This dealership wasted our very precious time and energy and made us forego much better deals elsewhere. They frustrated us by their sales people giving us wrong (lower) quotes to convince us to come to their dealership in person. Their finance department was completely unaware of what Sales was doing/quoting to customers and would not agree on the numbers when we were ready to put deposit. From our end we took every precaution to have things in writing in emails but they just wont honor any such commitments and stopped answering phone calls and emails once their finance department came into the picture. Be very careful when interacting with this dealership and double/triple check facts before proceeding further - things in reality may be very different than what they make you believe on phone or early in sales cycle.

No haggling, I needed the best price up front! Jack and Robb understood, gave me a price no one could touch. ( I visited 3 other Acura dealerships ). Lied to about different financing options, once credit went through i was treated like a Canadian coin in the states. Would have purchased cash outright but they didn't come close to book value of car. They wanted me to give them over 11k for a car with a book value of a little over 7k pristine. For that kind of money i want to be put into a new car not a 2003, and dont tell me even with bad credit and 11k down its not feasible. On top of all of that,the car had a lien on it (yeah a 2003)

We visited Piazza Honda/Acura of Reading on 6/4/14, with the intention of purchasing a car. We were left to sit for 1&1/2Hours, only to fill out a credit application & tell us to check with them the next day, AFTER 12 Noon! They DIDN'T show us ANY vehicle, let alone test drive one! We've been a little down on our luck recently & I feel that they just wanted to help people that were going to be an EASY sale! They told me I could get a 2008 Mini-Van... I thought you were SUPPOSED to tell them what YOU wanted to get!! In ALL OF MY CAR-PURCHASING EXPERIENCES, I HAVE N E V E R BEEN SO EMBARRASSED, DEMEANED, & HUMILIATED IN ALL of MY LIFE!! Chuck Whitby really made our purchase of a new Acura RDX a very pleasant experience. There were no surprises when we arrived at the dealership. (i.e. additional bump stickers, or I'm sorry but your trade value has changed, etc. ) We had been to three other Acura stores and experienced the aforementioned surprises. We called the Acura store in Reading, Chuck was the salesperson who answered the call, he seemed to listen patiently to our experiences at the other dealerships and said that the dealership had the exact RDX in stock and that the trade value we were looking for seemed to be a fair market value and that we should come to Reading for our new Acura. My wife and I drove about an hour to get there the next day and our new RDX was fully detailed, we got the trade value we expexted, the financing process went very smooth and we are extremely happy that we drove the extra miles to meet Chuck and the other members of the dealership who made the trip very worthwhile. We recommend anyone looking for a new Acura to give these guys a shot. Chuck Whitby gets five (5) stars.

The mark of a good sales rep.Mark took us through the vehicle financial closing process seamlessly, and was very personable. Bluetooth was entered by an employee whose name i do not recall....He did it quickly and I was not following what he did. When we drove away from the dealership..there was constant reminder made that we needed to do more to make it work .It was very frustrating to us. Finally she stopped...and I just turned the bluetooth to off on my phone. So.... , I do not have or use this feature that is available on this car.. We are older and not very tech savvy...I do think I would like this feature but am intimidated to try to do it myself.The salesman was very nice, but very new at his job... Wondering if I should or can return and ask for help !

I totalled my car in an accident and then had to immediately leave for vacation. When I returned, I needed a car - and fast. Not just any car, but a quality vehicle with a good reputation and an affordable price that I would be excited to drive. Good luck with that! I knew that I liked Acuras, but doubted that I'd be able to find a "good" used one that I could afford. Piazza Acura of Reading just happened to have a beautiful 2012 TSX SE with less than 10,000 miles that was in EXCELLENT condition. My friend and I drove down there and were pointed in the direction of Chuck Whitby. I was tired, stressed, and dreading the entire process (because basically, car shopping is a nightmare regardless of the circumstances). Chuck was great though - and ended up making a very frustrating situation (i.e. car shopping on a budget and time constraint) bearable. Everybody we interacted with at Piazza was helpful and pleasant. I absolutely LOVE LOVE LOVE my Acura and couldn't be happier with the entire package. Thanks to Chuck and Gary MacCloskey and the entire Piazza Acura team!

