The gentleman named, Guy, is the service department always without a doubt exceeds my expectations. This last interaction 100/10. I tried to schedule my oil change service online and the earliest appointment was for September 3rd. I thought maybe be a glitch... Or maybe not. I personally work with customer and I know everyone is short staffed. That being said when I called and explained how I was not able to set an appointment to meet the needs of the mileage limits to obtain my free service. Guy immediately was accommodative to my needs and ask if I was able to be in by 3pm. I even had to go for a drive because I still needed 64 miles to get my free oil change service. I even arrived around 1:30 and was willing to wait, but they got me in and out as if my appointment time was 1:30. You also have to know this isn't our first interaction with Guy, we have a history. Ever since our last 2016 sonata. I'm sure Guy can attest to the fact I have not always been the easiest customer to deal with, but he makes me feel like a VIP and that's exceptional service in my book.

Piazza Hyundai of Pottstown has been a go-to place to repair my Sonata in the past. Unfortunately, given their disregard for some of the basic CDC pandemic safety protocols I am forced to move from a five star to a two-star. The service is great if you want to risk you life.

This is the 3rd purchase from the dealership and today I had to bring in my recent lease because a hose got clogged and forced drain water condensation to leak all over the passenger side floor. This was a manufacturer defect and I was asked if I wanted to buy a antibacterial mist with the air filter . I was taken back since it was a manufacturer defect, why would they charge me to correct the issue? Service did clear the hose but I'll find an alternate service to disinfect the car.

I have not car shopped since 2009. I was pleasantly surprised by how easy the process was. Tiffany was friendly and didn't pressure me at all. Her knowledge of the car I leased was amazing! She was detailed in every aspect from the leasing process to setting up everything in the car for me. I didn't have to read the manual to figure it all out which was a huge timesaver. I didn't receive the white glove service Tiffany provided to me when I purchased a luxury vehicle in 2009. Awesome experience!

The car my wife purchased here was great until there was an odd electrical issue. Randomly while driving the radio stops working, the speedometer drops to zero, the headlights flicker on and off, and every light on the dash comes on. We took it to the service center twice, and were told that they couldn’t figure out what was wrong, but that the car was safe to drive. The car broke down in the middle of a busy road today with my wife and dog in the car. Thanks for putting my family in danger.
