He was 100% dedicated to getting us into the car we needed and wanted and that was in out budget.As far as time frames go we went in with the intent to just look to see what was out there and were pleasantly surprised to leave that same night with what we were looking for. Sean was never pushy or made us feel pressured or rushed. I felt like we were his number one priority when we were there. We ended up purchasing a 2010 Chevy Traverse and feel like this will be a very reliable car for our family of 4 boys for lots of time to come!! Went and looked a vehicle that i was going to purchase and told them I had a vehicle to trade in. Everything was going great until they offered me less than half of my vehicles value and 2 grand less than rough trade in. We are talking about a 7K + difference. They tried to tell me that Kelly blue book is what they use for vehicle trade ins not NADA. So I asked why then are you trying to sell me the vehicle that is priced using NADA and was actually almost $1,600 over high blue book. He then tried to tell me he didn't know what the price guideline was and that it was set by another dealership and that is was not the Toyota store that set the price. Well last time I checked it was on the lot owned by Phil Meador and all of their prices are off NADA guidelines. So why wouldn't NADA trade in values apply? He then began to make excuses as to why the trade in value was sooo low and the sale price of the new car. He tried to tell me that banks and credit unions don't use NADA and that they use Kelly and so does the dealership. Obviously they don't as all of their vehicles are priced off of NADA values. He then began arguing with me about it by trying to convince me I was wrong and that their offer was a good one. He then tried to get me to tell him what would make me happy on the trade value by asking what it needed to be in order to make it work. I told him that his offer wasn't reasonable. He then offered to give me another $500 in trade in value which was just comical. I understand that they are out to make money as it is a business but there is a difference between making money and trying to steal someone blind. Also it is very unprofessional to flat out lie to my face about financial institution lending practices. I was expecting to be treated fairly and given a reasonable trade value according to NADA but instead I wasted over an hour of my time and had to deal with a salesman who tried to treat me as if I wasn't an informed educated customer.

Keenan was very professional and explained the pros and cons of buying and leasing and did not give a high pressure sales pitch to buy the RAV4 we were considering. He seemed to have our interests in mind. Keenan was very knowledgeable about the RAV4 which made our purchasing decision very easy. The process was hassle free and Keenan even synched our phones to the bluetooth in the RAV4. My wife and I are new to the area. We knew we wanted a Toyota but were not sure where to go. We didn't want to spend all day at a dealership only to be disappointed with high prices and hard sell tactics. We live over an hour away from Phil Meador Toyota so we called to see what they had. We spoke with Wiiliam Roth. After speaking with us for a few minutes and learning what we were interested in, he sent us via e-mail pictures of many Tundras and all the info on costs and payment options on all of them. There was no way we were going to beat those prices anywhere else. We spoke with him on the phone several times that day and he answered all our questions and was always quickly available, professional and friendly. He never talked down to us. When we finally decided what to buy, he took our information and told us to come to the dealership and that he would have everything ready for us. We arrived about an hour and a half later and we were warmly greeted by the staff and introduced to April who took all our information and while the paper work was being generated took us to the truck for a test drive. The truck was immaculately clean and ready to go. It drove like a dream. We went back and signed the paperwork with Mike Fernandez. He didn't try to upsell us with anything we couldn't use and gave us a good deal on what we did purchase. Then April went over everything in the truck and was completely knowledgeable about everything in it. She gave us a big hug and we were in our way. I can't say enough how pleased we were with our experience at Phil Meador Toyota. We have purchased many Toyotas in the past and this was by far the best experience we've had. We did our research and were found a good deal in another town but we decided to stop by Phil Meador's because Jimmy sounded like a straight shooter over the phone. We were nervous because we have a 11 month old baby in tow and didn't have a lot of time to haggle. We got what we wanted for our trade-in, they reduced the price significantly and so we didn't have to continue on to the next townto purchase our car. Overall, it was the easiest buying experience I've ever had to deal with. In addition, Jimmy was such a personable guy that we actually had fun hanging out with him. Chris even gave us, total strangers, one of his own free appetizer coupon that he didn't plan on using.

so far, the only planned maintenance has been the 5000 mile check. That maintenance didn't cost me anything, so, I can't rate the price of maintenance. However, shortly after we bought the Four Runner, there was a problem with the air conditioning. I hate buying cars and mattresses. I would say this experience was above average for what is usually something that is not fun for me. We had the normal heated moments when it came to the point of negotiating-however-the attention to detail was near perfect. Troy Beck, the sales associate I worked with was very attentive and worked very hard to make the day as pleasant as buying a vehicle can be. I got a better deal than I expected on a new Tundra. After dwindling down our list to 2 possible vehicles (Highlander and Chevy Traverse), we set out to talk to the salespeople of both dealers and do a test drive. Each vehicle had it's own positives. Since I had bought from Meador before, I thought I would give them the first shot. We had talked with Troy, Will and Brandon. All were exceptional! We had the deal struck in less than 15 minutes. It was a win-win for us and Meador. Another great buying experience at Meador! Now if Toyota would come out with a 3/4 ton, long bed truck, I would trade my '07 Tundra in and buy that in a heartbeat.

