Impressive, very professional and polite staff. Beautiful facility too!! I hate buying cars, that being said, these guys are AWESOME! I found the car I wanted online, they got me preapproved over the telephone, and I was in and out in less then one hour. You guys are the best!! :)

After I had bought a new car, a friend advised me to sell my old one to Pioneer Motors rather than to hassle selling it myself. I loved that car, and had had trouble letting it go (long story), so Dave Calloway's no-pressure offer to consign it helped me to ease the transition, and it netted me a fair price. Actually, if I had known how Pioneer chooses its inventory, I would have bought a used car from them instead of a new one - in fact, the same model I bought, only 1 year older as a lease return, was on the Pioneer lot and I would have save $10k. Live and learn. And thank those who teach.

As the first time buyer, Keith purwin made the process extremely smooth and easy, there were no disappointments and my whole family has had a great experiences with him in the past. It was his day off and he came in just for me because of my tight schedule. Keith was genuinely friendly and helpful and I would definitely come back to pioneer motors for my next purchase!

The best car buying experience I have ever had!!! Super honest people, and pleasant to deal with too. I got the best offer from all the dealers I contacted. process was super smooth. Final price was even lower then the internet. If your looking for a clean used car, call them. I'm also new to the area and it turns out everyone I ran into has bought a car from them too. Even my mechanic. This isn't the largest dealership I visited but the sales manager was awesome and even helped me buy a bike and kayak rack after I purchased the car.

My experience with Pioneer Motors was excellent. No pressure, just lots of information patiently provided for every question asked. Dave Callaway is a rock star! He and Keith even arranged to drop me off at Safeway today to grocery shop while a tire was being swapped and then picked me up when the tire was done. What service! I would buy a car from this dealership again (if I ever buy another car) and highly recommend the dealership to others.

Awesome dealership. No pushy salespeople. The culture there is very relaxed. I never felt pressure to buy anything as I initially just came in for a test drive. The sales manager was very helpful and answered every question I had about the pricing from start to finish. No smoke and mirrors. No hidden numbers. I enjoyed the level of transparency they provided. They even changed the show room TV to the Disney Channel for my toddler. Simply awesome!"

It is a smaller dealership, and I've found I've had better experiences with smaller ones. And this one is by far my best experience. The salesmen are not pushy, very friendly, and spend more time trying to tend to your needs than pushing a certain car or deal on you. They spend more time listening, and less time talking. Very enjoyable, and I found what I was looking for relatively fast and definitely painless. And the prices? Unbeatable from what I've seen. They do everything they can to get you the best deal, not for themselves, but for the customer. Even after I bought my car, they continue to give me helpful advice on their opinions for where to take my vehicle for repairs, for cleaning, and for all my needs. Very knowledgable people, and they really do care about their customers. I even received a personalized letter, a week after my purchase, just telling me thanks for my business and they hope I enjoy my new car. I would definitely recommend this dealership to all my friends and family.

It's a smaller dealership, but that's what you would expect in a place like grass valley. If you are going to go to this place it is very important that you check the online inventory and call to confirm the car is still there as they don't have a large stock. Additionally the car i bought was listed for $1000 less online than on the sticker price, and they honored the online price, but it seems like not everyone there is communicating that they are changing prices. Paper work took forever but that was expected with financing. Dave was the guy i worked with an he was very nice, but he still tried to use the normal car sales man stuff so still expect that like with any dealer. Used cars only at this place and they share a building with enterprise rental cars so not the greatest facilities but it could be a lot worse.
