It was our first time buying from a dealer, new or used, and Rodney and Bryan Osborne were very helpful, with no high pressure pitch. Rodney ensured even the little touches, such as securing the dealer plate differently so it did not make sounds when test-driving, and having the car ready when planned so we could bring it to our mechanic for a pre-sale inspection. Follow-up has been good and they did everything as promised. We were a cash-sale, and the check-out / paperwork process surprisingly took well over an hour, but everyone who we interacted with was friendly and professional.

Worked with Brian and Kevin on trading in my car and getting me into something newer with less miles. They paid attention to what I was looking for in a car as well as what my expectations were for financing. Weren’t pushy or trying to up sell me. In and out quickly with a full tank of gas and a great experience which I have never had at a dealership.

All around the experience was great. They made sure I was in a vehicle I was happy with and ran it by the mechanics so I would feel 100% confident in the vehicle i was purchasing. They were the only place I was able to find a vehicle matching all of the qualifications that the bank needed to approve a loan. Bryan was super nice and helped me out! Rodney helped ALOT when it came down to all the stuff I needed, he did an awful lot of running back and forth to answer every question i had and made sure everything was perfect before I left! Awesome people, awesome atmosphere. 10/10 This will be the only place I will purchase vehicles from now on.

Easy breezy. Bought a Scion for my daughter. Not only was the sale easy but the after has been as well. I have bought a few different cars over the years and if I have ever had any issue it was resolved immediately. With this particular car, the previous owner had painted the interior plastic trim sparkly blue. NAY NAY I say, so the sales team kept the car for a couple of days and when I went to pick it up, voila! good as it new. All sparkles gone back to standard carbon fiber. Thanks to Rodney Osbourne, Brian, Darren and Kevin. You have always ta\ken care of me and anybody I send!

We went to Peters because there was a car my husband wanted to look at. I had been looking for months for a vehicle to replace mine that needed some major repair. They had 1 that I liked, so we bought the one for him and the 1 for me. Mine has given us trouble since day 2. We took it back to the repair shop at Peters and they basically blew us off. We took it to a dealership and they told us what was wrong and the repairs would cost over $2500.00. We did purchase the GWC insurance and took it the one of their "authorized" repair shop who kept my car for 2 days and told us they could not fix it and we would have to take it to the dealership. Doesn't do you much good to have extended protection if their authorized repair shops can't fix the problem. My husband did call Peters and NOW they want to take a look at my car. TOO LITTLE TOO LATE. I would NEVER buy another car from them. When we purchased my vehicle, the sales manager Byron said he knew the previous owner and that they had always taken good care of their cars, well obviously not. If I was going to spend this kind of money and repairs, I would have spent it on my old car and not taken on a car payment. I work for an employer in Guilford County that employs over 10,000 people, you know what they say you tell 2 friends and they tell 2 friends and so on. I would go to a dealership vs. Peters, you are much better off.

I didn't know what to expect when I walked into Peters Auto Mall Budget Center. My car had died and I knew that my credit was not the greatest. Ben Bradshaw came to talk to me and told me that they would work with me and my credit and get me into something according to my financial needs. He showed me a few vehicles and allowed me to test drive them. I came to the conclusion of one that I liked. Not only did he workout a great payment for me, but my family and I are extremely happy with my new Chevy Equinox. Ben was very professional, patient and knowledgeable of his products and I would definitely recommend friends and family to see him if they ever needed a vehicle. worst decision of my life was buying a car from these guys. the service center are lying deceiving, disrespectful. car has more issues than before bringing it in for a whole list of issues that they acted like it did not exist and the car was normal just to save money and not do a full service that was promise by the car dealer before buying the car.it was a huge waste of time and money . if anyone that works there is reading this im sure you know who i am, lets just say I don't like when people try to play me , let alone treat me with disrespect. dont even have time to explain how bad every single thing was about buying this car. luckily this my last time ever buying a used car. im not the type of xxxxxxx brag about my job, social status and money but thank god im not a low life working at a car dealership for the rest of my life.