My experience with William and all at Phil Meador Toyota was great. I was branching out into a 300mile radius looking for a specific truck. Many other car dealers were trying to sell me a car that didn't suit my needs and was not what I was looking for. William was straight up honest, pointed out all the features (not just fancy, but engine quality). He made me feel excited and happy about my purchase. I had to rush out to drive 3 hours back to work, and the whole team worked together to get me out of there on time. One guy even shouted me a snickers bar so I didn't have to stop for a snack. All in all I am very happy with my purchase and the service I received from William and his team. The truck was priced well and they handed it over clean, full of gas, and with me knowing all the little buttons and features. Driving my grandson to college from Seattle to Phoenix, we blew the head gasket just south of Pocatello. Kyle met us at the door with a kind smile and bottles of cold water when we were dropped off by the tow truck. In spite of it being a Saturday afternoon, everyone at the service department stayed late to assess our damages (the car was totaled) and inspect the "new to us" replacement car that Kyle had for us. It must have been some kind of a record to be back on the road within 6 hours of a total breakdown, with a car in our budget that we had confidence was safe and had decent gas mileage for our grandson to keep at school. The whole experience was amazing! Kyle and his team worked hard to be sure everything went smoothly (even loaning us a car so we could get lunch) and rather than the day being a disaster, we made new friends and have great memories. We were in the market for a new car and were looking at four different makes in the same general class. I had talked with Sean Funke one day while my care was being serviced and liked him, so I went back to him when we decided to act on a new purchase. He had also sold two cars to friends of mine, who spoke well of him. He was very helpful, provided all the information I needed, and he didn't pester me while I explored alternatives with other car makes. When we decided on a Rav4, we got back with Sean and worked out the details. He then passed us on to Lalo Garcia in finance and we worked out the rest of the details. In the end, the process was pleasant despite a bit of bargaining over the value of my trade-in, and I feel we got a fair deal based on some corroborative research I conducted online. I will go back to Sean again when I am ready to trade out my 2006 Highlander.

This truck was not quite what I expected. Ed mentioned that he had a new Tundra that may be what I was looking for. The new Tundra was exactly what wanted! I must add, that they were not overbearing at any time throughout the transaction which was KEY for me. This is the first review I have ever left on anything, so I hope this helps with your future car buying experience. We recently purchased a 2014 Tundra from Phil Meador Toyota. This makes the 7th vehicle I have bought from this dealership in about 15 years. We worked with William Roth a few months ago on the purchase of Camry. William did an amazing job at showing us different cars and options. He doesn't make it seem like dealing with a car salesman. On this most recent purchase, I made the mistake of thinking I could find a better deal on my own somewhere else. After some not-so-pleasant encounters with other dealers, I called Will (after my wife told me to in the beginning.) I told him what I was looking at, what other prices I was getting, and that I needed to know as soon as possible what the could do. By the time I got to the dealership (about 30 minutes), he had found the truck I wanted. When it was all said and done, they not only matched the other offers, but beat them. If I had questions or concerns, Will took care of them. He will go to bat for a buyer to get the best deal he can. I even got to meet the mysterious man in the closet that they take the figures to. He took the time to come down and explain a question I had, Thanks Joe. We also have had the pleasure of working with Chris Whitney, the Finance Guy, on the past two deals. He is super friendly and gets you in and out quick. He got us financing deals that beat what we could get from our bank or credit union. I've bought a lot of cars in the past, and the final signing is the part I dread the most because of the seemingly endless list of things that dealers try to add-on. Chris offers them, but doesn't push anything on you. Let's just say I learned my lesson on this, and my first call next time will be to Will and the gang at Phil Meador.

Ed made our new car purchase as pleasant as possible, He was able to explain the features and the mechanics of our new 2014 Prius in detail. There had been quite a few changes from our 2008 Prius and it is good to know that if we do have a question he will be there to help in the future. Ed's interactions with us were professional and he was aware of our limitations and was willing to work in order to achieve a price that we felt was fair. If anyone says that the price that they pay for a car is outstanding they had to have received it for free....Good is a price in which both the buyer and dealership should try to achieve. No one wants to pay too much, but they sure don't want to feel taken advantage of nor does the dealership want to just break even. Ed has the right to earn a living as well as the dealership being able to do so as well.We still hate the 4 square boxes that every car dealer uses and feel that is the worst part of buying a car. It should be much simpler...this is what I can and am willing to pay (in an out right sale or payments) with add ons etc, can you as the dealership do this? Yes or No? simple...Not, the constant running back and forth for approval and counter offers. Overall Ed was great to work with and we will use him if need arises in the future.

