Do not buy a car from here. The salesperson Kelly didn't know what she was doing. She didn't know any prices of the cars and tried several times to sell me on a car out of my budget. They also ran my credit first. I didn't end up buying a car there because I felt like the dealer was trying to screw me over. I ended up finding the same car with lower mileage and way cheaper at Peak Kia Chapel Hills.

Our sales representative, Robert Strange, was most gracious and attentive to our somewhat disorganized shopping. We weren't sure what we wanted when we started out. He was patient with us, did not hurry us! Once we made the decision on our purchase, he and the Manger, Jeff Bentley, treated us with 'white glove' consideration. The Lincoln Experience was just what it should be!

I am as picky as goldielocks, frugile, and I like to take my time, read and research every last detail. I had my salesman pull safety specs and fuel efficiency ratings for dozens of cars and work out comparisons for buying new ones as well. My salesman Jason Cowen was very patient and helpful, even staying later than closing at an off site sale and calling me to insure I recieved my paperwork. He asked specific questions that allowed him to show me to the two cars I needed. He listened carefully and I actually learned more from him about what I was searching for as he got to know me better. He was detail oriented, professional, polite, and friendly. I enjoyed his sense of humor and kindness that made this large purchase easy. They have an extremely large selection and I ended up getting one of my cars brought in from Denver. He was able to remember and recall facts about and my reactions to dozens of vehicles so I didn't need to take notes like I usually do. The negotiation, finance team, and service team were all polite and patient as well. I would recommend Phil long to a friend for their selection and pricing, but I would make sure I called Jason and told him that I had a friend coming in so I could gaurentee that they receieved the same experience I had.

After reading the reviews posted, I have to say they had a turn over in staff and management. I have had rough financial situations as of lately. When I first arrived at the lot after talking on the phone I was treated respectfully, and asked many questions as to what I was looking for. Sure to the nature of this lot, you are generally the type shopping for a specific payment, and they work to meet what requests you may have at that payment. When I first came in I was undecided on exactly what I wanted to get my family. After viewing a few vehicles I was able to narrow down what we wanted. After deciding that we wanted a newer mini van, that is when the dealership started working hard. I didn't settle on the first visit and street two weeks of looking and fairly consistent contact we found our van. After reviewing the photos and looking over the contract I went ahead and signed for the deal and vehicle. The only problem encountered was the vehicle had to be shipped from another location, and subject to our final test drive/inspection. It did take 3 days for the vehicle to arrive from Denver as there were miscommunications between dealers etc. But as soon as it arrived we were allowed to drive, inspect etc at our convenience even though the lot was due to close. As we sat down to finalize the last documents our salesman took it to be fueled up, ran it through the car wash again, and touched up the interior. This all occurred on the salesmans day off. They worked hard for me to find what I wanted/needed and never rushed a single portion of the process, good hearted people overall that I would recommend anyone to!

WORST Dealership in Colorado Springs. We purchased a used Ford Ranger with ODOMETER FRAUD. They NEVER notified us of mileage discrepancy. The mileage was off 100,000 miles. The dealership kicked us around two weeks, and the customer service was INCREDIBLY POOR. Never wanted to solve the issue, just wanted the car back so they could sell it to someone else. I would never recommend this dealership to anyone unless they have some sort of legal council. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.

I should have listened to the people who told me not to go here before I went here, but I didn't listen and now I feel stupid.First of all, they gave me a new guy who knew literally nothing, and that wouldn't be so bad if someone would have helped the guy and me, which they didn't until we were on the sales floor ready to start doing paperwork. I gave them a very specific list of what I needed in a car, which they promptly threw out the window in favor of showing me cars I could not afford and did not have anything I asked for. I didn't start seeing cars within my specifics until I yelled at someone. Finally we found a nice focus and sat down to haggle. After getting the price down to where I needed it I kept having trouble getting the guy to show me lower APRs. In fact he never did, despite me knowing what my APR should be. In the end I was tired of playing the game, and I wasn't going to buy this car anymore anyway, so I told him what I wanted my monthly payment to be, which I knew was within reason of the price of the car, and he immediately jumped up and became very rude. I will not go back to this dealership, and I will tell everyone I know never to go here.

First, I spoke with someone over the phone named Mikey Campbell. This person told me he'd be there until 8:30 pm and gave me exact directions to the used car building. When we got there, no one had ever heard of this person, they figured he actually works at another location and was supposed to meet me, but didn't. Then, the guy asked if he could look at the car we'd be trading in to see the condition and look at the mileage. Next thing we know, the manager has driven off in our car for a "test drive"....WITHOUT ASKING US FIRST! Then they told us that car was worth about $7500, but they could probably go up to $8600. Kelly Blue Book on the car is $11,000, so that was ridiculous. Then they showed me a dirty minivan that smelled like cat pee, which they wanted $6900 for. Final offer was to trade in our $11000 car and $6000 car (still $7000 on the loan) for the cat-pee-van. Needless to say, we left and won't be back.

Went to Phil Long to buy a used car and test drove several. I noted many deficiencies and pointed them out to the salesman and asked would these be fixed by the dealership if I put a down payment to hold the car. His reply was no, I would have to pay for anything wrong at my expense. Phil Long Dealership is run by a bunch of amateurs and crooks trying to act like a reputable dealership. Do not even waste your time at Phil Long and if you do step on their lot run away as fast as you can when you see slick Willie the salesman approach.

