The absolute biggest crooks out there when it comes to car dealerships. I spent 500$ three different times to fix the same AC problem that they caused. When my car started to overheat I brought it back and they told me they would change all the liquids and “when it happens again” we’ll replace all the sensors. Well, sure enough, it happened again and this time my piston fell through into my engine and they told me it was my fault and it would cost $15,000 to fix when I still owed $11,000 on the car. They literally destroyed my car and blamed me for it. Stay FAR FAR AWAY from these people.

I was on that road far away from my home in North Carolina and had some transmission problems with my Forester. The folks at Piazza Subaru worked me in at the last minute, and did the repair within a day. I was extremely grateful and was able to get on the road on schedule.

Went for an oil change. An oil change. Had an appointment. It took over an hour! And cost is usually $67.95. That’s crazy! And to the people who work there: the mask goes over your nose. Over your nose, otherwise don’t bother.

These folks are great! I just bought my first Outback. It’s absolute luxury at an affordable price. Jody took great care of us even re-arranging her own schedule to accommodate us. For the test drive they let me drive the vehicle home to show my wife. They didn’t force me to wear a mask which was really nice. I have bad asthma and allergies and the mask makes it worse. They allowed me to negotiate the price and the whole process was easy, relaxing and comfortable. We love our new Subaru and we will be seeing Jody again soon for our next purchase.
