While this is a few months late, I wanted to be sure to give a review on my experience with Piazza and with Mike Robinson (sales) and John Zecchino (finance). I would never have driven out to Ardmore if it wasn't for Autotrader.com. I was starting to have issues with my second Jetta and needed to find a solid yet affordable replacement, and I found a beautiful used CC at a deal on the site that led me to the guys at Piazza. Mike was extremely helpful (even without an appointment) and took me on a nice long test drive, on which he didn't appear to fear for his life as tested the car on the twisty turning road! I was not "wowed" by the drive in the CC, so Mike urged me to test drive the 2014 Jetta GLI on the lot (only 10k miles) and I loved it!! His no pressure style was very welcome and from there the paperwork went very smoothly. I love the car and the deal! The whole experience was easy, fairly quick (as far as car buying experiences go) and really enjoyable. I would recommend them for your next car buying experience - and of course, I'll always recommend a VW!

Very slow response to emails. Ask a question multiple times, days later your response is always, come in and test drive, rather than an answer to the question. Waste of time when I finally spent an hour driving to the dealership. The sales manager (Jamie Difebo) was busy at the Acura dealership, so they sent an inexperienced kid out to help me, of which he was none. They had sold the car I had inquired about, and that was the end of the conversation.

Sean, Vince, Shannon and everyone in service are a pleasure to deal with. I purchased my first VW here in 2003 (best price in the area) and have used the service department to this day. When I wanted to replace the 2003 in 2013, I used Consumer Reports buying service and received a substantially better price from a dealership in South Jersey. All of the Pennsylvania dealership prices were curiously similar. When I wanted to buy a package of two map updates for my navigation system, I bought it through the Parts department at Piazza VW. They were not informed about the MapCare product, but they researched it and ordered it for me. When the first update arrived I picked it up at the Parts Dept. So far so good. When I inquired about the second update a year later, I found that I was supposed to have registered the product and without that registration I could not obtain the second update. I was given no instruction about registering. I don't believe that Jim in the Parts dept. did all he could to help resolve the matter. I had given him a phone number and the name of someone at the map company who promised to help, but he did not make the call. Jim checked only with his rep who said nothing could be done without the original registration. I will order future updates without troubling the dealership.

Here is my latest Piazza VW Service storyand further evidence about why I regard the Piazza service team as the very best around. I had a small tear in the cloth upholstery of my Beetle. I called the service department and asked them to order a replacement for the bottom portion of the seat and to notify me when I could come in and get the work done. Later that day, I received a call from Ken Dacanay, one of the fabulous service people who comprise Neil Bergers team. Ken said he had been informed by the Service Dept. that I had ordered the seat and although they would be happy to replace it, they could repair it for a fraction of the $700 cost of replacement. I brought it in, they repaired it completely, it looks brand new, and they charged me $45.Piazza is the most customer-focused service department I have ever encountered.

I came in to see if it would be worth my wild to trade in my VW Passat after receiving a promotional offer in the mail. I met with Mike Robinson at my scheduled appointment time and he got right to work on figuring out an offer that included the promotional mailing + additional incentives that my husband and I found to be very satisfactory. He was very personable, honest, knowledgeable and, very importantly, patient with us. He even called me to ask me what type of cell phone I have so that he could order me the correct MDI cable for the car. When it was time to come in to sign the papers he had everything all organized and ready for us which helped expedite the process. My husband appreciated Mike's professionalism so much that he is considering working with him again over the next few weeks to trade in our used car for another VW. We've grown to love the VW cars and are even more delighted that we now have a competent salesperson Mike at Piazza to do our business with.