I really value my TSX and I expect the service personal to treat it as if it were their own. They do this and are proactive in alerting me to issues that may need attention in the near future before they can become a problem. I just had the battery replaced which they had warned me about following my previous visit. This is a good example of what I mean. The folks behind the counter seem to understand the importance of customer satisfaction and this is very apparent by the way they communicate with them in spite of the fact that they are clearly very busy. I value Honda products , we currently have four cars in our family and I expect my next vehicle to be a Honda probably a 4WD Crosstour. I had no idea it had so much capacity in the rear.

I came on to the lot for business purposes and happen to see the new TSX. I instantly fell in love with it! I loved everything about it, especially the way it drove! The XM radio makes for a great drive into work, and I am excited about the heated seats during these cold winter months! There was just one problem....I had only been driving my trade-in for less then a year and I knew it would be very difficult if at all possible to get in to the TSX. With Rob Szymanski's hard work, and some number crunching, we made it happen! Allen Guido showed me all of the features on the car and took me for a test drive. Kevin did my paperwork, and was very friendly and efficient! The whole transaction was started and completed within a short time! I am VERY pleased with the service I received while at the dealership! All of my friends, family and co-workers will be getting referrals from me to get their next Acura or Honda from Piazza!

Mark Kosak was the salesperson we bought our first Acura from in about 2000. He has guided us through each of the four purchases with great skill. He knows the car he sells. But beyond that he takes care of his customers. He takes our car to be serviced. Mark goes to the service department with me when I return his car to pickup mine. I am in and out of that area in 5 minutes. I realize the cost is a a bit more than if I would go to a local service station, but we know that people who know the Acura are working on our car. We will continue to be Piazza customers.

Piazza Acura of Reading is a pretty small dealership in the township of Reading, PA. They share a lot with Piazza Honda of Reading and seem to be carrying a large variety in their inventory. The lot, along with their satellite locations, carries almost every model and trim available from the manufacturers. For the enthusiasts, they even had three 9th gen Civic Sis there when I visited. As a side note, all the cars on the lot seem relatively clean both inside/outside and were well maintained to look their best and shine at any given moment.For my first visit, I had not previously contacted the dealership nor did I make an appointment. I simply walked in with an interest to check out a pre-owned 2008 Civic Si I had seen on AutoTrader. From the moment I walked through the door, I was welcomed and greeted by a sales representative (Jessica Knier (Diefenderfer)). I inquired about the 08 Si and I was quickly led out into the lot where the car was. The key to the car was handed to me so I can inspect the interior with greater detail. Without any doubt or hesitation, the saleslady kindly asked if I would like to test drive the car. All throughout the 15 minute test drive, Jessica was very informative about the car and the town of Reading. (Felt like a tour guide). She provided me and my family with information about the vehicle as well as the previous owner. This was a very nice touch because as Im sure we know, a used cars owner history is one of the most important factor in determining a cars mechanical condition and maintenance record. Also, she allowed me to test out the clutch for slippage as well as the VTEC switchover on the Si. As I requested, I was allowed to take the vehicle on a mix of highway, city, and bumpy suburban PA roads. Going to Piazza Acura of Reading on subsequent visits and communicating with saleslady Jessica was comfortable and informative as expected. Jessica, along with the rest of the staffs, were all very friendly and accommodating. They will work around their schedules and go out of their way to serve their customers. Whatever it is that the customer requests, the staff will do all they can to make it happen. On my second visit, I had inquiries regarding the new ILX as well as the 2013 Accord. Jessica was very kind and had set up an appointment that worked out for both parties. Upon arriving, I was given the keys and allowed to inspect the cars in full detail. Understandably, the sales teams are often quite busy. However at Piazza Acura, I was able to spend up to an hour on each car to learn all the features and feel at home with them. As consumers, Im sure many of us would like to take as much time as possible to examine and get comfortable with the car. Needless to say, I was very pleased with both test drive experiences. Overall, Piazza Acura of Reading is honestly one of the best dealerships I have ever visited. At no point did I feel pushed or rushed to make any type of decision I was not prepared to. They simply did their job and showcased the vehicle in a very comfortable and informative manner. All my requests were satisfied and my concerns for each vehicle were kindly addressed. One of the activities I hate most is buying a new car, but Jessica made this not only painless, but actually pleasurable. I had been looking at an RDX, but Jessica suggested I drive an MDX, too. I was glad she suggested the MDX, because I liked it so much better! I would not hesitte to recommend Jessica, Jake, and Piazza Acura to anyone searching for a car.