I had a great experience with Peters Budget Center. I knew the car I wanted and Mr. Campbell worked out a deal I could afford. He went out of his way to get me my PT Cruiser. A few days later I had a few issues with the car and the service dept. fixed them up no charge. I am well pleased with the car and Peters Auto Mall.

I was out shopping for a car, knowing what to buy, yet I knew the price I wanted to pay. My salesman, Eric McCray, was a awesome salesperson, Not the pushy type in selling the car, he took my interests, my suggestions, my thoughts, and showed me on what they had to sell. Myself, and husband looked around, took as much time that we needed to get the car we wanted. We found our perfect car, the price was right, the service was excellent, and we are very pleased and satisfied the service we got there. The finance manager, Courtney Garris, was so very nice, excellent manager, gotten all our paperwork together in no time at all, great service there also. We spoke to Kevin, upon leaving, letting him know, the best service his workers provide, and very happy we gone to the Peters Auto Mall. So eliminate all other car dealers, just visit Peters Auto Mall in High Point, North Carolina, where fast, accurate service you get, it all starts right here.I would recommend this dealership, and go there always to purchase a car in years to come. Salesmen were very rude to me and would never call me back to keep me updated and told me that I couldn't ask questions I would never shop here again and I've told all of my family and friends what a bad experience I had here which is sad because 3 of them were actually going to buy a car from them but decided aganist it.

Went to Peters Auto Mall with my husband, he was very willing and as for me I was not, but after getting there and meeting his sales guy Don I was starting to feel a little better and then I met the sales manager Bryan Osborne and knew right away I was in the right place, they took very good care of us and made it the best car buying experience my husband ever had. I was traveling from South Carolina when my sun roof blew off en route to High Point. It was my 50th birthday. The overcast was cloudy and rain began to fall. My heart dropped with fear. I called DeeDee. She calmed my fears with reassurance to either lead me to repairs or find a another variable solution. I trusted her and proceeded to go on with my celebration not worryingly fearful about her ability to lead me to a solution. On the day of my return to my home, I entered the lot nervously. She reassured me immediately when I noticed my Escape. She had the mechanics check my vehicle while I test drove the Ford Escape. I fell in love with the SUV as she ever so patiently demonstrated its features. Her patient calming delivery gave me time to think without pressure. She took the time to explain every small but relevant detail and assisted me by making the calls herself. She gave me tea and pointed me to close eating establishments while I waited. Long story short, I drove home through tumultuous rains covered by the grace of God through His daughter in a 2012 Ford Escape leaving my 2006 Mazda Tribute. Happy Birthday to me and thank DeeDee!

I just wanted to say that I am thoroughly impressed with Peter's Auto Mall, I bought a car from them a few months ago the man who sold the car to me was Don Brown who is awesome go see him, he will take care of you and I'm sure any of the car salesman who but Don is awesome. Recently I was in a car wreck and needed things looked at I wasn't sure at first of bring my car back to the Peter's auto mall to get my car serviced but I had one of the best experiences with them and I wanted to give a big shout out to Dustin who did a great job and was patient with someone who isn't as educated on cars, thank y'all so much for everything and a big shout out to Kevin Peter's for having such great people working for his awesome business!!!! Drove the vehicle off the lot home and had a bad skip; brought back with two other needed repairs on the promise everything would be fixed. Picked up the vehicle again and still no change in bad skip and had a transmission message. They took to be repaired again and poor communication between Peters and them; vehicle sat for 2-3 weeks without a contact from them. They finally called to say we had to split the cost of a new transmission 50/50! Didn't even drive the vehicle a full week and had traded in my vehicle! I've paid one car payment and another is due for a vehicle I haven't driven a week and still don't have. Was told it was possible to get another vehicle and now told can't. I would never recommend anyone go through this inconvenience!

