Matt was especially helpful in assisting us find a car that not only fit our budget but also our preferences and our needs as a family. Honestly I consider it above and beyond that not only did he show us cars, but he showed us cars that we may like when the outdoor temperature was -3. When I went into the dealership I didn't have much hope of getting financed as I haven't bought anything on credit in over 12 years so with very limited options for me, my saleswoman beyond professional and treated me with every courtesy. Liz found me a very good vehicle, gave me what I was wanting trade. she able to also get me the payment I could afford. I have had multiple disappointments recently with car dealers in Pueblo, Denver, and locally in Canon City. I was getting discouraged, but thought I would try one more time to get a Pilot. Matt was very courteous, patient, and understanding while making a nearly impossible deal happen. All of the employees involved in my purchase were very professional, honest, and NOT pushy. They were able to get me in the car I wanted, even with the negative equity I had on my trade. my 2011 toyota corolla was being towed from Raton to Trinidad on June 1,2011 for service, which they found out it was only a battery. Up to date the battery has not arrived from Denver,CO. Instead they gave me a battery off another vehicle after 3 wks.I specifically told them not to let anybody drive it. After a month of waiting for the car, they finally drove it back to Raton with quite a bit of damages and now no one wants to be responsible or liable. exterior and interior wear clean and free of any damage. full tank of gas, when it arrived it was filthy and damaged and no gas. what a shame i have to write this because no one wants to take responsability for their actions. As of today, July 11,2011 I took the car to MM Towing Company to check the damages, they inspected the car to see if they caused the damages, which they stated it was Phil Long Co. that did the damages and is liable. I have tried contacting the general manager, but all i get is a run around.

I have been taking my car in for service at the garage for 15 years, since it was Circle Chevrolet. I have always been pleased with their friendly staff. Now that Phil Long has come to town it has even been better! I worked with a gentleman named Pete who informed me by email and also called me to let me know what was wrong with my car. I received my vehicle fixed the same day and have had no problems since.

The dealership personnel were very enjoyable to work with. My salesperson, James, made the process of buying a car easy and painless. Robert did our loan paperwork in less than 15 minutes. He explained the paperwork in detail and made me feel comfortable. The manager, Shawn, greeted us as we walked in the store and was very helpful in finding the right vehicle for me. I will be buying and servicing all of my vehicles with Phil Long Toyota in the future.