Saw the selection of Beatles online and came in. The car I wanted was on the showroom floor. Jamie greeted me right away and was SUPER helpful. She immediately got a few cars ready for me to test drive then organized getting the car I wanted out of the showroom for me to test. I wasn't planning on taking the car that day. I thought I would have to come back later in the week as I was pressed for time. I had a bad experience at this dealership and within 3 days David Greaves (upper management) had reached out to me to make it better. Danit did a great job explaining all the new technology in my new Jetta GLI. She helped me hook up my smart phone, address book, and helped me select the radio stations on my screen. This stuff would've been complicated for me to do on my own. Although my wife and I decided to buy a used car from a different manufacturer, we were very close to purchasing a Golf GTI that I am sure we would have enjoyed. Chris, our salesperson, was very patient as we worked our way through the many configurations to try to figure out which of them would work best for us (GTI or regular, stick or automatic, base model or SEL, etc.). When, after many visits to test drive the various models, we informed Chris that we had, suprisingly even to us, gone in a different direction, he couldn't have been more pleasant in reply. A business, and a brand is only as good as the people that represent it. Every person that I dealt with at this dealership was rude and arrogant. We went there to buy a car and left because everyone was so rude.Truecar.com had the best prices listed at this dealership so we went there first, but we were told by Rocco that the listing online had nothing to do with their inventory. He offered us a car 11,000 more than the one we came there to buy. The old bait and switch trick. Well Rocco, the Truecar.com inventory is accurate for every other dealership in the area. But let me back up a minute. We actually had an appointment with Marissa . A set time to meet. But noone could find her and they kept us standing around for 15 minutes. When they finally located her, she said hello and passed us off to a really young boy that was going to give us a test drive.He said they didn't have the car we wanted on the lot. We could drive something completely different or wait 5-10 minutes and he would go get it from the holding lot. Well, of course we want to test drive the car we want to drive so we agreed to wait. The waiting room at this dealership is much lower end than other dealerships I have been to. I was offered tea but was never given it and the coffee was terrible swill. (Time for you guys to upgrade to a keurig like everyone else!)I wouldn't normally review the bathroom, but we sat there for 40 minutes before we were passed off to Rocco for the Ol' bait and switch. The bathroom was filthy, grime around the knobs on the sink and urine on the floor. But to make it even classier, there was an airfreshener on the counter that someone had marked with a p-touch machine like 5 times to say "do not steal." I thought I was in a luxury dealership.Anyway. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. We visited another VW in the afternoon and bought our car from a place that treated us with integrity.

I purchased a pre-owned New Beetle from another dealer. I have brought the car to Piazza for service on several occasions. Bottom line: they are terrific. So far, I have dealt with Neil Berger, the Service Manager, Shannon Deegan, and Ken Dacanay. All of them have the "we cannot do enough for our customers" attitude. They are totally professional. They go out of their way to do repairs in an efficient and economical way, and they explain why they propose any particular work. I was in today and they had the technician who worked on my car, a very nice man named Rudy, explain the work he did. I have also found their parts people (I have dealt with Steve Sargent primarily) to be very nice and helpful. There are two other VW dealerships that are closer to my home than Piazza. But Piazza is where I will take my car because they have a customer service philosophy that is, quite frankly, remarkable.

After a couple of visits about dealing and financing app., picked up the car in the evening. SInce the finance manager was out of the office had to come back to sign the contract. Next day in the afternoon, JC called me and saying they started hearing a noise from my trade-in want to discuss further once I come in.Went in with my wife, they started saying the noice is coming from the engine, and basically they said they cannot offer what they gave me in the first place, which is about $1900 less. Then JC talk to used car sales manager in Acura dealer, now the new appraisal is $1400. I said that's not acceptable. So my wife and I walked out. Next day, Greg, the dealer, not the manager, called me and said JC wouldn't change the price. I was already at a Toyota dealer and finalized the sales. Then about 30 min later JC called me and say if I am still interested the car. He said he would value my car back to the original offer, $2400.I said I already had bought a Toyota where the actual appraisal was $200 higher than Piazza VW. He asked me if I signed the deal, and picked up the new car.I was very pleased with Greg's service and his personality. But JC...he's not a personal who you wanna talk to. Can't stand his own words? Too bad that everyone has to go through that guy to make a purchase.

I took my car in for a 20k service and had a problem with the internal computer that needed replaced. They had my car for 5+hrs the first day and 8+hrs the second day for a job that took 1hr + the service. Upon completion they didnt call the correct number to let me know that it was complete. My car was returned unwashed (inside and out), it had a torn wiper blade (which it didnt have before and was one of the items on the list of inspected items), one of the rims was bashed up and to top it off the car had an additional 45+ miles on the odometer. I can prove this due to the milage that they logged when i dropped the car off and I took a photo when I picked the car up. In addition, the fuel light was illuminated on the dash and stated that it only had 20 miles left in the tank. I had 1/4 of a tank when I dropped it off and the light wasnt on (comes on at 50 miles). I called the service center and the representative told me that I was wrong and that couldnt have happened while it was with them. No apology, just a grumpy man with a bad attitude.In December 2013 I also had a PA state test, they lost my registration and insurance card. I called and was basically told that I was a liar and that they had returned the documents to the car. I couldnt believe this. I had no choice but to buy a replacement registration out of pocket. I didnt receive a reimbursement nor an apology.Needless to say we will never to returning to Piazza VW of Ardmore for a service or to buy a new vehicle!

We came in to buy a car because our family car died. The mechanic said it would cost more to fix it than what it was worth. We were not ready to buy a car for another few months. I came into the dealership just to get a idea of how much it would cost us to buy a used car big enough for my family. Greg Riepce was my salesmen. Greg asked me what I was going to use the car for and asked how many miles I put on my car per year. He mentioned that leasing a new car may be a option to consider. I thought leases were just for companies that provided cars for their executives. I came in to buy a used Jetta basic model and after we test drove a couple cars Greg recommended I really liked the Sportswagon. I was surprised when Greg told me I could lease the car I wanted not buy the car I needed. We got a larger car than we originally asked for with the Bluetooth and Sunroof within our price range. I explained to Greg there was a monthly payment maximum we could afford and he gave us a lease option well below that. Greg took the time to explain all our options without being a pushy car salesman that I spoke to at the other dealerships. It was a overall great experience.

