I can't say enough good about you guys. I just went in to the service department, without an appointment, because a part on my bike rack had broken off. Jeanette just put down everything, checked the warranty, checked the inventory, said not to worry, they would replace it. They did it right then and there, and also washed and vacuumed my car! The whole reason we changed from BMW's was to hopefully get better service than we were getting from BMW. We sure hit that nail on the head!! You guys have never let us down and you have exceeded expectations every single time we've dealt with you. BRAVO!!! and thanks so much.

Personal aspects of the customer service, like Jeanette putting the oil filter and drain plug gasket in my car so that it'd be there when I picked it up. A ride to work is another good example.Also, I appreciated the feedback on alignment and that I didn't need it. The price of total service, which included putting my new tires on was $0 and so that was a big bonus for Friday!It will be nice for everyone when the remodel is done.

Set up an appointment to go look at a vehicle and buy the car, got to the dealership they didn't have the vehicle I looked at on cars.com and said they wouldn't have it for another 4 days. It was like they didn't even want to sell a car that day! Luckely I went to the dealership next door and there both owned by the same company. They went and got the car for me and I drove it with my wife and we bought it that day!! The Subaru dealership lost out because of pure laziness in my opinion! I won't ever recommend anyone to go there!

We purchased a new Outback and had an easy experience. We had researched trade in and new car values and decided to purchase one of two vehicles (not same brand) based on the better deal. Suburu was right on target in first offer and then found the auto we wanted and delivered it directly. We were "trained" and had questions answered but had several additional issues with the high tech components. Each time I went asking for help they were out the door to see what they could do to help. Brian seems to be their sound system guru and learned how to sync my specific phone to new system. I'm sure we will be back as we use more of the features but I am comfortable in asking for help.

I bought a used Honda Civic from Phil Meador Subaru. The dealer was great, he answered all my questions, and made me feel really comfortable and confident about buying from them. I live in Boise and the dealership is in Pocatello (over 200 miles away) they had the car shipped to Boise for me! The car was not overpriced and was everything I was told it would be, and more. My overall experience with them was awesome, and I would absolutely recommend them to friends and family!

Requested information on a vehicle through cars.com and was contacted that same day by a dealership representative, who secured information from me and promised to call me back the following day. I never received a call back, despite following up via email. Needless to say, I purchased a vehicle somewhere else.

This is our fourth Subaru and by far Julie and the sales staff went over the top to make sure we were satisfied. My wife and I are pretty picky about were we spend our money. We will gladly recommend Jilie and this dealer. Julie and us looked at all the cars that fit our budget and verious options for each car. Juliev had indepth knowledge of the plus and minuis.

Julie was very courteous and knowledgeable regarding the Subaru Outback we were looking at. When we decided to purchase one we were treated very professionally and our demands were met. We ordered an accessory (side door moldings) for our beautiful Sky Blue Subaru. Delivery was a little slow, but when we finally received them they added a very sporty look and hopefully will keep doors from marking our new vehicle. Thank you Julie we love our new Subaru.

Joe was wonderful to work with. He found me the exact car I asked for, and gave me the best price from any dealership. He also gave me the most for my trade-in vehicles by far over any other dealership. He stayed in contact with me, and personally delivered the vehicle and picked up the trade-ins. In my opinion he went above and beyond expectations, and gave me the best experience I have ever had with dealing with a dealership... which is the only way I have ever bought a vehicle. When I want to buy another vehicle I will for sure be going back to Joe.

Various reasons brought us to seek out a vehicle to trade in our Mitsubishi Outlander for, something which was done much earlier than we expected. We looked at a few different vehicles but because of our recent purchase and complete satisfaction with our Suraru Legacy we went back to Phil Meador Subaru in Pocatello. We have now purchased a 2011 Subaru Outback Limited to replace our Outlander.Once again we were given, what we believe, was a great deal on both the trade and new vehicle. However over and above that we again experienced a stress free and pleasant experience with all the pople we were involved with. The three gentleman we delt with are above all honest, straight forward and professional, you could ask for nothing more in the process of purchasing a new vehicle, esprcially when you were not expecting to be purchasing this soon, another new one.This dealership is a rare exception/gem when compared to the norm, as we have discovered from our many recent visits to other area dealerships for other car manufactures. Many of the new vehicles are basicly equal in most areas, the tipping point for us once again was the dealership and it's people.

I have been purchasing new vehicles every four years or so for over 40 years. I choose to put up with little nonsence when looking for a new vehicles and have walked out of many dealerships over the years, even if I wanted the vehicle they sold, just beacuse of the sales people and managers.When looking for a new vehicle a few months ago one of the vehicles we were considering was a Subaru Legacy which took us to Phil Meador Subaru. In comparing several different automobile brands we found several that we liked and fit our needs. The final determining factor in selecting the Subaru came down to how we were treated by our sales person, finance manager and general manager. These gentleman at Phil Meador were absoutly the greatest to work with. Everything they said was truthful and there were no hidden surprises or nonsence associated with this purchase. You will not find an easier place to purchase a vehicle, not withstanding the Subaru Legacy Limited 3.6R with Nav is a high quality vehicle we are totally impressed with.

So I decide what I want, then ask multiple dealers if they can provide it and how much it will cost -- simple, efficient and comfortable.