We just purchased a 2014 Prius from Phil Meador Toyota in Pocatello, Idaho, and it was a very pleasant experience. Let me clarify--it was as pleasant as buying a car can be, like going to the dentist and not having any cavities pleasant. Our salesperson, William Roth, is a knowledgable, personable, and patient man. My husband, Gary, stopped at the dealership earlier in the week, met William, and told him what we might like in a new car. Will went to work and found a match for our needs at a dealership in Twin Falls. When Gary took me into the dealership on Thursday, Will met us in the parking lot, greeted Gary by name, and shook our hands. He had a copy of the details of the car in Twin and lead us to a 2014 Prius on the lot that he said would be comparable to the one we were interested in buying. We have been happily driving our 2007 Prius for the past five years, so Will just had to fill us in on the changes Toyota has made in the last few years. Though both Gary and I have been very happy with our Prius, Gary has constantly teased me that the smooth-talking salesperson who sold me the 2007 Prius took advantage of me and charged me an extra $5,000.00 because I was a naive woman who didnt know any better. Translation: I didnt bring him along and bought the car on my own! I assured Gary, that Joe Leedgaard was an honest man, and went on the explain that I got my extra 5,000. out of Joe because I had his cell number on speed dial and in the first six months after buying the car, Joe changed my flat tire, jump started my Prius three times, and took me to work so I wouldnt be late! But I digress... William started his tutorial with the 2014 Navigation System, and his patience must have been sorely tested. Will: Push the talking head on the steering wheel and after the beep, choose the destination line and wait for instructions.Me immediately after pushing the talking head: 3312 Golden Avenue, Pocatello, Idaho.Will: Good. Next time wait for the beep.Me after the beep, slowly saying address while yelling at the sun visor, 3312 Golden Avenue, Pocatello, Idaho.Voice on the wheel: Florida.Me: No, you idiot machine, Idaho.Voice on the wheel: Florida.Will: Okay, just hit the hang up button on the wheel. You did great. This time try talking just like you would to me with no pauses. Also, did you notice the microphone up by the dome lights? Just face straight ahead and speak naturally.Me, calmly with no pauses: 3312 Golden Ave. Pocatello, Idaho.Will: Excellent! Now lets try that after you push the talking head on the wheel and hear the beep. William patiently answered all of our questions about the 2014 Prius, took us for a test drive, and worked with the finance folks to present an offer that even Gary felt was fair, and we left the dealership having purchased a new car. When our new car was delivered, William, after what must have seemed like hours in the dentists chair for him, successfully helped us enter fourteen addresses in the navigation system, synced both our phones to bluetooth (with barely a chuckle at our non-smart, flip phones), transferred all our phone contacts to the system, and set up our audio system with our selected radio stations, including satellite radio. In conclusion, we were extremely pleased to be treated so kindly by William Roth and all those we worked with at Phil Meador. Smooth-talking Joe even took time out of his busy schedule to talk with us, give us dinner at the Sandpiper, and make sure Wills cell number was in my speed dial! :) Thank you for all of your help in finding us our new car!

I went in looking at small, used cars that would get good gas mileage. You had a used red corolla (no sunroof and light colored interior) so with Alex's assistance I took it for a ride. I told him that I change cars about every 3 years or so and he suggested leasing. We talked about it but I said if I was going to do that then I want a red one with a sunroof. With some help from the other associates they found me one. They had it trucked in and a few days later I drove away in my pretty, little, red Toyota corolla with the sunroof. Although Tony would not get into the truck so I could see how big it was (even with coaxing from his fellow associates), I still had a wonderful experience with everyone there and am very happy with my little red car (with sunroof). I was recently in an accident that totaled my Camry, and had to find a replacement vehicle FAST. My husband and I are meticulous about purchasing cars, and we were sure we would have to settle for less quality or higher price to meet our time limit. After calling Phil Meador about a 2005 4Runner on their lot, Anthony was diligent in getting back with us and doing whatever it took to get us to come down--and we are so glad he did. Jake (our salesman) was great to work with-- he was super down to earth and more than willing to answer all of our questions. For me, I really appreciate the no pressure atmosphere and genuine kindness. I had gone in expecting dealerships to have inflated prices, but was pleasantly surprised at the reasonable numbers. The price was more than competitive, and the financing department got us a great interest rate. We didn't arrive in Pocatello until late afternoon, and they had us out the door that night with the car. The staff was so friendly. They really made a stressful situation effortless for us. I found my Certified Pre-owned 2012 Sequoia on line. I "chatted" on line briefly with Anthony Samora, then I was referred to Ed Samora for pricing and evaluation of my 2007 Sequoia trade. I had done my homework and had a value range for each vehicle. Ed was very professional, knowledgeable, reasonable and fair. Ed was very easy to contact and timely in returning calls. We have been looking for a particular used Subaru for almost a year and have visited many dealerships and spoken with several dozen sales people. I called this dealership on a Saturday and spoke with Jared Brooks, what a breath of fresh air he was. I have been buying cars for over 40 years in Idaho and have been working in the heavy duty truck service and repair industry for the same. So I am fairly knowledgeable in the sales process and research vehicles extensively. I will call BS and walk away when sales people do not meet my expectations. This experience was a pure pleasure, I have been "ping ponged" at other dealers between managers and floor sales, told sales people exactly how I wanted to be treated and had them do exactly the opposite. Jared is the only one in the last 10 years that has met my expectations and is adapting to the informed buyer. My wife and I were to the point of only dealing with private owners on Craigslist and Autotrader until this experience. Being 200 miles away we did this complete transaction over the phone and Jared not only was on time with everything but drove the car to me (400 + mile round trip) that same night and completed the paperwork at my home and then drove my trade back to Pocatello. That was a complete surprise that really sealed the dealI would highly recommend him as your "Car Guy" and look forward to doing more business with him in the future

