I purchased from Pinnacle a couple of weeks ago and couldn't be happier with the experience. Kevin worked with me every step of the way, from my first phone call until I signed the papers. He answered all of my questions and was very knowledgeable about the car. It was my first time going through the whole process, and everything was no-pressure from start to finish. I had been shopping luxury vehicles for months, and they had the BMW with the exact trim and specs I was looking for. My daughter and I went to Pinnacle to look at a used car. I was immediately greeted by a gentlemen, who was the Sales Manager, Kevin. Kevin treated us with respect, answered all our questions, and most of all made our purchasing experience so easy. I can honestly say that this was the most professional experience I have had purchasing a vehicle. The whole office personnel were so kind and treated us like "family." My mother and I were treated with both respect and kindness from the moment we entered this dealer. So 5 years ago I purchased a lovely little car from Pinnacle.....loved the whole process, easy as pie. Fast forward 5 years....I needed a copy of the title for the car I had traded in. Not only did Rege find the title,in record time, but made sure I had a readable, clear copy. Folks, 5 years ago I dealt with Pinnacle and I was treated just the same this time, as if I had just purchased the car this week. I recently bought a Jeep Wrangler Sahara. i was extremely pleased with the entire process. The price of the vehicle was very fair and i felt i was given a fair amount on my trade in. No haggle prices. Fair price for vehicles. Our vehicle price point was dead on. Purchased a 2008 Chrysler Town and Country Limited. Fully equipped. Average milage for the year. Very clean, runs great! A few minor issues, but you are buying a used vehicle. Issues resolved in a very prompt, timely, pleasant manner. Even given a loaner vehicle to drive with absolutely no hassle. Very honest and friendly staff.Highly recommended!

3rd dealership I stopped at for the day and only one I considered purchasing from at all. Salesman Phil was friendly and knowledgeable about the Ranger I bought. Process was pretty smooth. Truck was not clean on the inside and I had to come back to get it cleaned. Jack was missing but they promised to get me one. Building is old but pretty clean. All around good guys but there's some room for improvement in operational side.

When Pinnacle Auto Sales in Jeannette tells you they have "Cars and Credit for Everyone"...THEY MEAN IT! My Son started our buying experiences with Pinnacle back in July of last year when he bought a 2012 Nissan Versa. This past March, my wife and I traded out of our Dodge Avenger and bought a 2014 Chevrolet Malibu LT from them. Not a month later, my son went back to them and traded his Versa in for a 2014 Chevrolet Cruze LTZ RS. And just last week, I bought a 2013 Chevrolet Impala LTZ for myself which Pinnacle put new front brakes on and had new emissions and inspection stickers put on the vehicle for me as well. I not only recommend Pinnacle to friends, I recommend them to people I don't even know if I overhear them talking about looking for a new car! Phil, Rege, and the rest of the staff are just phenomenal and GET THE JOB DONE! The purchase of my Impala took all of four hours from the time I said I wanted a car, until the ink was on the papers! It's painless and fun to deal with them! Do NOT waste your time going from dealer to dealer looking to get financed or for a "Better Deal" because it just isn't worth the time and aggravation when those other places aren't going to come close to what Pinnacle can do for you anyway!

ON Jennifer and Phil were excellent. Phil made us feel welcome while at the same time wasn't pushy. He patiently answered every question and also ran inside the building several times, when I say run I mean run. He was above par in every aspect. Recently purchased my second vehicle from Rege and Phil and the staff at Pinnacle. Deborah Ann is currently driving her 3rd purchase, and Rege is trying to locate her 4th. I originally went there because I knew who the owner was from High school days, not seeking a discount, but seeking someone I knew could be trusted and would deal honestly and fairly on a major purchase. I cant say enough about the level of service not just for me, but for others who I saw them deal with on the lot while we were there. In a day and age where volume sales are the highest concern, Rege spent the time that was needed for a not so normal sale process for me. When everyone else told me it "Might be a problem..." Rege never said anything but "We'll find a way..." Friends, please consider stopping in if you're in the market for a vehicle. You cant ask for more in a low-pressure, can-do attitudes for a vehicle purchase.
