wrong. They told me in writing and over the phone what the price was going to be. They knew all the variables involved. Even if they didn't realize that I was from New Jersey as they claimed, then they would have charged my higher tax rate of 9% and not the 7% in New Jersey, so they would have more than enough to make the $250 difference they claim. I guess they also thought I would not walk about over that amount, but I did. I will never try to business here again. Pretty sure they know that, but hopefully I can help others avoid the same situation. Even if you get it in writing, you may not get it at all.

Dave Jones : Our sales person was very helpful and knew all the questions to ask. He provided the correct cars to test drive and was able to fully explain the details and equipment on the car. He was extremely helpful in our decision process while being professional and customer focused. Joe P ( sales manger) and Evan Shoemaker (Finance Manager) were professional in our dealings with them.

We had a self-inflicted tire problem with our 2013 PAthfinder and Peruzzi replaced it free of charge and gave us a loaner as well. Although this is not the closest Nissan dealer to our house we keep coming back because their service department delivers great customer service ( work completed correctly and on time, large new facility, friendly staff, reasonable prices, loaners available, etc )

This is the only dealership where I would buy a car. Joe Rearick (sales associate) was helpful but not pushy. He answered all my questions and helped me get a great deal on a car for my daughter. While the buying process always takes a while (nothing to do about this) Joe was pleasant and even engaged my 12 year old son in conversation. I would highly recommend this dealership - I just bought my third car from them. Service is always fantastic and takes the pain out of buying a car. I live in New Jersey but am willing to take the short trip across the bridge to Fairless Hills just to do business with Peruzzi Nissan.

We came to terms on the price of the new car and then they jerked us around on the car we were trading in. Book Value was $5500. They first offered us $1900. After I calmed down, he came out with a paper telling me that Auto Trader .com would pay them $4200 for the car and they would give that to me. We walked out. Why didn't he give us that to begin with? Why did he have to try and steal our car from us?We went to another Nissan dealer and they gave us $5200 for our car and the same price for the new car which was through true car pricing.com. We will never go back to Peruzzi Nissan and will tell anybody looking for a new car to stay away from them.

the seller,Alex, was very nice and helpful. he did an amazing job. there was only one problem, my back zipper cover was broken when I bought it. I had to go to service department 3 times for someone to take care of it and i still have to wait for the new cover seat. it has been already one month. this the only bad part of this dealership.

All calls to this dealership were useless no one called back not even owner (fred peruzzi) they figured they have my money who cares, perruzzi called today and cleared every thing up I'm happy with peruzzi now I would recommend perruzzi now

I had been to quite a few different dealers prior to this one. None of them could come close enough to the payment that I wanted. It's unfortunate that this one couldn't either but he whole experience was very easygoing and transparent and they were closer then any of the others. The problem was I just recently bought a vehicle a few months back and was looking to trade up. I knew about all the problems with trading so soon before I started the process but figured I would see what they could come up with. They came down on the price of the vehicle quite a bit but it wasn't enough to offset the difference and get my payment where I wanted it. In any case when it comes time for me to purchase a new vehicle down the road I really do believe I will be dealing with Peruzzi Nissan from the get go.

My thoughts today driving to Peruzzi nissan to test drive a car were of complete dread. I did not want to deal with the hard sell and pressure. I was pleasantly surprised by Bob Mozitis who handled the entire process in such a great manner. Relaxed, efficient, and fun! The car I was interested in was sold, but a person called to tell me the night before. I agreed to come in to look at other options. Bob immediately showed me a gorgeous car, with such a good finance rate, less miles, and newer, etc. Bob and the other staff were awesome! It is the personal, and casual, yet highly efficient, attitude at Peruzzi and especially Bob Mozitis that has just won a new loyal customer.

Be careful with the Service Department. I went in with a minor window problem. They told be twice that I was imagining things (not in those words, but each time, they couldn't find a problem). Took it back today and was told the window was off the track, which caused the motor and regulator to break. $900 estimate. I guess they prefer to ignore the minor issues and nail you with the massive repairs. They lost a loyal customer today, one who has spent thousands in regular maintenance, tires, and brakes over the 6 years that I've had my car.

