I normally pass on writing reviews but my experience here was outstanding. Come to find out the transmission needed to be replaced... The manager, Allen made the whole process less stressful by communicating what to expect with our extended warranty, what time frame we were looking at, kept us updated on the status of the car while in shop, and they got the new transmission put in, in a matter of days.. We were expecting maybe two weeks tops. We're beyond grateful they got the car taken care of because we needed the car back ASAP sense we were about to leave town that weekend. On top of that they also provided my toddler and I a ride to rent a car while my husband was working and they picked us up after dropping off the rental too. Five stars all around! They really make you feel like a valued customer, they have quality work, and very professional. I definitely will be recommending Manteca Ford/ Quicklane to all my friends and family. I don’t usually write reviews but after my experience with Phil Waterford Ford, I feel that I have to write this review. I am 21 years old and I have bought 2 cars from Phil Waterford Ford. The management is done right. They will have my business for life. They are always more than fair with me and didn’t try to feed me any bs or take advantage of me. I was totally new to the car buying experience and they explained everything and wanted me to be aware of the responsibility of buying a new car. They didn’t want to just lead me into a sale. It was refreshing to go to a dealership that is fair and honest. I highly recommend this dealership and will be bringing my business back every time.

This review is primarily for Al in the Quick Lane. He's awesome! They didn't have the part I needed so he had a person(don't know the name or I'd thank him too) search all the Ford parts places to find my part. They found it in Stockton, went and picked it up, and installed it all in one setting in one day. Sooooo much better than the run- around BS I got from the lady at Tracy Ford. Thanks again to Al and the wonderful staff at Quick Stop in Manteca Ford.