In the last 3 years I have sold over 10 cars for your store but this last time I got a bad taste in my mouth when I was in your shop. The reason being is that your salesmen talked my 60 year old mother into a "Bumper to Bumper" warranty that is not covering her. This is because your service worker told the warranty company that it was her fault for not doing maintenance even though she has all her records of maintenance since she bought her vehicle from Toyota. I feel that Toyota was just trying to make easy money off of an old woman. Now the warranty company will not fix her vehicle. I will not recommend Toyota to anyone else in the future. I want my voice to be heard about my disappointment with your company and I will let anyone know how unfair my mother was treated when they ask about your services. I work for the state and have recommended your company to many people in the past but I will not continue to do so any longer. I hope an $1100 job was worth losing a very loyal customer and I will make sure to let everyone know how disappointed I am with how my mother was treated at Toyota. I visited Phil Meador Toyota accidently. I was heading to another dealership when I decided to check out the used vehicles at Phil Meadors. I was looking at the used vehicles with my sister-in-law and did not get swarmed by sales people. Jared Brooks asked if we needed any assistance and was very helpful. I am disabled with a very limited income, therefore, I could not afford car payments. I went in there with the ability to pay only $9,000 and asked what was available in or under that price range. He found several vehicles on the computer and discussed mileage, year and condition of the vehicles with me. He showed me a few cars on the lot and even on a different Phil Meador lot. I test drove the vehicle around town and he suggested I take it up on the interstate to make sure it handled higher speeds. I was very happy with the Chevrolet HHR, but was equally happy with the sales associate, Jared Brooks. I feel he went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my choice. I would recommend Jared and the dealership to anyone interested in the purchase of a car.

I'm not sure if it was the service manager or another employee in the service department that I spoke with, but I called in a panic before service closed on Tuesday, told the service rep on the phone that I hit a semi truck tire on the hwy near their dealership, and that I was worried I was leaking fluid. I told him that I was on my way to Utah and asked if I could just drive through to have them look at my car (fluid) just to make sure it was safe to drive until I get to Utah. The rep on the phone was not interested in helping at all, and simply said "no, we're closing up." I have worked for Toyota for the past 7 years in both the service and sales departments; this would never happen in my dealership. If someone called, we helped, or at least tried to help. I am very disappointed in this dealership, and the lack of customer service.

I bought my truck at a great price and Nick made sure to have everything fixed that I could find wrong with my certified used vehicle. After driving it for several months I received a follow-up call from Nick. He asked me how satisfied I was with the truck. I told him overall I was pretty satisfied with my truck, however as I drove the truck there were a couple of things I noticed were not quite right and I had wished I had noticed them in the beginning and had them fixed. Nick told me to bring it down to the dealership and show him what I was talking about. So I took it down and showed him, he agreed with the issues I pointed out, he had me show the same things to the manager and they said to leave it with them and they would fix it. Even though they were well beyond their deadline for responsibility they fixed up the truck anyway. The problem was that the doors didn't seem to be aligned with the body and to fix it they had take it to the body shop and leave it for a few weeks. Nick and company arranged to get us a nice loaner car to drive while the truck was worked on. I think Nick and the dealership definitely went above and beyond and we will definitely be shopping there again and recommending Nick and the dealership to all our friends!Thanks Nick and Phil Meader Toyota!