My car sales person was great and the people were friencly but the car I purchases, a certified pre owned VW C. broke down 2 minutes after I frove it off the lot. No one had checked the car before they delivered it and a CV joint was broken and the enitre bottom of the car had been ripped up. I returned the car and I waited for an hour only to be told by a manager that there was not another car like the one I had purchased in the entire USA. I called the next day to see if they had found a solution to the problem and they never called me back. I bought the car I wanted the next day from another VW dealership. The whole thing was a total farce. They should be sending me a check for the time I wasted.

I recently decided to investigate turning in my 2010 VW Jetta Sportswagen for a newer model. I contacted Ardmore and was quite particular about the specs for my desired car and the price point / financing terms I would accept. Ardmore VW, specifically Jamie DiFebo, made my wish a reality.After locating my car, they had it shipped to Ardmore for final inspections and pick up. During the inspection scans a small abnormality was detected with my car on the same day I was to pick it up. Jamie was immediately informed and contacted me to schedule a new pick up time (very considerate of him to ensure I would not waste time). Upon pick up, my new Sportswagen was delivered in perfect condition, at the time scheduled, with the terms and conditions agreed. Other than signing a few papers, I arrived in a 2010 and left in a 2013 in under one hour. Jamie DiFebo made a wish a reality and the process a pleasure. Bravo Jamie, I'll be back!

We are extremely disappointed with happened at Piazza VW. We almost bought a "NEW" car with over 500 miles on it had we not asked our sales consultant, Sue Choi, about the mileage at the last minute before we do the paperwork! We definitely should be upset. Let's say you bought a brand new TV, you discover it has been opened and put back in the box. You call the store and ask what the heck? They say "It's new, it's just the manager took it out of the box to watch the Super Bowl over the weekend, that's all." That doesn't make any sense to us. 50 Miles from test driving around and near the dealership is one thing, but employees taking the car home for some weekends, putting a couple of hundred miles on it, and trying to sell it as brand new? That's totally unacceptable.

Sean has been my service coordinator for a year. He always does a great job explaining everything and keeping me posted on progress. I have a Routan and three boys, so my car takes a heavy beating. I visit Sean frequently! His customer service is always consistent. I get a loaner whenever I need one. Pricing for service is competitive with other service centers in the area. The manager even told me he would match pricing on tires from another tires center near by. Piazza knows how to build customer loyalty.

We were interested in purchasing an affordable and reliable used car. After almost being taken advantage of at another dealer over a VW bug, we continued to look online. Your cars were priced consistent with KBB and were in great condition. After finding the car that we ultimately ended up purchasing, we looked at another dealer. We liked the car, but not the price and damage on a same year VW Jetta. It was the work of Jaime and your sales team that brought us back to Ardmore. They were friendly and helpful, but never pushed us to purchase a car. We gave them the range of what we would be comfortable paying and they placed us in a car that was just a few dollars over what we planned. We've had the car one week and drove it over 100 miles for vacation. So far we have been very pleased.

The service department continually finds new ways to surpass my expectations. They have always been very accomodating for my schedule, very clear on when I can expect my car back and always delivered as promised. The work has also been done to expectations.This past week I scheduled an inspection and routine maintence for Saturday morning. Due to my schedule I dropped the car off late Thursday night. I was totally surprised to get a call FRIDAY morning, a day ahead of schedule, discussing the work and tellilng me my car will be done in about an hour. Unbelievable.This is on top of great sales service when I purchased the car over a year ago.I have never liked dealerships in the past. They charge too much, are full of excuses, rarely get the work done on time and just are another drag in life. I also rarely do surveys.BUT because of the OUTSTANDING service I recieve ALL the time, I felt compelled to take some time to provide this feedback. From sales to service Piazza VW is changing my view and experience of dealerships.

