I recently purchased a Toyota Tacoma from piles Chevrolet, KY. I worked with Cale and Chris and they went above and beyond with customer service. As I would be coming from out of state and about 6 hours away, it wasn't something I could casually drive and check out the vehicle first. Chris took numerous photos and videos of the truck and was super helpful with all of the questions I had. He was also very accommodating considering our drive and upon arrival had the truck out front, cleaned, full tank of gas, and all the paperwork ready to go. I was in and out and back on the road home In about 45 minutes. This was by far the best dealership experience I've had and would highly recommend them to anyone locally or even out of state.

Brought my vehicle in for the first oil change and tire rotation which was covered at no cost to me. The service department did a great job and was timely. Also, I had to swing by auto body shop to have a tow hook piece in the front bumper replaced. They did an awesome job as well. Only thing I will say is that it would be nice if the auto body shop was located at the dealership like most other dealerships have theirs. Outside that I had a great experience.

Excellent buying experience, Betty Morris went above and beyond what was expected for buying a vehicle. Highly recommended, if you want to buy a vehicle talk to her. Excellent communication and follow-up with our concerns about the vehicle. She took excellent care of us. Sales and service department experience was excellent! Will do business with again. We live 4 hours away. Due to the excellent service it was well worth the trip!