The day I went into the dealership I wasn't intending to buy but the deal they made me was too good to turn down. They gave exceptional service after the sale. They followed up like they said they would and solved any minor issues that had come up. Nick even helped me out with parts for another car that I didn't even buy from them. Above and beyond all of this, they included in the sale (without charge) a 3 month/3000 mile Powertrain warranty. With all the cars I've bought I have never heard of a dealership doing this!! I don't usually enjoy car shopping but Nick and the staff at Phil Meador Toyota made my experience a very pleasant one! I will definitely buy from them again!

We saw a car we liked online after searching for a long time and went down to see it. I met with Josh who seemed friendly at first but during our conversations started to get quite pushy. I almost walked out at one point and was quite mad at how he was talking to me and making me feel. Eventually I was allowed to test drive the car home to show my husband and we went back the following day to purchase it. When we went back to purchase we raised our concerns, first 2 of the tires were almost balled and on 22 rims were going to cost a fortune to replace, they finally agreed to drop the price $250, not great but at least they dropped it a little to help with the replacement cost. When I was leaving with the car the first day I had noticed a warning message on the screen about the tire sensors, as I pulled out I saw Josh and asked him about that and he said no problem they would fixed it when we brought it back and he would make sure it was all good if we bought it, when we asked about this when sorting out the price he refused to do it without us paying for it. Another thing I had asked during my initial test drive with him was if it had a remote start, again he had told me that would not be a problem for them to install and if I bought it I could just bring it back in for a few hours and they would take it down and install one. During the initial test drive I also found the satellite navigation disks were missing and Josh had assured me that they would get the disks as they were a couple hundred dollars, at signing he had again assured us that they would get them, over a month later and 2 calls and no return calls later and still no disks. We were also sold the car being told it had a full service and liquid change, our mechanic told us and showed us how this was not true as most of the fluids were filthy still especially the transmission which needs a complete clean, the break fluid isnt the best and the oil was not new. I had stated on the phone that we wanted our loan with our current bank, I had stated several times on the first day we wanted the loan with our current bank and when we went back we asked again to have the loan with our current bank. The paper work was drawn up and set up for a loan with our current bank and we took the car home. The next day I got a warning from my credit monitoring service and when I looked our credit had been pulled 9 times from multiple companies, ones we had already spoken to and knew we did not want or could not get financing with them. We were so mad as we were just applying for a refinance and did not want this to affect our credit. I called back and got threw to the finance manager who was actually the one that pulled our credit and he explained no one had told him about us only wanting to apply to the one bank. He did apologize and also called me back later and offered free oil changes for the next 3 years with them. After that though he called me back to tell me about an Experian web site and that the 9 pulls should not do too much damage to our credit as far as he could tell. The fact that we felt Josh just wanted to make the sell so neglected to tell his finance manager our requests seemed to not be that much of an issue and I am left wondering if the oil changes are even still available.I would not recommend this company for buying a car, the car we got is nice but currently is running us into the $1000s just to get it to the point it was supposed to be when we purchased it with having to get new tires, replace all the sensors, installing a remote start and now looks like we will have to purchase the sat nav disks too. They did send us a lovely Calendar although they managed to spell my husbands name wrong, I guess we were really important to them.

I would like to comment on Joe Leedgaard professionalism on the deal we put together on the Toyota Highlander at Phil Meador Toyota. I purchased the vehicle online- thru email correspondance. I recognize it is more challenging to put together a deal via email- and 500 miles away. It is also hard to value a trade in -I didn't know what to expect when I came in to the dealership. However, Joe's professional attitude, focusing on the car I was buying and the questions he asked were able to make the difference between Phil Meador's and other dealers I was working with. Customer Service: I know customer service - it's my job and I'm very good at it. So does Joe - his demeanor from the first phone call to the post-sale follow-up has been exemplary. Unlike the stereotypical car salesperson who simply wants to sell a car, he genuinely wanted to find a good fit for our finances and needs. In a field where it's so easy to discourage, manipulate, or hassle potential buyers, he never once misstepped. We called Joe from our rural home three hours from the dealership. He made time that evening for us to come down, and was able to ensure we only needed to make the trip once. Quality of Work: The only reason I give four stars instead of five was because the title paperwork had the wrong lienholder on it. When I went to DMV to title it, the dealership had to fax a correction stating who the current lienholder was. They did so immediately and followed up with a phone call to ensure we had received it. Even these things were handled with professionalism and class. The mechanical work done on the vehicle (timing belt, oil change, transmission service, belts) was done well from what I can tell. There was a headlight out, and Joe replaced it for me while we were there.Friendliness: Too many dealerships are "fake friendly" - just friendly enough to make the sale; in fact, I had one salesman (Butte Toyota) laugh at my 1985 Civic I drove to the dealership - WTF? On the other hand, Joe has a gift for being warm and friendly without being pushy or inappropriate. I genuinely enjoyed meeting him and working with him. I'd buy from him again, even with the long drive.Overall: Despite the titling issue, I'd definitely work with them again. We initially went to them because we were looking for a low mileage older Sienna - hard to find. Another Toyota dealer (Butte) was so difficult to work with that we cut the process off and worked with Meador. We do not regret that decision in any way - Joe and company were professional, helpful, and reasonable. On the one mistake that was made (titling), they accepted responsibility immediately and made it right.Price: This was a low mileage used minivan, and those tend to be scarce and expensive. We looked for several months, and did not find a single comparable vehicle for that price in any market we looked (Salt Lake City, Idaho Falls, Butte, Helena, Bozeman, Great Falls, Missoula). Without divulging the details of the sale, they behaved quite ethically even in a situation where they could have taken advantage of us. Can't say enough good about Nick and the dealership. The "big city" dealerships are somewhat impersonal and customers are made more or less like a number. Not so at Meador and with Nick. I saw the 4runner on the Toyota Certified website. From my first phone call I was treated excellently, no item or question being too small. Traded an FJ Cruiser on a 4runner, better-than=fair trade-in price which was negotiated long distance, then Meador dropped the 4runner price at the end so I really could not afford NOT to do this deal. Of course driving 4 hours to pick up a car unseen was a concern, I should not have worried. Certified 4runner was and has been perfect from the first time I got into it.I was pleasantly surprised that all the details of the trade-in, the quick turn around of the paperwork and the little dealership attitude made for an extremely good process.Consider me a fan of Meador!