I purchased my 2013 VW Jetta GLI on 06/10/2013 and spent eight hours at the dealership on a rainy day. I took possession of my vehicle that night when it was still raining and starting to get dark. I wake up the next morning when it is light out and noticed some heavy swirl marks in my paint. I called my salesman Angelo, who no longer works at Piazza VW, and he and the sale manager Damian agreed to pick the car up for another detail. I write down some other concerns about the steering being out of alignment, the wheel having a curb scrap on it, and a scratch down the one side. Angelo came and picked my car up on 06/11/2013 and I personally picked it back up on 06/13/2013 where it was raining once again. I get the car to work on 06/14/2013 and noticed yet again in the sun light the heavy swirl marks and called the dealership right away. I literally played an all day battle with Angelo of the back and forth game until finally he told me I would have to wait until 06/15/2013 when Damian got into work. I finally get in touch with Damian again and he sets up a date to have my car brought back to have it taken to an outside detail shop where they were going to wet sand the clear coat and that it should remove the swirl marks almost completely. Damian tells me that he would have the car picked up on 06/19/2013 and it would be done that night but he was going to take it home and bring it to me in the morning on 06/20/2013 so I could see it in the day light. I also discussed with Damian the fact the my wheel was never addressed and that the scratch was not dressed either. He states it would be taken car of then he gets the car back. On 06/19/2013 Marvin a salesman comes and picks up my car and leaves me another loaner. Around 11:00:00 on 06/20/2013 I have still yet to hear anything from Damian and contact the dealership. I get in touch with Dave, another manager, who tells me that my car is just going into the rim shop and will be off to the outside detail shop shortly. I tell David that this is not what was agreed upon and that Damian was supposed to be bringing my car to me in this morning. He tells me that he cannot get ahold of Damian to find out what the mix up was about and that I probably would not get my car back until 06/21/2013. After much back and forth and many headaches later I finally hear from Damian and he tells me that David is a worry wart and he really doesn't know too much of what is going on, ever. Damian tells me my car will be back to the the night of 06/20/2013. I finally to possession again of my car and everything seems to look ok until I have my car to the car wash on 06/22/2013 and the second it comes out of the drying portion I see all the exact same swirl marks as if they just put a cover up on the car. I call Damian immediately and tell him what just happened and his first response was the reason I have swirls is because of the car wash. I told Damian I have owned black cars in the past and I know what kind of car washes are acceptable and that I feel as though they didn't even do anything to address the paint issues like the last time my car was brought back. I told Damian I want to take my car to my own detail shop and I want them to take care of the bill. Damian told me he would have to talk to his boss but he highly doubts it will happen.

This was my first time at this dealership for an oil change since my VW dealership was all the way in NJ. I was told it was going to take 1 hour but it took 2 hours and I had other things to do. I was also told that my car will be washed and vacuumed. I informed them that I had been waiting and they were very accommodating. I was given a discount for my service and the mats that I bought. However, when I got in my car the new mats were in but my car wasn't vacuumed. I was disappointed about that and the fact that an oil change here is almost $30 more than the cost of it at my regular dealership.

I have been a customer since 2005 having bought/ leased 6 cars in that time. My son's 2006 Golf was in for service last week for general maintenance. It needed all new tires and several other things. I spent 1200$. I'm not complaining about that. My son drove the car home all of 3 miles last Thursady night. He left early Friday for the weekend, not using his car. It sat all weekend. When I left for work early Monday I noticed his left front tire seemed slightly low, but thought I must be mistaken. Later that day, my son found his tire flat. He called AAA who changed the tire. They did not see a nail in the tire and said it was likely defective tire. I called you that day and my son brought the car in to have tire replaced. He was told that the tire was covered under warrantee but he was charged 25$ as service charge! Are you kidding me??? He was told a nail was in the tire. I'm not calling you a liar but I have conflicting information here. Certainly it's possible that AAA person missed the nail. regardless of that, if you were good business people, there is no way you would charge me after I spent all that money the week before. It truly Is absurd. 25$ could have bought so much good will, standing behind your product. Now when my leases are up, I seriously need to consider my relationship with your dealership. There is no shortage of car dealers on the Main Line that would be happy for my business. I was previously happy with the dealership and service, but asking me to pay anything to have that tire replaced after spending as much as I did the week before, and all I've spent at your business over the years clearly has me upset.

Great buying experience! Best car buying experience I've ever had. Was able to take care of everything online, finding the car I wanted and getting the financing approved. They were very helpful and friendly. Danit is an excellent employee and a great car salesperson. The day I went to pick up the car I was in and out of the dealer in an hour, since everything had been taken care of online before I arrived. I would strongly recommend this dealership to any of my friends if they are looking into buying and Acura or a Volkswagen!

Every employee that I spoke to was pleasant and helpful (from the woman at the front desk to the service manager to the woman that took my payment to the gentleman that pulled my car around). They called me to let me know exactly what was going on with my car (what needed to be fixed, price etc). The process was very smooth from start to finish. When I went to pick up my car there were no surprises, and the service manager went over my bill line by line and also told me what I should look to have done at my next visit (with pricing).Five star experience. :-)

My recent visit to VW Ardmore for service was good as usual, except for one thing...and this is why I can only rate a 4 for overall experience. When my car was returned to me, the gentleman driving my car left the seat reclined, the seat lowered, and the steering column lowered. Additionally, the A/C was blasting on 3 with the windows completely down at a time of day when the air temperature was barely 60 degrees - there was actually no need for A/C at all on that day. I don't know how it completely works, but it doesn't seem to me that the drive from the garage to parking lot is so long and involved that it requires the driver to "settle in" to his comfortable driving position. The least he could have done was returned the seat, steering column, and fan to its original settings...after all its MY car, not his. Other than this completely unprofessional act, my experience at Ardmore VW was very good. Please address this issue with your employees. Thanks. UPDATE - The service manager and I spoke and the above issue was addressed. I appreciate the him contacting me and addressing the issue in a timely fashion.