This man gave an SUV to a ministry I work with and then when I posted about a homeless man who was saving money to get out of the woods and get a job, Kevin peters went and gave him one too. What a great man of God and many of the employees were so kind to the homeless man as well. Praise The Lord for great business people on this planet who care more about people than profits!

I just purchased a 2008 F250. The rear brakes locked up two weeks later. Patrick told me their 50/50, 1000 mile, 30 day warranty only applied if I brought it to them. I live in Wilmington and couldn't drive it . Patrick and Big Joe went to work on the problem. I had it fixed in Wilmington and sent them the bill. Patrick called me the next day and agreed to honor their 50%. They went out of their way to help. They are good folks to deal with.

Never in my life have i had such a poor experience with a dealership. This would have been my third purchase from these guys and they allowed a punk sales rep to destroy the deal. No access to manager to complain only lies. I have been pre approved for finacing and was told they go through this company........hmmmmm come to find out they don't. Between the lies, lack of response and poor quality sales team you ave lost a long time customer. I fully intend to tell anyone who will listen about the events and recommend they go else where. These people are liars. My truck caught on FIRE an hour after I bought it and the whole under body of the truck is badly rusted out. They had to fix a brake line before I left and lied about doing it. I had to take it to be repaired two days later ( same thing) The brake line and air conditioner costed me $236 to fix. The Manager told me that he would make sure that these things would fixed before I got the truck back. A week later I tried to buy new tires and they had to call a welder in to heat up the springs (because they were so rusty) to be able to install the new keys. That costed me an extra $290. On top of all that trouble, I have been waiting on the tags for almost TWO months, they have been blaming my state DMV and today I find out that is is them.The girl SARAH that processed the paperwork put on it that I was transferring the tag but told me that she could not do that because she had already done the paperwork for a NEW tag. Well, she sent the paperwork in the transfer the tag. Only problem is that she told me to turn the old tag in. I am very disgusted with these people. If they will cheat one our boys in the military then what else will they do. I have been lied to for two months. My son is overseas fighting for this country and people do this to him. He was trying to buy him a nice truck before he come home in June and I have to steady fix stuff.

I feel very cheated. I brought my car a year ago and two months later I seen a two year newer car than mine for the same price. I was disappointed but didn't say anything. Then the car had some other issues and I got it fixed a month into having the car. Here I am a year later and was going to trade in for something newer since it is a 2008 at CarMax and they tell me my car has frame damage and it will always affect my Carfax and Peter's NEVER told me that and I OVERPAID for my car. Will never buy there again. My car salesman was very nice but I feel like I was taking advantage of.

Go see Big Joe! I knew what I could afford, and he tried to show me the more expensive Mini, but when I told him what I wanted, he went and got it. Very easy going and easy to work with. I purchased my car through this dealership a little over a year ago for $17,000. The people I dealt with were dishonest. I was not told of any damages to the car I purchased until AFTER I had signed the paperwork and completed the purchase. Dealerships are required to disclose such pertinent information, especially when the damages are as excessive as they were in my case. My car had been involved in two significant impacts with a ditch; air bags deployed, body frame damage (so severe the car was towed). In addition to these facts, my car was purchased by Peter Auto Mall at an auto auction where it was announced to have frame damage and had been used as a rental/lease vehicle. None of this information was disclosed to me in my dealings with this business. Keep in mind that these are not damages that could be seen during inspection of the vehicle by the average consumer. A year later, I am unable to sell this vehicle because the value with these damages is only half of what I paid and still owe. Also, my purchase included a year of free oil changes. During my first oil change, my car was further damaged and this business refused to take responsibility for the problems that occurred as a result of their errors. When I tried to negotiate a solution that was in the best interest of both parties, the owner made promises to take care of the situation. Weeks later, nothing had been resolved and I again tried speaking to them in person. The owner told me to et the hell out of his office I am a single mother and depended on these individuals to sell me a car that was worth my hard earned money. Now, a year and a half later, I stand to lose a lot of money because of their unethical business practices.