Before I went down to Phil Meador Toyota, I was expecting to just look at some cars and maybe test drive a few. As I arrived at the dealership I was greeted by Ed Samora. Ed directed me to the person I was looking for, and after a few test drives ended up dealing only with Ed. Ed did a great job finding me what I was looking for within my budget as well as getting me linked up with a great deal on insurance. I'm a young guy buying my first car. I had a car to trade in that was given to me, but i needed something that would get me a little better fuel mileage. After about three days of me coming in looking and test driving different car's. We were able to get me into one that was right in my budget. Kenny was great he was patient and answered all of my questions. He was even able to find better financing with a lower interest rate. Through all of my questions and concerns driving this or that car he never lost patience and treated me like I was his most important customer. He related well to me, and still continues to check up and see how i'm liking my car.

I went to four other dealerships before visiting Phil Meador Toyota. I was frustrated b/c the other dealers I had visited didn't/wouldn't give me a price and a fair trade. However, Phil Meador took the time to show me several vehicles and they gave me a price and a fair trade before I signed paperwork. They worked extra hard to find affordable, flexible financing. I will more than likely re-visit Phil Meador Toyota when I'm ready to buy again.

Brandon did a very good job of focusing on requirements of my sale and making sure my concerns & needs were met at all times. If he did not know the answer, he asked someone who did. The extra items were added in timely manner and lot vehicle was provided while the work was completed on our new car. Financing was at zero% and the price for new car, with better safety features, was only about $1000 dollars more than the 2007 model that we traded in. Nick was very helpful in finding the "dream" truck that I have always wanted instead of just showing me a bunch of trucks that I wouldn't be interested in and wasting my time and his. His quality of work was great becuase he was very organized and went over things with me over and over again to make sure the things that were promised me were getting done. The day after I got my truck Nick called me to have me bring my truck back in a fill it up because it wasn't filled up the night before when they said they would. The price of the truck was over my price range but Nick worked hard to get it down to where I could afford it and was very helpful to me in my current financial situtation and worked with my situation in a way that I could afford the truck that I wanted and not be hurting financially. My overall expereince was only good only becuase I would still have liked the night to sleep on my decision and think about it more before buying the truck for sure and I felt like I was put on the stp a couple times and the next day was regretting buying my truck but after I went back into the dealership Nick made me feel comfortable again and I found out my payments were going to be lower than I thought! Which is awesome! I would, and already have, recommended this dealership to other people and I know that they will fulfill the promises they made to me as I will fulfill the promises I made to them! This was my very first experience with Phil Meador and I can honestly say, hands down, that all of my expectations were exceeded. In this transaction, I had recently purchased a truck in Boise, which I did not love, but bought under an extreme amount of pressure. I had previously told Cody Richardson what type of vehicle I was looking for, and, coincidentally, what I was looking for had recently been traded in. Still reeling from my very recent bad experience in Boise, I was very nervous about this transaction as it started to develop. Brady Polson was straight with me and great to work with. I did not feel pressured and I felt that just the mere fact that I was looking for a vehicle on the lot was important to Brady. In sum, I did not feel like another paycheck. The transaction went through and I purchased a vehicle that I absolutely love! When I took it home, I noticed that there were some rock chips that I wanted to touch up myself. So I went to the dealership and was met by a sales manager (? name) and he really polished off this sale. I asked if I could get a bottle of touch up paint; he took the service to the next level. He immediately made an appointment with you detail shop and had the rock chips air-brushed. I never imagined that ever happening. I wish I knew his name because he deserves a big "thank you" for going, in my opinion, above and beyond!Thank you Brady, Cody and ? (sales manager) for a great experience!