I reached out to this Dealership twice- once in January when i was not ready to purchase and in April when I was ready. In both instances, Danit got back to me promptly and in the second instance found me a Jetta which had everything that I was looking for in a used car. At about 9 AM on Friday,04/12/13, the air bag warning light in the dash panel of my 2012 VW Jetta (at 2,240 miles driven) came on, so I immediately took the vehicle to the service department of Piazza VW of Ardmore (PA). Although I had no appointment, I was courteously greeted by Shannon Deegan who qiuckly and efficiently took the information on my vehicle and the problem, shared this with Vincent Paul, after which they said that they would be pleased to examine the vehicle immediately to try to diagnose the problem. If the the problem could be fixed within a reasonable period of time that morning, they would so advise me and have me on my way well before lunch if I wished to wait in the comfortable waiting room for service customers. I agreed with this. After an ahour or so, Shannon, with great embarrassment , advised me that things had taken longer than expected because the service department diagnostic computer had crashed when the research was mostly done, but no problem had been discovered up to that point. She went on to say that after some delay to get the computer up and running, when the analysis was restarted, the warning light was no longer on and the diagnostic procedure was completed without any indication of trouble. She reassured me that I could drive my vehicle safely now that the warning light was no longer on, but suggested that If it came on subsequently, I should bring it back for repair along with the complete written service report which she handed me. As she wish me well, she advised me that there was no charge for the morning's work.When I got home late that afternoon, I discovered that the passenger side seat belt would not retract, so I called Shannon to schedule another service appointment ASAP. She immediately advised me that I didn't have to wait until the following Monday because she could take care of me first thing the next morning (Saturday, 04/14) if my schedule permitted. I was delighred to accept and brought the car over early on Saturday as agreed. She directed me to the waiting room and work commenced immediately. The retraction mechanism was disassembled and the belt rewound such that I was on my way in a half hour with a written service report, Shannon's best wishes, and no charge. As I departed, I told Shannon that my two service experiences within the last 24 hours were a clear indication that Piazza VW of Ardmore had the best service department I have ever encountered in over 50 years of automobile ownership, and that I would be glad to be quoted !

My initial contact with Piazza was with Lauren Murphy, through the dealer's website. She was very helpful regarding both their current and inbound inventory. I appreciated that she was respectful of my time and didn't pressure me to "come look at what we have and make a deal" even though it was close to the end of the month. I elected to visit the dealership to view a car that was close to what my son wanted. Sue Choi allowed my son to take a test drive that bordered on a road trip, allowing him to drive the car on a variety of roads. Sue was knowledgeable about the car and its features and was able to answer my son's questions. We elected to make an offer on the car and Sue met our price. The car was delivered the next day, and the only issue we needed to address was to update the inspection sticker, which the dealership readily agreed to do. The only complaint in the whole process was with VW Credit. Since VW Credit had sent the approval to a different dealer (at my request), the application process had to be redone. This has nothing to do with Piazza, but I would suggest that VW Credit issue and approval to the customer, and the customer should be free to take that approval to any dealer.

She also showed great interest in things I enjoyed beyond just looking for a car which was very good to make the visit easy going. Sue also showed excellent knowledge of the Passat I purchased and fully covered every detail and option in the car. The test drive was a very good expereince to get a feel for the handling of the car. Mel was such a pleasure to work with. He greeted us right away when we arrived and did not try to pressure us at all. He was more than willing to take whatever car we asked about for a test drive. During the drive he was knowledgeable on all the features and ratings and answered all our questions.When I asked to return the next day, he did not hesitate or hand me off to someone else, even though it was his day off. He took all the time I needed to be comfortable with the car and the deal. He even set up the phone sync for me!My husband and I have been looking at different brands of cars and this was the first dealership we visited that the sales rep was relaxed and seemed to genuinely like the products he was selling. Before doing business with Piazza 2 years ago I couldn't stand going to dealers. It didn't matter if I was going in for service or buying a new car. I couldn't stand dealers. Now since doing business with Piazza I will NEVER go anywhere else. They get it! They understand customer service. One example is the courteous car when you vehicle is in for service. THAT IS HUGH!!! That is great customer service and is invaluble. That is only one example of many. I brought my 2011 Jetta in for service Feb. 2012 and Sean loaned me a CC to use while my Jetta was in for a few recalls. I bought a CC within the next week and I love it. Thanks Sean! This dealership definitely deserves 5 stars. It was the best dealership yet I have been to yet. To start, Danit had the car I was interested in parked out front waiting for me as I pulled in. I was greeted and given the keys for my testdrive. During the drive she was very knowledgeable about the specific model i was interested in. Not only that but made the drive comfortable and not awkward. We talked about normal things, she didnt try to push the car to me or ask about prices or try to oversell it. We talked numbers and working with the Pre-Owned sales department was very stress free. Overall i was very pleased with the service, dealership and just the overall atmosphere. It made purchasing a car fun not aggravating or stressful. I love my new car and will be back for future purchases!