Our salesman, Michael Cambardella gave the best test drive in the business, was very customer friendly, knowledgeable, and made sure we were happy with our purchase. Jessica was so knowledgeable about the Acuras I was looking at. I was originally looking at a MDX but I went on the website and saw the RDX which is more the size I need. She had me drive both and explained the differences between each of them, the financing that was offered for both, the incentives on each of them. She showed me the different features between the two. Even though I picked the lesser priced RDX, she knew that I would not have been as happy with the MDX. They did not have the color car I wanted in stock with the interior I wanted so they said it would be 2 weeks, it ended up being only 5 days. Jessica came in on Friday night, even though it was her day off, I did not feel rushed - she would have answered any question I had. She explained all of the features again how to set up my phone, which we did right then. She said call her anytime with questions. I received a phone call on Monday asking if I needed additional help with any of the features or if I had any questions about the vehicle at all. What a wonderful experience.

This began with a well timed and planned marketing campaign initiated by Acura. In Aug., I received a postcard informing of the new 2013s and inviting to test drive one. In fact, I'd receive a free $59.95 valued A1 service just for doing so. Within the same week I received a letter from Jessica, discussing trading in my 2010 MDX, moving a new 2012 off the lot and lowering my payments. She followed with a call about a week later; I'm a marketing manager, and this was a well-timed plan. I did not act, until my A1 service light appeared another week later. I hope that Acura has all of my onboard information in their datamart; as a customer-based database marketer, this seemed like an even more customer centric plan. I obliged Jessica; we drove the 2013 RDX, since my wife is looking for a new car to replace her '03 Accord. Jessica provided me with the A1 service voucher and I set up my appoint for 8/25.I still wanted to test drive the TSX and the newly nominated TL as one of the best for IIHS frontal crash tests. On Thurs, Sept. 6, I dropped off the MDX for a little warranty service, cup holders and access to the 3rd row seat. No questions asked, they took it and had to overnight parts for Fri, Sept. 7. Except I had a lunch meeting and all of their loaner cars were booked. Jake took the initiative and called me Thurs evening, explaining this, offering to call at 9am Fri morning to find out if service could replace the seats and have my car ready for an hour-long lunch meeting. At 8:30am Jake called to inform me that I could borrow, and test drive, Acura sales manager Mark Kosak's TSX! They even sent a concierge car to shuttle me to the dealership. Again no questions asked. The lunch meeting was very productive. When I returned, Jake informed me that my MDX was ready but would take 30 minutes to cleanup. It was now a little after 1pm and I had a contractor coming to my home at 2pm. Jessica asked if I wanted to drive the new TL while she was with another customer, so I did, returning in time to p/u my MDX and make it home in time for the contractor. This, without a doubt was superior customer service. In the business world, more companies need to integrate their sales teams with their customer service just as Piazza Acura did; I know this for a fact and have used my customer service reps to help "sell," or retain, people who already buy the company's product. Best of all, I never once had to ask for this service; I never had to get defensive and play the victim. Jake, Jessica and Mark took the initiative and solved my problem without question, just like the warranty work. Thanks, Piazza!