Boy, where do I start? Let's just say, if you're the kind of person who just loves to pay way more than you need on a new or used car, or get less than half of what you want out of your car on trade, Phil Meador is the place for you! I always told myself I would never go there, but since they had a certain type of vehicle that I had been looking for I decided to give them a chance, regrettably. We started negotiations at five thousand dollars over high book and they offered me half of trade in value on my car. I'll be honest, my car's value should have been somewhere in the middle between trade in value and high book, but their car was no better. I made them a sensible offer/trade proposition and the salesman and manager didn't even consider it. Due to lack of options in this area for this kind of vehicle, I went to Ken Garff in Utah. Thank you, thank you Ken Garff for saving me almost ten thousand dollars, having a great sales staff, and being sensible. I got a vehicle that was a TRUE high book, yet they gave me under high book price. They also gave me a great trade on my car. Totally happy with Ken Garff. TOTALLY disappointed in Phil Meador. I tried to help a local company, but they didn't care.

The salesman went to great length to answer all of my questions regarding the vehicle, options, and warranty. He also did a lot of homework for me regarding optional equipment, a TRD supercharger, and the warranty on the optional equipment. I was looking for a car that would still fit my family but more important my budget. I went and spoke with Kenny at the Toyota store. I told him about my situation and needs of a car. Great service! The service employees are helpful. One day I dropped by the service department because I forgot how to operate the levers on the side of the driver's seat. One lever in particular didn't do anything. I was helped by a cheerful person who came immediately to my vehicle and showed me how to use the levers/controls. I thanked the employee and on my way to my scheduled appointments.

Kenny worked FAST for us to get us a new Sequoia. We needed to complete the transaction within a week to get the vehicle so we could pull a boat behind it. Because they did not have any in stock on their lot, he called around until we found exactly what we needed. We needed a particular engine size, which made it hard to find. The vehicle came in right on time, but had been scratched during delivery. He made sure we had the paint fixed to my picky specifications and also worked with us to set up an after factory delivery install of a DVD system for a great price. We received an excellent trade for our honda van.Since purchasing our Sequoia in July of 2009, we have gone back to lease a Tundra for my husband. We requested Kenny. He not only got my husband in the truck that very day, but he also worked out a trade for our boat (yep, the same one from the Sequoia purchase). We have never more happy than we have been since our purchase of the Sequoia and working with Kenny. He is a very down to earth, real kind of guy. He goes out of his way to make you happy and I feel like he put our best interests first!!

Our experience at Phil Meador Toyota was great. At no time did I find our salesman pushy or demanding. It was a very relaxed buying experience. Our salesman, Brady, went above and beyond what I expected of a salesman in completing some of the additional items we had tacked on to our purchase. When our salesman wasn't available everyone else was extremely helpful and friendly. I highly recommend this dealership.

I was looking for a new Prius and started dealing with Kenny Gravis. He and I went back and forth on the price for a while and finally reached a happy medium. He wanted more and I wanted less but reached the middle ground. I took delivery of the Prius and Kenny bent over backwards to make sure it was in tip top shape for my use. Kenny went over all the details of how to run the vehicle and made sure I knew everything needed to get me safely on my way. Kenny has kept in contact with me after the sale and has helped me whenever I have had a reason to come into Phil Meador. This is the third Toyota I have purchased from Phil Meador and with treatment like this from Kenny I will likely be back for my next purchase as well.

My entire family have purchased their vehicles from Kenny Gravis and/or from Phil Meador. The service was and is always friendly, cooperative and helpful. We were pleased with our experience at Phil Meador Toyota. This is our second vehicle we have purchased from them. Kenny was very good at negotiating a price that was within our budget, and that was great. We appreciated that very much. When we bought our Camry in 2007 there was a saleswoman named Heather that worked with us as well. While Kenny was great to work with, he seemed to be quite rushed. This may have left us a little uneasy. Heather, on the other hand, really took the time to explain all of the features, warranty information, etc. quite thoroughly before negotiating a deal. We appreciated this. Overall, we are happy with our Sienna, but we have had a few small issues. A few days after we bought the van, we took it on a short trip and noticed that it pulls to the right very strongly at highway speeds. My wife and I both noticed this. We brought it back to Phil Meador and they checked the alignment. It still pulls to the right slightly, but not as severe. We currently have an appointment this coming Tuesday to have it rechecked. Also, on Tuesday they are fixing a paint problem that we have been having. The paint is starting to flake and peel off the front end. We noticed this only after 3 1/2 weeks of having the vehicle in our possession, before we even made our first payment. We thought it quite odd that a car only one year old and only approximately 36,000 miles would have paint peeling issues. Although we have had these prolems with our vehicle, we appreciate Kenny and the service department at Phil Meador attending to us in a timely manner and without difficulty. We hope to continue to have a good experience working with them.