Boyfriend took his car here and they broke the key in the door. Was a huge hassle to get a new one. Would not recommend this service department to anyone. Took car back to be re-inspected. Said it would take 30 mins. Waited another 1.5 hours. Went up to talk to customer attendant and was told the repairs couldn't be done until the parts came in-car did not need any parts for inspection. Complete lack of communication with staff and customers. Lack of professionalism.

I was very impressed when i went to drop off my car and they had closed just 10min prior to when I got there. I knocked on the door and they let me drop off my car instead of having to come back the next day. The man (Mike) was so nice too. I was very pleased!!

When we first arrived, we felt that we were not helped in a timely manner, BUT once we were introduced to Joe Sutter, he was very friendly and helpful. He helped us through the whole process and was very nice. We were happy with the car we received and the price was fair and we were very satisfied with everything.On a separate issue, the only thing I'm unhappy about, after the whole purchase, Is the finance. I think it sucks that you are unable to pay your bill online, without being charged a fee. I pay ALL my bills online, and no other bill I have (other car payment, mortgage, cable, etc) charge a fee to pay online. I went to the address given that I received in the mail for Nissan Motor Acceptance Corp. and to pay online, or even by phone there's a fee.

I went into Peruzzi Nissan to appraise the the Altima. I had no intention of buying that day. I wanted to purchase a Honda Civic. The Altima seemed too large for me when comparing it to a Honda Accord which I was then driving. They are similar in size. Jim Powell offered to let me test drive a Sentra and I knew its size was perfect for me. I then spotted a 2012 leftover on the show room floor and fell in love with its appearance. Jim and Tom Kay worked to get me into that Sentra at the payment I wanted. They were both extremely professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I now feel like a rich "young" lady at age 63!The showroom was also beautiful and all of the staff were very pleasant. I intend to have my car serviced by Peruzzi Nissan.Thank you for a very pleasant purchasing experience.

The appointment was scheduled quickly and at my convenience. I was given an estimate of how long the service was going to take and it was dead on. All the employees were very friendly and courteous, they asked me several times if there was anything I needed. The waiting area was clean and comfortable. The cost was very reasonable. It was overall a very pleasant experience and I highly recommend this dealership.

I called Nissan in Langhorne, Pa to schedule an appt for a state inspection. They were able to give me an appt within 2 days. The service desk is always very friendly and helpful. Jason, my service advisor called me and suggested I get an alignment on my car along with the inspection as it looked like my car was out of alignment. He also suggested a few other service items he thought I should have done, but the cost for it all was just too high. Over $400!! I agreed to have the alignment done at this time. My vehicle was completed in a good amount of time. When I picked up my vehicle after the service was done, I noticed there were 3 black grease marks on my light colored drivers cloth seat. I immediately went to the service desk and they had someone come out and the problem was resolved very quickly and totally to my satisfaction. I plan to use Nissan again for my next oil change in a couple of months.

Ricky's service was great. I dropped car off for a required tire rotation on a Saturday morning not knowing that I needed an appointment. He kindly took the car in and promised to have it back in the afternoon. I had originally intended to stay for the service thinking it would be a short wait. I was pleasantly surprised when Ricky offered a ride back after hearing that I had to get my wife and kid to pick me up. Needless to say, that's the kind of service I would not get from the typical service joint.

I recently inquired about a vehicle and got a lot of valuable information on the vehicle and possible financing options and never even went to the dealership. Most dealerships wouldn't even take the time to do that without going there. Also, I wasn't harassed everyday by phone calls, so I would give the customer service rating as exceptional...I do have a 2005 Titan that I get repaired from this dealership and can tell you that even their service department is exceptional...

Joe and i got along well. I told him what i wanted and he gave me a perfect match. Our personalities were similar so we got along well and didn't waste each other's time. His supervisor, or the guy playing hardball with all the numbers, did his job well. I left the table happy about the price of my new 2013 Altima SL with every possible feature. I was also annoyed on how he beat me down on the value of my trade in, but i was expecting that. That was his job and he did it well. Lastly, the paperwork signing was a pleasant experience. He was very helpful and patient. Overall, it was a positive experience.

I thought for a car with roughly 6000 miles shouldn't require a service for $89.95 for a simple LOF and tire rotation. I can't see the value I got. If I had more miles on my car I would be more understanding. I did not question it at the time and I probably should have.