The customer service at this location is possible the WORST I have ever experienced. They refused to replace the valve body under an extended warranty because they "could not replicate issue" of jerky shifting when they only drove it for 7 miles at a time. They had inflated the price of a new radiator almost TWICE as much and then changed their mind after I got a second opinion who gave me book value for part and standard hours of labor. They recanted price and had no reasonably explanation for this inflation. The AC immediately did not work after I left the shop- I called to ask about the possiblility of them failing to add coolant. They said there was no way and to bring it back to check it out. They indicated a VISIBLE leak and that I needed a new fan and compressor for $1078 (after which I already paid $1200+) previous visit. I took the car to get a 2nd opinion who told me that they panel over the RADIATOR was missing two screws and in turn had damaged the AC. I called dealer to ask but they said they had no idea what I was talking about and that would never happen.On top of all of this, customr svc rep at the dealership, Vince, was agressive, mean inflated prices, and created a very tense situation when I was only concerned about the car being fixed. Sales Manager Neil was also "unable to help" and couldn't see how anything could have happened- there is no ACCOUNTABILITY for the service here. They are greedy and I believe they forgot to replace screws which accounted for the AC damage. My 2nd opinion told me the only way the plate could have lost screws is if they were not tighten properly or if they were just not put in at all. The only thing the Sales Manager Neil had to offer me was that "everyone loves Vince, I can't see how you could have a problem." REALLY?

I went to Piazza to compare prices I got from the dealership I leased my first VW from. I was a return customer so thought I'd get the best price...that was so not the case! I went to Piazza and in less than 10 minutes Danit gave me a range of options that far surpassed the numbers I received from the first dealership. I told her I wanted to think about it because although I was looking to lease another Jetta the Passat numbers were impressive. Melcom was very helpful in suggesting that the car we were looking for was not necessarily a Jetta, but a Passat. And he was right. It had all the features we wanted, and the cost was very minimal over the Jetta for all the extras we received in the Passat. And the drive is much better.Melcom was knowledgeable about all the features we inquired about, know exactly how to operate the navigation system, bluetooth devices, showed us exactly what was included in the satellite radio, and when to expect a call from sirius regarding a renewal package.On the day of pickup, I was working with very tight time constraints, and Melcom, the dealership, and everyone involved in my purchase worked above and beyond to make sure I was out in the timeframe I gave them. I would definitely consider Piazza Volkeswagon of Ardmore for my next vehicle purchase.

From the very first email correspondence we had with Sue, we were impressed with her manner of doing business. She was knowledgeable, and NEVER pushy ( which is often hard to find when looking for a vehicle!) We had shopped around online with dealers for a competitive price for a new Jetta Sportwagon TDI, and we were very specific about what we wanted. I've been a customer of Piazza Ardmore for about 4+ years and the service has always been good. I like wifi, cable, soft drinks and coffee in the lobby. The shuttle and loaner car service is among the best. Most dealers around the area offer loaners via an on-site rental company with a fee. Furthermore, I like that Neil Berger can be seen walking about the service area. I can't tell you what the other service managers look like in other dealership.

The entire experience was wonderful. We drove over an hour to deal with Sue. She was amazing and treated us very fairly. Demian was also a pleasure to deal with. We shopped 3 other dealers and it was a an easy decision to deal with Sue. She is the opposite of what people think of car salespeople. She is honest, doesn't try to take advantage of customers, and truly believes in repeat business. We will not even shop around next time, because we know Sue is not going to take advantage of us. Due to both Sue and Demian's efforts, we have nothing but positive things to say about Piazza Volkswagen in Admore. I took my Volkeswagon for service and I was able to get the appointment on the date I requested. They expalined all the work prior to and after completion. The entire staff could not have been nicer and asked several times if I needed anything. Multiple people stopped to see if I wanted any refreshments. There was also complementary Wi-Fi access and I was able to kep working while I waited for my car. The entire service time was a little more that an hour and I was on my way.The service department is one of the best I have ever worked with.

I went there to get a oil change with a coupon. They found that a tail light was not working. But after I left I realized that it wasn't the taillight light bulb it was the taillight it self that wouldn't hold the bulb so the shop put a piece of electrical tape on it an charged me $100. Also they were suppose to rotate my tires and fill all fluids didnt do cause my Antifreeze light went on and it was almost empty. they didnt realy do what I needed. But they are a good shop and friendly. Very expensive though.

