Love this Dealership! Bought my 17 Rubicon there new. Hard to find model and they went above and beyond to find it. I flew to go drive it back so they could do the make ready here. Jack in the Elite dept was excellent at doing my leveling kit and bull bar and LED light bar and floods. Lonnie is a great guy. Glad to see he moved up in the organization. Andrew took great care of me in service after that. Now he has a well deserved promotion. Miguel is my service writer now and took excellent care of me too. All my service has been done at the dealership and has kept my Jeep running like new. Can't say enough how great my experiences have been there. Would never take my Jeep anywhere else!

Best Automobile purchase experience ever! I drove over from Louisiana because I heard that Peters' Ram had the best selection and staff. I was not disappointed at all. Inventory was great, sales staff was very nice and answered all my questions. I can't thank my salesman, Mykal Navarre enough! I was dreading the finance portion of the deal, but shouldn't have. None of the 'back and forth' to the Sales Manager routine, which I have done many times. They just ran my credit, shopped for the best rate, and I was out of there in less than an hour, start to finish. I highly recommend using this dealership. I will use them again!

What an amazing buying experience! Recently bought a 2018 Ram 2500 from Peters Elite and was 110% satisfied with the purchase. Keith Bounds is a phenomenal salesman and made the purchase effortless and promising. He was extremely quick with his response time, honest and willing to even FaceTime me at 8PM showing me the truck. Hard and honest worker, 10/10 would do business with them again. We purchased 3 vehicles 2 months ago. My spouse's truck has been in their shop since Tuesday, September 2,2021. There's is NO update when or if they can fix it!! They can't figure out the problem. We've been very patient through this whole process. Now it's getting ridiculous! We pay $2,000 a month for 2 vehicle's. We have 5 children that have sports and other things we have to attend to. My husband can't go back to work until his truck is working! So we're not only sharing one vehicle, but also putting alot of miles on one vehicle. He works in west Texas and thank God his boss is understanding. Every since our salesman Steven quit our service has been awful. Fed up with all the miscommunication or no communication! Peter's needs to step up their game. Done venting now. Have a blessed day.

I promised myself I would never go back to Peter's when I bought my new $60k Chevy truck over a year ago. But I found myself at the Dodge Chrysler side. It was night and day difference and they saved Peter's reputation from my point of view. They went above and beyond and it was a super fast transaction. They had my new Pacifica ready when I arrived. They treated me like a valued customer. I will return to the these guys...just not the Chevy side. And I plan to trade up to the High Country Chevy next year. But anytime I want a new Chrysler, Dodge or Jeep I will return.