We had a terrible experience here. They tried to sell us a car that was in an accident and denied it had been. The rear bumper had a new paint job and chipped paint, it wasn't flush with the body as well. I pointed this out and they tried to tell me it came off the line like that. They never return phone calls. They like to play songs in the main lobby by Nine Inch Nails, so if you don't want your children to hear "I want to $at*# you like an animal" then don't come here. For Those Who Don't know Much about Purchasing a Vehicle:1) Make sure YOU know the Blue Book Definition of "Excellent Condition" dealerships will try to tell you "this vehicle is in excellent condiotion, and they will charge you the price of a "excellent condition" car, if there has been ANY work done on the car such as paint or spots anywhere inside they are required to sell it as "good condition" which is cheaper.2) Josh Merks (manager of the used cars at the north ford location) will try to tell you (if you are trading in a vehicle) that they are "Private Owners" therefor give you the quote of your tradein as a private owner. This is WRONG, they are a dealership and need to give you the tradein value for a dealership.3) Sales people will ask you, "What kind of car payment are you hoping to get?" NEVER answer this question because they will try to get you around that payment when in reality they may be able to sell you the car for less then what you are "able" to pay. Always negotiate the price of the car and then in the end decide if the payment is to high then tell them i can't pay that if it is to high for you. So tell them "Well I guess my payment will determine how much you charge for the vehicle."4) MAKE SURE you know the price of the warranty you are purchasing, call around to different dealerships and get quotes. Josh Merks told us he was "taking off" the Doc fee the dealership charges which was 500$ (making us think we were getting a good deal), then come to find out he added that to the warranty price. At first he was very adamant about "not being able to" tell us the price of the warranty (and YES they can tell you, he just hadn't done the math yet in his head) but then he tells us 1,800$ for 100K mile bumper to bumper. For 100K mile bumper to bumper you should NEVER pay more then 1,300. So make sure BEFORE you sign papers you know exactly how much they are charging for the warranty. 5) Last, we were looking at a vehicle from them and on the lot they had it priced at $3,000 MORE then what they had it posted for online. They have to give you what it is posted as online. When we told them this they tried telling us that the price it was on the lot was including taxes, this was a lie of course. When buying a car ALWAYS know that they can go down AT THE VERY LEAST $2,500 off the sticker price. You can get them even lower then that so NEVER settle for them taking off less then $2,500 from the sticker price, if you do they are ripping you off and they will if you let them.this dealership is terrible, even after we spoke to one of the head managers Doug, he was nice but he too never returned our phone call. They will be sweet as pie to you if they think they will sell, but if you don't buy their attitudes change. We came back after we got a loan and all of a sudden they were nice to us again because now we had the money be careful with this dealership.

Had nice little vehicle to begin with, low miles, basic, but never had an issue with it, moved here from another state where we never had bad weather, but once winter set in I realized my simple, reliable little car wasn't going to make it to where I was working (approx. 15 miles from home, up hills and so on, working night shift)Went to Phil Long, found another car, larger, all wheel drive, looked good, ran great, and since I test drove it in bad weather I felt very comfortable. Didn't expect to get financing due to a new address, new job, but I did without issue. Traded my good little car in for this new one. The new one had black scuff marks on the front bumper, "oh no problem, we will fix that for you, give us a call and we will set that appointment right up"......3 weeks later, I'm still trying to get the scuff marks fixed. The car starts freaking out, dies everytime I turn around, won't start when I need to leave, makes bad noises..etc. Was under a 6 month power train warrantee...they say I have to bring the car in for it to be checked, I can't start the stupid thing, and not paying for a tow truck! "Ma'am, we need you to bring the car in to determine if this is covered under your warrantee"Called the good for nothing finance company, told them I wanted OUT of the contract, the car didn't run, by this time I had not been to work and lost my job, I went ahead and paid 2 months of payments, and since the thing sat in my driveway going no where I canceled insurance, OOPS..penalty charges! Phil Long washed their hands of this, they refused to help me, because I accepted the car as is with a 6 month power train warrantee and wasn't dishing out the funds for a tow truck (I felt this was their responsability, not mine) they was not going to help me. 6 months later, many tears, cussing and no payments made (finance company called threatning over and over while I was giving them my address and directions to come get the stupid car) they came, car in tow (ya know because it wouldn't run and hadn't for 5 flippin months at that time) I am being billed over 3 grand for a car I was able to use for 3 or 4 weeks! Because the dealership has NO records of me ever calling or trying to set up service and the dates and me writing down names of people I talked to are not valid proof that I was trying....there's nothing I can do. Knowing what I know now, I should have put concrete blocks in the trunk of the other car, switched to the day shift and kept that little thing! Whoever has that one has a great car.....I'm still paying for something I had 2 years ago! There are lemon laws, but if you buy and refuse to pay 400 bucks for a tow truck....your out of luck!

They lied to me to sell me that car. They did not tell me Saturn has a return gaurantee. There service is awfula nd if you have a problem there is no one to complain to and you are told you are the problem not them. My advice after dealing with Phil Long for 5 years...RUN RUN FOR YOUR LIFE!!

Has to be the worst dealership in the state. Went to them looking for a car and it seemed like since I rolled up in my ugly, old, POS Honda Civic that I drive as my Commuter that they didn't want to help me. I tried getting several sales persons to help me, but they all were very rude and would not help me. I went home, got my new Mercedes and showed up to every sales person wanting to sell me anything. I found the car that I liked and bought it from a different dealership. After complaining about my customer service, I found out that I'm not the only one that has problem with them. Luckily I've never taken my car in for service, apparently they break more than they fix.
