Discussed back and forth through phone calls with Derek at PJP over the course of about 3 weeks trying to find the right fit for me. We found one that fit my needs and I came to test drive within an hour. I was not fully satisfied with the initial vehicle (not through any fault of PJP or Derek directly) but saw another vehicle on the lot I was interested in. I started the preliminary paperwork with Derek. He was very straightforward with me. I came back later and dealt with Brett. Both gentleman treated me with respect and as an equal. I’ve known Paul and Jeanette for years. Great people. Derek was awesome and straight forward along the whole process. I’ve been in the car industry for years and for me to feel comfortable at a dealership in next to impossible. Didn’t have that feeling here. Very welcoming. All around a great experience.
