I purchased a 2014 Ford Transit from this dealership last week. Andrew, as well as the owner, were very professional and easy to work with. The Transit was sold at a very fair price and I was able to drive it off the lot sooner than expected. Overall, it was a very pleasant and stress-free purchase with a friendly staff.

Saw an ad on their site in September. Bought a truck from them, then not even hours later ad was permanently removed( had details of the truck what was done to it and ect.) but mind you there are cars that say sold on there and have been for months. The original lot on Southwestern manager / owner whatever very rude acting bothered when an issue came up with the truck when he finally made time to see the truck the warranty was almost up. Then I didn’t want to deal with that person. I decided to go to their Alden location and same deal just more run arounds it’s not this it’s that I fixed this but it wasn’t even fixed. And getting the manager/ owner whatever to call u back forget it. End result my truck is kinda of a lemon but I guess I’ve learned my lesson!

I will be filing a formal complaint with the DMV's inspections bureau this week...As well as have the inspection verified... Bought an suv for my wife from them... Before we got the vehicle we were told the tires would be replaced, breaks, and alinment would be done and the humming would be checked out more then likely a wheel bearing... Simple fix and would be ready to go when we picked it up... Since day 1 it needed work - tires, wheel bearing, alinment, breaks .... Vehicle should of never passed inspection with the tires being as worn out as they were (at the Tread wear Indicator Bars)... Dropped it off once and they had it for 2 weeks the only thing they fixed were the breaks... I call every week and have been told I will get a call back to schedule a date to fix the vehicle... Now a month later and calling every week still no answer back... At this point I will be reaching out to the Attorney General's consumer help line to find out what I can do to resolve the issues and or return the vehicle... Whats insaulting is the fact that my story is right... And not once have I spoken to anyone who identified as the owner... Only a woman and some tech who told me the owner would call me back and not once has anyone called me back... I will be stopping in to get copies of the reciepts for the work you so called did to the vehicle... If the wheel bearing was replaced them why is the vehicle humming the whole time its driven... If the alinment was done why is the stearing wheel pulling to the right... As far as having the dealer plate for to long your sales rep handled the dmv paperwork, not me... We provided everything that he told us to provide... you have made one attempt to fix this vehicle... The excuse was covid and parts not avaiable and would call me back... Just the fact that your throwing shade at the customer shows more than anything...

Aidin (and Andy, too) at the Alden (Broadway) branch was professional, kind, and respectful. The process was very quick and simple! I highly recommend this dealer and will certainly return there for my next car purchase.

I bought my 2007 Dodge Durango from Peter Kay Auto Sales about 3 moths ago. I had 2 small issues with the vehicle about 2 months ago after purchase. They repaired both, and didn't charge me! I am very pleased with my overall experience, and plan on buying a vehicle for my wife in the coming months.

After searching around for quite some time I came across a 2006 G6 at Peter Kay. Got the car at a great price, and Mike at the North Tonawanda store was able to get me an interest rate that was less than half of what every other dealership was able to get for me, and made the buying process sweet and simple. I absolutely love my new car, it was delivered on time and looking great! Would definitely recommend!

The car buying experience was very easy and smooth here. They are prompt and anything that needs to be done to the car is done before you pick up the car. The staff at Alden is very friendly, and Mike from North Tonawanda is very helpful.

My experience at the North Tonawanda location was an absolute nightmare. The staff was so very unprofessional, they never returned phone calls, they had told my husband and I we were financed on his income alone, before a raise, but then went back on their word, and without our knowledge, pulled the extended warranty we had opted for out of the deal. We literally had to hunt them down to get information. We did buy the car, and so far 5 things have went wrong with it. I had called several times to ask for an appt. at the Alden location to get the issues repaired ( 2 of these issues they knew about before we even took the vehicle off of the lot) and every time I called, they promised they would get in touch with the other location and I would receive a call back, and still to this day have not received a call back. Absolutely horrible business, I would not recommend to anyone.

I found a Buick I was interested in seeing on auto.com advertised by Peter Kay in Alden.seeming I was to be in Alden that weekend I asked to see the car."Nope not here it's in our lot in Erie and we don't have a driver to go get it"But we have other cars I hate it when they advertise something and don't have it thinking they will get you to buy something else.

The overall process as outstanding. The dealership people especially Aidan worked very well with me to get the deal completed. Great experience. One small caveat was the timeframe for them to get my registration and new plates, took 3 weeks. Not much of an issue but would like to see this happen quicker. Would definitely be my first stop when looking for a used vehicle.
