Purchased an automobile in 2020 from Peterson Auto group and everything went great except their management wouldn't help me in any regard as far as pricing or even providing a second key for my new car. Recently tried to purchase a second car from them and they would not come down $300 on the purchase price of a $17,000 car. I get the feeling that they're only concerned with their bottom line pricing. Their salesman are easy to work with but their sales management team are unyielding. Very disappointed.