When I came to Piazza VW of Ardmore, I was a bit skeptical after my experience in Cherry Hill. I initially expressed my interest in purchasing a new car through the web portal on Piazza VW's website. Jonathan Ruggiero contacted me within an hour of my initial request and I was at the dealership conducting a test drive 2 hours after that.Jonathan made the entire process so easy for me, and was patient with me while I decided between the GTI that I purchased and a Jetta GLI. I was impressed that he gave me his honest opinion on each of the two cars that I was considering as I was having quite a bit of trouble deciding. Before I left Piazza VW that Saturday, Jonathan and I had agreed on a sale price for both the GTI and Jetta GLI, so that all I had to do was tell him which one to order me. I was more than pleasantly surprised by the friendly staff and straightforward approach to purchasing my new Golf R. I had put a deposit down 6 months ago with a very specifically configured car, and Sue & Piazza delivered. I had been shopping around other dealers, and they tried the usual tricks and gimmicks to bump up the price (i.e. adding window etching security, wheel and tire insurance without asking me) and needless to say I was pretty upset. With Sue at Piazza, there were no hidden fees, and what we agreed upon was the ACTUAL price, and even though I paid sticker price, I'm happy because i got what I wanted, and from what I understand, other dealers are charging a premium over list. Sue was in constant communication with me, and Demian emailed me the window sticker as soon as it was available to him. The finance staff were friendly and shopped around for the best rates. EVERYTHING was explained to me, and optional warranties were offered but not pushed. There was a small scratch on the shift knob, and it was replaced in no time. I can't say enough great things about Piazza of Ardmore and the staff, attention to details, and professionalism. I am now a lifelong customer and can't wait to see what I buy next!

I went to several dealerships before going to Ardmore, PA and dealt with several other dealers online. I was first so impressed with the immediate and continued responses with Demian. He answered all of my questions and provided detailed information regarding the car. He was very up-front and reassuring. When I got to their office I was pleasantly impressed with how well their team worked with me. Demian was with another customer and Danit Klovsky met with me and went over the primalary details needed to process the sale. Demain introduced himself after we were through with processing the insurance call/coverage. I really loved meeting my salesman after so many email correspondences. I then was moved to the financial contact who had everything up on the computer and reviewed all the details as well as my options. Veronica helped me pick the best options for my purchase and took the time to explain everything. The paperwork printed out and signatures were done.The Danit took me to the car, put the temporary plate on and proceded to show me how to use all the programs in my car. This woman spent a good 1/2 hour with me setting up my phone, favorites on radio and setups for the various options in my very first new car. I was directed to this dealer by a call to my Costco rewards offer. My son saw the offer while we were entering the store. Ten days later I had my beautiful car with a great deal at a great friendly Piazza VW dealer. Thank you!

I had a great experience at Piazza VW of Ardmore. The salesman Charles Firestone was excellent in terms of knowledge and honest. I knew what I wanted and test drove my car on a Sat. The following Tuesday, I bought the car. It was the BEST dealership experience ever! (and my father spent his whole life at a dealership so I've been to several). I didn't even have to negotiate the price. The price was better than I had expected to be offered as soon as I sat down and I qualified for 1.9% financing. It doesn't get better than that! I signed the paperwork in 5 mins and was out of there. I scheduled the pickup and did the paperwork in the dealership the following weekend. I had a massive migraine so I was not in any mood to speak to anyone. Andrea, who was taking care of the paperwork, spoke softly and warned me when the printer was going to blast off. I was sooooo grateful! I wasn't sure about the extended warranty and asked for some time to think about it. Andrea was great and told me to email her. I did that Monday. She sent a driver with the new paperwork so I didn't have to leave work. I also had a problem with Sirius satellite...Charles called them and took care of it immediately. I couldn't say anything bad about my experience. It was excellent! I love my new TDI too!

We had been in contact with many VW dealererships, both locally and nationally, to inquire about purchasing a Tiguan. Piazza VW in Ardmore, Pa. was the only dealership that was professional and knowledgeable. Many of the competing dealerships either didn't have an answer to our questions, made one up, or promised to get back to us with an answer and never did. Piazza was only the only dealership with a consistent "yes, can do" attitude, always with a follow-up email or phone call. The general attitude in the showroom is always friendly, never aggressive, always available for help if that is what one desires. Sometimes car shopping is just a browsing process in the beginning; Piazza always allows room for casual browsing with appropriate staffing waiting in the wings to answer questions. We appreciated the no-nonsense approach to vehicle purchase price; Piazza offers a fair price and eliminates the need for back and forth haggling. Our only experience with service thus far has been for the complimentary 90 day new vehicle service check, which was scheduled easily and done within the estimated time, with a prompt follow-up phone call when the service was finished. Piazza was such a pleasure to work with that we are back to purchase a second vehicle within 60 days of the first transaction!

