Ben and the service department were great. Ben kept me informed worked with the issue of insurance company not responding right away and then had to deal with parts delay and when it didn’t get done when he said it would, he provided me with a loaner car until he finished the job. I was very happy with the service, especially Ben’s committed effort to get the car repaired and back to me!

I brought my car in to be looked at by the “water guy” who only comes in on Tuesdays because my car had a leak somewhere and water was getting under the carpeting of the drivers side (front seat and back seat). Dropped it off Monday night, everyone was very friendly. Picked it up Wednesday night after it had been looked at, the leak had apparently been fixed, and we were told all the carpeting and padding had been pulled out and replaced, as well as some repairs to the wiper fluid system. Came out to about $600, which is fine. Except I picked it up and there is still water literally pooling under the drivers seat and the carpeting has obviously not been cleaning and the padding has not been replaced. Also still smelled heavily of mold and stale water. There was mold growing under the drivers seat and some items I had left under there that hadn’t even been moved. When I asked the service folks about this they acted like it wasn’t their problem, wouldn’t come out and speak with me and couldn’t find the invoice of the services that had been done. Didn’t even offer to refund us the money I had already paid. The receipt I got clearly said the front AND the back were supposed to be cleaned and dried out. Told me to make another appointment for the following Tuesday and sent me on my way. I’ve had fine experiences there for basic service before, but this was definitely not great customer service. When I called back later to speak with someone I was told they were too busy to deal with it and would call me back in the morning.

Very pleased with my recent purchase here. The only dealership that gave me a quick response with the price and estimated delivery time right away. Other dealerships kept asking several questions instead of simply giving a price. Ask for Sage or Sarah and enjoy smooth and honest experience without being pushed with aggressive selling tactics.

Once again Toyota Peruzzi does a wonderful job!! They are honest and do not pressure you into something you don’t want to do. Ben is the best!!! He is professional, kind, great customer service and gives you all the options for your car. I cannot say anything bad about this car dealership. They have the best prices too. I drive an hour because i feel comfortable that they will tell me the truth and do a reliable job. Thank you!

I’ve been taking my car to this dealership for service since 2015 and they have always been courteous and prompt with their responses. They do excellent work and explain any work that needs to be done in detail. They are not pushy and do only the work that you ask them to do.