I gave a rating of ok on the pricing. I knew going into buying my Pathfinder that I owed a lot of money after only owning my Altima for less than 24 months. Of course I wish my new payments could have been for less than what they are. Overall, I had a great experience with my purchase.

3of us from the family were in contact with your dealership with regard to the same vehicle which we did purchase. First contact was made via internet chat where questions regarding the vehicle were answered. My husband called to speak with someone to secure the purchase of the car and we were then contacted by Bob Mozitis to complete the sale and delivery of the vehicle. All of our contacts were pleasant, professional and informative. Bob was particulary pleasant, a very friendly, competent salesman. He quickly followed up on all inquiries and immediately retrieved and confirmed all necessary paperwork. He willingly delivered our vehicle to NJ within 24hrs of our purchase accommodating my schedule on delivery day and arriving promptly at the designated time. Bob had all of the paperwork prepared for signing and made this a very pleasant, easy, quick transaction. He has since been in touch to follow up and ensure our satisfaction and has encouraged us to contact him with any questions that may arise. It was a total pleasure to do business with Bob. We would definitely recommend him to others and/or contact him in the future should we have the need to purchase another vehicle.

Having Peruzzi Nissan handle my service and repairs has changed the whole automotive service experience for me. They have the expertise, parts and knowledge to get the job diagnosed and done. I don't have to deal with expectant call that "we're not sure what's wrong" or "we need to order the parts for two days from now because we're booked." The facility is a pleasure to visit. Its scrupulously clean, well organized and well staffed. The customer waiting area is quite nice, clean, well lighted and spacious with a stack of the current day news paper to read, even for those early morning appointments. Its also great to have access to that extra cup of coffee or two while reading or watching a program. The staff is professional, polite and make it obvious that they want the experience to be on-time every time, comfortable and turn-key with complete satisfaction. Nice job!

Jeffrey is an excellent salesperson, and took a lot of time exploring the different options I was interested in, and throughly explained them. I was working with Alyson Wolfe over the internet and I knew exactly what I wanted and she told me that Peruzzi had exactly what I wanted (3 Pearl White 2012 Nissan Jukes with all of the options I wanted). Ok, that was awesome... so she gave me the total price (tags, and everything), and I was completely happy with the transaction. She sent me to Rob and came in to pick it up one night and was completely flawless transaction. Believe me, I went to other dealerships, and it was not that easy and fun! I would definitely recommend Peruzzi and Rob and Alyson to all my friends and family! Thank you!

I bought a new Maxima from them late last year. Rob and Tom were nice and overall buying experience was good. Was happy with car/sales staff. A bit later went to start car to go to work and car froze completely. Dash light up and nothing I did would respond. I had to get it towed to Perruzi. Spent 7 hours waiting to have them come out and tell me that they talked to Nissan Engineering. They told them to tell me they know about the problem but they are unsure how to fix it. They told me to keep a wrench in car to disconnect battery just in case. Once they found how to fix it they said it would be a recall so to keep an eye out. This problem has now happened 4 times. I called dealer and asked them to trade the car in and put in another car. They said they could not do that. I called Nissan Customer service to report this issue. Told them whole story and they then called me back and said the dealer told them they never told me those things and they would never tell a customer to leave a wrench in car. They dealer also told them they could not recreate it, which they couldn't but since they talked to engineering department there was no need since Nissan knew about it. So now I am stuck with car Nissan or the dealer wont back.

When I had an oil change in June, I asked the service manager for the cost of the exempt inspection in PA, he said $19.95. I made an appointment 2 weeks ago for the service. I asked for the price on the phone and Joe confirmed $19.95 again. However, when I went to do it, they try to charge me their regular price of $34.99. Gilbert, the service manager, was very rude and he didn't have a good excuse. He just said we have to charge you regardless of what. I rather drive to another place to have it done for about the same price ($34.99) and not give this scammer the money. I will not go to this dealer again.

I had a great experience car shopping at Peruzzi Nissan. The salesperson, Boris, was very knowledgable about the car and went out of his way to help me understand the technology. I was really impressed. After I was done test driving, there was no pressure whatsoever to purchase. He also introduced me to his sales manager, who was very friendly and also low pressure. I ended up not purchasing a Nissan, but if I had, I certainly would have done so at Peruzzi.
