Service was great! The body shop did a WONDERFUL JOB fixing the damage on my car and the repair time was much shorter than I anticipated. My car literally looked brand new after repairs. I have had previous repair work done on my car at Phil Fitts and it was great. Tony is great and really knows his stuff! He was a pleasure to work with. Michele is a sweetheart and always a pleasure to work with. I'm a stickler for good customer service and the staff/employees that I have dealt with (body shop, cashiers etc) at Phil Fitts have exceeded my expectations!

The work they did on my Dodge Challenger is flawless. From paint to installation they payed very good attention to detail. They also did it in a very short time frame and even detailed it spotless before they returned it. I will definitely be returning.

Awesome body shop! My car looked brand new and the body work and paint looked flawless. They had my car in and out in no time! This is by far the best experience I've had at a dealership and will continue to have my escape serviced here and will come back when it comes time to purchase a new vehicle.

I dealt with Tony Oliva a local guy I've known for years. Tony is top notch and you'll never regret dealing with him. The work I've gotten out of Tony and his guys as always been good and dependable. Rest easy if you have Tony taken care of you!

Luke was amazing. He was very talkative and made me feel comfortable. He also listened to our concerns and helped us find the best deal. Even after having the car for a few days, any issues I could contact him and he took care of it. Would recommend!