If there is one dealer that has made the car buying experience fairly painless it is Phil Meador Toyota in Pocatello and salesman Ed Samora. I have purchased two cars in the last 60 days from Ed. In both cases Ed worked hard to put the deal together to my satisfaction. Ed is not the pushy salesman type. Ed actually listens to what the customer is saying, addresses concerns and goes the extra mile to deliver a fair deal. I had a very interesting experience with Phil Meador Toyota. The salesman that I dealt with was Dustin Roberts. Dustin was great! He was down to earth, knowledgeable about the vehicles, and got the job done without being pushy or making me feel uncomfortable. Looking for and purchasing a car can be somewhat of a stressful situation and it is his type of honesty and attitude that really makes me feel confident in my purchase. I know that Dustin is newer to his position with Phil Meador and during our negotiation a more senior salesman, Brandon, stepped in to "help" with the sale. Brandon possesses the exact qualities that make buying a car so stressful. He was rude, argumentative, and very aggressive. During the time he sat down with us I felt that I was being scolded or reprimanded as if in a principal's office. During our discussion he brought up that by asking for more on our trade in we were "stealing food off his families table". As a Mom, I found this comment offensive and over the line. These types of combative tactics do not work and did nothing but upset our family and as repeat customers we expected to be treated better. However, Dustin and service manager Jack did a great job of contacting us to apologize and work out a fair deal. I really appreciate Dustin and think he is a great person and salesman! I will definitely work with him again and recommend my friends and family to him. I think that people like Dustin need to be rewarded for being professional and not pushy.

As of now, I've yet to find it or have changed my mind so many times that we are still waiting for the right time to buy. I have my choice narrowed down and while I am still waiting to give Kenny the "go" on it, he is been very supportive of my choices and has been more than happy to help me with the process. The process has included everything from price comparisons (which I have done through western Idaho and Northern Utah) to finding exactly what I want in a vehicle. He comes highly recommended from me (I have recommended him a number of times).

I am very particular when researching a new vehicle purchase. I had been looking for a new Toyota Tundra for nearly a year and finally with the help of Joe and Brandon I was able to make the purchase. I had done price comparisons with dealers as far as 300 miles and Phil Meador was actually the last and best to deal with. Its easy and they offer as good if not better prices than any dealer in Idaho, Montana or Utah. The hassle is removed, even during the signing process as there is no pressure sell for warranties, add-ons etc.

I had never used Phil Meador before. I was pleased with the selection of cars available. The first car I purchased was a present for my daughter. I felt I got a great deal on the car. She loves it. It has everything on it she wanted and it was affordable. The second car I was unsure what I wanted. I needed a car for my other daughter to drive to school. She is very particular about what she wants. Dustin was very patient as she wanted to try many different cars. We were unable to find a car she wanted on the first visit, but Dustin kept looking for us and on the second try we found a car she loves. I was given a great trade in deal and the financing was easy and very affordable. I would definately go to Phil Meador in the future when I need to purchase another vehicle. Dustin was great to work with and I would recommend him to anyone.

Honestly if it wasn't for Josh Knowlton at Phil Meador Toyota my husband would have bought me a Chevy and I am not a chevy lover TOYOTA all the way for me.. I have been casually looking for a new truck the last six months. I encountered Joe Leedgaard after giving my contact information while researching vehicles on the internet. My experience with Joe Leedgaard and shopping for a truck was exactly what I would have hoped for but didn't know existed!? I could take my time and research my questions. He was very knowledgeable and amazingly patient and never made me feel pressured or rushed nor did he give-up on me. But also made sure I knew he was willing to find WHATEVER I WANTED when I was ready. I only communicated through e-mail but he was so fast to respond, it made me feel like I was his only customer. I didn't get that kind of attention when I went to dealership lots! Joe even had my truck delivered to me 150 miles away!! It couldn't have been a more smooth and convenient experience. I leased a tundra in 2007, and they were great that time, so we went again in 2008 for my wife's car, and had another awesome experience. My lease was coming due, so I started looking around for my new tundra, it really was the only kind of truck I wanted, I have driven all of the full size trucks on the market and this is the only choice. I live in Idaho falls and so we have two toyota dealers closer than Phil Meador, selection and pricing not as good, long story short, the guys at Phil Meador will take care of you.
