Very helpful. They reached out when I asked on cars.com and gave me a lot of information about the vehicle I was interested in. It wasn't available at the time and my wife found a vehicle that she liked better. Professional and courteous internet department!

I was so inpressed with the new facilities at Petro Nissan! Knowledgeable and informative staff actually showed me not just told me what I needed to service or replace and WHY! Wow, what a refreshing experience. The entire process was so fast and easy. Way to go Petro, great job on updates, friendly staff and quality service.

I looked at a used car from Petro. The salesman Ken was great and not pushy. He did knew I was coming via email (from this site) so he researched the car i was interested which helped answer my questions. I bought the car "as is", no warranty but when i got home that night I had a problem with it. The issue was a very hard one to find so I truly believe they did not know about it. Petro fixed the car without hassel and Ken kept me informed the whole way. I would definitely recommend this dealership and seeing Ken!

It seems that service dept. is not on the same page. After wife spent hours at the dealership for them to figure out why the engine light (2009 Rouge) was on, they set up a time (a week later) to come back for repair as they had to order the parts. A week later, when she called about getting the repair done that morning, the service person can't find the parts order in their system. She had to go over the next day and talk to original service person. He checked with parts/service and found that one part was still not available, so it was overnighted to the dealership. My wife had to make a third trip (45 minutes one way) to the dealership before warranty service was performed.

They sold me a lemon and refused to honor my warranty to give me a new car.. mind you this car wasn't even USED !!!!! They are very unprofessional. They are rude ! I will never ever buy a car from them every again. !

They act like they really don't want to talk to you unless you want a new car. Don't go there for a used car. They are only interested in being the volume leader dealership. The staff is really inattentive. The person at the front desk would really rather not help. The sales force doesn't want to talk about any of the used cars on their lot. They just call you a fool for not buying a NEW Nissan. Guess all they are interested in is getting top sales in their house brand. Spend you money somewhere else.