Avoid this dealership! They are a bunch of liars. Fail to perform promised work. Very rude to its customer. Did not provide any history of the car (after I bought the car and got the Title, I realized it was a company leased car). The only thing they care is your money. Avoid it!!!

GREAT DEALERSHIP!! Took my Odyssey in for service a week or so ago. The Service Dept. is always friendly, prompt and professional. I did not purchase my Odyssey from this dealership but will not hesitate to come back for my next vehicle purchase. It was refreshing to walk around the dealership and be greeted by pleasant salesmen that were happy to answer any questions that I had while browsing. I found "Mark" to be very knowledgeable and eager to answer any questions that I had! Always a great experience at Piazza!

I have purchased my last three vehicles from this dealership, and each experience has been better than the last. I purchased my latest behicle, an Acura TL last week. Brandon and Steve were not just excellent while I was at the dealership, but they were proactive in alerting me to added incentives available on the vehicle I was interested in prior to my visit, and made sure the vehicle and color I wanted was in stock before my drive there. Once there, the vehicle was already washed, detailed, in spotless condition, and ready to be driven. I was in and out of the dealership in one hour. The biggest reason I drive an hour out of my way, and directly past two other Acura dealerships, to buy my vehicles from Reading Acura comes down to one word: Trust. I trust the trade in quotes will be the same when I get there as they were over the phone. I trust the price/payments discussed over the phone is the same as when I get there. I trust that when we talk about a TL over the phone, they won't have an MDX ready to test drive when I get there. They come through in every facet of the car buying experience. They are fair, easy to work with, and a fun bunch of people. I'd recommend anyone looking for a vehicle to Reading Acura for a straight forward, honest, easy, and fun buying experience!

This is a great dealership to buy a car from. We have bought 2 cars from them over the last 10 years and have had all of the service on the cars done at Piazza. The sales team is very helpful reviewing the features of the car and when you buy the car they set up all of the key fob features with you. The service department takes care of routine maint. on the car without any problems and handles trouble shooting by solving the issue to root cause and your satisfaction. I would buy anothe car from Mark Kosak and Piazza of Reading.

Lousy Customer Service.Corrupt Salesmen who will lie, cheat and deceive. Made a deal on a MDX with Michelin tires. The MDX did not have 'certification' yet so we gave the dealership three (3) days to get it certified. On the third day got a call from Saleman wanting to know if I wanted Hangook put on the MDX. I then stated that I thought we had agreed on leaving the Michelin tires on the car. He completely disregarded what I said. After going back and forth for tem minutes I stated just put the Hangook tires on the the car. The salesman stated the car "was ready". I indicated we would be their in two hours. An hour later the salesman called stating the car rear window actuator,(motor), did not work. It would take two days more to fix it. He then went on to state that before they fixed the car or did the certification, we; my wife and I "had to come down and sign the ownership papers" then, and only then, would they "fix and certify the MDX". we said n. Two days later the Sales Manager called men and stated he had to change the tires because they were not "road reliable", meaning they had too much wear. He then asked if I "needed the certification?" Because he could NOT certify the car, put the old not"road reliable' tires back on the car and sell it to me 'as is'. I then asked him if he was nuts and said noway. A day later they offered to deliver the car to our home with all problems still in it.

I took my 2004 Acura TL in for 2 safety recalls (power steering hose, windshield wiper motor).Well after they performed the recalls the following occurred. #1 they never called when the service was completed #2 when I went to pick up the car my rear view mirror was damaged. I immediately called to notify them about the mirror. They ask me to bring it in the next day. I brung the car back and they agreed the mirror is damaged, but refuse to pay for it.The service manager offers to split the cost of the mirror they damaged! They could not see how their service person could have damaged my rear view mirror. I'm very disappointed with their service.The mirror cost $115.00, I do not think it's worth alienating a customer for $115.00.