As someone with a VW Rabbit in center city Philadelphia, Piazza VW is a convenient location for having my car serviced. Beyond the convenient location, the service staff at Piazza is friendly and generally exudes trustworthiness. This is important in the auto service business given the potential for all but the most savvy customers being swindled. I highly recommend Piazza because of this and their flexibility is scheduling appointments (I always get my first pick). My only gripe is the cost, but I believe the labor rate at any dealership would be comparable.

Alex Mallon was an excellent sales associate! The dealership atmosphere as a whole was extremely welcoming! Piazza is not the type of dealership that pushes you into buying a car or tries to get you into a vehicle you didn't want to buy. They had the car I wanted ready with all the features I had asked for and did not try to force me into any extras. Alex and the dealership worked extremely hard to get me into a car for a great down payment and monthly payment. I was extremely satisfied with the service and honesty from everyone! Not only to they provide great service upon the purchasing but, Alex emailed and called to make sure I was completely happy with the car and tomake sure it was running smoothly! Everyone from the time I walked in was very down to earth. I will be buying again in the future!

I highly recommend Piazza Volkswagen. On every occasion that I have had to take my Passat in for service, the work has been completed in a timely and most professional manner. The customer service associates are extremely helpful and polite, always addressing me respectfully, and going the "extra mile" to be sure the work on my car is complete. The mechanics are skilled and meticulous in their workmanship. Never have I had to return to have the same problem worked on again after they first repair it. I have found the dealership to be honest and always exhibiting integrity and thoughfulness. My car is returned to me with the interior in immaculate condition and the car having been washed and looking new. I have had no regrets for ever taking my car to Piazza Volkswagen for any repairs or warranty work. Was browsing/test-driving cars from all the major dealership in the area, and did not intend to make a purchase that day. However, after going to Piazza VW of Ardmore, I ended up leaving with a new 2011 Jetta SEL, due mostly to the extremely knowledgeable and helpful staff. I love the new car, and will definitely recommend this car and dealership to others in the future.

I started my search for a new car online with an email inquiry. I was quickly contacted by an experienced salesperson who was able to match me up with the car and options that I wanted.(2011 VW Jetta) I had emailed other local VW dealers with the same request, I received quick responses but the salespeople seemed inexperienced. I received the best price by far from Piazza VW. When I stopped into the dealership to complete the transaction it was easy and completely stress free. When I picked up the car it was perfectly detailed and the salespeson (Sue Choi)spent a great deal of time explaining all of the workings of the car. I could not be happier wiht the car or the transaction.

I have had my VW Jetta TDI Wagon for two years and have mainly only had to have routine service which the staff at Piazza VW of Ardmore have handled with professionalism and consideration for the customer. However on two occasions I have had to come in without an appointment when I had a situation I was concerned about and on both occasions the service I received was outstanding. The problem was taken care of in a timely fashion with concern for my time and safety. Everyone I have encountered in the service department at Piazza is extremely friendly and helpful, which has not always been my experience with other car dealerships.

The salesperson was not pushy and gave me the longest and best test drive I ever had for a new car, and this drive sold me on the VW Golf I ended up buying. The dealer offered a very satisfactory price without too much haggling and had the car ready as promised. A week after delivery I went back to service department to have an option installed, and this was done to my satisfaction. So far I've been a very happy customer and would recommend the dealership.

My sales consultant, Sue Choi, was so sweet and had a great sense of humor. Throughtout my search for a new car, I went to several dealerships where the sales staff were cocky, overbearing and untrustworthy. I knew Sue was different as soon as I met her. She was friendly and cracked fun little jokes that had me laughing throughout the test drive and signing. Throughout the approval and signing, I felt Sue was invested in my happiness with the car and the sale. Sue made me feel personal. Her warm and pleasant personality won me over, and I was more than happy to give her business (which I could not say about almost all of the sales reps I met during my car search). I was also impressed that Piazza VW of Ardmore honored an online special with no arguments or ploys. Customers always respect a fair deal.

I went to Ardmore Vw in search of a new Jetta TDI, I did most of my homework before entering the dealership. Before arriving at the dealership we called in to make sure that they had a vehicle for us to test drive (which they informed us they had three vehicles that matched what we wanted) We were greeted by the Internet Manager who was very friendly and even had a car waiting for us to drive.It was very refreshing to meet with someone who valued our time as much as he did. I must say we have gone to other dealers who do not have a problem making you wait for everything. The Sales Manager took the time to show us a couple of other colors and options and let us make up our mind. We made a deal with them that day and we got a great deal too!We could not have asked for more from a dealership and they offer Loaner cars for service too, even scheduled maintenance. By far the best car buying experience we have ever had (and in 60 years we have had a few to say the least)Great people, highly recommend!
